Call of Duty Black Ops 7 certainly aimed for an easy victory, but this year's competition is fierce. While it offers abundant content and diverse experiences, excelling at player retention through extensive progression, quantity isn't everything, and its shortcomings are significant. The campaign is poor, the endgame is dull, and the multiplayer mode is conventional. It lacks soul and authenticity. Only the Zombies mode is noteworthy, significantly raising the bar. Overall, it's an average Call of Duty game that will struggle to maintain interest until next year.- Gameblog.fr

Earthfall is not a bad game. But it's also far from being a very good one. It's biggest problem is the lack of epic fights. In a FPS you expect a good feeling in weapons but here every weapon feels like a paintball rifle - not enough recoil and not enough feeling of power. Overall, the game is too generic and too close of Left 4 Dead but without the fabulous mechanics. A game to have a bit of fun for one evening with friends, but nothing more.- Gameblog.fr

With Grandia HD Collection, GungHo had everything to succeed. And if both adventures still offers a strong experience, the game is filled with way too much bugs in every aspect to deliver a satisfying experience. Filled with errors, the new French translation rubs shoulders with crashes and audio inconsistencies. Too bad, because the gameplay mechanics are still interesting, decades later.- Gameblog.fr

Lemmings with sheep and gore executions. A solid formula but not enhanced by this game.- Gameblog.fr

Well hidden under an aggressive F2P business model, there is a small tower defense that lacks a little variety to be truly good. The old fans of Dungeon Keeper will be disappointed by this come-back, that's for sure.- Gameblog.fr

In terms of fear, White Day does the job most of the time, but the game is visually weak, repetitive and not surprising.- Gameblog.fr

SpongeBob Cosmic Shake is a small but decent platform game without much pretension. THQ's title prefers to capitalise on its accessibility and fan service rather than trying to offer a dense and deep adventure. A choice that will certainly delight the youngest, but much less the older fans. The game is indeed content with the bare minimum regarding its structure, its writing and its gameplay and if it succeeds in what it undertakes, one can only complain that it really does too little. And it's a pity, as the universe lends itself well to it.- Gameblog.fr

A harsh conclusion to a season that confirms we were clearly never in charge and that there were no connections to be expected between the different playable characters - that feel too Stark. Feeling helpless, we can not only be disappointed by the ending, but quite furious that this whole season has been stretched so that we'll have to wait for the (unannounced yet but obviously planned) next one. Shame.- Gameblog.fr

Not The Robots is a little game that will probably entertain some puzzle/stealth fans, and those who are looking for a very challenging roguelike game... However, for most people, it remains repulsive and unattractive, mostly because of a cold and limited visual rendering.- Gameblog.fr

UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER : The Feast of the Wolves is an excellent tribute game but as a video game, it doesn't achieve much. While the gameplay is really enjoyable, the challenges quickly become repetitive, and the game suffers from major technical problems such as clipping and occasional framerate drops. A game for nostalgic gamers and hardcore fans of the anime, who will forgive anything the game can't do right.- Gameblog.fr

Excessively propagandist and clearly not on par with this packed holidays season, Warfighter's solo lacks the fun it would require for accepting its over-the-top military apology and super-biased views of the world, despite some really nice initiatives like the vehicle sequences. Multiplayer-wise, it's clearly improved with a real class-based formula and duo gameplay tactics, but is that enough with what's coming? We don't think so.- Gameblog.fr

In the end, Neurodeck is not a bad game. Those who would occasionally start a new session might enjoy their time, as it relies on a refreshing concept and fine visuals. In the long run though, the gameplay mechanics really lack of depth and the difficult topics of the game, such as toxic masculinity or post-partum depression, reveal to be approached in a too vague way.- Gameblog.fr

RiMS Racing has a lot of good ideas, but ends up being very disappointing for players who thought it would be an alternative to RIDE. It doesn't look great, feels very limited and really gets boring with a lot of dispensable and redundant QTE.- Gameblog.fr

Finally freed from the AR play cards, the Invizimals are back in greater numbers with more customizable skills. But this brave Resistance is still hindered by precision quirks and repetitiveness, thus only relentless hunters will keep battling.- Gameblog.fr

Saints Row had a unique opportunity to come back and be a good summer game. Most of the time, its fun, especially in co-op, thanks to his arcade feel and humour But there are too many flaws and way too many bugs to enjoy the title completely. Maybe some updates could fix things but not entirely.- Gameblog.fr

Gal Gun 2 is not an original game but a non-VR version of GAL*Gun VR, with the addition of a story mode, but the controls and gameplay mechanics are not adapted to a 2D TV screen game. Disappointing.- Gameblog.fr

Clearly the game gives a "unfinished" feeling. OVERKILL'S The Walking have good ideas like horde system, customisation and skills for character et post-apocalyptic atmosphere in level design. Sadly, Artificial Intelligence is catastrophic, the game is repetitive and loading times are disastrous.- Gameblog.fr

Picross S is a lazy version of Picross that offers nothing new compared to the 3DS versions, doesn't use the Switch properly, offers the same pictures in its two modes and offers very little with the multiplayer mode. Better try it on 3DS.- Gameblog.fr

Action, RPG and strategy in small doses, technically in the 2000s, Salvation Prophecy is a bit like the skeleton of a real AAA game. Firedance Games approaches, with its own financial and human resources, everything that makes a good game, and we can't help but imagine how much it would be sexy with a lot more meat on the bones.- Gameblog.fr

With Sonic Frontiers, SEGA is taking risks to modernize its iconic license. Unfortunately, it doesn't work mostly because of the open world and its mechanics. On the other hand, classic levels are still very enjoyable and save the game. This isn't the return of a great Sonic that we could expect.- Gameblog.fr

Fishing Sim World will probably satisfy fishermen who want to indulge in their favorite leisure on consoles or PCs. The presence of reproduced material faithfully, inspired by the real world will provide. but all the others will pass their way in front of the lack of efforts to democratize this sport and to propose it to the greatest number.- Gameblog.fr

At first, Berserk and the Band of the Hawk looks like one of the best manga adaptations ever developed... Beautiful, well polished and faithful to the original work of Kentaro Miura, we had high hopes for this game. Sadly, Berserk and the Band of the Hawk has nothing else to offer. Gameplay is dull and repetitive, the game in itself atrociously lacks meanigful content to have fun with (there are only 8 characters to chose from) and there are no multiplayer mode. This game feels like a huge step backward for the Musou genre.- Gameblog.fr

Tiny Metal tries to pursue the long lost heritage of the Famicom Wars series... maybe too much? Every good idea the game delivers is always counterbalanced by several bad ones: the dialogs are nice too watch but way too long for the genre, the missions are solid, but the Fog War is frustrating as it is, and the strategy is sometimes hard to follow with such a poor AI.- Gameblog.fr

Claiming Top Spin's heritage probably put too much pressure on Breakpoint to begin with, even more so considering the studio's obvious resource limitations comparatively. Despite some wise compromises and interesting gameplay concepts, Tennis World Tour fails to develop, or even emulate its model's formula, due to an overall lack of expertise. A thorough imitation nevertheless, yet not sufficiently polished, deep, and authentic to fulfill realistic eSports ambitions.- Gameblog.fr
