The Nintendo Switch 2 made the choice to add Cyberpunk 2077 to its list of launch games, and this was clearly not a good idea. Unfortunately, it's neither good for the console, which we know is capable of much better, nor for the game, which we can't fully enjoy as it deserves. The game is ugly, no matter which mode you choose, and of the 4 possibilities for playing it, only one remains viable and will still require you to make major concessions: Performance mode with the console in its dock. For the rest, it's best to pass. It's a pity, because this version of Cyberpunk 2077 makes excellent use of the feature that transforms the Joy-Con into a mouse, the sensations are very good, and as a bonus it includes the Phantom Liberty DLC and all the updates released to date. It was ambitious, and well attempted, but it falls flat. Asking gamers for 70€ and telling them to make concessions, at the very launch of a new console, is just not possible. So avoid it, unless you really have no choice but to play the game for a very long time.- Gameblog.fr

If you take its physics, gameplay and map, then Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is really a good racing game. Pleasant to take in hand, both at the controller and at the wheel, the game knows how to offer good sensations within its varied environment and its successful reconstitution. But at the moment, it is particularly difficult to advise on its purchase, as it has suffered from profound problems in the process of being resolved. In addition to a lack of general finishing and content requiring to be expanded, it is mainly the catastrophic servers that will literally rot the experience of a title wanted necessarily connected.- Gameblog.fr

Contra: Operation Galuga very quickly fell low. Not for its difficulty even arduous in Easy, because it is the DNA of the game. But for its lack of content and interest over time. The absence of online co'op and crossplay, which would have taken this game a certain step, is unacceptable, even more so when the positioning of the title for purchase is around 40 euros. Hardcore fans of the license and over scoring (not even enough to compare these stats with other players or have a world ranking, pfff) will sign at the bottom of the page. The others… not sure they read this whole contract.- Gameblog.fr

If you're expect Alone in the Dark (2024) to be the next Resident Evil 2 Remake or Dead Space Remake, you'll be dumbfounded. Yes, the series used to a reference for survival horror, but that's no longer the case. This remake has to many flaws to be really enjoyable. The overall film noir atmosphere, with its doom jazz music, is appealing but underused. And on the other hand, the game suffers from narrative issues, a lack of memorable moments and isn't simply good enough. Finally, it's more like a thriller than a satisfaying survival horror experience.- Gameblog.fr

Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is not at all up to the manga or the anime. It could have been a good adaptation if it had benefited from care, ideas and consistency in its development. He does not honor his genre nor the manga he is supposed to adapt. The rendering is catastrophic, embarrassing and shameful for any lover of JJK.- Gameblog.fr

With Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, Activision has unfortunately proved right all those who have been criticizing the franchise since the dawn of time, with arguments that are sometimes a little excessive. This time, it's impossible to prove them wrong. Under the guise of nostalgia, we're treated to maps we've already seen and heard of, and nothing new, nor any major changes, just to get the ball rolling again. The campaign is short and uneven. There are a few memorable sequences, but they can be counted on the fingers of one hand. As for the zombie mode, it's a simple mix of DMZ and Cold War Zombie thrown together on the new Warzone map. Even if it's not all bad news - the game's multiplayer is pretty solid, and the sensations and gunplay are cool - Activision knows that when we hear you talk about a "premium experience", we don't believe it for a moment. And yet it's a very good customer who's telling you here, not without a certain sadness.- Gameblog.fr

In its current state, it is impossible to recommend Cities Skylines 2, as the game proves to be unplayable, even on a very powerful machine. The game has enormous potential and could score much higher after the necessary corrections. It is important to note that this is not an early access version, but a "final" version that is being sold for 49.99 euros. Players have the right to expect a smooth and complete gaming experience for this price, and unfortunately, Cities Skylines 2 does not meet these expectations in its current state.- Gameblog.fr

The game is not very good and unfortunately quite boring. We would have liked something more epic on a saga like the Lord of the Rings. It's a pity, especially since the game is full of bugs as it is.- Gameblog.fr

Between the failed infiltration and dull fights, Redfall leaves us with a particularly bitter taste. The desire to loot epic equipment, to discover the bosses of the game (ultimately too rare) and the coop are all reasons that prevent the controller from falling from our hands. But with each confrontation - as insipid as it is ridiculous because of a strawberry AI - and with each new uninviting objective, one wonders what we are still doing there. So, we continue, to see if what awaits us is worth it, to realize that it is not. Are you looking for a very good FPS to do solo? Redfall is definitely not for you. Are you a fan of vampires and want an affordable experience to do with friends thanks to the Game Pass? Arkane Austin's game will fill you up for a very short time, at best.- Gameblog.fr

Crime Boss could have been a nice experience, especially since there is no 400 Payday-like. There was clearly a niche to be taken while surfing on that nice cast of actors, but nothing was done. Minimal service, failed service with this. Since between the bad ideas of game design, the absent direction, the failed dubbing and the far from great graphics, it's hard to recommend it. Especially since for less than twenty euros, Payday 2 does a better job, despite its age.- Gameblog.fr

To cut a long story short, Postal 4 is a big joke. A joke sold for 40€. A very bad game that, as a bonus, is obviously happy to be so. There is nothing to save. It's not provocative, it's not satirical and it's certainly not "outrageously funny" as the studio tries to oversell it. In reality, Postal 4 is a dumping ground for bad ideas that are poorly interwoven and in bad taste. The whole thing is crushed under a bunch of bugs too numerous to enjoy and graphics that are too good to look at. In the end, apart from the sporadic presence of Jon St John's voice, there's nothing that could save the game from absolute ruin.- Gameblog.fr

Medal of Honor Above and Beyond returns to Oculus Quest II, and the challenge is great on this small autonomous headset. And unfortunately, he doesn’t get it too. The technique is often faulty, with jerky animations of the sets and characters, which can become unpleasant over time. And if we set the graphics settings to the maximum, the game almost starts to row. In addition, the single player campaign, made up of small scenes of a few minutes, offers a false rhythm, with a lot of rather long dialogue, with a French accent in overplayed English, between two sometimes short fights. If some spectacular passages stand out, it is difficult to get excited about its events. A survival mode and a multiplayer mode complete the picture, but the rather stupid AI of the enemies does not make it all essential. It's a shame, because in terms of interaction, it was pretty well done, with pretty cool weapon handling. On recent releases, prefer Resident Evil 4 VR, by far.- Gameblog.fr

Witchcrafty is one of the very last games of the PS Vita. The game is shipped unfinished, with tons of collisions, IA and damage bugs which change at every run. To enjoy this visually charming sorcery adventure, you will have to cope with the dark forces of randomness working against you.- Gameblog.fr

Balan Wonderworld is sadly an old-school platformer with all of the 90's worst flaws. Yet colorful, Yuji Naka's first game with Square Enix lacks almost everything, and everyone who likes even a tiny bit the genres should look somewhere else to find some fun.- Gameblog.fr

The launch version of Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch is hardly convincing. Panic Button showed it was up to the task of porting this highly demanding game on the console, but at the cost of losing a major part of what makes the game both enjoyable and competitive. Updates will likely improve the game over time, hopefully.- Gameblog.fr

Don't even think about playing Cyberpunk 2077 on base PS4, its performance is awful. Of course, no one can expect a game to run like it does on a good PC, where it is a stellar experience. But what we feel is that this version was abandoned, no effort was put in it. Blurry, not very smooth, suffering from NPC that just pop or have no faces for a couple of seconds. It also feels very empty, which obliterates its positive qualities. Not to mention myriad glitches and hiccups that are probably less evident on PS4 Pro or PS5, but which make us say that you need a computer or, if everything goes well, wait for the Next-Gen versions if you want to have a real taste of Cyberpunk 2077.- Gameblog.fr

How can one not to be disappointed at first with the usurpation of a name which had installed a new license aimed at a certain realism and insufficient core qualities to stay on track? PC3 can only find buyers with a discount in order to satisfy a certain curiosity. For everyone else, it stays on the side of the road and watches the others go by.- Gameblog.fr

And I feel like that’s the point of Main Assembly: if you think it’s possible, it probably is. Through experimentation and iteration (and a little patience), you can solve any problem the game throws at you. Much like its Early Access release, Main Assembly will learn from its mistakes and probably capture the hearts and minds of a fair few players along the way.- Gameblog.fr

Liberated seemed like a good idea, but this comic book-inspired action platformer is a game without any idea, which do not even reach to anything at all. With its stiff control, poor collision, repetitive action and oh-so cliché story, the game does not even take advantage of its comic book format.- Gameblog.fr

PONG Quest seems a first like a nice mix between the old-school Pong matches and the rogue-lite/dungeon crawler genres. But thanks to generic and random dungeons, too much randomness and a useless length, the old fans of old might not see the end of its five stages, and mandatory grinding. Too bad, because some fights were worth the trip.- Gameblog.fr

The Flower Collectors has a very interesting concept, that feels exciting. But it feels so rough, with some outdated animations and bland models, not to mention gameplay sequences that fail to transmit the intentions, that it mostly feels like a big disappointment from Mi'pu'mi after the surprising The Lion's Song.- Gameblog.fr

Initially meant to be released in 2011, Disaster Report 4 was not worth the wait. The Switch version of the game is a complete mess (old-timey textures, frequent FPS drops...) and the experience is not very captivating overall, gameplay-wise. The only appeal of the game is in its atmosphere, paradoxically slow-moving and contemplative.- Gameblog.fr
