If you play Minesweeper for hours on end, you’re not likely to be disappointed by this tepid turn-based strategy game. However, the rest of us will probably be disappointed by the lack of compelling gameplay and the absolutely sterile feel to the game.

If you love Sudoku then this is the game for you, but I really don’t see why you wouldn’t go out and buy a Sudoku book ($3.00) and a pencil ($0.25) and save yourself some money.

Cubixx HD is probably a great game for people who like a challenge because as you get closer to the 50th level you have many more enemies on screen and tons of laser chasers following you so you really have to think on your toes or fingers, whatever the case may be. At the low price of 9.99 on PSN it's not at all expensive, but just not the sort of game I would pay that much for.

Short, repetitive, and boring.

“X-Men: Legends” did everything Justice League Heroes tried to do and did it so much better. What’s worse is that this game came out well after “Legends” yet showed no effort to improve on their standards or try anything innovative.

Halfway in between something that was rushed out the door to capitalize on the popularity of the series and a game that actually had some crafting. It’s worth the look for some mindless fun, but the price of admission is a bit high.

I beat this in about five hours, so at $4.99 you're looking at about a $1 per hour in value. As a rate of return that's good (as a gut calculation I think the average console game gives you about 40 hours of content for $60), though to be honest I think I would rather take that $5 and go pay a bum to poke me in the eye for ten minutes. Save your $5 for a coffee or a deserving bum with thick fingers. These developers don't warrant the encouragement.

Rotastic is simply not worth the 800 Microsoft points it'd take you to buy it. With graphics, presentation, and gameplay comparable to a $1 game on a mobile phone, and with some of the most amazing, creative, beautiful games ever to grace the Xbox Live Marketplace available for 1200 points, there's no way this game is possibly worth what they're charging.

Too bad a game this boring and frustrating ever saw the light of day.

The control scheme falls rather flat, the documentation on actually playing the games can be spotty and the overall presentation of the whole thing is quite underwhelming.

If you are interested in owning a piece of PSP gaming history then get a copy of WTF, but don't open it. Much like Pandora's Box, once opened the evil that lurks inside can never be put back and it will surely consume us all.

This was doomed from the beginning. I played it with an open mind though and found some enjoyment out of collecting cards and managing my decks. Once the battles started all that enjoyment went away I went back to disliking card games.

I spent the vast majority of the game sending units off into the darkness with little fear of death and all the tactics of a street brawl.

The sheer frustration of the flaws of each minigame was just enough to want to forget about the game altogether.

A game that plays as badly as it looks. There is no formal presentation, no story to follow, just a variety of different missions to beat with no reward to be found at the end of the tunnel.

If it were not for having to spend so much of your valuable time doing everything for the other three people you’re saddled with Lost in Blue 3 could have been good. As it is Lost in Blue 3 is a very acquired taste and I’m not talking fancy recipes.

It was a good idea that was sloppily put together, and the result is a repetitive, overly simple game that doesn't have a whole lot to offer.

The main idea I want you all to take away from this review is that Arkadian Warriors is not really an RPG. A more accurate genre description would be “Almost-2D side-scrolling hack and slash.” If that sounds like fun to you, knock yourself out. I think I will use my $10 to help pay for another month of WoW.

Time Crisis: Razing Storm is pretty lame, which is sad because this franchise is the cornerstone of light-gun gaming and Sony really has the tech available to make it work. Namco really dropped the ball on this release.

A nice visual and audible replication of the anime, but it still lacks the in-depth story of a true anime.

Just how big a fan of Rave Master are you? Are you big enough and crazy enough to shell out thirty bucks for a crappy game, a less informative manual, and some mildly pretty colors?

I am sure the game will sell well based on game recognition alone, but as it stands Deadliest Catch nowhere near captures the excitement or intensity of the Discovery Channel series.

If you really like the show, and can deal with plenty of bugs and broken gameplay you may find Law & Order: Criminal Intent enjoyable. I doubt it, but anything is possible.

A decent enough game for short bouts of zombie slaying, but at its brief length, players may want to wait until it shows up in their local bargain bin, or simply save your money and blow some quarters on a true light gun game.

People who just really dig dragons might be able to endure the interface issues, but for most of the rest of us, this one should be passed up for better games.

The gameplay is mediocre at best and the camera is far from acceptable. The graphics are choppy and the animation lags. Although the Escape 2 Africa lacks quality it can provided a minor distraction while on a lunch break or between classes.

If you favor frustration over fun then you might enjoy this game, but bring along lots of lube because this game is going to screw you more than an alien anal probe.

What we get is a boring cartoon button masher which quite honestly should have come out on Xbox Live instead of a $50 disc.

Ordinarily I like what Telltale Games puts together, but this just looks like a slap-dash excuse to cash in on a television property.

Strip away the gimmick and you are left with a generic arcade racer with a poor physics model and terribly flawed trick system.

Traveller’s Tales should have left Super Monkey Ball as a puzzle game, instead of trying to turn it into an adventure platformer.

If you enjoy flailing your arms around aimlessly for hours, then this Wii game is for you.

I have no patience for a game that has as many bugs as this one does. There’s no excuse for it except laziness or just a sheer contempt of the game playing public.

The Nintendo DS is home to many great games, and its dual screen would seem a perfect fit for an interactive novel. Sadly, Again swings and misses at every opportunity with a poor story, laughable dialogue, clumsy puzzles, and pacing so slow you'll doze off in the middle of a conversation.

While Boogie seems like a good idea on the surface, it suffers from poorly executed gaming mechanics and too many bells and whistles without much substance.

Although Dr. Knizia has done a good job with his company inventing board games and such this was nothing more than a waste of time.

I really think there is a market for old school strategy games with modern graphics, but these games still have to emphasize fun over tedium. If you’re going to make a game about great historical warriors and legendary battles, make sure your players can quickly join the thick of the fight.

They are really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. Is it possible for a game to immediately qualify for Microsoft’s new “delisting” policy?

The only positive thing I can say about the game is that the designers at least nailed the look and feel of the show, but how hard was that when you have all the artists, and actors?

This would make for an okay budget title, but at a $40 price tag, it's a complete rip-off. Unless you're a die-hard puzzle fan who happens to spot this in a bargain bin, Mind Gym 3D isn't worth it.

Camping Mama's not a terrible game, and might make for a fun distraction for kids on the road, but the lack of replay value, simplistic minigames, and the animals dragging down the exploration make it hard to recommend.

If you are looking to get an ultraviolent fairy tale fix, you would be better off to use that $30 to download Castle Crashers and buy a DVD of Shrek II.

At the end of the day, Confrontation just isn't a very good game.

WALL-E is a very repetitive platform game that does not make for a good one on the Wii system with its inherent lack of camera control and just repetitive puzzles.

My final thought on Bubble Bobble Double Shot is that it is not worth the investment. It's not really that fun.

I feel sort of bad ripping this game so badly, but I went into it really hoping to be blown away, and came away feeling like I, and anyone else unfortunate enough to have fallen for their ruse, had been duped.

While Vampire Moon ends up with good presentation and some clever min-games, the puzzles and length of the game weigh it down.

Don’t even bother to get this, the average rating for this game is above 50 percent from all the reviews and mine won’t make it any better. The game is not really up to a standard that would make it playable unless you just don’t care much about graphics.

After a decade of jumping on arrows, shaking maracas, and pointing out grooves onscreen, I think I am finally burned out on dance games. I had hopes that Just Dance might help revive my interest in the genre, but sadly it only made things worse. Just Dance just isn’t that great of a game, period.

Dead Mage Studios have said they are going to put out an update to fix these issues but for the time being we will just have to make do. Garshasp shows potential but it needs some fixes to make it worth that $19.99. At only three and a half hours of gameplay and with all the constant bugs and glitches, I can't condone the pricing when you are going to be regretting it more and more as you play through.

Star Trek: Conquest was way too rushed and seems for all practical purposes a quick cash in on the intense popularity of the Wii console at the time this was being made.

While the developers of Zathura tried hard to make a solid movie-to-game conversion, when it comes down to brass tacks the game just isn't all that good.

Considering the relatively short gameplay length (the entire storyline can be completed in a single sitting), and the frustrating controls – there’s little reason any seasoned gamer would want to go through all of the trouble.

Everything it offers is either totally standard (the gameplay) or a failed gambit (the 1930s atmosphere).

While I do appreciate some of the more conceptual features of Ancient Shadow, the control scheme left me frustrated to the point where the game became more a lesson in aggravation than it was the nostalgic hop back to my childhood I was expecting.

The game only takes six hours to beat but yet it costs nearly 60 dollars. I’ll let you do the math.

There is a lot of appealing content buried in this title; I just wish there was a better game experience to drive me to want to play it. I appreciate the $1 entry fee, but sadly there are better racers out there for the same money or even free. This Superbike has crashed and burned before the race even starts. Perhaps some more time in the garage and a patch or two can fix things up but for now…avoid.

Ultimately, Stronghold 3 is a promising game that really could have used another year or two of development time.

This game shows incredible potential, but anyone besides platforming purists will probably want to call their local exorcist as soon as possible to rid their DS of the vile corruption that is Death Jr.

I like the Final Fantasy Tactics games and was initially impressed with the presentation of Spectral Souls, but after the very first battle I was convinced that this game was going to be long and agonizing, and it was.

The whole time I was playing this game I was thinking of ways to destroy it.

Unless you are a huge AND 1 fan, please avoid this game, otherwise find some cheat codes and unlock the movies. They are the only thing worth public consumption.

I hate trashing any game, but Gundam was just so confusing, unwieldy, and mentally frustrating, I cannot be kind.

I would not recommend this game even if you are a very die hard adventure fan as it is does not follow any kind of logical path for solving a mystery nor tells a very good story.

A decent game. It has several features and modes that I enjoyed. I particularly liked the soundtrack and the sound effects. I did like the Shipyard the most out of the entire game. Sadly the voice acting could have be a LOT better.

I found the Mushroom Men: Rise of the Fungi for the Nintendo DS a slightly below average action game that just had too many small problems adding up to a not fun game.

The game sucks you in with some deceptively clever and cryptic gameplay, but around the two-hour mark you’ll quickly realize you have tapped this game for what little fun it has to offer and there is nothing left.

It’s games like Football Mogul 2007 that clearly show the differences between the nerds in the high school chess club and the macho football players and why those two groups should never intertwine.

The sound effects and voice acting (though B-rated in and of itself) add a level of immersion to the game that, without it, would have been an utter failure. Even with them, though, the game only becomes passable.

Darkest of Days is just another low budget PC title that somehow snuck onto the 360 and will soon be forgotten.

Zoo Tycoon DS is neither a very enjoyable, nor a very intellectual game. Aw heck, it is not even a game – it is a chore. And I do not like chores. If I were going to take care of an animal on my DS, I would rather have it be my Nintendogs. At least they are cute, and play a mean game of Frisbee.

f this is the future of the Kinect, then the future is looking bad. Like post-apocalyptic bad. A bowling game could have been a must-buy for the Kinect. If Wii bowling has proven anything, it is that people of all ages and genders love virtual bowling, and pretending to do it can be a total blast. This is not the bowling game that the Kinect deserves, and I would advise waiting until somebody crafts one worthy of the Kinect's impressive abilities.

This is not a game worth buying for anything other than the amusing oddity of having a Harry Potter-themed cover shooter. It's a short game, but it still doesn't have the variety in environments that a shooter needs to avoid becoming unacceptably repetitive.

While this would have been the best Warriors game to date, the frame-rate issue and other technical problems really eliminate it from contention. Hopefully KOEI will patch this game to make it more playable, but with their obvious disregard for their fan-base I doubt it.

Due to bad camera, bad AI, bad combat, and bad dialogue, this game just isn't much fun to play.

America’s Army: True Soldiers is essentially a poor man’s version of Ghost Recon or Vegas, but you can’t tell from the asking price.

The worst part is that Asphalt 6 on the iPhone costs $5 and looks and probably plays better than this $40 installment of the series. If you want a racing experience on the 3DS, I hear Ridge Racer is a lot better. Don't waste your time or money with Asphalt 3D.

If you happen to run across Furu Furu Park for a ridiculously low price it may be worth it but mostly it isn’t.

I've seen better 2D games written for free by teenagers in Flash on Newgrounds.

Consistently poor design decisions were what seem to have drained all the fun from this title, a pity because it’s not like the market is saturated with Squad-RTS titles.

I love the concepts, story, and gameplay ideas behind Brave but they just aren’t executed in a fashion that is remotely playable or enjoyable, especially if you have played anything better.

The story is there but the execution of the game is a severe let down, Turning Point Fall of Liberty could have been a great game but with so many other FPS games setting such high standards it is left behind.

When a game can’t hold your attention past the tutorial you should probably leave it on the shelf.

Earlier this year, I was pleasantly surprised by NERF: N-Strike Elite – a far better on-rails shooter than Cybertron Adventures is. And given that the Wii has so many other on-rails shooters like Dead Space Extraction and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, that there is no reason to waste your time and money on Transformers: Cybertron Adventures.

Just too shallow and way too easy to challenge or entertain anyone of any age for any substantial period of time. Fans of the show may want to rent for a day but all others can simply stay away.

If you play Street Supremacy for longer than an hour then you must really be hurting for entertainment. The Team Battle career mode is a cool concept but the poor controls and dismal racing action won’t support it.

Budget games-blech.

As a game, the design is weak with no story or motivation leaving only a barebones fighter. When you tack on the extremely poor fighting engine and twitchy graphics the game sinks further into mediocrity.

This game probably had promise but turned out to be your standard first person shooter with the addition of some popular rap music thrown in.

For the love of everything that you hold dear about your children do not buy them this for their GBA if they like Yu-Gi-Oh. Buy them cards instead, at least they’ll get half way decent art work and will have other kids to play with.
