    Regardless of the fact that it is a kids game, Zathura really doesn't do anything more than create bad frame rate issues and a straining time on anyone.

    The puzzles aren't overly challenging, the enemies don't pose much of a fight, and the overall experience is lacking some much needed "punch". Not the worst movie to game translation, just uninspired and clearly looking for a payday.

    Couple all these problems and shortcomings with the fact that the game can probably be beaten in less than five hours for even the most inexperienced of gamers and you have a game that should've started out as a budget title.

    A childhood game i wanted to revisit that i enjoyed a lot back then. But here are my opinions on it 15+ years later. Feels rushed. The main actors excluding Kristen Stewart reprise their role for the game. Should've had more dialogue. Soundtrack is pretty memorable. Level designs leave a lot to be desired. Bosses are easy. But its a kids game so i dont expect them to be Dark Souls hard. Overall, fun to look back on. But should've been way more.… Expand
