At least as regards the playful and narrative component, the re-edition for PC and home console of Dragon Quest XI S is confirmed as a product of impeccable quality. Being a port of the Switch version, the graphic compromises have remained almost unchanged, but this time the title compensates for its artistic shortcomings with a doubled frame rate, almost zero loading times and a resolution finally in 4k, which consequently guarantee very high performance level.

Despite the obvious limits posed by its undoubtedly derivative nature, devoid of great originality and great qualitative ambitions, the final product works and entertains with an excellent balance between density and vastness.

The debut of the Serious Sam Collection on the platforms of the now older generation is like the return of an old friend, one armed to the teeth and with a tendency to unleash such majestic explosions as to make the good Michael Bay pale.

The novelties of the annual edition, as expected, are not substantial, yet they contribute to the growth and improvement of a complete and extremely dedicated formula not only to realism and simulation, but also to involvement.

Observer therefore remains a horror-tinged investigative thriller that absolutely deserves to be experienced and, thanks to the next gen, also “felt” on your skin.

Godfall is an immature title, unbalanced in many of its constituent components, evidently built to take advantage of the launch of PlayStation 5 with a bit of cunning. A game with many defects, but also with a satisfying and delightfully hilarious combat system, capable thanks to its enviable substance of supporting - together with the theatrical, exorbitant, opulent technical realization - the entire hut.

With an adventure that reaches the longevity of over fifty hours if you decide to unlock every single secret, the Age of Calamity succeeds in the intent it seems to have set itself, while suffering some noteworthy technical stumbling: clearing a gaming experience. remained overshadowed today and add a piece to the narrative world of Breath of the Wild that could enrich the story of the expected sequel from Nintendo.

Beyond a technical sector with some obvious compromises and not always up to par, the hybrid version of Sniper Elite 4 runs without problems both in docked mode and "on the go". We therefore recommend Sniper Elite 4 to those who have never been able to play it at the time and to those who want to try the experience of the title in portability.

Although solid and convincing overall, the technical sector shows a few more flaws than that of the last Call of Duty, while the promise of virtuous and free post-launch support for all bodes well for the near future of the title.

The latest chapter is an experience that moves in balance between continuity and timid attempts at innovation, which brings with it some shortcomings from the previous episode (above all a poor general cleaning and an unresponsive AI), but which manages to compose an epic full of events, situations and possibilities. In short, of fun. Anyone willing to turn a blind eye to some technical and gameplay edges will therefore experience one of those adventures that the skalds would not hesitate to sing in the Norse courts. It would be ungenerous to deny the good basic qualities of Tomas Sala's work, such as to ensure that this peculiar "bird's eye" combat simulator has a certain solidity, at least on the technical-artistic front. What emerges after a few hours strolling through the skies of the Ursee, however, is that The Falconeer is a product that shines more for aesthetics than for the actual ability to involve the player within the wet world that he chooses to tell.
