Gears Tactics is a visually impressive and playfully solid strategy, which fearlessly collects the legacy of XCOM, and then adds some important tweaks.- Everyeye.it

The Last Story is not the last classic japanese RPG, as it diverges deeply from the tradition of the genre, lacking some of its core elements and borrowing something from others. It tells a marvellous story, through solid gameplay which shines in the versatility of the combat system. We're well aware it may not be what fans have been asking, but if you'll give it some attention, you will be carried away.- Everyeye.it

For those who have never played Quake, the remastered is an unmissable opportunity to fill this gap and to appreciate one of the first person shooters that marked an era. Carmack and Romero with their desire to innovate (and their quarrels!) Have brought the video game industry to a new dimension: Quake is the game that has marked - indelibly - the history of id Software. After the "earthquake", in fact, nothing was the same as before. Waiting for a well-deserved reboot / remake, let's console ourselves with this version that offers new content to try and the ability to relive - with a few tears - the frenzy and magic of the old and beloved first person shooters.- Everyeye.it

Rise Of Iron is the best Destiny's DLC. PvE campaign is immersive, solid, and culminates in a great Raid; guardians progression is well structured, and the new PvP mode is way more entertaining than the old Fracture.- Everyeye.it

Despite the eleven years on his shoulders, Sonic Colors is confirmed to be among the most interesting adventures of the polygonal "second life" of the hyperkinetic hedgehog. Enjoying it fully is still possible today, certainly thanks to its intrinsic qualities - level design, in particular - but also the efforts made by Blind Squirrel in packaging Ultimate: a very good level of remastering work, albeit perfectible, and a product that we recommend without delay, especially to those who have not had the opportunity to get lost in the colors of the old edition.- Everyeye.it

Despite a single player campaign that is decidedly forgettable, Khaos Reigns is a step in the right direction from Netherrealm in terms of balance and roster choices. Cyrax, Sektor, and Noob Saibot are spectacular, dynamic, and deep, and the balance changes are timely and not excessive. We are not faced with an absolute excellence in the fighting genre, but it would be unfair to rate this expansion lower than the base title, of which it is still a notable evolution.- Everyeye.it

Perfect for the handheld market, this new twist in the Paper Mario Saga is funny and compelling. Still, the overall experience is not perfectly balanced, and the combat system does not work well as the one of the previous chapters.- Everyeye.it

Sonic x Shadow Generations confirms itself as one of the most successful incarnations of the IP and is preparing to hit the market in its definitive edition. The portion dedicated to the blue hedgehog is still quite enjoyable today, but it is the Shadow spin-off that plays the lion's share: the dark anti-hero from SEGA shows up to the appointment with fans in dazzling form. If you have never had the chance to experience the original adventure or if you are curious to find out in which direction the unpublished Shadow story will move, we can advise you to make the title yours without further ado.- Everyeye.it

One of the best features of the canonical chapters lies in the ability of the game to adapt to the times of real life: the shift from day to night, the scandal of seasons, the commemorated parties and all the little attentions that have made millions fall in love.- Everyeye.it

Death Stranding 2 is a sequel that is only half successful, which like a tired courier struggles under the weight of an ineffective and, to be honest, painfully weak narrative component. Despite not fielding revolutions, the gameplay demonstrates a solidity that, even if it does not completely compensate for the shortcomings of the story, at least circumscribes its effects, giving the player a well-assorted and valid game bouquet, which offers a different balance between delivery and combat dynamics, managing to enhance both sides of the offer. We are sure that not everyone will appreciate this drift, but in our opinion the profile of the experience benefits from the more refined alternation between "rope and stick". Nonetheless, we find it hard not to consider Death Stranding 2 one of the few "missteps" - relatively speaking - in Hideo Kojima's career.- Everyeye.it
