A unique concept polished to perfection by evolution - without any compromises along the way. Dark Souls 3 is beautiful, with great art direction and equally wonderful music. An outstanding effort by FromSoftware and a phenomenal ending for the series.

Telling a story inside and outside the game was a risk that ultimately paid off. The result is certainly satisfying. Quantum Break is something special: the best TV show you can play and the best game you can ever watch like a TV show. Remedy delivers once again.

Simple story, low difficulty level in campaign and lack of variety among fighters can be a little disappointing. Pokken Tournament seems to be a base for future, more robust installments.

Still plenty of fighting, but second part of The White March expansion also offers more interesting story - successfully raising it above the first episode.

A new adventure effectively keeps the attention, although it is a little bit too short, which makes it hard to develop a proper story. Still, it's nice to return to the Commonwealth and the robots building mechanic is certainly a nice addition for DIY enthusiasts.

Trackmania regulars can be disappointed by certain missing options in the PC version, but Turbo is definitely a fine sequel, with plenty to do.

Salt and Sanctuary can be called a 'Dark Souls 2D' and certainly is more worthy of this name than the official Slashy Souls on mobile. Frustration, perseverance, joy, satisfaction - all present. Shortcomings are not serious enough to overshadow this specific kind of enjoyment, characteristic for Souls series.

Cobalt is a complex, demanding game. Sometimes even frustrating, when forcing to replay the same level over and over again. Despite that, the quick and flashy combat system is a lot of fun.

Great gameplay, wonderful audio and video, but the single player modes are not well-thought-out.

At first, hours spent with The Division go by very quickly. Constant action in Manhattan can engage for a good while, but the game becomes repetitive and monotonous if approached without friends or other agents.

Lower difficulty level and focus on stealth or action mechanics could make We Are The Dwarves a worthwhile proposition. In its current state, the Whale Rock Games' production can only be recommended for players fond of extreme challenges.

Hitman is a great game, one of the best in series. Even one episode lasts for hours, if we don't mind coming back to the same location. Episodic formula will be a disappointment for players interesting in back to back mission on different maps.

The Flame in the Flood offers a lot of interesting ideas, but not all of them are properly developed - it seems as if the game was released too early. With more items, enemies and locations, it could compete with Don't Starve, but all we get is few hours of beautiful and interesting gameplay that ultimately leaves you wanting more.

An ideal combination of smart simplicity in mechanics and an incredible depth of content. Stardew Valley offers a pure, relaxing experience and hours upon hours of fun and gameplay.

Despite the technical shortcomings, Crate Entertainment managed to develop a worthy spiritual successor for the Titan Quest series. Grim Dawn is extremely rich in content, providing hundreds of hours of hack'n'slash fun.

Michonne is a great character, but her story - not so much. In Too Deep lasts for about two hours and more often than not we're just a spectator. This short series certainly could've started much better.

The huge Kickstarter success story is now a finished game - with a great concept and solid execution, but it's also too small and short to really engage the player. Constant action drags us forward in neck-breaking pace, only to emphasize this flaw.

The conflict between zombies and plants has lasted for years, but still has its original charm. New classes, costumes and locations are appropriately varied and fun, making Garden Warfare 2 a bloodless and colorful shooter for people of all ages. Accessible to beginners, but sufficiently deep to last for hours.

Prospekt is tough to recommend. It's a good dosage of classic shooting, but the level design and story leave a lot to be desired. Short and not very interesting experience overall, but revoking pleasant memories.

Far Cry Primal offers fresh and revamped atmosphere, but very little in terms of new mechanics. Thankfully, the core gameplay is still immensely satisfying, especially in later stages. Overall, Primal marks a step in the right direction for the Far Cry series.

The continuous development of Cities: Skylines is very promising, confirmed now not only by mods made by the players, but also thanks to another official expansion. Snowfall turns out to be much better than After Dark and offers a wide range of new capabilities, all well-thought-out and satisfying.

As a whole, LEGO Marvel's Avengers is a polished and positive adventure, but also a sign of exhaustion in the current formula. Even the biggest fans have to admit that another clone can't bring the same level of enjoyment. Perhaps it's a time for a decent evolution and a new direction.

Capcom covers the most important basics: fighting is engaging, polished and enjoyable. It's only a shame that the extensive beta phase wasn't used to prepare better network infrastructure. Furthermore, fans preferring the single-player aspect of the game will have to wait for more content.

Layers of Fear is a great horror. Could've been even better, but it's still a fresh genre for Bloober Team, making it easy to forgive some controversial solutions that don't affect the gameplay in a hugely negative way. Fans of terror should and suspense should not miss this dark adventure.

Unravel is certainly one of the most charming games in recent years, one filled with intimate details from the author's life - perhaps a bit too often. It does not change the fact that - if we accept such concept - we're in for a treat.

Techland reminds us what a proper expansion pack should look like. The buggy is a great addition, along with a lot of other ideas. The Following only makes you think how many great concepts are in store for a proper sequel, which could also eliminate the minor defects, like the AI of human enemies.

American Truck Simulator can impress if we haven't seen the popular series before. New theater of operations is certainly interesting, but there's just not enough important additions to gameplay. It's hard to see the game as something more than just an expansion pack.

Biggest selling points of Sébastien Loeb Rally Evo? A lot of interesting cars and good tracks. While the game gameplay leaves something to be desired, it's still a solid alternative to other games in recently revived rally genre.
