The perfect sequel from Firaxis - better, bigger and more impressive, for dozens of hours. Minor troubles with Enemy Unknown's engine never influence the gameplay in negative ways.

Right now Tharsis provides a few hours of fun, but there's not much to go back to after finishing the game on both difficulty settings. Choice Provisions' game is ingenious, evoking a lot of emotions, though at times it's a bit unfair.

A relatively simple gameplay concept in The Witness was translated into one of the best puzzle games in years, with gorgeous graphics. Hundreds of panels to solve can sound a little monotonous, but there's no time for boredom.

Resident Evil Zero HD is a great opportunity to learn or refresh this quite demanding episode in the series' history. Door opening animations and controls may be somewhat archaic, but such is the beauty of this franchise.

Dungeons, monsters and madness - Darkest Dungeon in a nutshell. Well-realized gameplay, dark atmosphere and high quality graphics makes it very hard to quit. Better keep the narrator happy.

It's very hard to stop playing Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, even if there's just a few units, skirmishes are small, and the locations are not very diversified. It's simply a great RTS, with and interesting story, nice graphics and engaging gameplay.

Translating tabletop Mordheim into digital world was a titanic challenge for developers from Rogue Factory, one executed very well. The only issue is the lack of factions, which - when published - will make the combat even more interesting.

MuHa Games' debut game turns out to be a little too ambitious. Thea: The Awakening is certainly an original and robust proposition, but without enough polish. First few hours are very engaging, but exploration quickly runs out of surprises, quests become repetitive, and the cards - simply tiresome.

Ubisoft once again proved its ability to develop smaller, more "artistic" games, strengthening the biggest series. The second episode of Assassin's Creed Chronicles doesn't offer any significant revolution, but it's still a very enjoyable platformer.

Even as a free game, Hardware: Rivals has serious problems with gathering enough players. Average graphics and not well-thought-out content keeps you interested only for a few skirmishes before all interest fades.

Codemasters listened very carefully to the community, developing a great racing game. DiRT Rally does not disappoint and keeps you in front of the screen for hours on end. All we can hope for is new content - more cars and tracks.

SteamWorld Heist is one of the biggest surprises of 2015. Pleasant turn-based gameplay is never boring and the humorous aspect is only positive. Most importantly, the fighting system is extremely engaging, even at the very beginning.

This new game in the Warhammer universe does a lot of things better than the most popular representative of the genre, Left 4 Dead. Loot system and clear differences between characters are big advantages, but the most important is the emphasis on melee combat - Vermintide puts us much closer to the action.

Contrary to appearances, slower pace of combat never makes it boring. Successful hits from long distance are very satisfying, even after many hours. It's a pity that the micro-transactions system is not perfect.

Wild Run clearly makes the gameplay in The Crew more attractive and varied, but the price seems to be inadequate to the offered content. Worth considering if it's on sale.

Hard West surprises with creative gameplay systems, neatly written group of characters and interesting, well-realized ideas - but not without some strange choices.

Rainbow Siege Six fluctuates a bit more towards action and spectacular battles, but without completely abandoning the need for a strategic approach. It surely won't disappoint the fans of tactical shooters.

A decent debut project Double Damage Games. Rebel Galaxy is engaging and creates a great atmosphere, but the repeatability kicks in a little too early.

Dragon Quest Heroes is a positive adventure with great battles against hordes of monsters as a main pillar of gameplay. This element is just too repetitive and the character development system insufficiently developed to keep the players interested for a long time.

Developers created a game that seems to not quite know what it wants - beautiful, atmospheric story or a kingdom simulator with mathematical precision. Unfortunately these two elements do not work together.

Skyhill won't blow your mind with amazing graphics, but interesting gameplay idea is enough for few hours and few approaches. The spell is broken when we finally reach the ground floor. The game offers multiple endings, but it's hard to force yourself to try and find then.

Star Wars Battlefront is a spectacular multiplayer shooter and a dream come true for many movie fans. The modest amount of content is the game's biggest flaw: maps are beautiful, but two hours is enough to visit them all and the situation is identical with any other aspect of the game.

There's no doubt that Fallout 4 is worth recommending and that everyone will find something interesting here - it's an impressive and addictive game. It's only a shame that Bethesda didn't try to change the gameplay formula a bit more or iron out the technical problems.

The new Need for Speed is a successful sequel in the popular series, providing hours of content. It's not ideal, but examples of Driveclub or The Crew show that errors and deficiencies can be corrected over time. The final score could be higher, but we have to wait for more difficult races and some AI improvements in the promised free DLC.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is an interesting game with a campaign that might be a bit disappointing, but additional modes - especially multiplayer - make up for the shortcomings. Developers put a lot of effort to try and please everyone, forgetting perhaps that its quality that matters, not quantity.
