Act of Aggression is a great proposition for everyone still waiting for the next Command & Conquer: Generals. Old-school gameplay is engaging, but the first excitement dissipates with time, and the campaign is not great.

    ICY
ICY is a not very interesting story, with freedom and RPG elements kept to minimum, and heavily marketed survival boiling down to a few moments in supplies room. The game's theme shows promise, but there's just not enough well designed gameplay.

Forza Motorsport 6 raises the bar for racing simulators. Well designed Xbox One controller is ideal for this kind of game, and racing stays interesting even after many hours on track - Forza 6 is a new racing king on consoles.

Original gameplay, difficulty level and the atmosphere of loneliness create interesting and engaging roguelike game, which unfortunately is a little too irritating in the last chapter.

Don't let the graphics and cheerful mood fool you - Renowned Explorers is an unforgiving and demanding strategy game, with deep systems and combat. It's not necessarily a bad approach, but it seems that it needed a bit more work - particularly regarding the lack of tutorials and uneven difficulty level.

Stasis provides few hours of an engaging, dark adventure. Developers managed to create a poignant atmosphere, and even create fear - all in isometric perspective, unusual for a horror game. Traditional mechanics can be a put-off for people not used to traditional point'n'click games.

Mad Max successfully blends well-known and popular elements from other games. Post-apocalyptic world is very well presented and driving behind the Magnus Opus' wheel is so engrossing that the latest work from Avalanche is definitely worth your time, even if one needs to turn a blind eye to few shortcomings.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain impresses at every turn. It's a vast and addictive game that manages to surprise even after many hours. Few minor bugs and repeatability are the only drawbacks. The final Metal Gear from Kojima is definitely worth recommending.

Shadowrun Hong Kong shows the excellent level of skills in Harebrained Schemes. Although the title can't compete in terms of graphics with high-profile productions, and the gameplay model can still be improved, new Shadowrun is still a very recommendable game.

Trine 3 is a beautiful game, but this time only the graphics can impress. Gameplay is a step backward in comparison to previous views, and the adventure - although it may provide some fun - ends too quickly.

Uninteresting combination of unpolished elements. The campaign quickly bores and multiplayer turns out to be only slightly less monotonous.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition reminds us of the good and bad sides of the original. Prettier Gears can be a lot of fun, it's just a pity that developers didn't refresh anything substantial in gameplay. It's possible that new gamers will recognize the "charm" of the original.

Terrifying night in the snowy mountains is a surprisingly exciting adventure. The interactive video structure works great, grabs your attention and keeps your eyes peeled to the screen, even if horror is not your favourite genre.

Rare Replay is a delight and the perfect formula for collections of older games. The only downside is the lack of control options in some of the games.

The Swindle is an original, well-made title, in which successful break-ins are a source of enormous satisfaction, and failure only motivates. No tutorials or instructions can irritate, but if you devote some time to learn, the game will keep you in front of the screen for dozens of hours.

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is unconventional game. Directed to a rather narrow audience, concentrating on history and unhurried exploration over fast and spectacular action.

Short, truncated and incomplete. Wasted potential for an excellent, intriguing science-fiction game. Cradle's biggest sin is the inability to turn the amazing world into equally good video game.

Victor Vran works well if we want to spend few hours in the fight against hordes of monsters, but it's also rewarding in smaller doses, when we fell like one challenge is enough. It's a successful 'Diablo clone', with enough differences to attract even the veterans of hack'n'slash genre.

Guild of Dungeoneering is light and simple, which is the greatest advantage and disadvantage at the same time. Approachable gameplay allows us to jump into underworld right from the start, without fear of making a mistake. With time, however, the game becomes rather monotonous.

    Dex
Dex creates an interesting world, but the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. It's a Kickstarter-funded game that quickly shows lack of budget and skilled developers. If you can see past the shortcomings and crude fighting system you will find a few hours of decent fun.
