One step back for the gorgeous Nier Automata on the Nintendo Switch . The game is still entertaining but the equation 720p/1080p + 30fps doesn't give the best result. The “portability factor” adds something, but not enough to convince those who already played the game on other platforms.- Eurogamer Italy

Sunless Skies is a real "interactive book". In the new game of Failbetter Games there are texts of a really rare quality for a video game, like a good sci-fi novel. Too bad that the strength of Sunless Skies is also its greatest limit: there are often long sequences of readings a bit too verbose and ends in themselves.- Eurogamer Italy

While the execution is undoubtedly impressive, the idea behind it is not that strong: why should anyone prefer LittleBigPlanet PSP over the PS3 version, choosing the very same game with some unavoidable compromises regarding the editor? That's frankly hard to say, the real impasse here is mainly conceptual.- Eurogamer Italy

Those playing for a long time have developed the 'eye of the old-gamer', a sort of skill that allows them to lead back the majority of games to a minimum of seeds that give life to the 99% of videogames. Shu is a 2,5D platform offering a good mix of classic gameplay and new ideas. The level design is very good as well as the soundtrack, resulting in a relaxing and peaceful adventure offering a few hours of fun. This is not the game for you if you are searching for a challenging platform. There are no enemies in the game a part from the stormy all-mouth monster, who sometimes appears and a chase suddenly begins. There are good ideas though, from the visual art, to the special abilities of your buddies, who contribute to keep the gameplay varied. It’s a nice game, but really way too easy for experienced players.- Eurogamer Italy

Considering the initial expectations, Final Fantasy XIII is definitely a disappointment. Although the adventure looks absolutely stunning (especially on PS3), the gameplay lacks in terms of depth in a way that no one could have expected, and if we add to the equation the extreme linearity of most of the adventure, the whole experience is far from perfect.
