Overfall is a surprisingly deep game with some unique ideas. The game is very well paced and you get to explore plenty of interesting locations pretty quickly. The combat and dialogue systems are deep, complex and require some practice and experimentation. There’s plenty to see and do, but I would have liked to of seen a bit more narrative structure alongside the story building you get from conversations with others.- Brash Games

There’s clear influences from it’s predecessors in the genre but it does nothing to really stand out from them. The customisation options have little more than aesthetic value. Having died 491 times on my playthrough I see little reason to allow the long suffering Max to continue a torture of infinite grizzly deaths beyond completion. It’s a fair few hours of a punishing, yet forgiving, retro style platformer fun, if you like that sort of thing.- Brash Games

So this is a decent DLC. The story is there, the new location is there and the added weapons and armour are there. Fans of the franchise will enjoy experiencing more Fallout content to be played around with. The only major fault that I could really pick out was the performance issues and because that affected the entire DLC, it was quite a big issue.- Brash Games

What I enjoyed most is not having the story revealed to me all at once. You had to keep playing in order to find out the entire truth. It just motivated me to keep playing despite how difficult some of the puzzles can be. Playing a game that was entirely monochrome just added to the experience.- Brash Games

If you like solving puzzles and never played ‘Lights Out’ before then I would recommend playing this game. Although if you played ‘Lights Out’ before then Super Blackout to you will be a packaged version of ‘Lights Out’ but with trophies.- Brash Games

Blizzard and their team seem to have struck gold with a perfect combination of class based, team-centric first person shooting with their latest entry in their storied career. They show that in an era of overpriced and overwrought online only first person shooters, Overwatch stands out above the fray, to deliver a meaningful, competitive experience sure to last for years to come.- Brash Games

I personally got a bit bored after the first hour and a half and anything after that felt like a bit of a slog.- Brash Games

The Way is a fun adventure, filled with difficult-but-fair puzzles and wonderful art direction, but often marred by clumsy control issues and poor checkpointing, made especially worse in a game filled with long backtracking segments.- Brash Games

The game is compact and fun for the most part but I would have like to have seen a bit more focus on story and better controls. I would certainly recommend this game if you like survival games like Don’t Starve or a game that looks beautiful with an interesting world to explore.- Brash Games

The game was obviously intended for adults with the subject matter but then it doesn’t respect the intellect of the player. If it was an animated picture it would be a visual arts spectacle but sadly it’s a video game.- Brash Games

It is perhaps the best use of the Warhammer license that I’ve ever seen, easily rivalling the Dawn of War series (which is thankfully different enough that I don’t need to decide which is better or worse) and perhaps delivering a game that is dangerously capable of pleasing both Total War and Warhammer fans alike, because of how well it handles the strengths and weaknesses of each.- Brash Games

Played as a complete season it feels much more like a complete game, especially as you don’t have to wait eight months between episodes as they were initially released, and overall I very much enjoyed it. However the rushed ending and lack of polish does unfortunately count against it – despite comparisons to The Wire it’s nowhere near that level.- Brash Games

Push Me Pull You is an incredibly fun party game. The hilarious and fun premise makes it great for a night in. It’s unique and offers something new which you definitely wouldn’t have seen before and while the gameplay would probably become boring quickly, it’s worth playing at least once just to say that you have.- Brash Games

The pacing of the narrative works well and kept me wanting to push forward and find out more. I would certainly recommend this game if you like point and click adventure games or like narrative driven games that have slightly darker and mature themes, but still manages to have moments of humour.- Brash Games

The restricted maps and character pool really do make Obliteracers feel somewhat empty. Despite this I’ve given the game a 7/10 overall because it is addictive.- Brash Games

Zero Reflex is a game that offers fun for a couple of hours. With the Black Eye edition, the game has more visual eye candy and more content but ultimately still suffers from the flawed punishment system which becomes repetitive and frustrating.- Brash Games

As a huge fan of the Tropico series, I’m delighted with the package that Tropico 5 Penultimate Edition provides, but I certainly don’t think I would recommend it as highly to someone who had recently invested in Tropico 5 on the Xbox 360, for example.- Brash Games

All things considered, Oli Oli 2 is still an amazing game and the XL edition just reinforced my belief in that. The game still plays, looks and sounds as great as it has ever done.- Brash Games

Nevertheless, if you’re in the mood for a 16-bit Guy Ritchie style 2D shoot-em-up, you could do far worse than pulling the trigger on this one.- Brash Games

Arcade Archives: Kid’s Horehore Daisakusen is not a bad game but it’s also not really a memorable one. It’s a game that I think only the most dedicated of collectors need to own. It’s not very long and while challenging, the gameplay has very little variety in all reality. It’s a well-made piece of software, but for $8 you can get something much better even within the same collection of games. I say pass unless it’s on sale for considerably less money.- Brash Games

Newcomers to Grand Theft Auto III would giggle at the primitive graphics, spoiled by the advancements of the past 15 years. For seasoned gamers however, Grand Theft Auto III was the absolute tits back in the day and I really enjoyed playing it again. Sure, I paid out my butt for it but that was my choice, no one forced me to do it. Now, if you don’t mind, I’ve got a platinum trophy to nail.- Brash Games

Total Extreme Wrestling 2016 is definitely a thinking man’s game however, so anyone looking for a quick adrenaline fix will be disappointed – yet seeing pro wrestling from the point of view of a businessman is oddly satisfying and I can see fans of wrestling the world over really throwing some serious hours into this one.- Brash Games

The game certainly has its issues and downfalls but overall it’s a great game that is worth playing and now having the complete remastered version allows you to experience the games in one awesome package. Long time fans will enjoy returning to Spira and it’s a great way for first timers to jump in.- Brash Games

A must buy if you are looking for an entertaining puzzler. With puzzles and fun galore, you will have a lot of fun sacrificing the knights for their king in search of immortality, and hearing their dying screams as you gleefully add another name to the roster of dead knights.- Brash Games

Overall I am completely satisfied with Doom. So far it has been my favourite third party AAA game of this console generation. I can’t remember being this impressed with a first person shooter since BioShock Infinite, and even then I think I prefer this one.- Brash Games
