The concept actually isn’t too bad and is supported by mainly immersive controls. Nonetheless the execution is mostly superficial while the pacing is underwhelming.- 4P.de

Yes, architecture and costumes are adequate. And yes, you can influence little things while both storylines offer interesting twists and turns. But the combat system in this superficial fantasy adventure is one of the worst in years, while the stealth and dialogue systems don't live up to their potential.- 4P.de

Ambitious try to make console players feel like a train driver that lacks variety as well as decent visuals.- 4P.de

Unstable framerates, pop-ups and brutal aliasing – this console port of a decent shooter should have been scrapped.- 4P.de

This is not enough, EA. Although you’ll notice significant improvements over last years’ version, compared to 2Ks slam dunks this is conservative low level college basketball.- 4P.de

I can't blame the game for the lack of an online community - but it harms it tremendously. The core mechanics are definitely worth a look.- 4P.de

On the surface everything seems to work, but the deeper you look, you’ll find that there is just nothing there. But the trip into the Adventure Park was good for something: It made me install Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 again.- 4P.de

It seems to me as if the developers didn't know where to go with this reboot of the turnbased tactics classic. It's nice to be back in Arulco but the gameplay experience lacks depth and direction, the action is superficial while the tactical options are shallow.- 4P.de

The concept is interesting, but the freeform rhythm mechanic needs way more finetuning to live up to its promise.- 4P.de

At first glance it makes you curious. The art design is interesting, but once you have seen it all you'll find that it is little more than an overpriced minigame.- 4P.de

This is better than expected, especially in terms of track design. But nonetheless Kylotonn is miles away from the quality that Milestone delivered with Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo, while Codemasters’ DiRT Rally is a whole different league altogether.- 4P.de

There simply is no digital adventure that can capture the unique horror of H.P. Lovecraft. The Sinking City tries hard, but ultimately finds its demise.- 4P.de

With all appreciation and due respect for the classic, this remastered version of Wasteland feels and looks more like a mobile game.- 4P.de

The campaign delivers as it did on other systems, but suffers from framerate issues. The multiplayer drags the Wii U experience down. I can live with the small number of available players, even though some modes suffer from that. But the connection losses are a big disappointment.- 4P.de

I don’t really care about technical problems like tearing or aliasing. What I care about, is that this could have potentially been a modern Streets of Rage in space. Unfortunately the abysmal balancing and sometimes clumsy evasion controls impede lift-off.- 4P.de

Good ideas that fail when they are not properly implemented. Atlas Fallen is not a gameplay flop, but leaves a lot to be desired.- 4P.de

While the humour is back to its sarcastic bite and the visuals are improved, Neptunia still suffers from old problems: incredibly boring quest and level design.- 4P.de

On Switch Blair Witch is just as boring as on the other platforms, but visually worse. Instead of tense survival horror you’ll encounter disenchantment around every corner.- 4P.de

On the surface all the elements that made the former Army of Two games such interesting experiences are still there. But the deeper you look the more superficial they get. Resident Evil 6 might have failed because the vision couldn’t be executed. But here you’ll miss the vision in the first place. This is a run-of-the-mill shooter with big explosions and little depth.- 4P.de

The best part of the package is the emulation of the old arcade machine, while all the new levels and mechanics work against a lot that good ole Q-Bert was fighting for more than 30 years ago.- 4P.de

If Disney would build a prehistoric theme park, this would be the blueprint. You can tame the wildest animatronics with one button, blinking areas show you where to go or what to do next and everybody makes you feel as happy as possible, thus cancelling out any sense of danger. Unfortunately the atmosphere suffers as much as the challenge. This could have been an important step for the franchise but instead marks its low point.- 4P.de

Naughty tries hard to step out of the shadow cast by his first outing, which hasn't been received well. And for the most part all mechanical changes seem to work out fine. Unfortunately you can't say that for the ridiculously stupid AI.- 4P.de

Motion recognition works well, which cannot be said for the voice recognition. And even though you'll find more than enough challenges, some design decisions slow the super heroes down, most notably the restricted mode selection.- 4P.de
