    My big qualm with Temple Runner lies in the fact that the majority of the game's scenery looks the same. Yeah, the scenery does change here and there, but most of the time, gamers are running through ruined, temple pathways that look consistently the same. It all starts to blur together after a while.

It may not be the best game to hit iOS this year but it will easily be one of the most recommendable. Let's hope Fire Maple endeavors further into this genre, they have a knack for it.

    Red's Kingdom's individual components are all very familiar, but they're constructed in a way that I haven't really seen before. This makes playing it feel both fresh and comfortingly familiar. As a puzzle game, it's top-notch, and it just so happens to be a pretty great adventure game too.
