Candy Crush Saga has become a massive hit not only because it's free and fun, but because it provides a great value with well-balanced gameplay mechanics.

Quite frankly, we didn't expect to fall in love with this game. Excellent stuff.

Candy Crush Saga is as addictive as it is frustrating. The game starts off easy, but soon gets difficult and very challenging. The downside the game has is that you keep on getting Facebook messages from friends.

Candy Crush Saga is a fun, simple puzzle game, with lots of different missions but a few too many IAPs.

It's a Facebook game turned into an iOS. It's not very original, even though is entertaining and engaging. It's partially based on the free-to-play concept, so eventually we might face some money-demanding situations.

Candy Crush Saga (Free,Universal) is a tasty treat that delivers so much to enjoy, that you might get cavities.

A challenging, surprisingly imaginative match-3 puzzler - but there's little reason to tolerate its free-to-play fussiness with so much stellar competition in the field.

Why do the app makers have to result to finding a way to make more money? You basically have to pay to keep playing if you lose a level after a while. Either that, or you have some really patient and nice Facebook friends that'll get you out of the hole! Expand

The game can be enjoyable at early times. But as you move on to other higher levels it becomes boring and repetitive.

It has nice and colorful visuals though, lots of power ups and game features. One thing that makes me sometimes frustrated with this game is it's difficulty in leveling up. It will take a few days just to reach nigh levels unlike other games there. And since other similar, popular games had different functionality the users can enjoy playing instead of the single and quite repetitive board level game (Candy Crush has), the game can be boring if you can't level up fast.

And acquiring important game tokens or items is tediously difficult and long when you are leveling up. Not to mention, annoying voice overs when you completed a level game. It's quite funny and depressing at the same time.

It is a game where you have to pay money if you want to continue playing, it is very absurd, and after a long time I have realized that it is a waste of time since it is not a game that gives you anything. A game with history gives you live unique experiences, a game online to have fun with friends, but a game that is simply a "puzzle" is something that all it does is make you lose time and money. Absurd and without coherence. My recommendation is that you dedicate your time to better things or games that give you something. Expand

For more information, and how a completely unrelated game (The Banner Saga sequel) is being blocked by King.com, see the news article on IGN or do a search on Google.

I urge anyone else concerned by this practice to make their voices heard, whether via reviews like this on Metacritic, or the App Store, or elsewhere. This game, and King.com, gets a 1/10 from me.

Please do not be fooled into buying into this trash. This is not gaming. The money you will spend on completing this copy of Dr Mario,Please do not be fooled into buying into this trash. This is not gaming. The money you will spend on completing this copy of Dr Mario, Colum's, Dr Robotnic mean bean machine type game could be spent buying one of the original and much better puzzle games it was based on, leaving you a fortune to buy an actual new games console or PC.

The thing that annoys me most is that this game is designed so you have to spend money to progress. Now if it was a game that cost say 5.99 and you got the entire game then fair play, it would be a nice little homage to puzzle games. But this is a shameless rip off that relies on non gamers and kids to spend way more than the game is worth to complete it.

At one time you bought a game and it was yours, micro transactions are the con of the century, but at least if spending a few quid on a gun in say call of duty, at least you get something back for your money, this expects you to pay to win and you are rewarded with nothing. You can buy lives but eventually they run out. Why not allow the played to buy unlimited lives? Because you won't fkcing profit from it.

So please don't be a sheep and stop paying to play this garbage. But an old Gameboy with Dr Mario if you want to be part of the gaming crowd. Don't spend nearly 1000.00 like some kids have on this game barley worth .99p.

Don't sue other people's games when they made the game 2 YEARS before you did and when you trademark the words "Candy" and "Saga" when there are literally hundreds of HUNDREDS of games that already used them and you don't see them trademarking those words even when STAR WARS are using them. So to summarize: Terrible unoriginal game, Terrible money hungry developer/s Expand
