    Those of you who are fortunate enough to even get your 5 lives to play have actual experience with the game to complain about. I got up to the high 30's but kept doing it with only one life because when I boot up the game… it loads, shows all the screens and when I push play it either throws me out of the system entirely or shows me the playing field and then throws me off of it. So I trashed it and reloaded the newer, "debugged" game. Now, I boot it up and go through all the motions and count down my lives (sometimes all the way down to zero) as the game keeps throwing me out of the program! It is neither a space nor OS problem as I have more than enough on both counts to operate a game that refuses to work under any circumstances. I can only be grateful that I haven't spent a dime on this pathetic excuse of programming and offer the observation that it (Candy Crush Saga) is a lot like a bad marriage… you can't expect success from something that only one party is actually participating in! I'm not sure what the company thinks they are the "King" of but I won't be playing anything they produce ever again.… Expand

    A heaping pile of **** that is addicting for awhile but gets boring after its repetitive levels and annoying almost sexual like voice-overs which say stupid things like "tasty" and "devine." Never again will I play this game.

    OMG, what a money-whore game. The price increases each time you buy it, and King.com has trademarked the words "Candy", "Crush". This is basically a copy of the awesome Bejeweld. Reasons why not to play this game. It seems modern, but this type of game is more than 13 years old.

    This game sucks! Imagine being sucked up by a black hole. You could just spend a dollar buying some useless power-ups, charms and life. It's obvious that you could just waste 30 minutes playing it. The music was so short, that you could just find a music to replace it. The game play is almost impossible. You could try crushing, crushing and crushing for the whole 30 minutes. But theThis game sucks! Imagine being sucked up by a black hole.     A moderately addictive match-three game. The special pieces have nice mechanics, but the things that get in your way are often piled too high against you, and winning a level becomes a matter of just playing it over and over again until the RNG happens to give you a super good set of drops so that you can win.     I can't stop playing this game. It's so addictive and I just want to get through all the puzzles. However minus 2 points because the amount of money they charge for things is ridiculously expensive. I guess I just have to wait for friends to help me out....

It's a match-3 game, which are pumped out by the thousands every few years, and this game adds nothing new and nothing special. It seems to draw to a crowd of people who have never heard of video games before and think that this is something new and exciting that they should spend every day playing. It seems to brainwash people into liking it by making a huge deal, like it's something new, commercials, internet ads, and they even TRADEMARKED the word "Candy".

    It is true, this game is addicting. So, however, is crack. Also, my all-consuming crack addiction is much cheaper. tl;dr: don't play Candy Crush , do crack instead.

    I began playing Candy Crush Saga while doing jury duty in October 2013. I liked it because l could play it alone and not have to bother (or be bothered by) anyone. I also liked the fact that l only had 5 lives to play at a time, which meant l couldn't waste hours and hours playing it. In January of 2014 l was diagnosed with Stage 3c cancer, and Candy Crush Saga was a welcome diversion inI began playing Candy Crush Saga while doing jury duty in October 2013. So with all of these accolades, why have l only given it a rating of 1? Because King has changed it, that's why. I am no longer able to play alone. I now receive emails from 'friends' who are complete strangers to me asking me to help them move forward in their games. And today, for the first time, l am no longer able to unlock a quest without either asking some stranger to help me or else paying for the priviilege, which l absoltely will not do. I was perfectly happy to wait 24 hours for the quest opportunity to open up again since l know how to occupy myself with other things besides playing Candy Crush Saga. And now that you've made these changes, l guess that's what l'll be doing from now on. If you decide to change the game back to the way it was before, please let me know. In the meantime, l will be hitting the 'delete' button the minute after l post this review.… Expand

    Horrible , the first 10 levels are just to get you sucked in, then as you proceed further and further its an endless scherade of trying to get you to spend money.

    When the game was first released it wasnt this hard and punishing, but they amped it up to get you to spend money to get thru certain levels, also when you end an episode too fast they want you to pay.     Sometimes you can judge a game off its content alone... sometimes you have to judge a game by the actions of its creators. King ltd. the creators, are bullying a wide range of other developers using unethical means. I simply cannot, in good faith, render a positive rating to a game made using bad behavior.

    I hate this game so much. How many times has it made me rage when it's supposed to entertain me?
    And then King has the nerve to raise the price for all in app purchases. Not that I was ever stupid enough to fall for their shameful money grabbing ways.

    I started playing because a friend "invited" me to play. I started to play, and didnt realize how much time actually passed before I ran out of "lives". If you've played Bejeweled, or Sweet Tooth on pogo.com and enjoyed it, this game is right up your alley.

    DON'T START TO PLAY IT!!!. if you don't have time, it is a really addicted one, I was at the middle of my univ exam when I installed it in my phone and I just started to play 247. two times un-installed with no success.
    now I am playing it on my Laptop and desktop even.

    Candy Crush is a massive & tasty hit. Absolutely enjoyable and very entertaining. Nothing too too special and nothing less than special, just a simple but surprisingly super fun riddle-like game.

    It's a really addicting game, and a fun one as well, but the one downside is the lives. Why do the app makers have to result to finding a way to make more money? You basically have to pay to keep playing if you lose a level after a while. Either that, or you have some really patient and nice Facebook friends that'll get you out of the hole!

    I downloaded this game recently. At first I was questioning whether or not I would have time to play it as I just bought my new PS4 with Kill Zone. However, now I'm struggling to find time for the PS4. The graphics on this game rivals next-gen graphics, and the soundtrack is brilliant. It feels like I'm watching a movie every time I play. The 64-player multi-player is also fantastic. MyI downloaded this game recently. At first I was questioning whether or not I would have time to play it as I just bought my new PS4 with Kill Zone.     I've played this game both in iOS and Android. I think that it's a great game. It's challenging mind and mostly, it looks delicious! But bejeweled game are better than Candy Crush Saga because it always make me hungry.

    At one time you bought a game and it was yours, micro transactions are the con of the century, but at least if spending a few quid on a gun in say call of duty, at least you get something back for your money, this expects you to pay to win and you are rewarded with nothing. You can buy lives but eventually they run out. Why not allow the played to buy unlimited lives? Because you won't fkcing profit from it.

    So please don't be a sheep and stop paying to play this garbage. But an old Gameboy with Dr Mario if you want to be part of the gaming crowd. Don't spend nearly 1000.00 like some kids have on this game barley worth .99p.    … Expand

After getting people hooked they make it impossible to win without spending money to buy more bombs, fish, etc. Furthermore the lives and helpers do not carry over from one devise to another. I've played several different versions of this match 3 or more style of gameplay, and there are countless other versions of the game out there with more interesting themes.     I can see why so many view this game as addictive. All I can say is that this game in no way grabbed me. I'm not addicted to it, and that might just be that I've played and reviewed a couple of these types of games already. There's definitely something here for the right crowd of people, but I'm just not one of them.

    As far as I'm concerned it's a mildly entertaining, entirely unoriginal, and almost forgettable experience. Maybe you'll get addicted to it like so many others have, but there are better versions of the game already out there.     The game "would" play fine, with lots of mechanics introduced to shake things up. I say would because there are lots of the usual free-to-play "traps". Charging for power-ups and making certain levels extremely hard/luck-based without them are usual things that one can expect, but there is one feature that single-handledly breaks the game: lives. This horrendously implemented system gives you a limited number of lives at the start of the game. Each time you fail to complete the given objective of the level, you lose a life. When you lose them all, it's a game over...literally. You've to wait a certain amount of time in order to continue playing, and recharging all your 5 lives takes way too much time. You have also the option of buying them. Not a "unlimited lives pass", no. You have to buy EACH LIFE separately. This makes what would have been a decent if unoriginal time killer into a complete waste of game. The worst part is that almost (if not) every title of them has the same system, that causes the same problems. With so many better offerings (including any title in PopCap's Bejeweled series), there is no reason to lose precious time in winning what are 400 tedious levels.    … Expand

    This game is extremely frustrating and unforgiving. But it is so rewarding when you beat a hard level and you get that sense of accomplishment. Candy Crush is a solid iOS game.

The themes in this game are also stupid; it's too cutesy and the music is really freakin' annoying!     Ok guys let's clear one thing up, addictive does not mean perfect. The game is addictive because it is scientifically designed to be. Anyway this game could get a 8/10 if it created the match-three genre, but it does not. In fact this game shows me that if I made a match-three genre and put something sweet in it, I could make millions.

    El juego es totalmente recomendable para pasar ratos muertos, ni caso a las malas notas, será gente que se deja timar con los objetos de pago y que no sabe jugar sin eso.
    El juego es mas adictivo de lo que parece en un principio y se puede pasar sin problemas sin pagar nada.

    Yeah it could be a lovely game, BUT when you must have so much luck to complete one level, that makes the game extremely boring. If you don't want to be stucked at least 2 weeks on one level, then you have to pay much money on each level.     Candy Crush Saga used to be fun, but I'd be lying if I said I still enjoyed this game today. Sorry, but the addiction has worn off into something completely boring, repetitive and unoriginal.

    I am enjoying this game but the hint comes in way too quickly and spoils the game. I'm on level 52 and hope that there will be some different tasks soon. The tasks are becoming way to repetitive.

    How can this be fun? its so simple money eating game? all it is just bejeweled just swap 3matches and up you get turns power ups are over priced the game is probably only addictive to moms or teachers i dislike it dont even try it or you gonna waste loads of money.

    ótimo jogo, estou na fase 100, e a cada fase me vicio mais ainda, porém acho que assim como muitos jogos do 'King' eles deveriam ser bem mais criativos nas fases, pois parece em alguns casos que algumas fases parecem as mesmas.
    Mas em contraponto é um bom jogo para se divertir nessa quarentena.

    Great game that set a new standard for puzzle games with hundreds of levels. Each level gets a little tougher the higher you go. New candy is also added to make things more interesting.

    Great game with good puzzle progress and more than enough levels to keep you busy. I finally called it quits after reaching level 1000 but still think its an awesome game.

It's very, very repetitive, and really provides no depth or extra content besides just being a slide puzzle. Content is the most important part of a game, so that's why I'm giving it a low score (6 maximum).     It has nice and colorful visuals though, lots of power ups and game features. One thing that makes me sometimes frustrated with this game is it's difficulty in leveling up. And since other similar, popular games had different functionality the users can enjoy playing instead of the single and quite repetitive board level game (Candy Crush has), the game can be boring if you can't level up fast.

    And acquiring important game tokens or items is tediously difficult and long when you are leveling up. Not to mention, annoying voice overs when you completed a level game. It's quite funny and depressing at the same time.

It is a game where you have to pay money if you want to continue playing, it is very absurd, and after a long time I have realized that it is a waste of time since it is not a game that gives you anything.     Do not expect to get the reward that you spin for. Within the last 2 weeks I won the jackpot twice and neither time did I recieve it.
