Gameplay also gets quite tedious after a while with nothing really changing. Every few levels, a special mission kicks in requiring players to build a specific structure out of the blocks but this is just a race against time rather than anything challenging. With arcade games, players are used to relatively short bursts but on a system like this, longevity would have been nice.

The best aspects of Ski Jump Pro are the customization that players can make to characters, the sheer amount of content in the game, and the straightforward controls. The simple gameplay does get repetitive like so many other casual games, but it is nonetheless fun.

It may not be a real first-person shooter, at least not in the way everyone would naturally expect, but Mission Sirius is still quite fun. So long as players know what they're getting into I think they'll end up having a good time with it. Although I might suggest muting the sound. At least until someone addresses that annoying voice.

I like everything about Gravity Runner except for the game itself. I love the concept to death. I think that done properly, it could be an incredibly fun platformer, one that could really play with gravity bending the way that this does. But as an endless platformer, Gravity Runner just does not work.

The core experience still boils down to dragging icons on top of icons until something happens and a new icon is made, but the added structure, pseudo-achievements and inability to accidentally – and tediously – recreate something that's already been discovered (thank you for that, Mind Vacation) make it feel unique.

Golfing Around is good, simple fun. If you just want a golf game that resembles old school titles like Fuji Golf, this game definitely delivers. Golfing Around is only really disappointing if you know going into it that the creator behind this game used to have ideas like what if slo-mo platforming and also golf? and is now just presenting a no-nonsense golf game with a course creator. It just feels a little underwhelming compared to his previous output, even though this effort is perfectly pleasant for what it is.
