Jan 2, 2024Born of Bread is adorable, witty and full of puns. Even with my criticisms stated above I can easily recommend this for fans of the graphic style and simple RPG gameplay. It grabbed my attention from the bakery window and left me satisfied.

Dec 11, 2023There’s a magical alchemy in the bake that means Born of Bread rises above the issues. It should be weighed down by them, but, somehow, it emerges as a light, fluffy RPG all the same.

Jan 2, 2024While Born of Bread was in my top videogames to look at this year with its great art style, the game overall didn’t match that hype. It was fine and I’d recommend it to those looking to get a younger player into games of this style but hardcore fans of turn based RPG’s could easily miss this one without feeling something was lost. It does nothing downright bad but nothing rememberable either.

Dec 13, 2023Entering the world of Born of Bread is like stepping into a bakery: you do not know where to look! The game is based on a well-crafted storyline and offers plenty of mouthwatering activities that will appeal to a wide range of players. Admittedly, those most demanding will find fault with a few missions that feel a little reheated or with some smothering glitches. But Tipain’s gang does not sugarcoat the experience and manages to transport us into a bewitching universe as sweet as honey.
