    To wait 7 years to get this garbage aggravates me, especially since what these guys did with the Witcher series. Technical mess aside, this is not even close to their usual RPG prowess. Choices that don't matter, side missions from text from call, lifepath and gangs were a **** joke. No wonder they dropped the RPG and just stick to "Action-Adventure" at the 11th hours.

    Where are the meaningful choices? where are the story where you actually built connection to the rest of the world? how the **** are this world changes with your choices when they barely react at all. Where are the narrative flows that made Heart of Stone and Blood and Wine Game of the **** Year for multiple years??

    Not even a "thank you" from the side mission NPC after you saved them?? What is this garbage AI from 2002?

    AC Valhalla was more of an RPG than this ****

    I'm a fan of this studio since the first Witcher but after this game and Todd Howard level of lies and deceptions from trash, I'm done with them. Hell will freeze before I touch or preorder anything off this garbage studio ever again.

    Lazy, unspiring, bland, **** mediocre.

    Okey, first thing first, this game is crazy broken at this moment (december 18) crashes at least once every session, quests can bug and things can generally stop working just because it want to.

    Yes the game is broken, but there is a great game behind all that, so maybe don't buy it right now, but in a while when patches have been released and so on you should definitely check it out    … Expand

    The game will randomly crash and the frame rate is terrible. I play on the Xbox one X so everything loads well, however the game runs worse than a crippled Thomas the Tank engine

    Cyberpunk 2077 will be the last game I preorder, the game is a mess and I'm playing it on a Series X, its full of glitches and broken mechanics, the graphics are decent and the story not surprisingly is very very good but i needed to save and load constantly and at one point it even shut my console off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME, for now....

В играх десятилетней давности было больше физики. но поставить низкую оценку не могу - игра притягивает к себе.     El juego es muy bueno en jugabilidad y en historia, los diseños son originales y el mundo de cyberpunk es cautivador, pero si es verdad que le falta en optimización y aunque yo no me he topado con bugs graves, es innegable que hay varios que te sacan del papel de pandillero futurista. Sin embargo se lo achacaría más a la consola que al juego en si creo que ya no puedehacer que se vea mejor.

    Jugado en Series X: va estupendo. Luce muy bien para que sea una version de One X. Las mecanicas son buenisimas y la historia como personajes no te aburren para nada. Night City en verdad se siente viva. No me he topado con bugs mayores, alguno que otro glitch de los que no se salvaron muchos otros juegos grandes con tal carga grafica como RDR2. Si bien, aun le falta pulirse bastante paraJugado en Series X: va estupendo. Luce muy bien para que sea una version de One X.     If you have to play the game on one of the two base consoles.
    Never buy it, they are not going to fix it.

    Aside from a memory leak this game delivers great combat, inventive and provocative quests,well developed main and side stories and a world you can get lost in. Hours of enjoyment I have 2 different playthroughs and have loved them both

    the game itself is amazing, I haven't played anything so good for a long time. However, the technical condition of the xbox one s version is tragic, frequent drops to 20 fps and sometimes even to 15 fps! ,frequent bugs and a few times I had complete game crash.

    On Series X the game looks amazing and plays really well. I have encountered very few bugs so far, and those that I have are usually just graphical glitches. The game loads very quick on Series C and the Quick Resume feature which is also exclusive to Series X and S is great as you can pick up where you left off in just a matter of seconds.     Interesting gameplay and main missions. Nice graphics if you playing are not very close to TV)) On my Xbox Series S everything is Ok. There are some bugs but nothing critical. Game support is ****

Every time an objective is completed, it's a crapshoot if the game will even recognize it. There are fundamental problems with the game that were purposefully obfuscated in order to sell more pre-orders. The driving is ridiculous, the NPCs disappear at random. The objectives will have wrong tasks. It's like they didn't tests it at all. That is actually the most hopeful explanation. Because if they did test this and released it in this current state. That is the most incredibly dishonest game release thisnside of Battlefront… Expand

    While buggy, the game runs wonderfully on next generation hardware. The story, voice acting, and characters are exactly what you would expect from a CDPR game. If this game was released by any other studio, the story would be hailed as the best they have ever done.

    I was horrified seeing the crash videos that were going around. When I finally got my preorder, I was hesitant and to be honest underwhelmed. I played about 2 hours worth and visual glitches were quite noticeable. It felt like I was just playing the E3 demo, again very underwhelming. It wasn't the visuals that bothered me, but more of the flow of the game. It didn't draw me in and theI was horrified seeing the crash videos that were going around.     El juego presenta numerosos bugs, congelamientos de pantalla y caídas constantes de frames.
    2 veces de las 7 horas que he jugado se ha crasheado completamente y he tenido que reiniciar la partida. No es un mal juego pero le falta mucha optimización por delante.
    No recomendaría este juego ni en Xbox one y Ps4. Si tienes una mejor consola o pc, adelante.

    Why is this game not delayed till 2021 full of bugs and performance issues for all versions on launch and is unplayable on last gen consoles which the game was supposed to come out in april of this year before the next gen consoles came out be warned of the people that say they have a xbox one and ran smoothly they don't i have a xbox one s and it ran poorly don't pay attention to those reviews

    In the first hour I experienced 2 crashes, frame rate drops to 17. Parts of the tutorial just wouldn't load. The tutoiral would freeze, then it would hurry up and catch itself. The game looks terrible. It's all fuzzy and distorted. Cdprojektred hid this game, lied about this game. You don't come back from this. Your solid reputation is dead and it always will be. This is a permanent stain

    on Series X working well. I found a few minor bugs but it's not critical. It's the best game world have i ever seen. It is very detailed and lives. Yes, the game is not perfect but absolutely the best this year. 10/10

It should not have been released in this state, the fps rate is absolutely awful. I’m aware that it was never going to be the same graphical standard as PC or the new consoles but it should have been better than this. Look at red dead redemption 2 for a game that is absolutely beautiful using the Xbox one hardware. I have send my copy back to Amazon for a refund and will not be buying it again even when they patch it.… Expand

    Game is messy, buggy and glitchy. Im "playing" it on Xbox One X and its freezing and crashing. Whole Cyberpunk experience for me is big disappointment. It's shouldn't be released plus false marketing... Never ever gonna preorder anything.

    The substance of this game is very strong. The story is engaging and emotional, the combat is fast-paced and fun and player choice does seem to be meaningfully fleshed out. Despite all this, the technical and performance issues with Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One/S detract from the experience as a whole in a way that cannot be described until you play it for yourself. Despite all this, the technical and performance issues with Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One/S detract from the experience as a whole in a way that cannot be described until you play it for yourself. I am not a computer expert, but the game seems to run at lower than 720p more than half of the time, whilst barely maintaining 20fps. The textures only consistently load when you are in the same area for a long period of time - do not expect to see most textures load in whilst you're driving (especially at high speeds). I have failed multiple side missions because I have arrived at the objective, and the building I've been tasked with dropping a car at, or person I've been tasked with talking to simply have not loaded, instead remaining as loose shapes of colour onscreen, that are not interactable with. All whilst I sit back and think: "I'll just wait here until the textures and world load" until I realise they're never going to. I am not one to think graphics and framerate are everything in a game - Skyrim has remained one of my most played games until this day - but this game is simply unplayable at times on Xbox One/S. Maybe in February, with the announced patches, this game will be worth buying for people without the Xbox Series X/S, but at the moment, it is certainly not. Console players understandably feel very let down by CDPR, and this game has got to be one of the biggest gaming disappointments I have ever experienced.… Expand

    Game runs completely fine with a couple bugs here and there but nothing major. Looks and feels absolutely amazing. The story has me so hooked and I just wanted to chip in with some positive feedback amid all this controversy.
    I have faith that CDPR will patch all the bugs up neatly and then this game will be celebrated as the masterpiece it is instead of criticized.

We all know those games that are being released each year and we are so used to them that we are not even surpised if there any bugs or gamne mechanics that wasn't fixed for years. What is important is that bugs will be fixed and what we are left with is probably the most impresive open world game i have ever seen. I am not speaking Red Dead Redemption grass fields and forest impressive. I am speaking city so dense, so complex, so rich in detail that it could be used in next 10 CODs or split into a few Assassins. Night City designs is just mind boggling. Streetsm buildings, highways, alleys, levels on top of levels and all that covered by shades of enormous skyscrapers towering over the city. And none on them looking copy paste. Each alley could be a seperate level in any given AAA shooter. Atention to details is just insane. All that is served in most beautifull lighting system i have ever seen. Just the visual aspect of Cyberpunk deserves high score. But we are also getting really solid action RPG. With good storyline, well acted characters and great dialogues. Animations is what really sells them. There is enough stat/skill/inventory menagment to satisfy any RPG fan. Crafting, upgreading items, weapon mods, implants, all there. And the part i feared the most, shooting. It is really fun, good shooter fun actually. I am surprised how well CDPred pulled that of knowing that they have zero experience with shooters. To crown it all, great music and sound, really setting the mood. If you are Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Bladerunner fan this game is must have for you. Its is like those worlds brought to life. This is easily on of the best open world game ever made and solid very action rpg. Any "reviews" saying otherewise are either written by people who never played it or other games or just pure hatred. In my opinion it deserves solid 9. But i amd giving it a 10 because how the world design and scale impacted me and to counterbalance all those hate zero scores that are just rubbish.… Expand

The company is trying to save face but their current business practices make them prime candidate for the golden **** award.     The good: - Gunplay is very solid. Nothing groundbreaking but definitely never felt boring. Especially with all the unique weapons and the legendary ones and stuff. - Driving is fun. Huge selection of vehicles and each one feels unique to me. - Dialogue is so much fun.     - Driving is fun. Huge selection of vehicles and each one feels unique to me.
    - Dialogue is so much fun. While your dialogue doesn't effect the outcome of every single conversation you have, it does enough of the time. Plenty of times where my dialogue changed outcomes. This was usually only in missions though. Not as many NPCs you can have a conversation with than I thought there would be. But every conversation you can have is unique and interesting. Very few boring conversations.
    Main missions - I'm only 45% through the main story missions but damn have they been amazing. SO rich and interesting. Plenty of important player choices that significantly affect the story. Plot is amazing. Stellar writing. It's hard to talk about how amazing it is without talking about the story so I'll leave it at that. So far I haven't encountered a single escort or retrieve item mission in main missions or side missions.
    Side missions - Holy **** The side missions. Absolute masterpieces. There are missions called "gigs" and they are pretty standard. Theivery, eliminate targets, save someone, etc. But every single one has a solid back story that is interesting and vast if you take the time to explore the area and read the messages on computers and stuff. Now there are real side missions. These so far have been the best part of the game for me. By far. Every single one I've played (over 20) has been a blast. Haven't felt bored even for a second. The writing in these is astonishly good. There's one series of missions that felt like an episode of Law and Order but far better. So dense and just so damn well done. Every dang mission I find myself thinking "how could they have written this many amazing storylines?". Hats off to the writers at CDPR and any material they used from the tabletop game for the side missions.
    Leveling - True western RPG leveling/skill tree feeling. But feels extremely well designed. Favorite leveling and skill system I've encountered in a Western RPG yet.
    Customization - Character creater was different than I expected. Wasn't as customizable as I thought it was going to be. There's no sliders for things like eye position, forehead size, ear placement, etc. Instead there are different options for eyes, hair, eyebrows, nose, ears, etc. Each of them with 10-30 options. I honestly preferred a system like this. It was much easier to make a character that I liked how they look since every combination looked solid.
    Performance (XBOX SERIES X) - Insanely good. Performance mode is constantly at 60 fps and looks beautiful. I don't think I've ever had it drop below 50. Quality mode is actually pretty good! Of you're switching from performance to quality, the first few seconds will have low frame rate. But then it stabilizes and runs at like 50 fps. I turned on quality mode for long NPC conversations in cars or sitting down. During these it ran at 60 fps with dips to 50 fps every once in a while. Quality mode looks absolutely stunning. Can't wait for the next gen update!

    The bad:
    Bugs - This game WAS packed full of bugs. I'm currently playing the 1.04 patch. The bugs I experienced before this patch were pretty bad. Definitely immersion breaking. There was on mission where I would have cried at what happens in the story, but the character model of the NPC just wasn't there. That also meant that their dialogue didn't even happen. But even then, with HALF of the scene gone, I still almost cried because it was so emotional and we'll written. On patch 1.04, no game breaking bugs anymore. Standard giant RPG bugs. Almost Bethesda level. Just things like sometimes being unable to pick up an item or certain sound effects just not happening. For example, I was having a fist fight with somone and every time they punched me it was silent. If you're reading this after February 2021, it's gonna be a whole lot better. I kind of wished that I waited before starting this game but I'm glad I started when I did. It has brought me a lot of joy during these hard times.
    Menus - menus are not great. Not bad. But definitely lacking. It does the cursor thing instead of regular buttons which is annoying. Once you hover the cursor for a button, you can then use the d-pad to select things like regular buttons. But sometimes the cursor starts at the top right of the screen. So you gotta move the cursor over to a button. Cursor is pretty slow and has very weird acceleration. But I got used to it and I rarely think about it. Does not get in the way of enjoying the game. I wish they had a confirm dialogue box when disassembling rare items. I once accidentally bought something for $20,000 and could only sell it back for $5,000. So that sucked    … Expand

No entiendo ver edificios y estructuras tan altas si no puedes entrar a ninguna ni subir. Una vez conoces una parte de la mega ciudad, ya conociste todo, es muy monótono y repetido.

    I want to start out by saying that the opening 10 hours or so of the game are great, maybe even fantastic in terms of the story, the characters and the world you are introduced to. Every set piece and conversation feels carefully choreographed and it even feels like your decisions matter to a point as you are given branching paths to achieve an objective.

    Sadly this marred by constant pop in and graphical glitches, including a character appearing to pull a gun out of their skull rather than the object they should be holding.

    If graphical glitches were the worst problem you might say "this will be fixed in patches" but when Act 2 begins it becomes clear the issues with the game are far more pervasive and deeply rooted which I will outline now.

    Each and every system within the game appears to be a hurried and unfinished addition to the main story, after the delightful branching ways to complete a quest in Act 1 I cannot think of a time (in my current 60 hour playthrough) where this has happened again. Please don't misunderstand you are often presented with "kill or don't kill" choices in the myriad of side missions but aside from the occasional reward difference I have yet to see any consequence from these.. on the rare occasion it is even presented as having far reaching consequences (purely in the main missions up until the point of no return) you do not actually see an impact on the world you inhabit.

    This leads me onto the second point in the same vein, the "Lifepaths" that were suggested to be a defining trait for your character that would change how you interact with the world do no such thing. The lifepath gives you a different 1-2 hour intro the game and then afterwards gives you unique dialogue choices, however despite sometimes seeming like they have a meaningful impact I have not seen a single instance where they change the outcome of a mission instead simply giving some additional flavour dialogue.

    I should add there are also occasions where you can refuse to do side missions, if you want to deprive yourself of already limited content.. you know rather than being provided with alternative ways to complete them.

    I made the statement earlier that the "scraps" of an open world RPG were stapled to this game and so lets dive into that. I'm sure everyone has read about the wanted systems shortcomings and it definitely deserves ridicule, police do not chase you they simply spawn right behind you and start shooting should you commit a crime, but cannot even manage to chase you.. the system is entirely vestigial.

    The NPC AI itself is similarly barely functional, it's not unusual to see groups suddenly crouch around you in unison should someone fire at you like they're all part of the same hive mind. This is in part because each one is not only aware of danger to themselves but also appears to be linked to your character, which is why if you are attacked every NPC in the vicinity seems to act instantaneously and often in unison.

    Onto crafting and gear in general.. this one hurts as I always enjoy crafting in games. As with everything else the bones of a system are there, everything can be broken down into 5 tiers of components you can then use to craft items... for weapons and consumables this appears to be mostly in place, once you have access to iconic weapons you won't bother with crafting regular ones most likely anyway. However someone seems to have forgotten to include crafting specs for all the clothing, as a matter of fact clothing is just lacking in general. You will often find NPCs wearing items and thinking "man I should buy that!".. well you can't. From what I can tell each clothing store in the game has a pool of 4-6 crafting specs they pull from every 24 hours which is nowhere near the amount of clothes that are actually in game. Also fancy crafting yourself your own set of Legendary clothes in a style you like? Dream on, in 60 hours I've found 4 Legendary clothing specs, not even 1 for each item of clothing.

    I honestly don't know what occurred with this game, every part of the first 10 hours I thoroughly enjoyed but once released into the world as soon as you do anything other than the main story it's like development stopped 25% of the way through implementing whatever system in the game world you are trying to interact with.

    I would say I hope this can be fixed (which is no excuse for the state of it) but the issues are systemic rather than simply "bugs". The main story is fun and enjoyable, but it is simply not the game that has been promised throughout every interaction with the developer.    … Expand

    One of the best games I've played personally. The story/writing is phenomenal the gameplay it's self is quite good. Personally the bugs haven't affected me and I played it on a day one xbox one. This being said I don't know if I've been lucky in encountering bugs or the bugs are being heavily overstated

However I turned off most of the graphical apart from depth of field which i turn on/off in between, which helped with fewer crashes and bugs.     Awesome game for anyone on a new console, anyone who is on last gen with the classic xbone or xbones will have a pretty bad time with all the lag/crashes/character disfigurement/etc. But at it's heart it's an excellent game with a great story and it's a lot of fun to play.

I’m playing on Series X and have had no crashes or game breaking bugs after 30 hours, but even without the bugs the game is hollow. I’ve uninstalled it and will be waiting until they eventually add life and content. Release now and fix later should not be the normal, especiallyCDPR, you’re better than this. I thought everyone was over reacting because the first few hours of play time were not that bad for me on the base Xbox One. I'm about 7 hours in and its become difficult to drive around the open world. Audio isn't synced with character models.     *Yes, CDPR was in the wrong to keep people in the dark about bad performance on the weaker hardware. That's still no reason to review bomb the game like whiney entitled brats. They are giving refunds, if you really want your money back then go get it back. If you wanna blame anyone them blame the share holders. You all know the real reason they held back the news is because of stocks & investors.

    Xbox (X)

    Game runs far better on the X, especially after installing patch 1.04. If this is any indication of the future of the game then that means the game will be fixed in the coming months. The difference in performance between patch 1.02 & 1.04 is so huge I'd say that they can & will get the game running at acceptable levels on all hardware soon enough. Just be patient.

    (Review)

    The game itself is amazing. No question. The city itself is the most lifelike & most immersive city & open world I've ever seen in any video game ever. The downside, is that it's really easy to get lost or forget where that specific area is that you want to go see again just for the fun of it. The plus side, is when you do 'refind' it, it gets easier to keep 'refinding' it because it's all so memorable. Every nook & cranny of the city is built in such a way where you will eventually find everything like you grew up in the city itself. You'll probably be able to traverse parts the city without a map like the back of your hand, after a few dozen hours of game play. And trust me, you will be spending more than a few dozen hours playing this game, especially if you plan on doing side quests because there are hundreds of them. There's also dynamic crime in the city, marked by blue quest markers (regular quests are marked yellow) which happen constantly. Did you take out a drug lord recently? Well, looks like another one showed up to take his place.

    There's also a ton of little details in the city full of hidden goods & unique weapons/armor. You see an alley way, chances are you are gonna wanna explore it. There might be hidden treasure there. Then there's the game's story & characters. This is some of the best written characters you'll ever see in modern media, period. I'd go as far to say that the writing in this game is on par or better than Witcher 3. The devil's in the details & the details are insane.

    Now, let me talk about bugs. yes, there are bugs & glitches. HOWEVER, your mileage will vary on if you even experience them. Those videos of cars spawning in at random, or falling through the world? Well, I've played the game for over 40+ hours already & not seen that happen once. The most common bug I've had is my character getting stuck or bouncing on chairs or tables in the scenery, or the audio/subtitles not loading correctly & a game crash every few hours. As per usual, social media has blown the 'bug' situation completely out of proportion. The textures & models not loading properly is probably more a hardware issue than a game issue. Slower hard drives & CPU/RAM can make that easily happen. In any case, yes the game has issues. No, they aren't game breaking.

    2020's already been such a crappy year, people. Can't we please just enjoy the game without everyone going psycho on the internet? Seriously, just go get a refund if you're really that upset about it. Better yet, go get some hard eggnog, light one up & relax cause the worst year we've had in a while ain't over yet & there's still more years to come.

    Grausam zu spielen auf der Xbox one S. Von der matschig verschwommenen Grafik bekomme ich nach einer Stunde Kopfschmerzen, auch mit Hotfix 1.04. Die AI ist grottig bzw. nicht vorhanden. Keine Immersion, Fahrphysik schlecht. Zur Story kann ich nicht viel sagen weil ich mir das nicht weiter antun wollte.

    Eu nem sei o que dizer sobre o NPCS e a cidade. É a maior decepção para mim. Eles estão tão quebrados e burros. A maior parte da cidade parece tão viva quanto a vice-cidade GTA. Comparado com aquele vídeo da E3 de 2 anos atrás, é apenas noite e dia. Não sinto que este seja um mundo tão divertido para explorar como Witcher, Fallout ou Skyrim. Nem mesmo parece um RPG em um certo nível, é apenas estranho. O combate não parece nada satisfatório. The graphics while not as crystal as hyped, are still very colorful & smooth textured. However, that doesn't mean the game is without its shortcomings.

    Firstly, the performance on base Xbox One (and One X to a degree) is just not acceptable at all. I understand developing for multiple platforms is extremely difficult & trying to finish a game during a global pandemic would hinder production, but if the game was not ready on consoles it never should have been sold for those platforms. You should always want to do right by your customers.

    Secondly, this game isn't as "RPG" as I had hoped. The game opens up with an extremely deep character customization screen allowing you to handcraft your own "V". However, the amount of control you have over your V from a narrative level is extremely slim. As you progress further into the game you soon realize your "V" is not actually yours but rather a "V" that just so happens to look like you. This is a huge missed opportunity similar to the way the game handles its extremely disappointing Life Path mechanic. Gameplay-wise this is as RPG as it gets but you begin to wonder if it should truly qualify as an RPG narratively.

    Finally, there is a severe lack of polish that just takes away from the experience. I am usually very liberal on bugs, but I encountered numerous issues from constantly clipping into walls, T posing NPCs, NPC's teleporting into the road & getting in trouble for hitting them, quests not registering, enemy ai randomly dying as they charge towards me, and extremely poor AI programming across the board. However, what ruins immersion the most is the fact that the NCPD teleport into a crime scene and start blasting anything on sight.

    There is A LOT to like about Cyberpunk 2077, but I can't help but feel like the game is just unfinished. I feel like this game needed at least another year in the oven before being out for people to spend their hard-earned money on it. In its current state, I give Cyberpunk a decent 7.     I haven't played on a console in a very long time. All the games that came out I did not like. It are lying on the shelf and waiting for their time.
    Now I bought a Cyberpunk and sleep for 3 hours a day.
    On version 1.4, there are not very many bugs. Mostly it's hanging glasses or cigarettes in the air.

    The game has really good potential to be great, but it should not have been released in this state. I have played about 10-15 hours so far on the Series X and I am enjoying the game but there are so many bugs, huge frame drops, freezes and crashes that at times I just thought i cant be bothered playing more and move on to something else and come back later.

    First goes First: I am not CDPR man. I am a simple Polish gamer. Personally, I found CP2077 on XSX (as it is now (v1.04)) truly great and very joyful. This is a massive undertaking with a lot of potencial. I have no complaints about the technical side. Yes, there are few glitches and minor stumbles, some levitating items, not truly visible 4K crispness (compered to high-end PC) ... but itFirst goes First: I am not CDPR man.     there is no 3-person view and no keyboard and mouse support. Prode so hyped on the game, and the basic things to do or could not or did not want.

    Overall, I think there’s a lot to like when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077, which has been unfortunately marred by poor performance issues on a number of platforms, and some poor communication (along with some overpromising) on the part of the publisher. It’s clear that a lot of work went into putting this game together, and it’s unfortunate that it had to release in a state that feels a little unfinished. It’s still a game you can very much derive enjoyment from, even in its current state but your ability to overlook open-world bugs and performance issues is certainly going to factor in quite a bit.

    Cyberpunk 2077 didn't meet my expectations, but also didn't disappoint me. It delivered an RPG experience like no other, delving deep into themes like control, awareness and addiction. The combat is great and the graphics are amazing, but the bugs and some under-cooked systems make it seem like the devs got lazy, and that's always a bad sign. (Played on Xbox Series X)
