Nov 21, 2011Same old same old. If you played MW2, you've already played MW3. A new coat of paint, and you have yourself the exact same game. Just like bad music, it sold like crazy. Doesn't mean it's good. Sick of the same product year after year.

Nov 9, 2011A MW2 map pack, not worth the price of admission. Don't shell out the money to buy this game, and don't support the company that releases it. If I could rate this a negative score, like a -59.99 I would, because you might as well be throwing your cash down the drain.

Nov 9, 2011call of duty 4: modern warfare with new maps.
same engine same weapons same modes with the exception of survival mode that is zombies but with human enemies. -
Nov 9, 2011The proper words to describe this game is half a blank page.

Nov 9, 2011You may be asking why am i giving this game a zero, and the reason is that MW3 is not even a real game. It's still the same game from the continuous reboots of the same old same thing. Call of duty devs if you are reading this get your act together and start innovating, stop milking your fan base.

Nov 9, 2011To all the retards that have been giving this game a 10. It is a shooter. No shooters especially a copy and paste one should get higher than an 8. Fallout 3 is what a shooter should be.
MW3 is just mindless shooting and running for people new to games. No innovation. 0/10 for lack of anything good. -
Nov 9, 2011Don't reward lazy development. This is the same game as MW2, which is the same game as MW1. Nothing will change until the lemmings stop buying this every single year.
-
Nov 9, 2011This game is the same thig has COD MW2, if you already have it, there is no need to buy this one.If you played one, you've played them all. Same thing. Its really sad actually. I had no expectations and i was disappointed

Nov 9, 2011Copy and paste development should not be rewarded, no matter the franchise. Madden gets trashed every year for doing it, yet so many of those same critics dont say a word when it's COD doing it.
-
Nov 9, 2011Activision is the worst thing to happen to the planet since Disney Channel. I think I'll stick with Arkham City, Gears of War 3, and Uncharted 3. Thank god I rented this and didn't waste my money on a $60 package of DLC.
-
Nov 9, 2011Game is just MW2 in a different wrapper. There is no innovation in this game, and is completely stale. I must say they really dropped the ball. The fact that people are willing to buy this game just shows that we are all ok with settling for mediocrity in our first person shooters.

Nov 20, 2011Looking at the critics score it is so simply obvious that craptivision bribed almost everyone of them. Don't support a game with ZERO innovation and the most out dated graphics for a modern game. Story is so cliche and predictable and PLEASE we are all sick of the Russians plot. Many glitches and clunky shooting with old maps 'copy and pasted' just destroys this game. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
-
Nov 10, 2011Quality versus Quantity truly will shine...How long did activision think they would get away with making cut and paste games. Activision needs to realize that lining your pockets with money doesnt necessarily equal success. Black Ops had the same problem which should have been called Call of Duty: Classic Warfare 60's.
-
Nov 9, 2011What a letdown. A zero is warranted for this game only because of how similar it is to a game made 2 years ago. The COD series is headed down the same path as sports games who add only a few minor features to their games so that they can keep some ideas for next year. This game should be DLC...not an entirely new piece of software.

Nov 9, 2011like every COD game, just a reskin of the previous & a complete wase of time. if u want a real multiplayer experience play battlefield 3 instead. i want my 70 bucks back.
-
Nov 9, 2011I made this account in attempt to aware others, this game is seriously not worth $60. Its just a new campaign (which only spans 4 hours) and new maps. I would wait for the price to drop or to just get skyrim or something instead.
-
Nov 10, 2011This game is just more of the same. I couldn't stand the singleplayer. It's like I had already played everything in there before and they ran out of ideas (shocking right?) and they even took the idea of the no gravity section from Killzone 3. Go buy Uncharted 3 instead of this steaming pile of dog dump.
-
Nov 9, 2011I went in expecting very little and was still disappointed. Added nothing to the pre-existing formula so this gets a 0 for being a carbon copy of Modern Warfare 2, yet still asks you for $70.

Jan 11, 2012Ultimately, Modern Warfare 3 feels similar to it's brethren, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great game. The single player element is still exciting, and multiplayer has more options than ever – if you're a fan of Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 is a no brainer.
-
Dec 28, 2011Modern Warfare 3, while still an excellent thrill ride in its own right, feels far too similar to MW2 or even Black Ops for my taste.
-
Dec 12, 2011I never expected Modern Warfare 3 to go toe-to-toe with EA's juggernaut this year, but it came out of the gates with a tour de force campaign and co-op mode. It loses points with a perhaps too-familiar multiplayer that caters to the juvenile on Xbox Live; though don't be mistaken, Modern Warfare 3 is one hell of a shooter and a highlight for a series that just won't die – no matter how much we wish it bloody would, at times.
