    Fantastic follow up that not only expands on story but the gameplay is now even more open and grandiose. Any reviews below at the very least 85 are sus.

    This game is amazing. Everything with Breath if the Wild people didn’t like was fixed. The dungeons are cooler. There are unique bosses. The world has changed around. The story, cutscenes and animation are beautiful. I’m like 30 hours in right now and I feel like I haven’t scratched the surface. There IS crafting, there is story in memories, and it uses the same world. That being said,This game is amazing. Everything with Breath if the Wild people didn’t like was fixed. The dungeons are cooler. There are unique bosses. The world has changed around. The story, cutscenes and animation are beautiful. I’m like 30 hours in right now and I feel like I haven’t scratched the surface. There IS crafting, there is story in memories, and it uses the same world. That being said, there’s nothing here I feel repeats so much that you can’t enjoy it. It’s a progression of a story. I enjoy it more than Breath of the Wild. It’s just so good. People wanting a “traditional” Zelda will never be happy with this. So you have switched you need to activate instead of keys… you’re just changing the word from key to switch. BFD. Para mí el MEJOR ZELDA DE TODOS LOS TIEMPOS...juegazo...lo recomiendo 1000% y es una viciada...jajajajaja 12 horas jugándolo continuo el día sábado y solo pare para comer algo...jajajajajaja. However that's only a concern if your obsessed with Zelda lore and even then the gameplay makes it more of a slight annoyance. The gameplay is everything I could have hoped and more.     Excellent game, there is definetely something magic behind Nintendo, they always brings something new and fresh to the table, Breath Of Wild was incredible, but Tears Of The Kingdom took what made Breath incredible ans took it to another level, thr new mechanics for traveling are insane and the creation of weapons definetely brings a new air to this sequel.

    Haters going to hate! People are going to critic this game low just because. But if you genuinely enjoyed BOTW, you will enjoy this game too!! Maybe more so. Yes, there are some similarities to BOTW, but I think it is a completely new and exciting experience. There is so much to do and discover in this game. The new abilities are fun to use and fun to experiment with. You can build allHaters going to hate! People are going to critic this game low just because. But if you genuinely enjoyed BOTW, you will enjoy this game too!! Maybe more so. Yes, there are some similarities to BOTW, but I think it is a completely new and exciting experience. There is so much to do and discover in this game. The new abilities are fun to use and fun to experiment with. You can build all kinds of different contraptions and fuse all kinds of things together to have different effects. The ascend and recall abilities are very helpfulI'm genuinely enjoying every second of this.

    The game itself is absolutely stunning and the sound team did an amazing job with sound effects that really immerses you in the world. The underground is one of my favorite aspects of the game.     I love this game. I think is a very good game, better than The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It has a longer and bigger world, with a very godd construction. I really love when I don't see any guides or things like that and I find some treasures or thinks like that. It is so satisfying! I really love this game!!!!

This is the first game where I truly thought we were going to lose Zelda thankfully the game did get a happy ending and there’s also a secret ending I’ve been playing Zelda since ocarina of time I grew up watching my mom play the first Zelda on the original Nintendo entertainment system, and out of all the sounders I have played. I loved breath of the wild I’m a big fan of open world games. And my top favorite Zelda game is ocarina of time.     Haters will always be haters, but the fact is that Tears of The Kingdom is the sequel what many consider as the best games of all time.     Improved on all the key aspects that were missing in breath of the wild a absolute tonne better.
    Huge enemy variety, much better side quests, many more puzzles.
    Same Hyrule but unrecognizable. Amazing.

    As the sequel to my second favorite game of all time, I had high expectations. This game lived up to all of them. All the issues I had with Breath of the Wild have been fixed, and once recency bias has settled down this still may be my new favorite game of all time. This game is an absolute masterpiece.

    Now, talking about the game, it’s not perfect in a technical way. It suffers from ocasional framedrops, and thats the most negative thing I can say about it so far. Having spent around 30 hours on it, and being one of those that was skeptical since the first teaser because of how similar to it’s predecesor looked like, I can now assure you that this is something on a completely new level. Not only it doesn’t just “reuse” maps or assets; it expands the world in every direction, makes it a lot (and when I say a lot I mean A LOT) richer in details and things to do and discover, and it’s absurdly refined for the console it’s been (sadly) created for. When this game receive (and I’m completely sure it will in mere weeks), some patches to stabilize its performance even more, we will finally have a truly gem of a game in every aspect.     This game managed to be better than the first one in every way for me. First was an 8/10 for me and this one is 10/10. I also think that if you didn't enjoy the first one, you should still look into getting this one because it is a lot different

    What if you make one of the best games of the last 10 years better? I honestly couldn't imagine that breath of the wild could be better.

    At first I was kinda disappointed that some things felt the same. But why fix something that isn't broken? Being able to discover Hyrule one more time with even more tools was something I don't know I needed.     The new mechanics allow some incredible puzzle solving and the combat just is pure gold, the addition of the fuse mechanic to create your own weapons mid combat was something just godly.

    I'm only 6-7 hours into this behemoth of a game, and I've not even scratched the surface.

    While exploring Hyrule, on my way to my quest objective, I spot something in the distance and decide to check it out. What I thought was something that may have had a few items to pick up, turned into a puzzle, that really makes you think outside of the box utilising all of Links new abilities,    I'm only 6-7 hours into this behemoth of a game, and I've not even scratched the surface.

    While exploring Hyrule, on my way to my quest objective, I spot something in the distance and decide to check it out. What I thought was something that may have had a few items to pick up, turned into a puzzle, that really makes you think outside of the box utilising all of Links new abilities, which, by the way, have expanded the tried and true mechanics of Breath of the Wild, and somehow manage to blow it out of the water. Solving this puzzle (in whichever way you see fit, there is rarely a single solution) led me to an entirely new area that, if I had continued on my merry way, I would have completely missed. Exploration in this game is obviously encouraged, and the freedom of choice you have to play through this game is what keeps pulling me back in.

    When I'm not playing Tears of the Kingdom, I am trying to plan what contraptions I can construct to help me take down that bokoblin camp that has been giving me grief. I am currently sat at work writing this review, because I cannot stop thinking about getting my hands back on Tears of the Kingdom.    … Expand

    This gam is for sure GOTY. This is in no way dlc and expands the whole map to unimaginable extents, while the incredible new physics and game mechanics make the old map feel brand new. I’m surprised that they managed this in 6 years. Incredible. Great story as well, much better than botw, and enjoyable dungeons too! Absaloutely perfect in every way!

    This is one of the best games I've ever played. It improves upon BOTW in every way, and adds a TON of new areas to explore. The level of creativity you're able to utilize is impressive, and I'm having a lot of fun just exploring. The story is also excellent. If you're on the fence, I highly recommend you give this game a try.

    Los enemigos son sencillos pero a la vez complejos a la hora de actuar en conjunto, han mejorado muchísimo el aspecto de dificultad que estos pueden dar, lo que crea un juego más entretenido y desafiante. Agravando que además ahora hay más enemigos por derrotar.
    Los santuarios son muy entretenido e innovadores, mejoraron mucho con respecto a los anteriores santuarios, ofrecen más mecánicas y nuevos modos para desafiar la mente del jugador.
    Los templos aunque sencillos superficialmente, son desafiantes e entretenidos, perfecto para llevar al jugador a adentrarse más en esta historia.
    Por último las mecanicas, me han parecido perfectas, no hay mucho que decir puesto a qué son básicas, pero esto no quita el hecho de que brinden muchas oportunidades creativas al jugador para explotarlas a lo largo de todo Hyrule.

    This game is amazing & massive. The sense of discovery in unmatched in the industry as well as addresses all of Breath of the Wild’s shortcoming. Nothing short of spectacular. Hard to see another video game top this this year. Highly recommend for all lovers of open world games.

    This game is BOTW with an extra layer of depth and things to explore. People aren't wrong this looks and plays like BOTW, but they are dead wrong that this is just a DLC. The amount of depth and layers in this game is insane, they just didn't touch it yet or don't bother with them at all and expect this game to be like other mainstream AAA games.

    Great game. Fun to play. Anyone calling it $70 DLC doesn't know what they're talking about. I was expecting it to be more similar to Breath of the Wild, but it's so massively different as well as being slightly similar. If you're going to say this is DLC for reusing assets you can't also sit there and say Majora's Mask is the best Zelda because they reused ALL of the assets from Ocarina of Time

You basically grab a game and a world that was exceptionally well done, and you add to it, improve and polish it for 6 more years. The final result is just and incredibleSimply a masterpiece.     The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom again shows that a game doesn't have to be graphically good to be a masterpiece. This game innovates on its predecessor in everyway by expanding everything, including the map, new enemies and bosses, and new fun mechanics. This game also fixes lots of issues breath of the wild had, making it a 10/10 for me. It’s massive, with hundreds if not thousands of things to see and discover. Story is much better, dungeons improved while still sticking to botw roots, and boss fights get a huge upgrade. Graphically, ToTK is muchAbsolutely 10/10.     This game has been brilliant so far, my only issue is that I’ll never totally complete it. There’s easily 500+ hours of content in this game, and it’ll probably keep me going for come. The higher price tag was definitely worth it.

    The game is much more expansive than i initially thought it would be . Characters, enemies, caves, plot lines, islands… etc. The amount of detail in the game is insane. And now there are even more traveling and fighting possibilities. I really like the music too and how they made it slightly more cinematic that BOTW. I’d say it’s defined worth the wait.

    I play botw and this are not a DLC the expansive of the world with the sky are so good graphics not Bad Performance on portable presents fps down but no minor tan 10 fps xd if You know that the hardware are from 2017 it won't be annoying

    Ive been playing this game for 20h so far and though i loved BOTW, this opus is on another level, you feel and live the adventure, you have the possibility to do whatever you want, and after each 20 meters there is a surprise, a quest, the start is tougher than botw but man this game is captivating,

    Story: The story took a bit more a backseat then what I was hoping for, but the mystery of what’s happening was a great addition.

    Mechanics: Ultra hand felt clunky at first, but after some getting used to its a lot of fun! Like Breath of the Wild there are plenty of ways to solve any given puzzle, if not more with the addition of ultra hand. The base mechanics are barely changed from breath of the wild, which is great because the physics engine was already amazing.

    Overall: I couldn’t have expected anything more than what we were given! This was great sequel to an already great game.    … Expand

    This game is so freaking fun to play and it is an amazing sequel to breath of the wild. The verticality to the game is great having the sky islands, hyrule itself, and then the underground as well really added to the game as a whole instead of just keeping it to the sky islands and the same hyrule. Definitely get this game if your on the fence about it, dont listen to the review bombers.

    The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has lived up to the high expectations created by the success of Breath of the Wild with its exquisitely intertwined gameplay systems, outstanding music, and a legendary story culminating in a magnificent denouement.
