    As someone who plays saints row for the first time in my life I have to say i did now like it very much. I wanted to start the series but then i heard about the reboot so I decided to wait. I count not have made a biggest mistake. The humor is dull and kind of woke it is like amy schumer wrote all the jokes. Of course it had some good jokes in all of the campain but it was not worth it.As someone who plays saints row for the first time in my life I have to say i did now like it very much. I wanted to start the series but then i heard about the reboot so I decided to wait. I count not have made a biggest mistake. The humor is dull and kind of woke it is like amy schumer wrote all the jokes. Of course it had some good jokes in all of the campain but it was not worth it. The shooting and combat is absolutely terrible. The driving is just ok. The world is dull. Also a lot of mechanics feel like they are the worst version of other games for example driving is like mafia 3. On the plus side the graphics are not the best but are quite good, there are not any microtransactions and i have encountered almost not bugs.

    I absolutely love this game. I had to giggle more than once with the crazy stuff going on and it's a great game. I love it more than GTAV, I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, they must be playing another game? I love this game.

    This game is so bad that I didn't even wanted to pirate it, so I played it over at my friend's house, he feels bad spending money on this hot garbage, anyway. The gameplay is trash, the gunplay is trash, the story... Jesus christ who even thought this was a good idea, bug and glitches that can softlock you during missions, censorship etc. etc. There are just too many things to list. IThis game is so bad that I didn't even wanted to pirate it, so I played it over at my friend's house, he feels bad spending money on this hot garbage, anyway. I think the developers didn't even playtested this game on harder difficulties they just thought 'ech, good enough'. Anyway, it makes me sad to see what became of Volition and I think this is the last nail to the Saints Row coffin. It was a good ride with the first 3 games, especially 1 and 2.     Worst Saints Row to date - And 4 was hard to beat on that account! The game has no soul. It is incredible borring and the characters is so irrelevant. I actually don't mind a few bugs, if the game I plays is good and interesting, but this isn't. It is many years since I was so disappointed with a new game. The game franchise is ruined.

In addition, the game is buggy without end, maybe not necessarily on cyberpunk 2077 level but disproportionately much.     To preface, I've beaten this game. I've 100%ed the map. I've experienced every mission and activity there is to do in this game, so keep that in mind.

    This game is worth a 7/10, but I'm giving it a 10 to counterbalance all the 0-1 reviews this game doesn't deserve. This game isn't bad.     This game isn't bad. It's a competently designed but clumsily put-together Gen-Z Power Fantasy. The main thing this reboot does for the franchise is that it takes the story beats from the first 2 games and re-contextualizes them in a Millenial lens. When people complain that this game "wokified" the series, that's what they're talking about. When they're talking about "censorship," 4 things happened. The **** bats are gone, RimJobs and **** were renamed to JimRob's and FB's, and there are no prostitutes. If funny sex and hookers were what Saints Row was to you, then this game isn't for you.

    But that starts to be one of this game's problems, in a marketing sense. The Volition devs spent so much time away from the scene, just to more or less alienate their Hard-R Gamer audience by leaning left for its target audience. This is a necessary calculated risk for any modern AA studio, but in keeping everything else exactly the same they haven't really brought much to compensate for this loss. And that's why this game gets such a bad rep: the only unique thing they have to bring is the most controversial one.

    If you want to hear an actual review about this game, go watch Yahtzee's take on Zero Punctuation; he talks about how this game technically does so many things right but fails to deliver an engaging experience because it's so outdated and derivative to itself. If you're done with that, here are more things to say:

    The game is competently designed. When I say that, I mean the people who laid this game out on the drawing board knew how to design video games. The cutscene cinematography is good. The game systems are laid out well. The graphics are outdated, but the artstyle is fine, and next-gen graphics are severely overrated. The main characters are basically likeable. The writing works. The humor is fine. (I've played Borderlands 3, I know what bad humor and writing in a game looks like, and this isn't it. One key difference being that this game doesn't force you to sit there and listen to people talk before the game lets you play. All the cutscenes are skippable and the dialogue happens during active gameplay, so none of it is intrusive.)

    The issue comes with how all these designs are put together. The programming is embarrassing; I've run into so many obnoxious bugs in my playthrough every day. Clothes and weapons will randomly equip and unequip themselves. Sometimes cars will get stuck on nothing and explode. Sometimes no cars will load in at all. Combat just doesn't work as well as it should at all times. The in-game animations are boring and simplistic. Many side objectives are blatant padding. All of it is sure signs of a game that needed more time and better management, which is likely a luxury the studio just didn't have.

    In conclusion, this game isn't great. But it's playable, and it kills time well. I'd much rather have dealt with this game's **** than any live-service, online-only, subscription-model, you-don't-own-anything ass **** that every other company is pushing into the industry. This game has a kind of simple purity that comes from being from an older and, in my opinion, better time.

    tl;dr I give it a C, a C+ if the bugs are fixed. It'll kill 10 hours and won't make you puke. Buy it for 30 bucks.    … Expand

    - Se bloquean la mayoría de los botones -los Autos de los panteros explotan sin razón cuando voy caminando -se cierra el juego sin razón aparente - Fracaso la misión sólo por que si - En una misión no puedo matar a los por que estaban en una zpna elevada pero estaban congelados    Saint Row es un juego plagado de errores desde la última actualización, lo errores son los siguientes :

    A refreshing return to the glory days of open world gangster games like GTA San Andreas and saints row 1. The characters are likable and funny but certainly more dry and subtle than older games. I'm about 15/ 20 hours in and while there are a few bugs nothing game breaking or even too distracting. We all expect the next big thing, something to make our money go even further as times are tight. It’s one of those rare games where I was hooked until there was little content left. Yes, I skipped the collectibles, I’m not a masochist. This. Is. Not. GTA. Saints Row never has been, and never will be. Saints Row is the movie you put on when all your mates come over just because it’s fun to sit, watch, and have a good time with. There is humour here. There is also a ton of irony, which, to be fair, I believe a lot of people mistook as ‘woke’ism. The story isn’t half bad (not that anyone should be here for the story!), and the gameplay loop is a ton of fun. There’s a lot to enjoy here. If you want an epic all out blockbuster affair then you came to the wrong place, and that’s your fault. If you want fun with a ton to do. This is your game. To the devs. Great job. I really, really hope you know that there are plenty of us out there that truly appreciate this game.… Expand

The vehicle selection is the best in the series. The developers added a big lake in the middle of the city, just to make the city even grander. This game is incredibly funny, I could barely even control my laughter while playing! The controls are also biblical

    Coming from a long time fan, I love being able to customize my own character. But as long as they've had to make and release this game. I can't image how buggy it and broken it is. The story is boring and the characters are forgettable. The gameplay feels dated, and aiming is terrible.

There's not nearly enough customization options in the game. While I miss the old cast, that's not what's ruined this game for me. The overall lackluster and unfinished feel of the game are what ruin it for me.

    The game feels clunky at times and just rushed, there's clipping, and character pop in issues, other times my character is stuck in t-pose position. I really wanted to like this game. But it doesent do any justice to the franchise and I wish it could be written off as a bad ending to saints row 4's zinyak world ending disaster. And just have the original saints come in and murder the whole cast and start over from there. And why is there still no multi-player, sr1 and 2 had some of the best multi-player, modes and matches around. I wish they would fix this franchise before it too late.    … Expand

    Man this one was of my favorite game franchises, I've played every game in the series. I personally think this franchise peaked at SR2, and while I enjoyed SR3 & SR4 it was the beginning of the end for Saints Row. Abandoning the tone of SR2 which balanced over the top gameplay with a gritty story, in favor the extreme over the top nature of the future games was a huge mistake. Now theMan this one was of my favorite game franchises, I've played every game in the series.
