    Nobody ever wanted a real car price simulator, the game cost 70 USD! It should came with a complete rooster of Cars! It is not aceptable to have all the vehicles locked by a paywall of an insane amount of credits. It is crazy that you have to play for 300 hours only to get one exclusive car, by that moment rveryone would be bored of plsying the same track over snd over. Collision system is awful. 3d model for Cars looks AMAZING, everything else is ps3 quality. If you are a millionaire rich kid you may have fun for s while.     The fact they make you grind so hard just just to get one car and pushing you pay so much to pay instead is absurd. The always online also make this even worse. Graphics are very average. Overall mediocre experience that was sold to me by reviewers as something else. To think I pay £70 for this game just to be forced to spend more to make progress is unacceptable.

    The game looks gorgeous. But the whole experience is bad. It feels like it forces microtransaction on you. It is an annoying grind show. Always online should be illegal. That ruins the whole experience as a single player. And why are there only old cars? Where are the new 2021/22 cars like the new BMW M4 or Gran Coupé? The whole game feels like it's unfinished and rushed.

    - pas de mode hors ligne, donc si tu vis à la campagne, que t'as pas le PSN, qu'il y a une maintenance, que les serveurs sont fermés, ... => plus de jeux
    - le principe des micro-transactions, déjà bien nul sur des PayToPlay en temps normal, poussé à l'excès dans ce jeu

    Not much to say. UI hasn't change for years, cannot sell cars, IA has been the same for years, no challenge, online is the same as gt sport, "offline" content is poor oh and...microtransactions.

    The game was ok before they ruined it last night. They reduced the pay-outs for races which means it is now nearly impossible to make money. why did they do this? microtransactions. We now have to use our hard earned money to buy cars, unless you want to spend 50 hours doing the same race over and over again.

    If you like micro transactions this game is for you. You know how in the PS5 dash when you select a PS5 game it will play music, like Horizon Forbidden West or Spider-Man, or Astro’s Playroom? Well GT7 throws up a micro transaction box right on your dash! Understand that things are worse now than when the game was reviewed at release. Patches have come out making the grind and the microIf you like micro transactions this game is for you. You know how in the PS5 dash when you select a PS5 game it will play music, like Horizon Forbidden West or Spider-Man, or Astro’s Playroom? Well GT7 throws up a micro transaction box right on your dash! Understand that things are worse now than when the game was reviewed at release. Patches have come out making the grind and the micro transactions worse and more aggressive. And they didn’t just lower the credit rewards for winning races after launch, they have raised prices on cars, even in the last game to match this! And tuning is so over priced that it is not worth it, you lose money when you tune and win the race. I would not have bought had I known what was going to happen. I also don’t like the UI, and how to navigate from the weak single player aspect, to online, to daily challenges. The music races that you can jump right into without going through a dumb confusing interface that deliberately tries to confuse and conceal the lack of content, and are fun, but don’t even give any credits as far as I can tell. This game feels stingy. Very stingy. I said that about Gears 5, and it seems that Sony is going to follow Microsoft and others down the micro transaction rabbit hole. No thanks. I’ve played this game about 4 times since launch. Luckily I’ve been distracted by Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West, I feel sorry for those who really were looking forward to this game. Sony is trying to make this game a live service game. In order to play this game, even the single player, you need to always be connected to the internet. In addition to the obvious, that you don’t own the game even if you buy the disk, because you can’t play the game at all unless connected to their server which can be turned off in the future, when there is a problem the game goes offline and you can play. That’s already happened at least once and the game could not be played for 30 hours, even in single player. This was $70 and it feels like a free to play live service game that is riddled with micro transactions and online only service. Like a mobile game. Pretty sad, do not buy. I’m going to uninstall this 106 GB example of corporate greed and be more careful with Sony in the future. I’m done with GT games.… Expand

    Game looks amazing. That's literally the only good thing about this game. Everything else just feels like a grind and boring experience. I especially don't like they took away the driving levels away and put a focus on car collecting instead. Which almost feels forced upon?

    I am a playstation player since PS1 , and.never in my life I had reason to feel shame or hate Sony, but this game , turned into an EA Fifa With cars , pay to Win sucks but this game go deeper it IS A PAY TO PLAY ! It sucks so much! Dont buy it , give it back If you Live in a serious country !

    An always online game?? Are you joking me! Servers down nobody can get on to play. Recent update has a major bug, in game credits for winning races has been lowered obviously trying to push for the micro transactions! Paid £90 for the 25th Anniversary edition very disappointed! You may as well just go back and play one of the older GT games.

    I paid around £80 to be able to drive incredible beautiful cars which I could never hope to even touch in real life. Instead, I’m forced to grind under-rewarding races for hours just to buy a single nice-ish car. Or, of course, I could pay even more money on micro-transactions. Disgusting. A car collecting game where you can’t afford any of the cool cars. I will never buy a GT game again.

    Beautiful gameplay and details. But the always online and severe mtx ruins the game. Sony seems driven to get a piece of mtx money. Next thing you know, god of war will have mtx for weapons and skins. Hopefully they make some changes. $70-$90 game plus mtx is ridiculous.

So viel Zeit man sich für die Präsentation der Autos nimmt, so wenig nimmt man sich Zeit für die Rennen. Man ist nur    Ein Schande. Es geht nur um Mikrotransaktionen… furchtbar!

    lo unico salvable es el modo foto , ya que usa fotos reales , es lo unico que puedo usar para defenderlo en twitter
    al fina el juego es un arcade de coches con nula sensacion de velocidad y ausencia absulata de feeling e inovacion de ningun tipo , es trister pero se siente como el de ps3 para mi lo que hacen con los macropagos de    port lamentable y caro de el gran turismo sport de ps4
    lo unico salvable es el modo foto , ya que usa fotos reales , es lo unico que puedo usar para defenderlo en twitter

    I already paid for the game, and now I supposed to pay for each car separately? I don't have the time to grind 5 hours for a "basic" car, nonetheless 20 hours for a "super" car. And no, I don't have the money to buy these in real life, but not even in A GAME? The first time ever I want my money back... And I even pre-ordered Cyberpunk.

    The mandatory always-online requirement for single player campaign progression is outrageous. Combine that with a 24h+ (and counting) server maintenance window/downtime without any sorts of updates on the subject and you'¨ve got yourself the true experience of GT7.
    The game is literally unplayable. DO NOT BUY.

    Game enough on microtransactions despite it is not F2P! REPEAT IT IS NOT F2P! where it takes hundreds of hours of play to pick up a handful of special cars, but are we kidding? not to mention the bad optimization, scandalous, they even had to make a graphical downgrade on PS5 of the effects during the gameplay (excluding replays and menus) because according to them give problems, no you put so just to have better reviews clowns, they were no problem.

    I asked for a refund and they accepted it, I’m glad I’m not playing this **** game anymore. It will be my last GT after playing all the others.    … Expand

    The Game is Broooken!!! Trying to enter the manufacturers cup for the third time and when qualifying should start, either there is an error or nothing happens!!! I just wasted 3 hours for this broken game!! Fix your game!! Omg...I will return to play Forza Motorsport with my friends. Big disappointment

    This has the potential to be a great game if some issues are fixed, but in its current state it’s impossible to recommend.
    In gameplay terms: there is no focused single player content past the introductory “Cafe” system, which is essentially a lengthy tutorial. Almost every car is prone to far more oversteer than in reality. The AI is poor, and when it crashes into you, you are penalised.    This has the potential to be a great game if some issues are fixed, but in its current state it’s impossible to recommend.
    In gameplay terms: there is no focused single player content past the introductory “Cafe” system, which is essentially a lengthy tutorial. Almost every car is prone to far more oversteer than in reality. The AI is poor, and when it crashes into you, you are penalised. You spend too much time navigating menus, and those menus are not well thought out. Event variety is poor, with almost all single player events being overtaking challenges.
    The game also suffers from a highly predatory business model. Race payouts are very poor, and have been reduced further in patches. This is presumably to push you towards the prominently-featured micro transactions, which leave some cars costing upwards of £60 of real money (or hundreds of hours of grinding). The game is also always-online, and therefore unplayable if the servers (or your Internet connection) are down, as they are at the time of writing.    … Expand

    The actual game is worth a solid 8 to me if you look past the microtransactions and always online. However, as it stands, the devs are actually nerfing rewards in order to push for mtx and their always online has resulted in myself, along with many others not being able to play their single player game they paid $80 for because their servers are down. Wake up please guys.

    I enjoyed this game at launch and had high hopes, but between the excessive micro transactions, and removal of reasonable organic in-game credit earning I am now beyond frustrated. The game is literally down for maintenance for them to nerf these organic money earning methods further. Trash game model.

    Payed 100 Euros for this game only to fine out is is a cashgrab scheme. This should be a game where "normal" people could enjoy hypercars and classics. But the only way to enjoy these cars now is to grind for 40 hours to buy a classic Jag, or buy credits through microtransactions for over 50 Euros. Good work Polyphony destroying your one and only game. Great job losing all your long time fans.

This game falls stunningly short of previous installments, even the recent Gran Turismo Sport. GT Sport, at launch, was maligned and panned - over time, GT Sport became a fuller game. GT Sport had exorbitantly expensive cars but also had an in game economy that worked such that you could work towards expensive cars relatively quickly even as a casual player by just sort of playing the game in way that you found enjoyable. You could sell cars you had purchased and no longer needed (or got a duplicated of as a gift later).

    In GT7, there is not really a fully developed campaign/career/solo mode. There wasn't in Sport, either, but PD placated us all by saying that was mostly an online game to tide us all over to a return to form in GT7. GT7 has a markedly more sparse singleplayer gameplay than Sport. This, coupled with extremely low race payout, invitation only cars, and seemingly core gameplay elements of car tuning locked behind raffle tickets screams as a somewhat shameless pivot to a micro-transaction model. That would be fine in a free to play mobile game but is frankly insulting in a AAA studio release of a new installment of what had, to this point, been a core pillar of the entire console's ecosystem. Really disappointing and frustrating. Ultimately going to put this game aside as a casual player - playing a few hours a week without any reasonable way of earning in game credits would lead to six, seven, eight months of time to earn enough credits for a single medium value car of a couple million credits, let alone the top value 20-million credit cars. Extremely frustrating. Unless the game gets both more substantial single-player content AND un-breaks its economy, this will be a forgettable title.    … Expand

    This release of a "franchise" was a major disappointment and disaster for future games. Not only is this game pay to win but its also full of bugs oh and grinding has officially been kicked in the nuts because they nerfed the payouts of 85% of the high pay races. Being said, keep you money u might as well buy forward shaking my head.

    It's a beautiful game with amazing physics, a very fun racer to play. The problem however lies in all the bundled up BS that comes with modern gaming. Microtransactions, roulette tickets for high performance upgrades you CANNOT buy (making it almost impossible to get engine swaps or the best turbo in the game), and a lack of content at launch.     Horribly bungled mess of a launch. For the amount of time we have waited for a faithful continuation of the Gran Turismo series, we get a game with significantly lees content that GT Sport.

    Above and beyond this, prohibitive microtransaction-driven gameplay has ruined a once excellent and innovative series.

    When I bought the game and I saw the MTX I thought they were just an option for people who want to have some money but it turns out they're pretty much mandatory since everything costs so much and the payouts are so freakin' low (especially after 1.07 patch). It is impossible to save up enough credits to get any good cars because they are either too expensive or are on such a short stent in the dealership. I feel taken advantage of!     Hopefully they do a No Mans Sky and actually take in the feedback of fans (just dont take 2 years), as this is the worst entry in the franchise. i am a fan from GT1 and have played every entry to death.

    Do not buy this game. I did and wish I could get my money back. Been a huge fan over the years. MTX and greed has ruined a once great franchise. The newest update has nerfed the most farmable races too, Reducing the total for winning by more than half in some cases. Buy an XBOX and play Forza. Get a PC and play iRacing. Asetto Corsa Competezione is a much better sim as well. Bye bye PD

    While Gran Turismo 7 has the skeleton of a good game the business practices of the developers screams of predatory behavior trying to skew more micro transactions. I want nothing more than to love this game, but it’s hard to see how this is an improvement upon Gran Turismo Sport and anything more than a cash grab.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
