    Charged $. Let me make something, had fun. Blizzard patched it. Rendered all that I did completely useless. Not starting over. Joke of a game, should be a class action lawsuit for what blizzard pulled.

    The entire itemization system is brutal! This game is not fun, it’s hollow unfinished soulless garbage. This patch was the nail in blizzards coffin. Never again!

    The game is repetitive and boring. The loot is boring. Mob level scaling to yours every time you level feels like a punishment for playing. The uniques are uninteresting (I play barb, so we pretty much have 0 good uniques, idk about other classes). The only part of the game that actually felt good, was the combat, but even that with all the constant nerfs feels *hit now. These guys areThe game is repetitive and boring. The loot is boring.     I'm done. Uninstalled and not coming back for season 1. I cannot keep hoping for these idiots, who are directing the game, to wake the **** up. I mean the game is getting worse and worse, when there is a TON of feedback on the game from players everywhere you look, but instead they make the game harder, so you have to spend more time in this **** that they call a game.

    At the end of the day, games are supposed to be FUN and in the current state of the game, Diablo IV is NOT a fun game to play. I hope there is more people who stop playing the game, just so Blizzard get a wake up call and start implementing things that people are actually asking for.
    The customer should get the product the he wants, not be shoved a mouthfull of horse*hit that they think you deserve.

    leveling was hideous before the nerfs, after level 50 game would slow down to like 1 level per 2 hours, im not planning on leveling that slow. Also sorc is so bad cus of resistance bug, like everything either oneshots me or twoshot.

It is obvious to everyone the main purpose was to get more players to play the game more and grind more while trying to sell the battle pass and microtransactions.     I would avoid currently. No end game activities, lots of confusing patches, very repetitive gameplay at the moment, pvp is a mess, and there just isn't enough build diversity to really warrant playing. I want it to be great but it is just not enjoyable in its current state. (Please buff horses, sincerely everyone).

    loot is boring.....leveling slow...recourse generation sucks....colldowns to long....unbalanced classes..build diversity nonexistend....developers ignore feedback.. every patch makes the game worse

    Not gonna play anymore, restarting from level 0 makes no sense. Give players the flexibility to use their OG character, which they have spent hundreds of hours playing and leveling up.
    For people who want to start a new character, they already have that feature built-in of creating an alternate.

    Not only they are forcing you to start a new character, but they are also forcing you to do the renown again, explore the same map again, do the same side-quests again, and unlock the waypoints again, like **** no. This is absolute BS.

    Division 2 did it way better IMO - they had seasons too, players kept their fully leveled-up characters, could start new ones if they wanted, and they kept adding new stuff to the game, in terms of gear sets, new storylines, and super fun unique weapons to play with.    … Expand

    I'm a long time D3 player and really looked forward to D4. Sadly, this game is nothing more than a tedious slog published by a company only interested in making it more so. Save your money. The Blizzard of old is indeed sadly dead.

After all the promises that it would have the best mechanics from its predecessors, it's just a joke because I don't remember the mechanics ever being this weak. Character building is dull, and everyone plays the same way because there's nothing interesting you can create with the skill tree; it's laughable and there's nothing exciting in it. The Paragon system should change the playstyle, but it doesn't give you anything significant, just a bit of damage, and it's pathetic how little it affects the gameplay. As for the item system, it's like it doesn't even exist because there are only 50 unique items that are so underwhelming that school kids could come up with better ones than what we got in this game. And don't get me started on the latest update, it turned the game into something even worse, as now the characters that were already weak have become even weaker...… Expand

    This is only d3 clone with the skin of d2 on it. Not joking the game play is pointless you grind for nothing. Story is good but that's it. I would even go and say d3 is a far better game. Save your money do not buy this game it is soulless and boring. It's movement are also janky. The horse has got to be the worst mode of transportation I've seen in any video game.     I went thru with 2 weeks on season 1 and 200+ h on eternal.
    This game is in complete shambles full of broken promises and disappointment.
    To me today it was a last drop when i realized why is economy so unbalanced and ppl has so much gold since blizzard is failing to Q&A any of there updates which is just basically the absolute worst which has ruined the experience for me beyond    I went thru with 2 weeks on season 1 and 200+ h on eternal.
    This game is in complete shambles full of broken promises and disappointment.
    To me today it was a last drop when i realized why is economy so unbalanced and ppl has so much gold since blizzard is failing to Q&A any of there updates which is just basically the absolute worst which has ruined the experience for me beyond unplayable.     I don't understand how bad a team they have to be to keep introducing bugs after bugs it's crazy that tiny indy companies can do a much better job, Don't waste your time and money - they should all be fired.

    True gamers will tell you how it is but the fanboys will stick up for this worthless company no matter the trash they dish out.

    Its actually embarrassing that a massive studio like Blizzard developed this game so poorly. The game looks nice and is fun to play in the beginning but eventually you realize the features are bare bone and there is zero re-playability.

    The developer are out of touch. I don't know why they think it's fun to make the grinds longer, while nerfing everything else. This is a fail on so many levels. How this got past QA without push back, or how management allowed this to happen, is very questionable. Thanks for making this game hell for me, you should have respected my time more and implemented fixes a lot sooner.

    This will be the last game i buy from Blizzard. Very disappointed on the new update all they care are the money from my wallet, and this will never happen again. Goodbye Blizzard.

This is not a level of quality that warrants a $110 AUD price tag. This is not a level of quality that warrants micro transactions to be in use.     Devs do not play their own game that is the reason this game failed. There are so many gamebreaking bugs/exploits that I do not know whats a bug and what is a feature anymore.

    There's a fair bit to like about Diablo IV — best-in-class sound design, intriguing character classes, fantastic graphics and occasionally addictive gameplay all feel like the series in its prime. However, even the best parts are let down by an undercurrent of frustrating design choices: the cynical inclusion of a Battle Pass, a bloated open world, repetitive mission structure and progression that too often feels meaningless cast a long shadow that let the latest Diablo title down. Future Seasons may refine what's here, but many of its issues sadly feel baked into the core experience. All but the most die-hard fans may wish to wait for a substantial sale on this one.

    The visuals are probably what excited me the most. The way the game looks and the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm playing the old Diablo again. On steroids and on a quadruple screen TV, but the feeling is still there. [Issue#328]
