    Story isnt bad, but game devs decision is pretty bad, recycling old content from previous games, making things harder(straight nerfing), extentd dont existing endgame maeby 2 more year of development and game will be something for now it worth only for the story.

    The game freezes when you cast Shadow Step, or when is loading a new area. Also is insanely repetitive - 200 identical dungeons obviously auto generated.

    Diablo 4 is the worst part of diablo franchise. Leveling is bad, you will never feel power when get new level because of scaling. Server lag very often. I'm silent about story.

    Devs openly admit that they are fine with people using exploits and that they won't remove items obtained in an illegitimate way even though they were able to identify accounts who abused the exploit.

    If you like to cheat without having to fear consequences, then this game is for you.

    I played Final Fantasy 16 first and then this Game and Boy or Boy was that a Mistake. I can't believe how awful that is in compare to FF16 in pretty much EVERYTHING. What a boring Game where it dosen't even makes sense to level up. Unbelivable....

    Don't remember the last time I as this felt this let down by a game.

    The animations on many spells are bad. I hate that there are no more scrolls of identify. That was one of the best things with the old games. Whomever designed the corpse piles needs to be fired, They look like something that belongs in a PS1 game. The corpses where so much better done in D2.     Played 250+ hours. **** game. Which has a bug on a bug. The echo of Lilith is just ridiculous, you need to break through a certain amount of damage so that you don’t get rich. Just a game for 100 euros. Delete and forget like a bad dream.

    The game itself would be decent, but it faces way too many issues. The biggest of all is that the rubber band effect is all over the game when you aren't on Blizzard's exclusive list for a private streamer server.

    Stutter and lag on ps5 make the game unplayable for me and I was denied a refund for downloading and attempting to play it.

    This game suffers from the same problem most modern games suffer from. The influence of gamergate and entitled Frau Karen's who demand jobs in the gaming industry, because of their paranoid delusions that there's a ceiling made out of cling film somwhere. About the only developer that doesn't suffer from this problem is fromsoft.They should have fired the lot    Backtrack Dungeon WTF.

    About the only developer that doesn't suffer from this problem is fromsoft.They should have fired the lot of them when they started making false allegations of sexual harassment, everyone knows that female pattern anti social behaviour. They should have been fired.

    The gender comptencence gap clearly shows in this end product of employing women based solely on their ability to whinge, rather than on competence. They don't play games and they have no idea what makes a good game feature.

    This especially shows in the end game. There are so many design choices that are just simply annoying.

    Free 6 prisoners, carry this to the pedestal. Cursed shrines. Having to roll sigils for rubish dungeons you don't want to run.

    I have 2 chsracters to 100 (both S tier) a 70 barb and a 50 druid. So I have played plenty of this game.

    And the end game is just annoying. I get what they were trying to do, but it just doesnt work and its annoying. Why didn't the clowns who were in the closed beta point all this out. Especially the boring dungeon design and the rediculous amount of back tracking.

    Im giving it a 6 which i think is fair and that is taking into account the review bombing. Improve the end game a LOT and it might get an 8-9.    … Expand

    Late game is a CC fest so your builds are incredibly limited. If you don't have unstoppable then you get rooted constantly and there's no diminishing returns on that so the already slow combat and boring fetch quests gets even more slow.

    Bugs everywhere on release and still plenty of things wonky with it - don't get me started on the countless, highly dubious early user reviews on here all with similar wording about how it's the "smoothest launch" from accounts with only 1 review against them that also somehow share similar sentence structure and choice of vocabulary (yeah I know this is my first review on this account but this whole situation really annoyed me so I had to create it and get this off my chest).

    Questionable design choices - like I can remove all my skill points by holder square but my paragon points have to be unpicked one by one and there's loads of them.

    Slow levelling - by later levels it just takes too long to be entertaining and certainly too long for me to want to create alts/seasonal characters. I did a nightmare dungeon 4 levels above mine and got barely a tenth of a level out of it (plus none of the gear that dropped was above my level, what they hell?)

    They seem to want you to create more characters for different builds but that process just takes too long with the current levelling, you also have only 4 stash tabs which is nowhere near enough. Your other option is re-speccing your character which you can do anywhere you like for minimal cost but they made it laborious to do so and there's no option to save builds.

    If you want to slow down your combat then fine, but make it interesting
    If you want to make your dungeons take long then fine, but make them fun
    If you want to encourage more characters being created then fine, but provide basic stuff like stash tabs and faster levelling
    If you want to slow down levelling then fine, but make it rewarding

    The worst game blizzard ever made ,

    The best in diablo 4 is that it can be uninstall in few seconds , everything else is on lowest possible level , no endgame , no real grinding , no itemization , no trade , worst 70 euro buy in life

    Although each class has a huge variety of possible builds, I was a little disappointed that only a few of those builds were actually viable for leveling and end game content (lvl 60+) but mostly enjoyed the game. I chose popular and effective meta build for each class and hoped that Blizzard would iteratively improve on the other skills to increase the effectiveness of other builds. For example, I built an ice shard sorcerer but would have preferred a lightning build.

    With patch 1.1 rolling out just prior to Season 1, many in the gaming community expected Blizzard to make those class improvements, especially to the sorcerer class. Sadly, they chose to nerf the few builds that were effective, rather than improve those that weren't. Now the game is nearly unplayable after level 60 and any enjoyment I received from the game has turned into pure frustration.

    The Blizzard team is completely disconnected from their own game, their player base, and have no interest in building a game that people enjoy playing. They seem to care more about forcing players to grind levels, pray for decent loot drops, and experience hours of frustration rather than enjoyment.    … Expand

    The game would be great if the devs didn't nerf the play QoL into the ground. Patch 1.1 was by far the worst patch I have ever seen in a video game and ruined it 100% for me.

    They completely ruined the game with the most recent 1.1 patch, gutted damage, gutted cooldown reduction, gutted damage reduction, so we hit less hard and get hit harder. The leveling is now a lot slower, everything was made literally worse. I do less than HALF the damage i did before this patch and im not going to play season 1 now, unless they come out and apologize and revert this bs patch

    I really had hope that blizzard could right the ship despite their recent track record with Activision. They made a game that has great graphics, crisp combat, and good monster art design. Congrats you made some good money using marketing, the blizzard label, and the communities hope. A game can be the most beautiful in the world but if we cant engage with it then its useless. No one wants something that is exclusively pretty to look at, we want to play an actual game. The decisions they have made communicate volumes about their competency and the direction they want to go. The game has god awful item design, build diversity, item diversity, character respec, end game, and worst of all...an incredibly disconnected negligent dev team.

    1500+ hours in D3.

    Currently this game is: - an ARPG looter with abysmal loot design - an MMO coop game with zero social UI/support - an action game that is slow and unengaging Rather than building a compelling end game to keep players engaged, they've slowed the game down significantly to increase player retention. The game has good bones, and has great potential but the current    1500+ hours in D3.

    Rather than building a compelling end game to keep players engaged, they've slowed the game down significantly to increase player retention. The game has good bones, and has great potential but the current changes have moved the game in the wrong direction. D4 is currently being playtested by the players, and this hurts the health of the playing population long term.

    Muy disgustado con este juego, ya el primer día no pude jugar porque una empresa multimillonaria como blizzard no compró los servidores suficientes. Una vez que consigo jugar se me buggea constantemente e incluso me ha sacado de la partida más de una vez. He jugado a todos los diablo y se han cargado la esencia con el diablo 3 y 4, lo han matado, literalmente. Cada tres meses tienes queMuy disgustado con este juego, ya el primer día no pude jugar porque una empresa multimillonaria como blizzard no compró los servidores suficientes. Una vez que consigo jugar se me buggea constantemente e incluso me ha sacado de la partida más de una vez.     Hearts are inventory space hoggers, you can't even scrap them in every town.
    You have to go to Keovoshad or to his little wagon to use his workbench.

    No QOL Changes, NO INVENTORY UPDATES, it is a joke.

    Don't buy it, and chargeback if you don't care about your account getting banned.

    I asked for a refund, but had spent too much time on the beta weekends apparently.

    They are nerfing the only way to explore the game with crushing the open world xp / monster level.

    There's a fair bit to like about Diablo IV — best-in-class sound design, intriguing character classes, fantastic graphics and occasionally addictive gameplay all feel like the series in its prime. However, even the best parts are let down by an undercurrent of frustrating design choices: the cynical inclusion of a Battle Pass, a bloated open world, repetitive mission structure and progression that too often feels meaningless cast a long shadow that let the latest Diablo title down. Future Seasons may refine what's here, but many of its issues sadly feel baked into the core experience. All but the most die-hard fans may wish to wait for a substantial sale on this one.

    The visuals are probably what excited me the most. The way the game looks and the atmosphere makes me feel like I'm playing the old Diablo again. On steroids and on a quadruple screen TV, but the feeling is still there. [Issue#328]
