    one of the best games of all time, the elements of action, interaction, sound are perfectly worthy 10/10 scored , I have play uncharted 2 and uncharted 3 but is uncharted 4 is a most perfect game in the uncharted series , it deserves the title game of the year ,thank naughty dog ,uncharted 4 is one of a best game ever

    ND did it again,they created a beautiful world full of life.
    The story matured briliantly and we see Drake as he is living a normal life without shooting and jumping around in search of treasures and adventure and it's just a joy watching how all unfolds.
    Gameplay is the best combination of ND's previous masterpiece TLOU and all other Uncharted games,and that was a genius move. Graphics    ND did it again,they created a beautiful world full of life.
    The story matured briliantly and we see Drake as he is living a normal life without shooting and jumping around in search of treasures and adventure and it's just a joy watching how all unfolds.
    Gameplay is the best combination of ND's previous masterpiece TLOU and all other Uncharted games,and that was a genius move.
    Graphics are mindblowing and in my honest opinion the best in the industry at the moment.
    Fans will enjoy the game,others put aside "console war" and enjoy this gem of gaming.

One of the many things that I was impressed with was its consistency to remain interesting and the length of it's story mode. *At the time of writing this review I have completed 50% of the game and it has taken me around 8:30 hours on Hard Difficulty. The game has a total of 24 Chapters that can last from 20 minutes to 1:30 plus each. There is plenty of content to keep the player entertained until the end. Overall, Uncharted 4 is the best looking PS4 game so far, the story telling is very strong and Naughty Dog proves itself, once again, as one the best gaming studio worldwide.… Expand

    A game of the highest quality. Uncharted 4 plays and feels like it was very well thought of and was not rushed. A very polished game. I loved playing every minute of it.

    I was never a die hard fan of the Uncharted series, although I always enjoyed playing them, mostly 2 and 3. Still: Uncharted 4 is easily one of the very best games ever made. The characters, the dialogues, the environment, the animations, everything is polished to perfection.     It's been a helluva time since i gave a 10/10, but this game deserves it. Nicely done Naughty Dog.

    From the game's graphics to the storyline,
    or the amazing action sequences to the soundtrack,
    I got to one conclusion.

    Uncharted 4 is a must-buy for any gamer. Go buy it if you haven't already, you'll not regret it.

I understand the hate and trolling of people for the sake of fanboyism But this developers create a revolution in terms of graphics , gameplay and storytelling . Thanks naughty dog for this .     Simply put an amazing game and honestly who wasn't expecting that from this franchise. If this truly is the last rendition for Drake, then Naughty Dog made it a very good one. It has everything we have come to expect from this franchise and more; and as always the storytelling is second to none here.     This game is amazing! The first chapters are very cinematic, in which we can see the magnetic story of the game. Then the action starts, and this new concept of open world is just amazing.

    Really, if you own a PS4, you should buy this game. If not, commit suicide.

    Great gameplay, stunning graphics and some nostalgia, puts the game into a high position, If it is your first uncharted I highly recommend playing the other games, as the story is highly dependant of those journeys.

    I already loved the other 3 Uncharted games, and my expectations for this one were very high. Still it didn't disappoint me. The gameplay has improved a lot over last titles, as well as graphics and animations (which are the most realistic I've ever see on a videogame).
    The story itself is very good, on-par with Uncharted 2, and the spectacular heavy-action scenes (interleaved with slower    I already loved the other 3 Uncharted games, and my expectations for this one were very high. The only flaws I could spot were the slower nature of introductory levels, as well as that the enemies cannot see my allies when I'm hiding (clearly a design choice).     The last great adventure of Nathan Drake.
    Great story, great characters, great graphics (with NO downgrade), bad ass animations.

    With a story mode lenght of about 12 hours, and an entertaining multiplayer, this game worths every single coin.

    It,s just Naught Dog ladies and gentlemen.

Even as a carping person who didn’t buy some moments in TLOU almost everyone’s adored, especially in Left Behind, here in Uncharted 4 I simply have no words how perfectly ND reworked Nate, Elena and their relationship. If in all the previous parts of Uncharted that romantic line looked as a plot addition and was just ok, here it’s something special – the developers made me to care and worry about them so mad. No idea how they did it but when Nate lied to her, I was feeling myself like it was me. In their tender moments my heart just was smiling all the time and I felt myself immersing my soul in their love.
    Nate in Uncharted 4 finally looks alive, it’s not that old badass treasure hunter we all knew – now he has what to lose and it’s easy and painful to see how he must choose between saving his brother and the ones he loves.

    Naughty Dog showed us not only a great adventure. They showed a beautiful story about the greatest love you can believe, trust and admire and it’s really special, influential and important.    … Expand

    What can I say? I've played 1 - 3 and I was impressed with the voice acting, graphics and story. U2 was my favourite at that time as it paved the way of the capabilities of the PS2. After playing and finishing U4, I had that same feeling when U2 came out and more.

    The story was awesome, getting back to past companions like Sully and Elena. Sam was a good addition with the talent    What can I say? After playing and finishing U4, I had that same feeling when U2 came out and more.

    The story was awesome, getting back to past companions like Sully and Elena. Sam was a good addition with the talent voice of Troy Baker (you'd mistake Nolan and Troy to be brothers) very well acted.

    The biggest take away for me was the design and quality of the environment. It is unbelievable! The level of detail and the cinematics look so realistic. The physics is great especially driving through the mud and streams with a jeep in Madagascar to swimming under flooded buildings and running through wind and snow in the Scottish Highlands. As Sully would say it "Goddamn"!

    I can't put anything to a negative except the lack of Co Op. I thought this was a wasted opportunity as Drake is normally accompanied by another NPC like Sam, Elena or Sully. It would be awesome to play Couch Co Op with a mate and laugh at each others mishaps falling off cliffs and ledges to their violent death.

    Multiplayer is really fun but can be a bit better especially the Match finding can take a long time. Lots of content to collect ranging from perks for your guns to visual like Emotes, new skins and costumes. It was great to see the past characters like Flynn, Chloe and Cutter back to play as PvP characters.

    Overall, I give this a 9.5 but I'll round it off to a 10 since it is the last of the series and swansong to Drake's adventures (?) ...plus they put in a small PS1 game in there for the old school players like me. Predicting this to be GOTY edging off Dark Souls 3

    I didn't like "Drake's Fortune" and "Drake's Deception"... I liked "Among Thieves" but "A Thief's End" is from another level, this is a Masterpiece, one of the best games I'd chance to play in my life.

    Up there with the last of us in terms of story telling and engaging gameplay. And please meta critic remove the bogus 40 score from washington posts, prolonging this is only bringing metacritics professionalism into question. This game is nothing less than a masterpiece and i would recommend it to every one also to non gamers who enjoy a good action adventure movie

It also had similar lighting and atmosphere, and at times it felt a bit frustrating being used to the bombast of the earlier series entries. Some of the negative reviews (beyond the troll posts and the 0 ratings which are worthless for accurate reviews) might also be due to this pacing issue where it did feel labourious at times trudging through some of the levels, but the level of detail and work that went into this is truly phenomenal. There are many good games which excel at fast gameplay or one liners, but this game portrayed a degree of realism and grit which was not present before in the series. Overall its a great fit for players that enjoy nuance, explorable scenes and a level of detail that creates a feeling of immersion. The soundtrack is also quite good and I recommend playing with a good set of headphones.… Expand

Third, it needs to have elements that involve critical thinking and takes more time and in depth concentration. Fourth, it needs to balance these aspects in a fashion that keeps the game interesting, and doesn't make it feel repetitive and/or boring. The Uncharted series has done this very well from the first game through the fourth. The fourth and final installment, however, did something a little bit extra. It finished the story and finished it well. Stories that follow a central character have to reach an inevitable conclusion. Unlike stories that follow broader socio-political concepts, which can change and adapt to continue on, stories based on a central character needs an end for audiences to be truly satisfied. Uncharted 4 does this in spectacular fashion. It includes chapters from the past that reveals the depth of the Nathan Drake character, allowing for greater character development than we've seen in previous titles. The game also shows us how Nathan Drake has learned from his previous experiences, and applies that wisdom to finally (spoiler alert) let go of his wild ambitions for treasure and adventure, and to finally settle down with Elena. So no more lost cities and cursed treasure for Nathan. Just a cozy life with his business and family. A satisfying conclusion for a fun and entertaining game franchise.… Expand

Although it is not a perfect game, since no game is perfect, it is still one of the greatest and most rewarding games I have ever played. It's fun, and the pacing is great. The game can be slow at times, but it just makes you more excited for the next action set piece. This is the first time a game has nearly made me cry, especially the very last cut-scene. This is a game that every gamer should experience. Oh, and it's only the best looking game that you can play on a console. It is absolutely beautiful!

    This game is definitely worth the purchase and an amazing work of art. The graphics are unmatched and the story is perfect and engaging. The attention to detail was impeccable. A bittersweet end to a great series that will leave you wanting more. Great work, Naughty Dog. You have raised the bar once again.

    Standing on its on right this is an amazing game but viewing it through the lens of the three that have gone before this is the best way to end a series. Had my heart pumping from beginning to end. Can not wait to see what naughty dog will do next.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After playing uncharted 2, uncharted 3 and last of us my expectations for this game got bigger. The initial game pace is almost similar to the last of us. It starts slowly and gains it's momentum.
    Though the game starts slowly it is never boring and scene where you play crash bandicoot was like "wow".
    The story is really amazing and characters have some strong role. Previous character like Khloe and cutter are omitted but there are some reference to them. The gameplay and the shooting mechanics are great. As I told there are sequence where you can totally avoid action and prefer stealth. The stealth mechanics is superb and the usage of grass for cover is really great. The chase sequence in Madagascar and the sequence where the building collapses in the forest are the best. Naughty dogs- they are the best in story telling and they never disappoint in that. When they announced that this will be the last game in the series I was scared that they'll go for a sad ending but there's nothing like that.
    As a whole this is one of the best game I've played and comes under the must own category.

The visuals are astounding, story is riveting, and gameplay is as perfect as any game ever! I remember playing the 2nd and 3rd ones and thinking how cool it is to be part of a movie where my girlfriend can be as entertained as I am just watching. I really hope they continue the series! I am now playing through Drake's Fortune - remastered for PS4 - loving it but thinking how I can't wait to play through this one a 2nd time. Well done Naughtydog... 10/10

    If there were another game that had such perfect story line, gameplay and visual quality than I wouldn't gave Uncharted 4 10 out of 10. There is no other game like that. Sorry Tomb Rider you a good game but not enough. Uncharted series is still the king of all adventure games.

I played my first playthrough on the hardest difficulty, and the reward of beating certain areas was so fulfilling that I had to take breaks to slow my heart down.     Stating that the forthcoming game will be the last rendezvous with a popular, charismatic hero is a rare phenomenon. I congratulate Naughty Dog on their courage and in spite of myself keep my fingers crossed for them to stick to their decision. The farewell party they threw for Nate is simply spectacular. This is how I want to remember him, not as an old man who rubbed his joints with pain cream and then found a UFO.
