Также, на высоте актëрская игра, сценарий и графика. Хорошо прописаны персонажи, хороший саундтрек, но он хуже чем в первой части, за это минус пол балла. Дуэт Элли + Дина прописан хуже, чем Джоэл + Элли, заЭто прекрасная игра с отличной историей. В геймплее виден явный прогресс, в сравнении с первой частью. В завершении хочу сказать, что это отличная игра, пусть она и хуже первой части, она всë равно является достойным продолжением истории.     And I have to use a ugly character to kill him and control her for **** 10 hours.

    Then Eillie hunt her by killing hundreds and thousands people and the **** last moment she **** forgives her and I have no choice!

Abby could forgive Eille for killing her frineds and she just could not help herself crashing Joel's damn life. While I was playing as Abby, I changed the difficulty to easy, just to make her story pass fast. Honestly many players care nothing about Abby's story.

Here we are the TLOU2, upon this game so much backlash was about possible leaks, from someone who never bothered with them, i kept my open mind that while i may not agree with decisions, its a story in a world where living is hard and dying is easy, isn't as easy as popping a pill for a bit of depression.

    Graphically its one of the best games to ever be on console and not just ps4, the game introduces a quick heartbreak after we play the soon be villian, something never done is giving us the flip side or mirror situation, we experience why abby has such a revenge, i think if we got to play as abby and experienced the death of her father sooner, it may have played more sympathetic.

    After Joel is brutally murdered, ellie seeks revenge, begins the journey where we come across new inflected, experience new mechanics that mesh great with previous foundation,prone, climbing ropes, new abilities, hiding in grass, as you embrace the new found hatred, you also learn ellie isn't herself, she harbors survivor guilt, she is in a dark place, finding out the secret as to what joel did at the hospital.

    The decisions are not what i may decided, especially with the ending, but deeper meaning is inhabited and instilled for ellie its trying to find her new place in such a world,she once told us she loses everyone.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It was not the story I was expecting or necessarily wanted, but one I love. The start of the "second act" was at first a bit jarring. I didn't like what was happening, but after several hours of playing as Abby I started sympathize with her and her friends (especially Owen). The amount of hate this game is getting is probably because of how they killed of Joel. But the cycle of revenge which the is the games theme is showed expertly in this experience and Joel's death was completely justified. You just have to believe that Neil Druckmann and the team had an idea and that it will pay of. You don't have to like everything that's happening in the story too find realize it's a good story that delivers it's points.

    Gameplay and graphics is also excellent and really fun.    … Expand

There is no revange..just pointless ending with no satisfaction. Visual and technical part of game is perfection, but all that drops in watter because of bad game story. Hola lo que vengo a criticar es la historia y no digo que sea mala solo por ser mala yo creo que a la mayoría nos dejó ese gustó amargo en la boca, viendo a Ellie solo en el final yo creo que la muerte de Joel después de todo tendría que pasar yo lo considero un final triste por qué no dejaron una continuación posible y eso está mal?     This game has gotten a lot of hate for it`s "forced" diversity and what it does with the protagonists from the first game. However I think that the way the game tells this story is a perfect mirror for the first and shows the hypocrisy of the people who supported Joel`s actions but not the characters in this game. I lost my mom 8months ago and i feel how they feel when you lose someone you love that mutch. The song from joel for Ellie, i was thinking to my mom. The whole game is so emotiinal. One big masterpiece.

While i get why some gamers will not like the death of Joel, in reality it was the only way we could have Ellie go for a never ending vengeance. As well what Joel did, needed to have consequences. There is always two sides of a coin. I think that the game is excellent, graphically a masterpiece, the story takes risks, as is touching our so beloved characters in a way that we do not like and that is exactly coherent within the world they live and the consequences of the actions in that world.

    The ending, even bittersweet is nothing but derivations of love, vengeance, pardon, break ups...

Finished the game yesterday and honestly just felt really depressed and cheated by the treatment of the characters and the story. I can see how ambitious the game was and appreciated many of the action sequences and set pieces that were used. The gameplay is fine, straight out of 2013 with the addition of a jump button and a dodge. Great. Really where the game falls flat is in it's story. Story about revenge is fine, even killing Joel is fine as it provided a good motivation for Ellie's portion of the game, however the writing and execution could have been so much better. And if you are going to make the story about revenge at least give the player the option to take revenge. Abby gets hers and doesn't think twice, Ellie loses everything and actively chooses not to take revenge, which just made no sense given what Abby has done to her. I was a huge Naughty Dog fan before this game, but this game has given a lot of room for that to change.

    As a quick side note I even think the story could have been left EXACTLY as it was but instead of using Joel and Ellie just give us a whole new set of characters that we were not 100% invested in already.

    El juego en general es muy intenso y te mantiene entretenido y con interés, transmite emociones de tristeza, odio, angustia... y eso es lo que amamos de los videojuegos que nos transmitan emociones, muy aparte de si nos brindan o no el típico final feliz.

    Just finished the game. This is an awe inspiring achievement from Naughty Dog. Congratulations to everyone involved. Everything about this work, from the level of technical detail and design to the writing, performances and importantly the sound and music is simply incredible. The ambition is inspiring. The ending is good, Ellie loses everything she had because of revenge. I don't understand this hate.     I was so looking forward to this, but I have been conned out of £50! First half of the game is excellent, the rest however made me hate it and was a chore to play. You don't even play as Ellie for the majority of the game. Naughty Dog should be done for false advertising, they totally misrepresented the game I was going to be playing.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Tras 6 años de espera desde que jugué por primera vez The Last Of Us Remastered por fin salió la parte 2. Hablo como un verdadero fan del primero y he de decir que este no ha estado a la altura. Posiblemente mi opinión del juego se base en la muerte de Joel y en la gestión del mismo. También creo que pase un par de semanas y habiendo aceptado el impacto de los ****s que se narran, este juego podrá gustarme más. Empezaré hablando sobre todo lo bueno que tiene este juego, que es el 90%. Unos gráficos y arte que supera a mayoría de los juegos de la generación, con el perdón de juegos como Red Dead Redeption 2 o God Of War. La jugabilidad indudablemente ha mejorado muchísimo con respecto al primero, muy divertida a mi parecer. La banda sonora, aunque considero que no ha estado a la altura de la primera parte, es excelente, muy buena. Este juego técnicamente es brutal. Pero vayamos a la parte en la que todos estamos decepcionados: la historia. Objetivamente, no se puede decir que la historia es mala, pero si es mala para ser Naughty Dog y sobretodo para continuar después del primero. La muerte de Joel, el personaje que le dio éxito a The Last Of Us, me parece un poco forzada y demasiado pronto. Esto me lleva a que la historia está mal estructurada, debería llevar otro orden. El personaje de Abby me parece demasiado forzado y sobretodo un error haberla **** jugable durante tanto tiempo. Entiendo que querían que empatizáramos con ella con mecánicas como las de Joel en la primera parte y armas OP, después de que ni medios ni trailers nos avisaran de que Abby iba a tener semejante importancia. Hablando de trailers, me parece una falta de respeto que nos engañaran así en estos, haciendonos creer que tendríamos la aventura con Joel, siendo flashbacks y habiendo cambiado los modelos de los personajes. Mal gestionado por Naughty Dog. En cuanto al final, Ellie se queda sin venganza y sin Dina. Todo el recorrido y todas las personas que hemos matado probablemente sin merecerlo ha sido en vano, pues la persona a la que juramos venganza salió libre. Al final, el miedo de Ellie de quedarse sola acabo siendo real para nada. Dejando a un lado todos los errores de la historia y si nos gusta más o menos me parece un juego de 10, no a la altura de la primera parte pero sin duda un "Must Play".… Expand

The way the story is written is abominably terrible; ruined a franchise. Terrible beginning which makes you watch a terrible death of Joel, who would've never shared his details with anybody in the prequel - but an even worse ending culminating in the baddie fishing for absolution triumphing over Ellie. Si eres parte de la comunidad LGBT, seguro que este juego te encantará, pero si no eres parte de esa comunidad y si del 99,9999999% del resto de personas del mundo, mejor no lo compres y re juega el TLOU.     People upset by this game need to grow up. they’ve missed the point completely. This isn’t a gam a game moral ambiguity, and realistic characters driven by motivations. It did the what game of thrones should have done and is an amazing game. Very original and goundbreaking, it requires you to think and reflect on not only this one but the first game as well. Masterpiece.

People giving it a very low score are doing so based on Joel being killed off, which is just ridiculous. It was obvious from the end of the first game that the Fireflies etc were going to be seriously pissed off and hell-bent on hunting him down.
    This game is an absolute masterpiece, and on the Pro in HDR is just ridiculously pretty (or gruesome, depending on the scene!). The plot twists and the emotion from them is second-to-none. If you loved the first game, or loved anything by Naughty Dog, just buy it. Trust me. Time to start a New Game+ and get the Platinum.    … Expand

I've spent most of my time playing just zooming in and being awe struck by the details. They do what Naughty Dog does best, and makes it feel like more than a video game. You can tell that the amount of work (and money) poured into this game sets it apart from anything else you'll play.

    The game shines in so many places, but it lacks in so many others. The dialogue is unbelievable , sometimes bordering on laughable. Characters we grew to know and love, turned into caricatures of themselves. The "scene" that starts you on your revenge mission didnt make me feel heartbreak, sadness, or anger, it made me feel cheated. It was just an excuse to propel the story forward, a story that at its heart is generic and lacking compared to the first. The dichotomy between Joel and Ellie was the heart of the first game. Seeing their relationship grow as they struggled forward on their mission is what made it one of my favorite video games of all time.

    This game and this world are brutal and unforgiving in many ways. I found it hard to continue playing. In the first game you had a compelling story that made you want to see it to its end. Not to mention you had two interesting characters that were together for most of the game. Hearing Joel and Ellies conversations back and forth broke up the oppressive feeling of the world. In this game I didnt care about the dialogue, nor did i care about the characters. They felt token, they didnt feel like real people with real struggles to relate to. This game definitely suffers from being too long for its own good.

    The gameplay is more of the same, with some minor improvements. I Enjoyed getting back into it , but after a few hours found myself dreading the combat sections again and again. Honestly the best parts of the game were just walking and discovering the environment and environmental story telling.

    The thing i disliked most was the political messaging. I play video games to escape from the insanity of modern day politics and social media. Not only is it front and center here, but its forced down your throat. In the first game, Ellie turning out to be gay felt natural, it felt like it was organic and just a part of who she was. In this game they dont spend more than an hour reminding you of her sexual orientation or of those around her, through cutscenes, dialoge, and your notebook. It consumes her identity now, instead of just being a part of her.

    Im really conflicted about this game, probably because the first was one of my favorites, but I felt let down. I need to give it two separate ratings. As a game, given the detail, the voice acting, animation, and over all polish, i would give it a very solid 8. As a sequel to the original? I give it a 5. You take away the polish and detail that Sony's open pockets give you, and this game is a generic let down masquerading as art.    … Expand

O Jogo é sem dúvidas o mais técnico de toda a geração, mas se perde na narrativa, a vingança de Ellie se torna tão obsessiva que chega a ser pior que a de Daenerys (GoT), aliás, os finais são ruins em mesmo nível (O final de TLU2 é igual ou senão pior que os finais de GoT, Dexter e Lost juntos) e nem falo pela morte de Joel, que foi literalmente fútil! Pior morte de um personagem relevante em uma série de games na história dos games, eu nem consigo pensar em outra que se equipare e nível de futilidade... Mas o pior ainda está por vir, a "Salvação da Humanidade" se torna somente uma qualquer, deixa de ser heroína para ser um personagem randômico, munido apenas de seu ódio e necessidade de vingança, uma vingança tão mesquinha que exceto pela qualidade técnica é tão chato de jogar quanto Death Stranding. Triste, muito triste. A luta entre Ellie e Abby é a única coisa que salva no final do game, mas poderia ser algo que fizesse parte da história e não a principal parte! O que sobra é uma lição de moral com relação a vingança (que é interessante, mas como o resto de toda vingança, poderia fazer apenas parte do game e não ser o principal contexto). Until the leaks came out. I was worried even more, even though Druckmann and the games media kept saying those were "fakes". Well, the leaks were all true, and I found out the hard way.

    To really appreciate the story, you have to be open minded, and give the story and the characters a fair chance, and not just be stuck with your mindset you have after a couple hours, which is hard for sure. But only then you will fully understand the story Naughty Dog wanted to tell, and maybe even learn a lesson from it.     One of the most controversial game, here’s my thoughts about the game after playing for almost 4 days before grab the last platinum trophy, cling!
    1. Graphic: Top notch, sometimes i even forgot to resume the gameplay and using the photo mode, more alike i abuse it to capture some moments. Clack click pic here and there, appreciate the view, the custscenes, enjoy the moment and environment, even the transition from custscene to gameplay never been this smooth, amazing.
    2. Gameplay & Mechanics: definitely more improvement than the first one. So intense, agile, smooth, fast pace yet so brutal, nuff said. The character control is perfectly balanced and have more ways to reach some hard terrain or area while still retaining the original mechanics from the first one. Sometimes a bit clunky but doesnt affect the gameplay that much.
    3. Story: at first time i gave it only 6/10, but when i finished my second playthru, searching every nook and cranny, reading all collectible from letters, Ellie’s journal, all the text thingy you named it, watching all cutscenes, flash backs, pay attention to details while trying to connect with the first game, man it was amazing, such a great storytelling. 6/10 turns into 9/10 for me. You can feel what the character feel and raw emotion. I feel sad, empty, angry, happy, grateful, regret, overwhelmed, sad, sad, exhausted, sad, sad (too much) but yeah, i never felt such emotion from a video game and kinda feeling mixed even after i finished it. Every goddamn scene with Joel and Ellie, it really hit me hard, very very hard. Joel find his redemption thru Ellie on the first game, Ellie find her redemption thru Joel on part 2. This shows how bonding they are each other with unconditionaly love

    Final thought: despite all the leaks are true, Neil said “nothing compares to it if you play the game from the start till the end”, and he nailed it (Neil Nail, OK!). This game is not only about revenge, anger and hate in my opinion. It’s about forgiveness and redemption. And like Troy Baker said, be open minded, life is not that easy and always happy as karma and butterfly effect does exist and the game shows this to me clearly. Everyone deserve a second chance and i see it thru the Ellie’s side and Abby’s point of view during their journey, it’s post apocalypse world where no one is right or wrong, you do what you have to do to survive.

    The most heartbreaking part is the ending where Joel actually saves his baby girl once again in a different way this time. He just want to be a good father and try his best effort to fill the role for Ellie, something that he cant get with Sarah. “If Lord give me a second chance, i will do it all over again”, Joel didnt want Ellie make the same mistakes as he did in the past, something that he cant fixed it, he helped her once again to regain her humanity and sanity. Killing wont solve anything, it only creates another cycle of vengeance and in the end, it will only consume your mind and body. Because of him, Ellie saved. What happen in the past, stays in the past. You cant undo as it already became a part of yourself but you can create a better future. Forgiving is one of the hardest aspect in life as well as regretting. Ellie’s biggest regret is she didnt have a proper final goodbye to Joel. **** happen and live must go on just like he said in the first ending, “no matter what you keep finding something to fight for”

Set pieces were amazing and some of the new characters were actually likable; Lev, Owen, and Dina come to mind. Old characters are just as badass as always, Tommy is a sharpshooting fiend and playing through flashbacks with Joel makes him even better. It’s a technical marvel, just beat my first playthrough in around 23 hours and plan on doing a survival playthrough. I think it is a really solid entry into the series just with not too great of a story. ND tried and failed to get the player to like Abby. No matter what happened I never cared for her. Up until the end when she was so malnourished that she shrunk to the size of Ellie. Do i think Abby should’ve been spared in the end? Hell no, the story is on revenge. That’s what everyone has been trying to get the entire game, then Ellie just lets Abby leave to join the fireflies. Then Ellie can’t even do what makes her think of Joel the most, which is playing guitar, and her wife left her. ND is really trying to vilify Ellie only for the reason of thinking it’ll make someone like Abby a little bit more.

    All set pieces were great, world building was incredible, technical and AI feats, realistic talking and moving AI, responding to names and such, Story was very lackluster, and new characters being very boring are the only 2 downfalls.    … Expand

    It is an excellent game that raises the issues of personal formation in society, radicalization of religion, problems of violence, stigmatization, growing up and combating psychological trauma.

    After passing, you may experience an unpleasant feeling that can be easily confused with dislike of the game itself. But after a while, everything falls into place.

    However - I get it. I'm not cool with having to play as Abby for half of the game, that part really grinded my gears. But I hugely enjoyed playing this game over all. I love the game mechanics, I love the huge maps where enemies just are around every corner. I loved the additional difficulity of evading the dogs.
    I can actually not praise the graphics enough, the drowned and overwhelmed by nature cityscapes, the modern buildings and technology being taken over by primal forces.
    It's not a perfect game. The constant change of companions wasn't suitable to how I like to play the game, Jessie's death was very unnecessary, Tommy was given more importance than I would have liked him to have given that him and Joel did not seem to be as close as this game makes it seem.
    However, given all the issues I had storywise, I still enjoyed this game a lot. Even if I would have prefered a straight-to-the-point revenge plot.    … Expand

    No, seriously, y'all remember when Battlefield 4 came out, and you could literally destroy a 20 floor building to change the map in a PS3? TLOU2 with 7 years and almost 2 generations can't even add an interesting mechanic.
    In a playable level, TLOU2 it's a PS2 game. God of War 2 had a more in-depth mechanics, let's not even talk about Metal Gear Solid.
    My conclusion: Don't waste your money in this game, seriously. It has absolutely 0 re-jugability. There's nothing that could interest you in making a second run, other than the virtual difficulty. You can't take different options, there's not a large arsenal that could change significantly your playing mode and etc. If you want to buy a new game, I personally recommend you RdR 2, since it's just a better game in all ways. Or even better, buy an old game (Like Dark Souls or Battlefield 4) since they are for sure being a better investment for a cheaper price, having significantly more hours of fun.
    At the end of the day, things like these may disappoint us, the people who actually play videogames, but YouTube/Twitch/TV are for sure gonna love it. TLOU2 is going to be a GOTY and will attract a lot of people who are not even related with the world of gaming just because it's a """Different""" game. I don't really care if Ellie's lesbian, if there's a Jew character of if there's a Trans. Seriously, I give 0 **** about that. So to all of those kids who criticize the game for being too "LGBT inclusive", **** off. The game is mediocre not because it's inclusive, but it's made to call the attention of the media. Talking about controversial things like LGBT community or transexuals always makes an endless argue, and naughty dog knows that. Just accept there's people who wants to live their life's however they want, and even if there are some people who like to call the attention by being controversial; just ignore them, they are literally trolls.

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
