    En mecánicas, jugabilidad y gráficos es uno de los juegos más avanzados de la generación. Qué te guste o no la historia es algo muy personal, pero su objetivo principal de un videojuego de entretener y al menos en las 24 horas de juego me olvide de todo y pase un excelente rato.

    I wanted to like this so much as i loved the first game. Unfortantly its terrible. And not for any of the reason that the anti lgbtq folks are bothered about. The gameplay is so repetitive I had a really hard time getting past that. Also it feels exactly like the first game but with better graphics. There are so many failed attempts and ideas here.

    Not perfect but definitely not as terrible as the user reviews suggest. The main issue with the game is the story pacing, you’ll constantly have flashbacks and even flashbacks within flashbacks but the game is enjoyable overall. Not a masterpiece but definitely well polished and has pretty cool moments.

This game is a POOR sequel to a beautiful story. If you're thinking about playing, reading or watching through the story, don't. For the Last of Us franchise, in this entry's case, ignorance is bliss.

    I avoided spoilers and played the game, the moment I finished the game, I was sad. I tried to convince myself that the game was actually good and that was why I was sad. The more I thought about it, the more I realized I was lying to myself. I was jaded because I realized we lost what could have been, the potential squandered. This game didn't need to exist, in fact it detracts from the first one because now you know what happens, every time I think of The Last of Us part 1, my nostalgia is interrupted by a wave of resentment for what happens next in the installment. This. Game. Didn't. Need. To. Be. Made. I've never regretted playing a video game, usually I become wistful and remember all the fun I had, wishing I could forget and replay it again. In this case, I regret playing it at all. Gone are the heartwarming moments from the first game, gone are the character developments made, replaced by hours of just purely exhaustive violence, I love a good blood splat but damn this game drags it out for so long without a break.

    Characters are built partway only to be killed and the emotional consequence of their death is explained 8-7 hours later, but by that point the player doesn't care because A. I've brutally killed hundreds of these enemies and B. it was such a long time ago, I don't even remember why they were significant. The revenge plot is handled poorly, even Destiny 2, known for it's mediocre story, the Destiny 2 Forsaken DLC had a better revenge plot and a better send off for the beloved character that was killed. Now that I think about it, the Last Of Us 2 has the almost exact same premise as Forsaken even down to the "Revenge has consequences" theme. It's sad that Neil Druckmann won't acknowledge criticism and instead is making fun of people like me. He is touting this game as "art". However, slapping an "art" label on something doesn't mean it should automatically be revered, art can be bad and in this case I truly think it is. I wish Naughty Dog released a DLC that's just a 20 second scene, with Ellie waking up from a nightmare and saying "huh thank god it was just a dream", because then ND would have a shot of remaking it into something incredible. Sadly, that won't happen. This game is video game's equivalent to Game of Thrones Season 8.

    I'm getting tired of my favorite mediums of entertainment being hijacked and turned into a means to push a political agenda. Yes this game does that too, I have no ill will towards women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and the majority of players don't either. The popularity around Games such as Horizon Zero Dawn, the Resident Evil series, hell even the Uncharted series and the first Last Of Us proves that. Just because we don't like this specific medium that incorporates these elements, doesn't mean we're bigots and it's not a valid justification for why the story was poorly made. My favorite character in the game was a member of these groups and his story was compelling. Games are mediums through which the player can escape reality, if you're going to shove in your political ideology and agenda, you have to make that person's story as compelling as everyone else's and not let it be their defining trait, If anything it does a disservice to people it is meant to represent. This is show not tell 101.

    If you want a heartfelt story about a parental figure and the moral ambiguities about your character's actions, play God of War or the first Last of Us. If you want a story that tells an underlying story about the pitfalls of revenge and people trying to better themselves through struggle, play Red Dead Redemption 2. If you want to remember The Last of Us as a good story, don't play this one, it leaves you tired with a foul taste in your mouth. Ironic that this story is about loss and I too have felt loss, just not in the way ND intended.    … Expand

    There was definitely time, effort and passion put into this game. Its just..the turns the story takes..I just don't understand. Anyone can be a victim of circumstance. That lesson was taught and explored with The Last of Us Part 1. I'm just lost as to what exactly the take-away with the narrative is suppose to be and I believe many others feel the same.

    Graphics amazing. Gameplay is fine. Soundtrack stunning. Narrative brave to actual disrespect the fan base. Brave to destroy everything the game was built on. Brave to waste about 10 hours of gamers time on someone who is unlikable.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Let me start off by saying, I support the LGBTQ community, I'm a part of it as well. I don't have a problem with Abby being buff, I don't have a problem with trans people.. I don't have a problem with Joel dying, BUT.. but the story was so poorly executed.. Here are the positives and the negatives of the game:

    POSITIVE:

    - Sound
    - Visuals
    - Voice acting
    - Gameplay
    - Fighting /shooting mechanics
    - accessibility settings for visually impaired people

    NEGATIVES:

    - False advertising, making the buyers think that Joel and Ellie are going to team up. - Not issuing refunds, like wtf??? - Deleting negative reviews, paying off media to preach the game.. - Ellie's immunity didn't mean **** in part II. They missed the opportunity to create a story around that.
    - So much **** was going on around the fireflies and they were just "simply" wiped out in 4 years.

    - Joel's, Tommy's character build up from the first game meant NOTHING next to a 3 second screentime surgeon and 10minute background on Abby.

    - Killing Joel off 2 hours into the game in such a disrespectful way, by a playable character.. By a character that only got a 10 minute backstory and the game was basically forcing you to feel sorry for her.

    - Making Tommy and Joel look like they trust people easily in an apocalyptic environment, where killing is surviving.

    - Making Abby, a playable character and forcing us to play against Ellie. (makes no sense at all), the players would have swallowed Abby as a character if she were to team up with Ellie and fight against a mutual enemy (without killing Joel lol)

    - Even after everything, Ellie loses her fingers, JJ and Dina + leaves Abby alive but kills a pregnant woman. Umm?

    - A very graphic sex scene of Abby.. Awkward, should have made a sex scene with ellie and dina lol.. - Overall story.

    They could have made the story so much better.. They could have dropped the cure thingy in the story, maybe a war with the fireflies or the cannibals.. Maybe something about Ellie's backstory (family), Abby joining the town and fighting against a mutual enemy, a little bromance between abby dina and ellie if you want to push LGBTQ so badly.. Joel getting bitten and they are rushing to find fireflies and a cure.. Maybe realizing that there are other people outside their town where they already found the cure and are living normally, so Joel + Ellie are going on an adventure like the old times, Abby comes into the story, helps them..little drama around her father etc etc, ANYTHING could have been better.. It's just poor writing and execution.. The game looks fantastic, amazing visuals, amazing voice acting, i love the new creatures, the snowing details, the dogs, etc! BUT unfortunately, this game is a STORY BASED game, most people play it for the story not the gameplay, and it disappointed us all..    … Expand

    La verdad lo juzgué antes de jugarlo, pero una vez habiéndolo jugado no me cabe duda que es de lo mejor de esta generación, enverdad me encantó y aunque tiene varias fallas en el gameplay y vacíos argumentales aún así es una experiencia envolvente y llena de sentimientos, la verdad le pondría un 9 pero le pongo 10bpars que haga colchón a todos esos reviews mal hechas

    An unbelievably great game. Loved the first one and loved part 2 just as much. Was so obsessed with finding out how it ends that I played it through in 2 days. And it’s very replayable and I plan on starting it again tonight. If you enjoyed the first one, you will enjoy this.

This game goes beyond anything I've ever played to deliver a beautiful, BRUTAL, immensely emotional experience that grips you tightly and doesn't let you go until the credits start rolling. Being a HUGE TLOU fan, I knew that ND would deliver, and they did that...and so much more. Ashley's acting as Ellie is top-notch, and really grabs at your heartstrings, or makes you shiver in fear( whatever her mood at that moment)The story is truly amazing, and complex, and it makes you think...A person can be a Hero to someone- but be a Villain to someone else. I love that the game touched on that- especially with the addition of the trading cards to push that notion. I'm saddened to find out that a lot of TLOU fans aren't able to really look at the bigger meaning of the plot, or understand the immaculate storytelling this game has to offer. I thought they'd be more complex than that. Another 10/10 and GOTY in my book. Well done, ND, well done.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Let me start up by saying the good only good thing that this game has to offer the graphics are good and the fact that we actually got a sequel but that is just about it.

    Now lets get down to the bad things of this game
    First of all the story I disliked the story and how it was told to the point that I couldn't bare to dive in to this game any longer we start out good so far at the beginning but believe me when I say to you this :
    IT GETS WORSE. Of course Ellie is back and she´s got a more important role in this game.

    Spoilers Ahead:

    Joel in the other hand doesn't he didn't even lasted 5 hours in the game he was killed in what can be described as the most disrespectful death in gaming history okay we all know that Joel was a cautious character and that he never took any risks so in an attempt to advance the story faster they had Joel reveal his name to a bunch of strangers which it in itself was not the smartest idea since after the events of the previous game he should 've already know that people would be after him and what hurts this more is that the character that kills him has been saved already many times by Joel and for her to kill him off with no thought what so ever of all those time that he saved her she just kills him in cold blood and after his death at the hands this other character I was forced to play as Ellie for a great part of the game which in of itself isn´t the problem my main problem is that we actually have to play as the person that killed Joel and the game tries so hard to make us sympathise with this character but fails in so many levels in the end playing as this character only made me want to kill this character even more because of the terrible writing. Through mid point of the game I just kept playing it with hope that things will get better since this new character killed Joel this game was built with the foundation that it is a revenge story which will inevitably lead to a final fight with Ellie vs this new character.

    Major Spoilers and the ending:

    In the very end I got to fight this new characters as Ellie and the pay off just wasn't good I really wanted the story to end good but it didn't since Ellie in the very end let this character go and after every single thing that I done to get to this point it was almost as if this game was for nothing since every single thing that I needed to do to get to this point didn't pay off. As we also played as this new character we also saw how she lived and what was she doing and while Ellie isn´t a saint in this game either she at least showed some humanity as she killed the person around her to get to the ending, as for the other character I never got to see a human part of her it was almost as if she enjoys killing others. Another thing that I would like to discuss is that there is a scene in this game where this new character actually has coitus with another character which I don´t know if this was intended to be art or a certain scene that even in the darkest times there is hope but honestly I found it gross and unnecessary I really don´t know what the creator was thinking but we still got this scene in the game. Probably the parts that I enjoyed most of the game were the flashbacks that Ellie had with Joel those were the only parts of the game I truly enjoyed.

    Well long story short the game in terms of graphics is good but all the other things that compose a game it´s a major let down.

    For all of you die hard fans of TLOU I have 3 words for you: "SAVE YOUR MONEY" but anyway this is just my opinion the level of disappointment that this game reaches is unmeasurable and all the decisions that were taken in this game are laughable and finally the ending and the way that Joel died those two scenes in my opinion where the scene that completely butchered the game itself and all chances of a potential sequel.    … Expand

    It's a good game but unluckily it is overshadowed by some unnecesary scenes that bring nothing good in to the game and are only a lame try to show support to nowadays waves making it a bad marketing tool that took away the impact of some actions and parts of the game, bringing nothing to the legacy of the franchise and making the last of us part 2 memorable for the wrong reasons

This community waited 7 whole years for this game, and while the gameplay and graphics were amazing, the most important part, the story. Left me crying, but for all the wrong reasons. They took an INCREDIBLE series, and destroyed it. You play as Ellie loving a happy life with family, and people she loves in the small town of Jackson, Wyoming. And everything is well, until not even 2 HOURS into the game, Joel’s head gets bashed in with a golf club. And this community isn’t mad BECAUSE Joel dies. It’s how, he rescues a stranger and gives away his name, where he lives, and follows this stranger back to her base where all her friends are. Turns out these people had a bone to pick with Joel, and they torture him with a golf club, and beat him to death. Now having seen Joel be such an unforgiving, cold hearted man in the first game, who trusted no one but Tess and eventually Ellie, it’s so hard to believe he would do something so insanely stupid. And if you think that’s where it ends? You couldn’t be more wrong. To put it short Ellie goes halfway across the country to kill the girl who killed Joel, Abby. She proceeds to kill all of Abby’s friends and eventually tracks Abby down. She gets the crap beats out of her. And we skip ahead about a year. Tommy can barely walk and can only see out of 1 eye, Maria split with Tommy, Ellie lost her friend Jesse, her surrogate father Joel and many others along the way. But now she has a family, as Dina (her girlfriend who travelled with her to Seattle with) was pregnant. But when Tommy comes back with a lead, she ditches everyone she loves to travel halfway across the country again this time to California to kill Abby. She gets there, fights her way through a prison and has a final fight with Abby, to which when she has the upper hand, Abby bites 2 of Ellie’s fingers off and instead of ending it there, and making everyone she’s lost, and EVERYTHING she’s lost not go in vain, she lets Abby live. And when she returns to her farm home with Dina, Dina and the child JJ, are nowhere to be found. In the end Ellie lost everything Jackson, Joel, Dina, the child, her revenge on Abby, Tommy, Maria, and her 2 fingers thus eradicating her ability to play guitar which is the only thing she can remember Joel by. And not to mention we play half this game as Abby, the ANTAGONIST just so we could have 6 more hours of play time. Like I said before this game had me crying for Joel Ellie, and everyone. But for all the **** wrong reasons the entire game is for absolutely nothing. And.... I have no words. I don’t, this community waited so long just to get a **** story, and leaving Ellie depressed, unless you want good gameplay and a horrible story with so many jumps from present to past don’t buy this game. Don’t waste your money and 20 hours of your life like I, and so many others did. You could get a better experience by watching it on YouTube. But all we can do know is hope that someone at ND fixes this. Other than that, I have nothing to say, I personally just finished the game and I need a break, I won’t be sleeping much tonight.     Why did it have to be like this. It had so much potential with the story, and to have it thrown away for what seems like some sort of "agenda" is terrible. Leave agendas like that behind and just make games that are entertaining, funny, fun to control, and with a good ending; not some statement.

Lo que llevo a Joel a rescatar a Ellie pero sin pensar que esta hiriendo a miles de personas. Es muy justificable todo lo que sucedio en la historia ya que tiene un por qué.
    Ame como se va desarrollando de a poco, como traen los momentos lindos de Ellie con Joel. También como muestran el lado de Abby con su padre.

The game plays exactly plays like the 1st game, brings nothing new except for the “jump button.” And guess what? The jumping mechanism sucks. Naughty dog confirmed ellie was the only playable character but half way through YOU HAVE TO PLAY AS JOELS KILLER. The shehulk and her friends who kill joel, they force you to play as her. And the ending!! It makes zero sense!! Ellie kills all of abby’s friends and thousands of others to get to abby and guess what? When she finds abby they had a qte boss fight. Yes, the final boss fight is a QTE!!! She wins the fight and lets abby go after she had a flashback of joel. The end. Oh this game has some serious sjw propaganda and cringy moments.     After waiting for so long for this game and the director said himself no one cares about the characters more than us. and that's the story we're giving major plot holes and ending so bad that the writers of the sopranos are like at least we didn't do that. This makes the story of not only this game but the 1st game completely irrelevant

    If you've played the original Last of Us, just remember the scene where Joel consoles Ellie during winter. It's heavy, it's emotional. The sequel does not have anything remotely close to this emotional. It barely has fleeting moments of flashbacks to the good times. This sequel spits in the face of the characters from the first game.

    Waited 7 years for my favourite game to get thrown into the trash. only thing stopping it from getting a 0 was the fantastic visuals and gameplay mechanics, other than that the story felt like a poorly written fan fic. (the flashbacks were the only good parts of the game)

    When I bought the second game, again it wasn't really for the gameplay it was for the story.
    And man was it disappointing. Whether it's Joel's early death. The lack of information on what happened during the five years that had passed. Or the fact that you play more of the game as the person you so desperately want to kill. Then if that's not enough Ellie, leaves a perfectly good life, with a hope of being a part of a family to finally kill Abby. Only to go through hell and let her live. Also just to run salt in the womb, she can't play guitar anymore.
    Now I've thought and talked about this with friends. If we had the chance to write this story what would we have done, and here it is.
    The start needed to be more flashbacks, or just scenes in general of the past five years with Joel and Ellie. After completing the first game that's what we all wanted to see.
    Show their relationship build until the point she finds out the truth about what really happened at the hospital. Then do a time jump of two years, to the point of the evening Ellie and Dina kiss, and the part when Joel interferes and Ellie tells him she dosent need him and all that jazz. Clearly still pissed at him. Then the catalyst moment should of been Tommy being killed by some fireflies that he wronged in the past. Joel decides to set out on a revenge quest, and Ellie, even though they're not on good terms right now. Cares about him too much to let him go at it alone. She decides to go with him. In the first game they build a relationship on the road. In this game they rebuild their relationship on the road. When it's all fixed, and as a well earned finale/payoff, then you could kill Joel. After an entire game of playing with and alongside him. Boom, now that's how you write a part 2!    … Expand

    The writing is so terrible, such a shame the original was a classic. The game tries way too hard to push agendas and check mark boxes without having a coherent narrative. The only pros of this game are the graphics and sound design. But gameplay remains the exact same as the original

However, the story reads like an unedited mess where the writer have interesting idea but the execution is absolutely terrible. While Abby has the potential to be a really interesting character they spend way too little time on both her backstory and giving her time to re-examine her own actions. There is no hero in this story. Congratulations to Naughty Dog for being able to express how mankind would survive the apocalypse in the most realistic way.

They dont treat Joel, a 60+ year old man who used to kill and steal from inocents, as a demigod so loved that he can trick death, insted they kill him as the human he is. I also enjoyed Abby's story, as it shows us how after all she is just as Joel, a survivor that eighter kills or dies and will do anything for his group. The end is the most logical move they could make. Ellie finally sees what she did, and understands killing Abby wont change anything, so she breaks the vengeance loop that started with the death of Abby's dad. The end is probably the most symbolic part, as it shows Ellie leaving Joel's guitar behind. Overall a pretty good story, no matter how much you loved Joel… Expand

The last of us two is definitely a good looking game with decent gameplay mechanics, but this is lost when your forced to play as a character that is unlikable. Abby killing Joel in the early parts of the game set her up as the villan, but instead she is meant to be the secondary protagonist. This idea isnt bad on paper as the player will be shown her side of the story and allowed to understand her charater. The issue becomes how she has no redeeming qualities and participates in horrible actions the player is forced to being complicate in. When the finally arrives we see Ellie simply let Abby go, and after playing her and being forced to witness all the pain she causes your left feeling almost betrayed. The last of us relies on its story and visuals to take the player on a journey, but this joureny was a revenge porn filled nightmare that shames you for actions you have no control over then preaches a half baked message of peace over violence once everyone is dead.… Expand
