Hell I even found myself kind of liking Abby by the time of Seattle day 2 of her section of the game despite what she did to Joel in the beginning - May he rest in piece :(

I truly understand and enjoyed the take Neil Druckman took on this story as making us play as the villain and understand her in the second half. Though I still hate what she did to Joel. I understand. It was a powerful move that made me angry and depressed - which is what it's supposed to do. AKA - Not **** writing as many people claim.

Overall I really enjoyed the game, it was playing with my emotions throughout my entire play through & was keeping immersed within the universe the entire time - I thoroughly enjoyed myself

10/10 - Can't understand why it's getting so much hate, I loved it. Absolutely amazing game.

I'm getting convinced that the only thing that was driving this game was all that political correctness story, nothing else.
After all this waiting - this sequel should have never happen. When playing first part - I was really trying to play in any free time, but with this sequel - I'm thinking "Ok, I have to play a bit, maybe it will finish at last".
    Bad, bad, very, very bad.
It seems that all professional critics need to be politically correct, users fortunately do not :)

From the moment I saw the trailer for The Last of us: Part II, I decided to close my eyes to as much news/leaks etc. as I could as I was a massive fan boy for Part I.

From the moment I saw the trailer for The Last of us: Part II, I decided to close my eyes to as much news/leaks etc. as I could as I was a massive fan boy for Part I.

This a good decision as I seemed to have managed to miss a lot of the developments from Part I that they had revealed in trailers and so when I was playing the game, it was full of twists and turns that I wasn't expecting.

Upon playing The Last of us: Part II, I was thoroughly enjoying the entire first 'part' of the game and then when the other character became playable, I was in two minds. Firstly, the game seemed to be trying to teach me about the 'bad guy', and secondly, I didn't care about the 'bad guys' backstory etc. as they were the villain!

After playing through the second part, when you're learning about this new character, I found myself moving my point of view, is our protagonist the villain?!

The game seemed to be full of these moments where I had to question the characters actions and try to work out who's side I was actually on!

At points, whilst learning about this new character, I felt bored and uninterested. Like I just wanted to return to the main characters story but over time, I realized why this was done this way and I could start to enjoy and appreciate the new characters back story being introducted.

In few scenes within this game, I had to pause the game, find my wife where ever she was and tell her to come and look at the game as it was absolutely breathtaking. I played through on my PS4 Pro and this game alone made that purchase worthwhile. Truely a great way to showcase what the 4 year old console is still capable of. I experienced no stutters, no visual 'glitching', nothing. Whilst the PS4 was running loud, this was easily resolved by turning the sound up a little which certainly helped with the appreciation of a fantastic score and amazing sound.

All in all, I feel that 85% of this game was absolutely a worth while extension to Ellie's story. The 15% is the left over from the feeling that I had early on in the second part where I felt, 'do I care? No!' about the new character. This was short lived and I eventually came to the conclusion that yes, yes I do care.

I would strongly recommend this to any PS4 owners that enjoyed The Last of us.

To any new players! PLEASE play The Last of us: Part I first as I feel this is essential.

This game is amazing, don’t listen to the hate. Unfortunately if you’ve seen the leaks and formed an opinion already, you will be too far gone. I loved this game. The gameplay is bigger, longer and uncut compared to the first game. The environments are huge- a lot more to explore, read all the journal entries and notes left in this beautifully detailed world to better understand characters motivations and story arcs. If you’ve played the first game there’s not much difference gameplay wise, just bigger environments and new enemy types. The environments do change the combat and stealth as there are so many more areas to hide and climb higher to get the advantage on these large groups. The sound is phenomenal, my house rattled from the intense scenes to the eerie clicks of the infected. Voice acting is second to none with naughty dogs motion capture enhancing every scene.

Story is unforgivingly savage in its decisions- whilst it can make you angry, you are supposed to feel that way. The only problem I have is the pacing between story and gameplay compared to the first game. There was enough gameplay between the story cut scenes in the first game to keep you completely invested the whole way through. Whilst I was invested in part 2, the areas are much larger now with enemies spread throughout which can really slow the motivation before the next story segment. Not to say there isn’t anything interesting in these long areas- the characters are constantly talking to each other and giving backstory as you explore. As much as the pacing was a slug sometimes- I still loved it, as there was so much to do and see that I was impressed in how much effort and love was put in this game. If you’ve managed to stay away from the spoilers and you’re trying to form an opinion on this game. Buy it and try it for yourself, you will find this game is amazing if you soak it in and take your time playing every inch of it. If you’ve seen the spoilers and jumped on the butthurt wagon....you’ve missed out on an amazing game and you have no one to blame but yourself.

Though the pacing was off I still enjoyed every second of it- it’s just not as tight as the first game. Definitely worth every penny and I applaud naughty dog for taking risks where most Game companies play it safe. I feel for everyone involved in making this game that have had people bomb the reviews over story choices.

First ever review to defend this awesome game.

Now first off I would like to say that none of the negative press, leaks, or even the opinions of others has or had an effect on how I see view this game. as side note however, while I like the first Last of Us a lot I wouldn't say it's a master piece and isn't even in my top ten favorite games so I wasn't on the hype train for this game. I only finally decided to get and play this game after a friend of mine said I could borrow his copy. It should have been a red flag for me seeing that he himself said "he was more interested in playing FF7 now" which I let him borrow from me. He's more the Last Of Us fan than I am for haven sake! Sorry for tangent. Also I will not write any spoilers for this game just because of principle so do not worry.

First off, about first 9.5 hours of this game might be the best start to any game I have played on the Ps4. Seriously it had it all; action, drama, and the feels. It was like experiencing Game of Thrones season 1 all over again. It honestly it even renewed my interest to play first game after beating this one. Also the cut-scenes and game models are truly stealer and gives me hope for what will come out of Naughty-Dog next. So your probably wondering if I had that much fun and excitement from this game up to this point why am I giving it a 3/10? Well It was at the moment that you probably already know now that is the most controversial part of this game, I mean I get why they did and why it's a bold move. Other games have done similar stuff in the past but for some reason the scene left me with nothing but rage, disappointment, and being dumbfounded at the situation of the scene itself. After that scene for me it only seemed to go downhill and was only somewhat back to sprites after a few more scenes of Ellie and her partner (fyi I'm part of the LGBT and I have no problems with LGBT characters, so no I'm not just some dummy who hates gay peolpe) but even those got dry. Than it happened the change of character, it was at this point I know I would hate this game with a passion. They tried to justify some of the choices of this said character and what she did but it only did nothing but fortify my anger and even made me feel more dumbstruck at the idea of this being game passing Naughty-Dog's quality inspection. Didn't anyone try to stop the development and go "maybe this could be done better"? Now after countless now boring repetitive fights, uninspiring missions, and character switching I finally was approaching the end of the game. Now I was going to forgive this games past sins if the ending was executed in a ways that was both fulfilling and brought this to an end with a nice bow on top. However this game found a way to both make the ending feel generic and yet so unsatisfying that even contemplated buying this copy from my friend s I can only smash it and throw it away. For real!!!! This might be the worse ending that I have experienced with a triple. Worse than Mass Effect 3 in fact! Finally after all that I was done, just me in my room seething at what I just witnessed. The cliffhanger even felt not needed at all!

With all this said and done I really can't recommend this at full price. I would say $35 is a more fitting price for a game like this. I'm more upset at the waste of potential this game could have been, I didn't even love the Last of Us and even I felt this was a poor excuse of a follow up. I now know why so many fans are angry. I guess I will take a page from my friend and play another game like Horizon Zero Dawn or something else that truly give a good female character and a good story to boot. Buy the game if you want but be warned, I'm just glad my money never went to this game.

So I boot it up and voilà, it's EVERYTHING (and then some) that people who TRIED to warn me away from it said it was. This... political statement PRETENDING to be a game will go down in history as the defining moment when the game industry (publishers, developers & game media) became a conglomerate ideology-tool for the progressive left.

    PROS:
....................................................................................................... Oh.. The graphics in general are... really good!

    CONS:
[1] The game is more interested in PUSHING the progressive left's redefinition of the word 'diverse' than it is in actually telling a compelling story.
[2] All men bad... All women good
[3] ZERO emptional stakes put forth. Not ONE. The game is as unfeeling as the idiots who made it are
[4] Try as it might it doesn't know how to deal with the MANY conundrums that coexist within the progressive left's ideology. See, in this... "game" all men bad, all women good. But... but... The... "game" also attempts to push the "more than 2 genders" narrative (ie: conundrum)
[5] In most games (even in this SJW, #Woke, #MeToo, ist-ism-obia, #RHEEEEE world we live in) the ending of a game has some sort of payoff. The "bad guy" gets his/hers #ComeUpings, There is some sort of emotional closure to the journey, something that simply says "the end", a wrong is righted... etc. SOMETHING. But here comes The Last of Us II. Nope, Nada, No. No closure, no nothing. Just one big pile of "Think like us or you're an ist-ism-obia, a russian bot or toxic.

Me getting my money back for the piece of hot garbage is out of the question so I did not even try. I'll just chalk it up to Goodbye Sony, Goodbye Naughty-Dog.

    FOR THE RECORD:
    [1] This is a real review, not a hater-bomb
[2] I have zero problems with Ellie being gay. The shill media that is spreading that fake news also knows that is not the reason why so many disliked this PoS. That said, the irony of Ellie; All-of-a-sudden; being gay in the DLC that dropped the EXACT SAME day that Ellen Page (actress that Ellie's likeness was based on) came out to the world as gay is not lost on those with an once of common sense. No, the problem(s) I had with this... "game" was the man-shaming that occurs from beginning to end of this farce. The problem I had is making me play as some GENDER-CONFUSED Whaman who LOOKS like a man and THINKS she is a man right up until it's time for her to teach all of us how much better all women are. The problem I had is the game could not go a full 30 minutes without some sort of virtue signaling.

MY SCORE: 1 - It gets at least a 1 from me for having the unmitigated gall to even release this nonsense and that I played all the way through.

This... "game" was appalling and it was a waste of my money. the ONLY bright side to this fiasco is that I have quite a few people that rely on my opinion concerning games these days and so I've saved them from purchasing this crap. Now I gotta go get ready for President Trump's Rally. Ya'll be good.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It's hard to give this game a fair shake due to all the controversy, from the leaks to behavior of Sony and Naughty Dog to the blatant lying and spread of misinformation by the access media. Even some misleading information from the official trailers. That said, let's give it a shot.

Story, not a fan, there are so many problems here, let's begin.

The players that don't make it past Joel's death cannot be blamed for that, nor should they be blamed for making their reviews solely on that event alone. The set up abandoned all of Joel's character building from the first, it was disrespectful to his character and ultimately, has no payoff by the end of the game. This is the first event that literally persuades the player from not continuing the game, and it's a big one.

Next, Abby. Her character design is particularly strange. There's absolutely nothing that makes you like her and empathize with her. I hate to say she's agenda driven, but that's the only thing that seems to make sense in her design. To put it as simple as possible, she was created to kill Joel. Why anyone would expect you to like and empathize with her after that is ludicrous. She is the antagonist, plain and simple. We hate her.

So she let's Ellie survive and you spend half the game trying to get close to her again. Could feel like the whole game for some people, and this is where you meet your next big scenario that makes you want to stop playing the game for good. You finally end up in a scenario with Abby, you expect some big fight is going to happen, it's an intense moment, you don't know what's gonna happen because you don't have the upper hand and what happens??? It fades to black and suddenly your playing Abby's backstory and your first thought it WHAT THE EFF?? Second thought is, I DON'T CARE. Then you are overcome with the desire to simply quit playing.

So you somehow go through all that, you get to the end of the game hoping something will make it worth it and then comes the final slap in the face. Ellie loves playing the guitar, it's her thing, it was in her trailers and marketing and had a few special moments throughout the game. Then what happens? You fight with Abby, she effing bites your fingers off and despite her killing Joel, and all the killing Ellie had to do to even get here, she let's Abby go.

What was even the point of it all? WHAT WAS THE POINT!? Where's the payoff to killing Joel early in the story? Why make you play as Abby? She was irredeemable for anyone invested in these characters and franchise. Okay, Joel killer her father, but why did he do it? Self-defense? To protect Ellie??? Here we have a game about revenge that begins with Abby taking hers and then Ellie is like naw???? Tell me how this makes sense? Worst of all is the final salt in your wounds when Ellie can no longer play her guitar.

Atmosphere and graphics are perfectly set and gorgeous. Anyone saying this isn't one of the best looking games on PS4 would be disingenuous. The graphics don't save the game by any means, but they certainly bring the score up and that's about all I have to say on that.

Gameplay? I mean you're forced to kill a dog. That really sucks. Game loves making you do things and then feel bad for them. Plays better than it's predecessor but still gets repetitious and somewhat boring. Especially the latter half of the game because if you're still motivated to play at that point, all you want to do is get to the end.

This game was a massive disappointment primarily due to the story decisions. The story is objectively bad and it makes you feel bad for playing through it. The only thing I am personally thankful for is that I am not invested in these characters like so many others. With that said, I am still heartbroken for Joel and Ellie.

In closing, I'll say that while this game may sell well, the fans will not support a third entry. The bridge is burning and there's nothing that can be done to save it.

As, a player while playing with Ellie, it will make you feel why am I even playing this. The thing is there is no motive. The first game had hope, that the virus could be a cure. Hope is not the emotion this game has gone for, it's revenge mostly.
The character Abbey, is the worst character I had to play with in my gameplay history. Every time, she died I hoped she remain dead and the story end's right there. But, no she's the protagonist and the game makes you suffer her 10 hours long gameplay.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The first game left big shoes to fill and the second game is not worthy to step into them.

First of all, I'd like to get the easy part out of the way: this game is a technical marvel. The graphics are superb, the sound is masterful, the acting is next level and beyond. The production value blurs the lines between gaming and cinema, but unfortunately, the story and characters don't live up to the standards set by the first game, nor the incredible technical effort present in this one.

Gameplay is much smoother than the original, but does not add enough to revolutionize the genre. Level design can feel repetitive, even when you're in different areas. The walking and the conversations are nice, but they out stay their welcome at times. The game is not difficult, and it's about as long as the the average single player games; 25 hours. The story is told from different perspectives to make an obvious point ; conflicts in the form of vengeance may consume people and outlast them. The main characters are single minded and their negative emotions leave no room for growth or development throughout the journey. They are charged with destructive emotions that ultimately lead them to lose everything, making the characters and the player feel empty because of how tragically primitive their world has become. Violence and bloodshed are detailed and magnified in a disturbing manner which only show us how far humans have strayed from values and civilization. Sadly, it all makes it a world not worth visiting and the characters do not merit our company.

It is a regrettable that the second game couldn't push storytelling like the original did. But it did push the technical aspect and I wish it is enough, but it is the one aspect that will be overshadowed by future games with better technology.

Story however is pretty bad, it contains some very big plot holes and forces you to play as someone you don't like. This wouldn't be as bad if Ellie could game end Abby. It would be a perfect ending but they ruined it. Please give us an option to avenge Joel!

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just finished playing, and what an emotionally draining story naughty dog managed to tell. The first few hours managed to sucker punch the player in the gut leaving you with a sense loss over a beloved character. Forcing Ellie and the player to go on a journey for revenge, which if im being honest; I wanted more the Ellie did. Along the way you encounter several members of the group that started Ellie on her journey; unfortunately they have already been killed. On the good side you are able to takeout a couple others from the group. The violence you/Ellie use to beat and kill these people is both satisfyingly graphic and alarming, which is conveyed afterwards by Ellis reactions as to what she has done. As you play progress further the game throws a HUGE perspective shift, and has you play as the person who caused Ellie to sent Ellie on her path of revenge. This pissed me off big I didn't want to play this person. No I wanted revenge just like Ellie did. But as you continue through the game, you start to care for her(or at least I did) this allowed the player a different perspective and it gave the player a chance to, calm down?then towards the end of the game you the player/antagonist brutally beat the living craps out of Ellie for killing her friends... And the screen goes black. Which I thought was the end. Boy was I happy it wasn't a year passed in game showing Ellie with her ("lover") you'll find out if you play. And after some unexpected company you once again travel down the path of revenge and along the way Ellie is once again injured in a manner likewise to that of Joel and bitten(plot twist) not really though. And after fighting through a well armed and armored group of **** (Ellis words) you get to the moment we were waiting for. A knock down knife/fist fight between Ellie and the(most hated person. In a videogame)... Trying not to spoil too much. In the end though, what the player gets is not a happy or sad ending; but a cold resignation, an emptiness the comes with the desire for revenge. and in the end I felt that too. The game leaves you feeling drained emotionally. A truly amazing journey the game manages to take you on, this game is one of if not the best story driven game I have played. As well as the most emotionally hammering. Ill need some time before I go for a 100 completion not ready to go through all that again Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. First of all, the devs at Naughty Dog need commending for the sheer quality of The Last of Us Part II, never have I seen such a graphical masterpiece coming from my PS4! This game brings smiles, tears, fear, shock and disbelief. It is a rollercoaster of emotion that is certainly hammered down in it’s final hours. It is unrelenting in regards to the revenge and hate aspect it’s quite clearly portraying, this game is certainly not for the faint hearted. The story, albeit a little skewed, is fantastic for the most part and the new character Abby, as much as people don’t seem to like her... I enjoyed her arc. Abby very much symbolises what Ellie has gone through and ultimately, both Abby and Ellie are as good and as bad as each other. The downside to this game would be the length of which you play as Abby, but other than that the game is golden. The negative reviews are certainly from people who haven’t taken the time to play the game through to it’s end and let the story sink in, this game is certainly a contender for GOTY if not GOTG! Neil Druckmann and Co have done a fantastic job with this title and the voice acting is 100% perfect! My only hope is that a Part III follows to wrap up the story once and for all! The Last of Us Part II as well as it’s predecessor are fine examples of deep, emotionally envoking story telling and I hope this trend continues going forward! Well done again Naughty Dog! You have earned this! Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I completed the game in roughly 30 hours on Hard Mode

    Major spoilers.

First off, the game has what we all agree on is good graphics, and similar gameplay with no real improvements from the first game 7 years ago. While the gameplay is still quite fun, it is dragged down by senseless side quest objectives and a garbage story line with terrible characters development. This kicks in when you play as Abby, which is really obnoxious and feels like a chore. I found the Rat King (THICCC BOI) to have better character development and build up than her in every way.

A lot of the sections were interesting, the first open area Seattle environment was interesting, it felt like Metro Exodus in a way, until it becomes more linear with some exploration into safes, supplies, etc. One thing I found really disappointed by was when I was forced to play Abby, which honestly felt at least like 10 hours at least. This wasn’t advertised in anyway at all. Especially after watching her beat a beloved character to death. Just a small taste of my experience with this game, honestly save your money for Ghosts of Tsushima that releases next month. This game is just a miserable experience for the player, and it excels at that. Neil **** tries to subvert expectations but really just proves to be a laughing stock. This game is and will not be GOTY. CyberPunk will stomp out this game.

First of all, the gameplay, the graphics and the mechanics are clearly on top as expected. It's amazing how naughty dog always pushes the console to its limits to present a very good looking and well playable game.

When it comes to the main part of TLOU2 which is the storyline, I have to say I really tried to feel the storytelling, but I didn't had any emotions at all beside three little moments. (Beginning, Flashbacks and the very end in the cutscene, not the playable end)

Playing more than 50% of the time as a character who is hated deeply, mainly causes the problem that we don't get the chance to take the main and side characters to our heart. All of you who played the first part can agree my statement when I say that the characters from TLOU1 are the only ones, to who we have an emontional relation with. All other characters in Part2 are more or less meaningless.

After a few days since I finished the game I clearly have some disappointment in me because I am a huge fan of Part 1 and Part 2 doesn't come anyway near. So I don't blame Neil Druckman alone for the poor written story. I mean, such a big studio should be able to handle a quality management. When I watched the credits at the end of the game and reached the part "Quality Testers" I literally thought: "OMG - You had one job". I don't really know if they were quality testers of the story tough.

I mean, a studio what brang along masterpieces like Uncharted and a godlike game like TLOU 1 should be able to know what a good game shoud look like.

Personal opinion about Naughty Dogs reaction:
Claiming fans bots, transphobic or homophobic is clearly a childish behaviour when it comes to defend themselves because of the poor reviews. I mean there are people who are more tolerant related to theses points than others but I dare to say 90% of the people have a common sense and know how to criticize a game. Ok maybe the word selection could be better sometimes tough.

However, all the hatings and discussions give TLOU2 more and more publicity what ND doesn't deserve with this regrettably poor written game.

Game is not deserving of a 10/10 score and it is only really a masterpiece from a technical standpoint, because the characters are flat and story is less than interesting and sometimes the game feels more like a bad fanfic than something made by people with actual writing talent. The story is a mess in a lot of ways, which is the main thing dragging this otherwise good game down, and it seems naughtydog was trying harder to make "art" than to make a good game. Why are we judging a game based on it's political ideas? The first game was so much fun, and yes was depressing at times, but everything connected and made sense. I would give a hard pass on this game and the only reason why I gave this game a 0 instead of a 4 or 5 is because of the way Naughty Dog along with Sony have treated their community. The trailers say you're getting a Joel and Ellie experience/adventure when you're getting an Abby and Lev adventure. The way Abby was introduced into the story felt forced and contrived. Abby's dad especially feels annoying to listen to because of how he is willing to sacrifice a young girl for a cure that might not even work. Yeah I know Joel did some bad things but he didn't deserve to go out the way he did, and no one wants to play as Abby because she killed him after he saved her. I gotta also point out that this game has graphic sex scenes that feel uncalled for. The first game didn't need them, or even uncharted.... so why are they in here? This game shouldn't be called the last of us part 2, but The Last of Us 2 wrong number, in honour of making the player play as a killer who was about to kill a pregnant woman. Great Job Naughty Dog! This game is unbelievable. The best story game, i have ever been seen. Thank you so much! Most users only rate by story. The game didn't deserve that!

This game is a masterpiece. I created an account just to write this. Pretend you never saw the leaks. Take the story for what it is, as a whole, not as plot points pasted in a list. Every decision they took, though heart wrenching and angering worked for the experience. You don't have to enjoy a story for it to be good. Sometimes things that we hate we also love. Endings don't need to be happy. And in terms of pushing video games forward into the realm of true artistic expression this game is a major step forward for the entire industry. Take a chance, it will be worth it and you will not regret the time you spend with this work. Expand

Story misses the mark, the game drags on with poor characters and uninteresting story to end in a lackluster climax.
On a positive note the game keeps the same feel of extreme violence with great graphics, but these alone can’t make this game what the the first one was. Do not buy, wait until free or drastically discounted.

Great and an amazing game with such an emotional story. Graphics are just incredible and breathtaking. This is the best game I have ever played in my life and I would buy it all over again. Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack,
I don't care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
    If they don't win it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out,
    At the old ball game.

I'm just baffled on how so much was not mentioned in the reviews! We were lied to. Period. I can't trust the media's reviews anymore. A narrative was so bad that I COULDN'T EVEN FINISH IT! I purchased a product wanting to have engagement in the previous story. I was massively disappointed.

Angsty story written by angry teenagers who thinks they were being edgy. This is how I will describe the story. Gameplay is a tweaked mildly version of the first one. Very outdated. Graphics is undeniably good, maybe the best in the industry. But the real strength of TLOU Is the story and characters. Resi evil series are notorious for the cheesy story. But the story, the characters, the dialogue in the first one is topnotch. That is what it makes the game beloved in the industry. The Last of Us 2 is the opposite. Cringy dialogue. Strongly Unlikeable characters. A turd wrapped in gold dust. Meh. edit; hope I can post this review. system wont let me Expand

I created an account solely to convey my disappointment in this game.

You can read any of the hundreds of other negative reviews for a collected spread of what the issues are but I'll simply say that the story is poorly written, the "meaning" is contrived, and the structure of the storyboard is a dumpster fire. This is nothing new. It's not a good story. It's not a new story. You

This is nothing new. It's not a good story. It's not a new story. You can find this message in any other form of media from movies to music to books and it's all done better. If you loved the first one there's a very good chance you'll exit playing this game feeling unsatisfied and betrayed. If that's what you're after more power to you, otherwise skip this abomination.

The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
