    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The first Last of Us game is my all-time favorite piece of media. A true masterpiece. This game, however, was a massive disappointment to me. A major issue that I had (spoilers ahead) was that Ellie knew what Joel did, and should have been able to understand why many people might want him dead. In light of this, her revenge story made little sense to me at all. All of the light and hope of the first game is gone here and Ellie is a shell of her former character.

    I appreciate that great stories can make us feel negative emotions which are worth examining, but this story did not deliver on any of the pain of seeing two of the most beloved characters in the medium utterly destroyed. This feels like it was written by completely different people to the first game, like adolescent fan-fiction. It left me feeling empty and utterly betrayed, traumatized even. I wish I could un-play it, so that my memory of Joel and Ellie's original story was not poisoned by this cynical and bleak offering. Sadly, there is no going back now.

    I get that Joel had to die. I could have accepted that for this story, but it was just poorly done. For me Abby’s story was even more dissatisfying as Ellie’s, which I only felt compelled to complete out of morbid curiosity and the lingering hope of some kind of resolution. Why didn’t Ellie seek the Fireflies herself after discovering she could still offer the cure? Wouldn’t that have given her life meaning? Because the only surgeon who could perform the procedure was dead? That’s not convincing to me at all. I simply don't understand how this game received so many perfect scores. I also thought the review bombing was political, and some of it surely is, but having finished the game, I cannot rate it any higher than 3 out of 10.

    Many people have said that a sequel to The Last of Us was never needed. Nonetheless I was so excited to hear that Naughty Dog where making a follow up. I thought that if anyone could deliver on a compelling sequel it was Neil Druckmann and his team. For years I thought Druckmann was some kind of master storyteller, but I guess TLOU1 was just a one hit wonder —a perfect confluence of creative forces and time and place. My story of TLOU finishes at the end of the first game, with a masterpiece I would recommend to anyone.

    It seems that I must also add that I have zero issue with anyone's sexuality in this game, or the LGBTQ issues the story raises. None of this has absolutely anything to do with my dissatisfaction and disappointment with this game.

    Finally I want to add that this game looked stunning. Visually this is the most beautiful game I have ever seen. Next gen even. The artists who worked on this game are hands down the best in the industry. I hope they were paid well for their excellent work. The setting was awe inspiring. The game mechanics were also a satisfactory evolution of the first game. Animations seem eerily real. Unfortunately the game as a whole was an enormous disappointment that I wish I could simply forget.    … Expand

    It's a complex story about vengeance and hate and what it does to people.
    I think it's important in this game to play as abby to really understand her motives. At first I hated her but then I felt bad for killing all her friends as Ellie.
    Never before have I questioned the heroism of the main character in a game and felt sorry for the villain.

Gra The last of us 1 dała duża poprzeczkę dwójce , szczególnie gdy gra jest pół filmem pół grą . Dlatego w grze mamy dziwne zabiegi jak zmiana postaci itede. Także zaczynamy od początku , od zabicia Joeala na samym początku gry , ja wiem ze miało to gracza wzruszyć i rozgniewać , ale po 4 latach czekania i 2 godzinach gry nie czułem nienawiści , bo zwyczajnie nie czułem żadnej emocji do postać . A jak jesteśmy u przy emocjach gra nie tworzy żadnej więzi emocjonalnej(platonicznej) tylko idzie na skróty , próbuje nas przekonać do postaci przez proste i banalne sceny seksu już po około 2 godzinach gry . No i jak już jesteśmy przy tym temacie trafiamy na temat tolerancji , ja osobiście nie mam nic do tego , sama postać (elie ) już była tak przestawiana już w 1 jako homoseksualna i nikt do tego nie miał najmniejszego problemu , lecz w pewnym momencie gra jest przepchana tym tematem i pokazuje jak każdy mężczyzna umiera nie ważne czy jest dobry czy zły i koniec końców silnym kobietą nic się nie stało , a z facetów co niszczyli wszystkich w 1 został sam Tommy co został kaleką , to jest po prostu dziwne , aż można zasugerować dyskryminacje mężczyzn po przejściu gry ( Uwaga ironia). Także dziwne jest poruszenie tematu tranwestyzmuzmiany płuci w grze o apokalipsie u małego chłopca ale wypowiadać się nie bede na ten temat . I na koniec została ostatnia rzecz postać Abby przez pierwsze dni ta postać faktycznie ma sens , ja rozumiem że twórcy chcieli dążyć do zżycia się z postacią , ale jest to nie możliwie po 10 godzinach graniach elie i po X godzin graniem Joelem w 1 , Abby wydaje się emocjonalnie nie stabilna bo dopiero po zabiciu jej kochana którego nie lubiła ( bo wcześnie zabici znajomi nie wystarczali) stwierdziła że zabije po tym czasie elie motywacja potrwała jakieś 2 sekundy . Koniec też zrobił swoje Elie zabójca ludzi co morduje 1000 ludzi w grze nagle na koniec ma problem z zabiciem innej kobiety bo jest , nie wiem napakowana .

Gracze powinni dostać Remake 2 części jako płatne DLC za połowie ceny jako historia alternatywna (ba nawet w tych samych lokacjach ) . Także dziwi mnie reakcja studia na te temat , ze sa zadowoleni z niezadowolenia graczy . Po tej grze wiem jedno jak ma zamiar wyjść The Last Of Us 3 nie kupie jej w preorderze ani w pełnej cenie .    … Expand

    Last of us Part II is a great game with flaws. The gameplay is familiar to the first, yet enhanced and built up in every single way. The enemies are more diverse, the AI is leaps beyond the original and you have many different ways to fight it out in expansive areas. The graphics are some of the best I've seen, it feels so realistic and powerful. Blood and animations feel gruesome andLast of us Part II is a great game with flaws.     Lastly, the story has divided the fans due to people being overly attached to different characters and not thinking of it as a world of people. With different archs and different characters to enjoy. It is strange that the game over and over again get critiqued for the same points.

    This game isn't as good as the first one in terms of story, yet it is more inclusive than ever before. I believe most should give it a chance and take a look into the story and message it is giving.    … Expand

    Me encantó el juego, cuando más avanza más ganas de jugarlo tienes. En lo que se refiere a guión lo veo bastante bien (salvo algun que otro detalle) y nunca me he encontrado ningun bug o error. As someone who went in spoiled, I can say that it did ruin some surprise and I had prejudice going in. I must say that after playing, there are leaks that are completely false. There is no religious cults saying homophobic slurs. The character people thought was transgender is in fact a straight women. There is one trans side character and I’m sure most people wouldn’t even realize it. Gameplay: it’s still the last of us in its core, however it plays more like a metal gear game with prone added. As Ellie you are faster than Joel, constantly moving around. Playing on survival was a must for me. Every encounter must be thought about. Running and hiding is always an option. Spaces are much larger and it gives you breathing room to plan out routes to take to get an upper hand on an enemy. Upgrades are back, but this time there are different upgrade branches that you unlock by finding magazines. There are missable items/equipment so exploration is rewarded greatly. Weapons feel nice and have impact. There are new enemy types/upgraded infected from previous games that make you really think about how to approach them differently than their counterparts. They mesh together different enemies on maps together more than the first game. This game quite a few boss fights which surprised me in a nice way. Sound: beautifully orchestrated and captures the feel of the moment. Very similar to the first game. Enemies scream in agony during death. Infected sound even creepier. Clickers screeching is absolutely terrifying. Level design: absolutely amazing. Most areas have multiple paths to take. There is an open-world like section early on in the game that blew me away. There are many things to crawl under to hide, ways to sneak from one side of an area to another in fights. Items are usually in places that are intuitive. Scissors in Barber shops, scrap metal for weapon upgrades scattered on tool racks in garages, etc. overall just Well thought out level design that naughty dog is know. Graphics: best looking game I’ve seen. Better than red dead redemption 2 and anything I’ve seen on my high end pc.. and this is on a base model ps4. It’s just gorgeous to look at. Amazing feat.

    Story: If you can get over one major portion of the story (everyone that knows the spoilers knows what I’m talking about) you will enjoy this game. I guarantee you. Dont go in expecting the same game as before because it is tonally different. The story is darker than the first game. It tells the tale of Ellie and another character who I won’t mention in their quest for revenge, much in the vain of something like red dead redemption 1. The story takes many unexpected twists and turns and leaves you thinking about the game long after it’s over. This is a game of perspective. If you are someone who can see two sides to an argument and see where both are coming from, you will love the story.    … Expand

    Es ist sehr gut die Grafik atemberaubend es ist alles sehr detailliert und es spielen sehr viele Gefühle mit unter anderem Hass liebe Wut und viel mehr es ist sehr brutal aber dennoch realistisch die Waffen sind sehr gut gelungen und das Charakter disign auch. Einen kurzen Moment dachte ich auch da des open World ist weil ein Kapitel so riesen groß ist und man sich mittendrin fühlt manEs ist sehr gut die Grafik atemberaubend es ist alles sehr detailliert und es spielen sehr viele Gefühle mit unter anderem Hass liebe Wut und viel mehr es ist sehr brutal aber dennoch realistisch die Waffen sind sehr gut gelungen und das Charakter disign auch.     Absolutely loved the game with the gameplay being my only gripe. The first game's gameplay wasn't spectacular neither so this is why I docked two points. Thought the second one was better than the first. People's opinions on this game are very divisive. You either love it or hate it. I'm of the former. Play the game with an open mind and form your own opinion.

As I pushed through to see the end I started to appreciate what they did with the story. Playing as Abby shows she has a human side and she started to grow on me. I still wish Joel didn't die but the way they humanized Abby and showed she had a compassionate side to her made you think about what revenge does to both sides. I began to grow attached to Abby even though I hated her for the first half of the game. I encourage those of you reading this to try it for yourself. I absolutely loved the first game and cleared it about 6 or 7 times. I don't understand why people are review bombing this without giving the game a shot. The gameplay is improved by a lot compared from the first one and Ellie is such a badass and fun to play as. I urge you to try this game instead of blindly basing your decision off the leaks. The ending of part 2 isn't as strong as the first game but I still enjoyed almost every minute of my time playing it.… Expand

The gameplay, although maybe not the big step up in game design we expected is still near as dammit flawless. It's tense and heart racing! The only issue is the story! I don't think anyone here wanted to play as Abby. It's that simple. It ruins the tension of the story and if that content was cut for maybe a DLC the game could have focussed more on the ending which was lacklustre. The people crying over their being lesbians are stupid as Ellie had been a lesbian since the first game ffs, and the controversy with deadnaminf of the trans character is blown way out of proportion!… Expand

Я это схавал!! Но вы Даже Джойла выставили убогим соплижуем, и убили егоНикогда не писал отзывы, но за TLOU 2 припекло. Все прекрасно уже знают сюжет, но как так получилось?     A genuine good game, great gameplay.
    Amazing graphics, completed it in 2 days (25 hours) from beginning to end.
    The story can be a punch to the gut in moments (not always in a good way) but I still enjoyed the hell out of it, and will probably replay it multiple times.

    There's a jump button. I barely used it. But the rumors are true. You can jump.
    If I resell immediately, I should be able to recoup most of my loss while hype is still fresh.

    Cons:

    The Story is god awful. Sadly not a joke. 2 hours is all it takes to realize your money was wasted. I've read $1.99 E-Books from Amazon that are less messy, less reliant on 180 degree shock moments with infinitely better structure (Try the Winter Sniper series by David Healey)
    Daytime soap opera like acting, reliance on flashbacks and heavy with nonsensical plot twists.
    Honestly felt like decisions that you have no control over we're designed to actively troll the player? No seriously. It felt like I was being giving the middle finger for enjoying the original game and it's lead characters relationship.
    Voice acting and script show significant drop in quality from the original. Some lines will make you laugh (Not in a good way).
    Multiple forgettable characters with little overall impact bog down a pointlessly bloated mid section.
    Plot requires the main characters to be significantly dumber than their past selves, possibly to make the many horrendously stupid decisions seem more feasible.
    Frame rate dips well below 30 fps occur with moderate levels of action (Launch PS4. Can't speak for PS4 Pro)
    Combat becomes repetitive and boring.
    Some animations look unnatural. Swinging on rope for example, looks goofy and awkward
    Relentlessly bleak. Never felt any great enjoyment in what I was forced into doing which made it a real slog to play. Murdering at this level probably shouldn't be fun, but that is what i play games for. Fun. This was not fun, Maybe you'll love the constant sensationalized brutality if you're 12. But an experienced gamer will tire of Quicktime event violence for violence sake.
    For all of the SJW talk, there appears to be little reason for the LGBTQ community to feel uplifted with their representation here, other than acknowledgement they exist after the Apocalypse.
    Genuinely wasted opportunity to talk objectively about issues that face LGBTQ daily.
    Some set piece action was cool, but there's no where near enough of it. Puzzle sections from the original are virtually non-existent
    Ending is horrendously stupid, unsatisfying and incredibly, manages to render the entire revenge theme pointless.

    Conclusion.

    With any other game, the good found in the Last of Us 2 would probably earn it a 6/10 as visually and presentation wise, it really is quite beautiful. However I have chosen to knock points off as this is not a traditional game in the sense that game play mechanics are more about serving the narrative than being actually fun to play. This isn't something for those who wanted a happy ending and things to go well for the characters we grew to like in part 1 (and honestly Joel did make such a dark choice and is by no means a hero). it's dark and complex and we need more of this non-pandering in media.     We waited for so long. I waited for a game that kept me up at night, dying from excitement to play it. The first game actually prompted me to go out and buy a PS4. This game was supposed to be above and beyond all expectations.

    It was still graphically and mechanically an amazing game! Loved every bit of that.
    BUT
    I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say that the story was absolutely awful. Who in their right mind would've assumed that the fans liked the way this one played out? We saw no resolution to any conflict. Let's start at the first mistake.
    Naughty Dog did Joel SO dirty. Who is the bright mind that thought the route they took, was a good one? A character with several layers and stories, SNIPPED so early on? Not to mention the intuition and intellect Joel possessed was just mindlessly disregarded when he was shot and beaten like a dog. How on Earth are we supposed to just accept that? A man, a survivor, just shot and beaten like that? No. Big plot hole there. No way that was Joel. Absolutely disgraceful.
    Then Abby's story? NO ONE ASKED FOR THAT! If someone did, please point me in their direction as I'm at a loss.
    So you're telling me, out of all of the incredible minds at Naughty Dog, THIS was the best story line you could come up with? This?? This misdirection and deceit you've pressed upon your fans is borderline criminal. I'm sure there are hundreds upon hundreds of fan fictions capable of surpassing this sorry excuse for a story, tenfold.
    The ending to this game is just depressing. It's depressing to the point that it has ZERO replay value. I played the first one 3 times over as it was just THAT good and had such a hopeful message. It was an incredible story. How did you lose you way? Who came up with such a sad and tragic ending? Who would want to feel that way again? Ellie coming home and being 100% alone. She has no one. Unless there was something I missed, she's alone.
    I know I'm not the only one furious that after SO long, we were given a sorry excuse for a story. No one asked for Abby. Everyone screeched their lungs out at the sound of Joel's voice during the first reveal. Was that not enough of a sign? NO ONE ASKED FOR ABBY OR HER STORY! NO ONE!
    (not to say I didn't like it, but how dare you think that takes priority over the characters we all know and love)

Joel, an eternally-careful and experienced character, willingly gives up his identity. This leads to his brutal death. Ellie then goes on a rampage to avenge his death, killing pregnant women, dogs, etc. along the way. She then stops short of killing the actual person responsible. It is an aggressively stupid plot, monotone in its characters and their motives. Anyway, graphics are some of the best ever. Gameplay is about the same as last time. But for a narrative-driven game, the narrative was poorly executed. I feel bad for the technical talent and time that went into this inherently flawed game.     Beautiful game, beautiful characters, amazing gameplay. If you truly play this game through and understand the story then I don’t see why it’s getting so much hate. Sure some characters die, some choices are not ideal, but that’s just how it is. I loved the game and do not regret buying it one bit.

Why force the player to play as the "Villain" she was the villain no matter what, you can say she was justified but if you asked every parent in the world 99.9% of parents wouldn't sacrifice someone who is basically a child to them mainly after already losing a child. And then you go even further and not even give us a choice to do something like Kill or show mercy to Abby at the end... How dare you try to make us Sympathies with the Murderer of a man only trying to protect his "daughter" and the main character of the first game then not even let us choose if we spare her life or not. After finishing the game I rewatched the Take on Me song and cried just trying to fathom how, why, who, WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?! WHAT DID I JUST GO THROUGH!?!?!? I hoped for the best and couldn't even imagine this... Which is a nice shiny beautiful disappointment.     Pros:
    -This game was gorgeous. Everything had stunning detail, the animations and visuals were beautiful. Some is the best of this generation.
    - The gameplay was very similar to the first game, yet added some new variations of weapons, upgrading and gameplay style. Whether if you played stealthily or as a brawler. I particularly enjoyed the segments of fighting the infected. It was challenging , yet enjoyable. I thought the shambler enemy was annoying, but the bloaters were terrifying and extremely fun fight against. The rat king was EXTREMELY fun to fight. An infected since day 1? Gets the mind going, like how did that many infected fuse together? It's crazy.
    -The best part of the story that made me happy were the moments that were shared with Joel and Ellie. When Joel sang for Ellie that melted my heart. After he was gone, she played that song which brought out sadness, knowing that he is gone. It was sad to see how Ellie grew to have disdain for Joel after their time together . Bringing saves out of me. Bringing emotion in a game is a plus.

    Cons:
    Joels death was cheap. I hated how he was killed. There was no context in his death . Then forcing the player to play as the killer. Abby's segment was backwards, the flashback of her father's death should've been first, then we would've known that Joel killed him in the hospital. Knowing that Joel might die by Abby's hand. The story could've been so much better.

    Conclusion:
    This is a good game. I just believe Naughty Dog told the story backwards. We saw struggle, and grief with both Ellie and Abby. If Abby was portrayed in a better light, then maybe her segment wouldn't have been so tedious. Overall, with everything together, I believe it's a good game. Definitely a game that will divide the fandom. I will continue to play it and platinum it. Though, many people won't enjoy it. ND could've done better by Joel, and Abby's story. Overall it's a good game, not Great.    … Expand

    The gameplay is amazing and the graphics are even better.
    I personally liked the story and how it was told. I felt a lot, and i think that's important.
    My only complain is that, as the previous game, the writers of this story have once again treated the Non-White characters awfully. There's an underlying racism that makes the experience quite less enjoyable. Also, the use of the slur against lesbians and the constant use of the Deadname of the trans character was just... meaningless. I understand is a game about cruelty and violence, but these things, as a LGBTQ person, are really out of place. You can address these things without triggering people.

I went into this game with no spoilers at all expecting an amazing game just like the first, and while the graphics are amazing, the game is a chore to play. Now time for the story. The first hour or so was pretty good, I personally liked the guitar scene and other scenes like that, but then comes Abby. At first I already was not very interested in playing as her because I wanted to play Ellie the hole way through. Here comes my first problem with the story, Tommy and Joel help a stranger, and that’s fine because yeah they might have become nicer over the time skip but they would not give out their names at all. Then skip some fluff and Joel dies a very gruesome and unnecessary death due to him and Tommy saying their names. His death was coming, I knew that, but so soon and so unlikely? No, not the Joel that I and thousands of other actual fans know would let himself get surround by a shack full of strangers. Then after some gameplay as both Abby and Ellie I decided that I was committed to getting revenge for Joel as Ellie, so I ignored most of Abbie’s story and focused on Ellie’s due to Abby’s just not capturing me. But as I was playing as Abby going through the standard level, I noticed that an enemy I killed looked familiar. You kill Tommy as if he was a standard NPC, a major character gets killed by a single shot to the head and it is done. I hated this so much. At this point I was burnt out by the game and was just pulling through to get revenge for Joel. So I reach the end finally, take down Abby and wait for my chance to kill or maybe even have Ellie say something like, “You don’t get to rush this” as you get your revenge.
    BUT NOPE, the entire end goal, the entire thing that made me push through this garbage doesn’t exist. You don’t avenge Joel, you instead let the killer of one of the most beloved characters in history, GET AWAY.
    2/10 Looked nice but gameplay is mediocre at best and story sucks, would not buy, and would just forget it ever happened    … Expand

Also, "Humans are real monsters" has to one of the worst messages to push in there considering the setting and the way game plays out with Ellie murdering lots of random people but not being able to kill the very person who killed her adoptive father and also bit off her fingers. The cringe worthy dialogue. Also there is Abby's sex scene in the game created with motion capture, with Owen, character who i can only imagine to be Neil C*ckmann's self insert. Gameplay wise? Is it an redeeming quality? Not at all, if you played any and i mean ANY game created by a mainstream studio you probably already seen it done better somewhere else. Plushol the game itself is way too easy! If you turn on color blind mode you're pretty much set to beat the game with out even trying. For your own sake, i reccomend you not to play this game, it's not satysfying to play for gameplay nor the plot.

    Entonces así pienso del juego:
    Pros:
    jugabilidad, gráficos, escenarios, sonido, música
    Todas esas partes son innegablemente muy buenas. Son de primera categoría. Claro que los controles a veces se sienten raros, pero lo hacen en la mayoría de los juegos. Sería injusto decir que este juego no está actualizado en términos de todos los puntos que mencioné.
    Contras:
    Historia, diseño de personajes, desarrollo de personajes, agujeros en la trama.
    Entonces, incluso con todas las ventajas, este juego es realmente muy malo. NO tiene sentido que Ellie actúe como actúa en ciertas partes del juego, pero eso no es lo más importante sobre por qué es malo. La razón es: desarrollo del personaje. Si matas a uno de los personajes más queridos al principio del juego (Joel) y quieres traer nuevos personajes jugables principales como Abby, DEBES traer MUCHO más historia de fondo para que el jugador se sienta con ella. ¡Quiero decir que MATÓ a Joel! ¿Cómo haces que le guste al jugador? Trae más y más historia de fondo antes de que ella haga eso. Deje que los jugadores jueguen 2-10horas como Abby cuando era niña o lo que sea. La historia de fondo de ella se cuenta básicamente en 10 minutos y luego su padre está siendo asesinado. ¿Eso es? ¿Y ahora tengo que sentirme con ella y entender por qué mató a Joel? Yo diría que NO. Esa es una historia débil. Muy muy débil. Luego están todos los otros personajes nuevos. Nadie es simpático. Como realmente. Todos se sienten vacíos.

    Sorry, I am "story before graphics" gamer. And this game butchered the story. Huge respect for Abby's father to willing to sacrifice a kid just to push the research to finding a cure by even 1%. Then standing his ground and willing to fight Joel, a guy who killed an entire building of people. All because he wanted tos ave humanity. Abby's father has a deeper character and story than her.

    Ever since the first game I was INSTANTLY HOOKED on TLOU universe the character development, the story was so well written I couldn’t wait until the second game would come out. It would be all me and my buddies would talk about. Abby killed Joel, she got her revenge but what about ellie? She lost 2 fingers and it seems like she cant play guitar anymore, one of the things that joel taught her and probably the most thing that will remind her of joel, dina left ellie and now shes all alone and whats even more worse is abby gets to live after all this? Why kill one of the main characters and talk about how this game is about revenge when ellie didnt even kill the one who killed joel? Its so stupid, this is nowhere near the TLOU1, neil cockmann f us all, made us wait for all these years just to get a messed up story.

    The game excels at some points, it has a really high technical level, the graphics are gorgeous the gameplay is an upgraded version of the gameplay on TLOU 1, definetly there are some things the game industry should learn from this game, but there is one thing that nobody should learn from this game and this is how to make a good story.

    The story alone is not bad, its just not good, but what makes this story worst that others is that i follows a really good one. The characters on TLOU 2 feel out of place, they dont think or act the way that we learned from the first game, with any other characters without context this story may work but since they are using ones with a really strong background that makes everything break, aside from that the story fails in show itslef, the way the director changes the order of some events trying to hide from the player some info that the character knows really does not work, there are many cases in which an action of the character would be explained if we just knew what happened in the past, and the moment we get to know what happend it is already to late, this is a mayor spoiler but its almost known by everyone that joel dies, but the moment in which he dies is just out of place, the feelings of Ellie may be clear in the future, why is she so angry why is everythin worst, all of that we get ot know in the end of the game but its to late for us to relate to ellie, the most impact we get from some scenes its the scene itself, there is no context or background for us to feel anything, we just get to know the other side of ths story later on.

    So yeah, maybe the game its an excelent showcase ok thecnical skills, but fails in what made TLOU a game to be remembered, its just a mainstream story told in the worst way posible, still it does not deserves the score most people are givin. I'd say that the game is not the wors but also is not the best it should be remembered as a failed attempt to make something great.    … Expand

    After finishing my 25 hour playthrough, I can definitely say that Naughty Dog has succeeded in making another modern masterpiece. Superb level and audio design, gripping gameplay and atmosphere, fantastic acting... I could go on and on.

    The storytelling is what really makes this game though.     Es una lastima que el juego tenga tanto hate, más que nada por su final y por la muerte de Joel, es un final realista, porque termina perdonando a Abby y la forma que deja la guitarra es para poder superar la muerte de Joel y que el pueda descansar en paz, y no que ellie esté con sus traumas, no digo que el juego es un 10/10 de historia, pero vale la pena.    … Expand

    Fantastic, albeit gruesome, experience with challenging topics. I believe in the integrity of the artist/creator, so even if I sometimes don't agree with the developments in story and characters, I respect the choices of the creators and welcome the challenge to my own experiences and artistic ideas.
