    Besides part 1 I really haven’t had a gaming experience like this one. From the heart warming beginning to the ugly crying ending this game is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone, don’t let the negative reviews bring this game down.

Yes it is gut wrenching to force you to play from POV killer of your favourite character but make every one to see world through her eyes - I suspected that she has good reasons to kill Joel but if you not then that experience should show it to you. Amazing storytelling doesn’t mean that must fulfil YOUR dreams - must keep you on the edge of your seat and make you change your perspective and this game do that.… Expand

    Lo primero, esos 4 que lo puntuo se lo lleva la jugabilidad y todo lo bueno que tiene, porque no mas puntaje, simple, solo esta tomando una jugabilidad que ya se implemento en el primer juego y aca lo copia y lo refina.

I've been contractually obligated, under NDA, that with ND's guidance; I'm supposed to write something around the lines of "This game poopy dookie SJW **** SJW **** SJW **** Keep this **** out of our video games"; so that our journo friends have ample ammo to bang out a few hit pieces.

    But let me tell you something, this game falls on a blunder that is typical for amateur hour to pull, and that's when we get to the "this is where we're gonna kill Joel", you'd expect that the writers expect Abby to monologue to Joel about who she is and why she's about to murder him. But instead it plays on the audience/player expectation to connect the dots and reach that leap of logic. In the game's story, Abby could have taken out any random Joel to suit her revenge, but it just so happens she lucked out. That's risky writing since that can come off as lazy, rushed, and amateur.    … Expand

Some people have criticized this as bad only after a couple of hours of playing or because they have read the spoilers. Sounds in the game is very good and music is incredible. This is for me a game of the year.
    I recommend playing to the end and then giving your opinion on the game because there are a lot of different flavors and styles for different games to play and you shouldn’t stare too many reviews just because you have to actually play and then think about what you liked.    … Expand

Feeling fear and disgust perhaps even?? From a character you have known for so long. Creating complex ideas of right or wrong. That’s what the first game did so to expect anything less than that for part 2 would be a mistake. The game makes you feel so worried about the safety of the beloved Ellie as she goes on a reckless journey for revenge. And to those who hate on the ending, I’m sorry you lack any form of empathy. Abby is a complex character that has been seeking revenge for 4 years and gets it. While Ellie is blinded by the fresh wound of Joel’s murder. To say that Ellie should have killed Abby in the end is a misunderstanding and disregard to what the story is telling you. There are plenty of flashbacks that set up the fact that Ellie is not necessarily wanting revenge but closure for the relationship her and Joel ACTUALLY had. It is a somber end but it leaves it open to interpretation. To me it shows an Ellie who has found closure both with Abby but more importantly with Joel. This is a masterpiece of story, gameplay, and environment. I’m not sure how any game will top this.… Expand

Waiting 7 years for this game just to have the director of the game give a big **** you to the fans who supported him. Who cares about the game play or graphics when the whole story sucks. Stop trying to make excuses for this garbage game, for people to go as far as to say that people who hate this game are homophobic, sexist or xbox fans...really ? I'm a woman who supports LGBTQ community and Playstation fan and I hate this game. The anger lies in the fact is they completely deceived fans in the trailers and gave no fan service. For example Joel dies within one or two hours into the game and people are mad what do you think Joel was supposed to do fight off all those people he would have died trying. You do play part of the game as Abby with killed Joel and get to learn about her backstory and her storyline there are two storylines going Ellie’s storyline and Abby storyline.     Just finished staying up late three days in a row playing this game. So clearly there is ALOT that this game does well. However, the downside is substantial. The AI is really stupid, even on the most difficult setting. (I’m a average gamer skill wise - maybe slightly below avg).     There is nothing "poor" about the story in this game. The story is harsh and brutal in every sense. At times it's very uncomfortable to watch but that doesn't make it "bad" or "poor". Quite the contrary. This game manages to evoke very strong emotions in the player. Some of them are negative and/or confusing but that's exactly the point. It's what makes the message of this game soThere is nothing "poor" about the story in this game. The story is harsh and brutal in every sense. A 7 year wait for the sequel to on of the greatest video games ever made all for naughty dog to screw it up. I adored the last of us but part 2 is a terrible game. the gameplay is fun and the graphics look great but that's as far as the praise goes for this game. within the very beginning of the game Joel who is widely considered along with the likes of Lee Everett as some of the greatest father figures in gaming is killed. this was expected however the way they did it was terrible. having a man who once ran over someone he didn't trust within seconds of meeting them get tricked by someone and ultimately getting beaten to death in the most undignified way is so poor from the writing team. however i'm not as torn over this as the majority of the last of us fans as i was constantly focused on getting revenge and killing Abby. I truly hated Abby but as i was playing i was conscious of this and accepted this was naughty dogs way of setting her up to die at the hands of Ellie but this is where the game went from decent to absolutely horrible. the first half of the game sends you out on a revenge quest and when you finally get to the end time rewinds and you have to do everything you just did with Ellie in Abby's shoes up until the final confrontation. this is one of the worst decisions ive ever witnessed from a game. making you spend half the total play time playing as one of the most hated characters in video game history is dreadful. after getting back to the final confrontation between Abby and Ellie maybe just maybe if after all of this Ellie got the revenge she spent the whole game getting then I could leave somewhat satisfied but no. after the entire game is spent based around a revenge plot you never even kill Abby which absolutely baffles me. this game is truly awful from a story and writing point of view and it really seems like an entirely different studio produced this disgrace of a sequel to such a monumental game.… Expand

    Gameplay is ok, but pretty much the same than earlier. Environment isnt lively or interactive. You just keep hiding and throwing bottles to distract.

    Summa Summarum: Game looks good, but the story is so bad and disappointing that i wish i could get my money back. If you read this, dont buy it.    … Expand

    It's perfect, The last of us part II is a game with an incredible story, I still wouldn't know if it's better than it's better than The last of us (2013) but it's a spectacular game and people who rate it poorly do it out of hatred they only play fifa, this game is GOTY.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I bought this game and played the 40+ hours of the Story. The Story honestly has no purpose. The game was very predictable. Indoor areas you fought infected and outside area Scars or the WLF.

    The game is fun until you play as Abbey. You really can’t enjoy playing with her, because you hate her the entire time for killing Joel. That goes for her friends as well. Honestly this game has no emotional connection to any of the characters. All the new characters have no character development. Their character development is getting revenge on Joel for saving Ellie. I just can’t see a point or a conclusion on why this game exists. The game literally total pointless story about revenge. I’m not sure if I’m stupid but what was the point they were trying to get across.    … Expand

    To put it simply no one buy this **** game, Buy some other game that prides itself on its story heck even indie games are 100 times better than that of this game

The game play and graphics are very good, however half of the campaign is very irritating when you are forced to play as Abby (Joel’s killer) after a scene that builds up so much hate for her. The games storyline does not allow you to properly build a connection or relation to her that would make playing as her better. Another issue I have with this game is the lack of multiplayer. Factions was an amazing and special multiplayer experience in the first game and brought something that you really couldn’t find anywhere else. I really wanted to love this game. I played it twice and really tried my best to relate or understand Abby but I just couldn’t get past how much I hated playing as her. Sorry Naughty Dog I just really didn’t enjoy this game and had higher hopes.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game does so many great things in terms of its gameplay, setting, music, graphics and all you could think that make a great game. But I cannot stop being conflicted about the gameplay section with Abby, at first my immersion into Ellie was broken because I had to play as the character that did the most atrocious thing in the world of tlou and its first hours of gameplay were the most boring in the gameplay, but then it picks up the action you get more shocking scenes and interesting combat but I still didn’t grow to love or hate Abby, I was just in the middle after we finished playing with her. The begging and the ending of the game are one of the most impactful pieces of media I have experienced in my life, the ending makes you feel at peace, conflicted, accomplished and empty it is truly amazing. The gameplay is 10/10 graphics 10/10 environment 10/10 but the story is a 7/10 if you didn’t play as Abby that long at best it would have been a 9 because it has some pacing issues. I get where ND was coming from as to humanize the enemy but I just feel that her character from her appearance to her actions should have been more humanized like make her more attractive not this John cena type of girl with braids and make her actions not that brutal as to sympathize with her because why would we care for Joel’s killer. If Abby wouldn’t have been playable for that long the story would have been a masterpiece FOR ME, but still that’s why I give it an 8/10 because the story is beautiful but Abby could have been approached differently.… Expand

    I've been a gamer for over half my life and The Last of Us 1 is one of my favorite games of all time. This game is such a radically different departure from what made that game great, and not in a good way.

    For one, the narrative is SUPER disjointed. There are time jumps all over the place and we are introduced to many, many new characters that we are supposed to care about, but there is very little to no development whatsoever invested in building these characters up. It's almost as if they are only there to drive the story forward.

    Neil and Gross, it seems, have deliberately shoe-horned their own ideologies into this, and it shows. Big time.

    Let me say, I do not mind playing as a female character. I don't even mind that the character is homosexual. Fine. But there is a very clear motivation in this game's story (without getting too much into spoilers), to present and almost force, social justice issues. It's uncomfortable, unrealistic, and comes off as straight up silly considering this is supposed to be taking place in a future apocalypse!!!

    The game's presentation is really its only redeeming quality. The graphics, sound, gameplay, music, and voice acting are all top notch. However, this is weighed down significantly by the weak narrative and extended gameplay sections that feel forced and bloated.

    I honestly do not know how so many critics gave this a glowing 10 out of 10. To me, that is just mind boggling. Clearly, there is a bias and I believe it involves a combination of things- access media (companies wanting to be on good terms with Sony), and the political motivations shared by the overall gaming press that are highly skewed and misrepresentative of gamers as a whole    … Expand

    There has never been a game more heart wrenching and beautiful, this is truly one of the greats. I am so grateful that this game was created. I desperately want a third installment to come out, but take your time!

    I have no problem with gameplay, graphics, gay love or anything for that matter. My issue is the story. While Ellie shows remorse, guilt and anxiety by the things she does for revenge her counterpart Abby shows not one shred of empathy, remorse, guilt or anxiety by the things she does to get revenge. She enjoys them. The game trying to convince the audience that we should feel bad about abby doesn't deliver. The parts with abby are annoying. Time consuming and the fact we as player can not kill abby is a mistake i won't forgive. Joel had the same reason to save Ellie as Abby has to save Lev. The player does not feel empathy for Abby and the game fails to try to convince its audience to feel anything but hate and annoyance towards the character that is abby.

    No Sane person would forgive or forget the murder of their own father or mother. Yet this game wants you to do exactly that. Joel is a surrogate father to ellie as ellie is a surrogate daughter to joel. Killing Joel off is not a problem in terms of story even the way portrayed. But the fact the game forces you to sympathize and forgive abby for what she has done is not going to work for intelligent people.
    For dumb people yes, they forgive and forget quite easy. As they can’t even remember the entire story if you ask them after they played it and miss a lot of flaws and plot holes because they do not care nor pay that much attention.

    But if you are an intelligent and sane person you instantly see the flaws and double standards in this story for the two main characters. And how Abby’s own action lead to her demise with the WLF and how her own actions drive everyone away from her. If Ellie and Tommy never showed up, she still would end up with Lev on that Island not knowing what to do other then going to the Aquarium and visit Owen.
    But if Ellie and Tommy never showed up Nora and Manuel would know where that Aquarium is and hunt them down together with the remains of the WLF! Yes that’s a given.
    Other games and movies show this struggle between Rvenge and forgiveness way better. To mind come the walking Dead by Telltale (first season) and the Rockstar Masterpieces called Red Dead Redemption and RDR2.
    As it stands now this game tries to be a story about how revenge is a bad thing that will cost you anything but its depiction only shows that Ellie is the one losing everything while abby walks free and gotten her revenge and now lives by the same rule saving an innocent child against the chaos of this post-apocalyptic world as joel did with ellie.
    So, in short Abby gets to kill joel by literally bashing his head in with a golf club and then goes on to do the exactly same stuff joel did in part 1. The hypocrisy of this story is beyond believe but while abby walks away ellie gets left behind with 2 fingers missing, her sanity destroyed, no longer having the ability to play guitar, lost her relation with dina and her baby. Lost jessie. Lost joel. Lost the friendship with Tommy.
    And for people claiming Abby loses a lot too. I say this. If we assume Ellie and Tommy do not show up.
    Abby would still lose Mel, Nora and Manuel’s support the moment she helped Yara and Lev escape which leads to the death of Yara and Isaac. As Manuel explained to Mel it is ok to shoot scar kids if it helps the WLF. Nora already helped Abby escape but tells her she would bail the moment she got caught again. And Mel wanted to leave with Owen but only if he leaves Abby behind. Since Owen didn’t want to do that Mel leaves Owen when Ellie shows up. Owen would therefore the only one coming to the island to save Abby.

    Or in short. Only Owen would still support Abby. Mel hates Abby from the deepest part of her heart and Nora and Manuel would stay with the WLF hunting Abby for the murder of Isaac and protecting a Scar Child.
    That’s the way to go and spit in Joels and Abbys face while you put Abby and Lev on a pedestal. The hypocrisy in this game is stunningly high.

    Naughty Dog has died as a company for me since 1998 me supporting them. And I won’t be the only one thinking that way after this game.    … Expand

Sí, porque querían sacrificar a Ellie para desarrollar una vacuna (aunque Ellie quería hacerlo, la decisión la estaban tomando ellos). 2) Joel merecía morir? Sí, porque mató al papá de Abby y ella tenía derecho a cobrar venganza.
    3) Abby merecía morir? Sí, por matar a Joel que era como el papá de Ellie.
    Tres desilusiones:
    A) Ellie debía matar a Abby y su grupo, porque no solo lo mataron a Joel, sino que lo escupieron después de matarlo como si fuese una sucia rata, algo que Joel jamás hizo con nadie, ni siquiera con quienes quisieron hacer daño a Ellie.
    B) Para mí la peor desilusión de todas, Ellie no quedó en buenos términos con Joel. Algo hubiese reconfortado saber que lograron superar sus diferencias y que Joel hubiese muerto sabiendo que Ellie lo perdonó. Esa última escena, en el cierre del juego, si Ellie hubiese abrazado a Joel y le hubiese dicho que lo ama y perdona hubiese sido un mejor cierre para lo que significa Joel en the last of us..     The graphics, gameplay, and the level design are fantastic. The facial expressions are also superb. However, the story really destroys the entire game. The story itself is fairly good, but the sequence and pace in which the developers decided to tell the events was abysmal. The attempt to get the audience to feel sympathy for Abby's actions falls short because they decided to introduce her after she brutally tortures Joel. The sudden cut to Abby's past when the story reaches a climactic point was also poorly timed. For the sequel to a game that was centered Joel and Ellie, the writers shove Abby down your throat and attempt to force you to like her by making you play as her for half the game.    … Expand

    I don’t know why people are so unhappy about this game. The story is, though difficult to get through at the start, what was needed for this sequel. It stays true to the first last of us and creates a great scavenge survival horror scenario that the player can get lost in. One of my favourite games.

Другое дело когда персонажи добавляются для галочки, но ведь это совсем другой случай – персонажи полностью раскрыты, каждая мотивация очень понятна, отношения Элли и Дины не идеализированы и в целом в игре подавляющее большинство персонажей традиционной ориентации. Но если говорить именно про игру, в ней есть один жирный минус и только из-за него я бы не ставил игре такие же оценки как первой части. В ней отсутствует (практически) огромная часть того за что большинство так сильно и полюбили прошлую часть – это химия Джоэла и Элли. Да в этом можно сказать и заключается весь сюжет второй части, но в отсутствие Джоэла, Элли так и не нашли более менее соответствующего спутника. Из игры сразу исчезла большая часть шикарных диалогов, шуток и её «души». Но тем не менее эта игра это наверное идеальный сиквел, она не взяла работающую концепцию и не паразитирует на ней, а двигает вперёд сюжет и мир игры. Получилось шикарное произведение, огромное спасибо Нилу Дракману и всей ND за шикарные эмоции и колоссальную работу!… Expand

    Is a really good game. It take time to show you the life of his protagonist and every surviver but that not always work and make it slow. It have many fantastic moments and the end let you enjoy and understand the relation of the protagonist. So the only sin of this game is want to be a serie more then a game

The Last of Us: Part II throws away one of its few protagonists (with proper character development) out the window in exchange for a new character that appears so out of place and rather pointless in the story overall. From forced political agenda to horrible story writing. To be clear Im not a homophobic or transphobic person. I have plenty of gay and trans friends, the problem though is the game forces it into your brain with a hammer and nail expecting a pat on the back for its courageous effort. Second problem is the story itself. Joel dies within the first few hours, now im not upset that he died im upset with how he died. By some random character not explained or mentioned in the first game who threw a temper tantrum because Joel killed her daddy because he was literally about to butcher Ellie without even thinking to ask If Ellie wanted to go through with it. Ellie in the first game I think would definitely sacrificed her self for the cure if given the choice, but she doesn't get a say and Joel has to save her. Not to mention Joel dies stupidly Joel from the first game would never trust random strangers so easily or give his real name out so carefree. THEN afterwords im forced to play about 10+ hours of abby who at this point who i **** despise and they make no attempt to make me have sympathy to words her. The true fans and people who loved the first game and the relationship between Ellie and Joel Hate this game because it ****s on the first game. In the first game when it revealed Ellie was gay that was fine because it was subtle but there, yet this game it shoves all the SJW agenda down your throat. If they had built up Joel's death slowly while giving us some motivation for abby while building her character and have us develop sympathy for her maybe once Joel trusts abby and reveals his true name thats what sparks her anger again but plans it out instead of just beating him with a golf club in the first hours of the game THAT would have had fans respond alot better than the current game maybe even better have Abby be conflicted about killing Joel once he shows his kindness and compassion for those close to him and have her have second thoughts about revenge but no shes a black and white character with no feelings or sympathy to her in duller than a wooden sword. This isnt a **** bot this is a real person with there true thoughts about that game if this gets removed or silenced by metacritic it just proves they cant handle criticism and are children who pitch a fit when there agenda falls short… Expand

    Just finished the game coupe days ago, didn't spoil me before the release ... as a fan of the first game I really can't like this one and that's so sad and upsets me. There are some decisions were made which I do not understand. The greatest strength of this franchise is now the biggest weakness. The story has a lot of plot holes and it's simply not good. The gameplay still stuck in the year 2013.

Going in with a huge bias for the franchise, Naughtydog has completely averted my expectations and made a shallow, meaningless and overall embarrassing follow up to one of the greatest games of this generation. Firstly Joel’s death was a given seeing as though the game is a revenge story so this was never a problem. but the way it was handled was completely disrespectful, seeing our favourite character, half of the heart of the franchise, killed for an ultimately pointless story hurts. The implementation of Abby’s 12 hour story line plays as padding for a longer playtime. Her slog of a story progressed nothing and is a back and forth mission for characters that are impossible to be connected too. This all leads to a ending the would not have stuck with me even if everything was handeled correctly. Naughtydog has successfully shat on a masterpiece and nosedived the crown jewel Playstation exclusive into the mud. They should be ashamed of themselves. That’s just my opinion though. However, they go through a redemption story that paints them as very similar to Joel. They are both good people who have done terrible things for their own 'right' reasons. Ellie goes through the revenge cycle, and realizes it is hopeless and pointless. The reason this review is so low is exclusively for the ending. It isn't satisfying, as it horrifically punishes Ellie. Abby does equally terrible things as Ellie, but has no negative aftereffects. Ellie loses her family, fingers and all connections she had left with Joel. Yes, revenge is bad, and it shouldn't be sought to this extent. Abby does lose her friends, but gains new ones. Ellie doesn't gain anything at all from her journey, except pain and suffering. It's set up to hurt, showing Ellie as happy before, and then tearing it away. With a real ending, rather than one that only sought to subvert expectations and hurt a beloved character, This game could have been an 8 or 9. By simply Punishing Ellie as well as the player base, it deserves nothing higher than a 3.… Expand

There is very little separating the actions of any of these characters. Don't buy the hate and miss out on something incredibly ambitious and special.

This game just has some of the WORST story decisions I have ever seen. Now I know I’m missing a lot of key characters and moments but I’m covering the standout moments. Let’s start from the beginning. The whole game is fine up until you start playing as Abby, a brand new character we have never seen before. It’s only for about 40 mins in the first 3 hours of the game but still. Then around that 2-3 mark you see that Abby and her crew kill Joel. This is the worst part of the entire game. To kill off a character in that type of way with that lazy of writing is pathetic. After Ellie witnesses this, she goes of to Seattle. For the next 10 hours you go on a journey to hunt down each person that was involved in the murder of Joel. I really enjoyed this part of the game, and it is by far my favorite part of the entire game. Once Ellie kills two of the remaining people that were involved with Joel, she heads back to the theater which she is staying. When she gets there with Tommy, Dina and Jesse are waiting there. Jesse and Ellie talk and then Abby enters the building and kills Jessie and badly hurts Tommy. This is another stupid part of this game. Ellie could have killed Abby right then and there but no, the story has to go on, that’s something that doesn’t stop in this game. So then we play as Abby for next 10 hours of the game and witness her side and why she wanted to kill Joel. I’m not even going to talk about this part. This was not the Last of us. It was like a DLC. After we play as Abby we beat the **** out of Ellie for no reason and just leave. Months have passed and Ellie has a family with Dina. Tommy shows up and tells Ellie where Abby is. She goes after her only to not ****ing kill her. Ellie spends this ENTIRE GAME killing ****ing everything just to not kill Abby???? Like why? Basically the ending is that Ellie returns home and Dinas gone. She lost two fingers in the fight with Abby and now can’t play the guitar, the only thing left that Joel could pass on. That’s it. The end. So Abby wins and Ellie lost. Now the flashbacks were ****ing amazing. Loved each one. The gameplay and the visuals were truly amazing. To sum it up, gameplay 10/10. Visuals 10/10. Story 3/10. It’s not as bad as people say it but the story really drags it down like A LOT. Finial rating for The Last of Us Part II is a 5/10.… Expand

    The game is amazing .
    The music , plot , gameplay, area design are near perfect and the humans who try to kill you are smart almost like real human my only problem with the game is the fact that it makes a lot of noise on my PS4

    one of the best game i ever play in ps4 generation graphic,scenerio,gameplay and also the story that so many gamer hated the way it be but i kinda like it. the story give me a new experience that's very wonderful

    i love the last of us and part 2 make me love this series more.

    Me sacan este juego con gráficos INCREÍBLES, algo innegable
    Pero con una historia tan pobre y absurda con una manera ridícula de intentar dar el mensaje de "lA vEnGanzA eS MAla"

    No tengo ningun problema con que maten a joel, era de esperarse pero no me hagan jugar con el personaje que lo mato y me fuerzen a intentar empatizar con este, no me hagan ir y matar a medio mundo con ellie para que al final la deje viva

    perdida de tiempo, historia pésima, personajes irrelevantes, mismo gameplay que el anterior.

Gameplay wise there not a lot to complain about but the horseback riding can be glitchy when going in between objects. And the switching menu can feel very slow when going from gun to heath pack or other objects. Now the biggest problem of the game the story. I'm ok with Joel getting killed off but I don't like the way the did it, and it don't really feel like it need to happen. And now Abby, I don't like or want to play this character. When you play as Abby you kill Joel, Jesse, and almost kill Tommy, Ellie, and Dina. The attempt to humanize Abby fall flat on me I don't care about her. But I did like Yara and Lev. In all honesty if you leave Abby in the game still as the main villain but take out all her playable story and you still can find out why she killed Joel/ maybe change the way she killed him. And put all the time they put on Abby toward Ellie and Dina relationship and their journey to Seattle, and maybe you can also try to put Yara and Lev stroy in there as well. It would have been a better story in my opinion. I also have a problem with how Abby find Ellie in her hide out. I don't think Ellie dumb enough to write where she is hiding out on a map. The ending had me disappointed to say the least. I loved the original last of us but hated the ending. I guess I can say I like this ending more but it's still bad, she lost Dina but I don't care to much about their relationship because they didn't really build it up. It's like you really didn't lose anything other than Joel at the end and what happened to Tommy did he go after Abby again or stay home. The game isn't as bad as people are say but it's no where as good as critics are saying. It's a shame this could have been a amazing story/game but they just didn't make the game that they should have.… Expand

    If you go into the game expecting a story similar to the first, both in terms of theme and in the characters then you will likely not enjoy this game. if you go into it with an open mind it could be the greatest game you've played in your life

    The games story is garbage, beloved characters degraded down to nothing and the gameplay is so 2013. the graphics are choppy and the lighting looked way better on the fist game playing this was uninspiring. And the false advertising tactics used by Neil Druckmann and Naughty Dog to get consumers to buy this product was completely disgusting and unacceptable.     It was amazing. I actually finished the game unlike many of these reviews. I do have some criticisms but giving it a 9 felt so wrong since objectively it felt almost perfect. I would give it a 9.8 but I unfortunately can’t do that so 10 it is. I don’t mind people disliking the game since I can definitely see why some wouldn’t, but some of these reviews are so biased and wrong itsIt was amazing.     The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
