Jedna z lepszych gier jakie grałem, a grałem w duża ilość gier.

Minor improvements in terms of gameplay from the first part , no multiplayer as of now , story is the weakest part . The middle part of the game feels a bit boring and you are forced to play as characters you have hardly any emotional attachment to . Overall ok but wont miss much if you feel like skipping it at least until its on ps5 with multiplayer .

Even though this game gets a lot if hate for its storytelling the story is great as well as the gameplay What people don’t understand about the ending is that Ellie had nothing to gain from killing Abby and everything to lose. Her obsession of getting revenge consumed her emotions and she lost everything she had up to that point. The death of Joel causes her to lose her humanity, Lose Jesse, Lose Dina, Lose Her relationship with Tommy, Hell she even lost her fingers and can’t play the guitar anymore. Her vengeance would be pointless because it would solve anything. So it’s a great story and and hopefully people will understand this story in a couple years Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is incredible because it did not tell the story that I wanted, instead it told the story that it had to. They really did a good a good job making a point that actions have consequences, as a result of the actions of Joel in the first game (killing that doctor who he didnt know, in a pure rampage of hate and selfishness) Abby kills Joel in the same way he killed her father. Even further that quest for Ellie in search for revenge ends up killing her friend Jesse, crippling Tommy and ultimately losing Dina and Potato in a last attempt of revenge. Even further she loses her fingers by Abby, rendering her useless when she has to play guitar, the thing she remembers Joel most.
Abby´s quest after killing Joel is simmilar to his victim, after doing incredible harm to the victim´s family, she feels guilty and tries to regain her humanity through the innocence of a child called Lev, sound familiar? This kid stopped her bloodlust from killing Ellie and Dina, giving her a chance to live her life once again, but its hate that ultimately makes Ellie´s worst fear come true, she ends up alone.
What I did not like was how they treated Joel´s death, it could´ve been better if he had put up some kind of fight, killing some wolves before he gets shot. Also the order of the flashbacks felt a little weird, which takes some point for me, the game is not perfect but it sure as hell is incredible.
Graphics are out of this world, the fact that I felt disgusted by every infected, by every wolf that Ellie killed with her dagger is awesome.
Gameplay is significantly improved with stealth, going prone and making distractions never failed to make me smart, also the jumpscares and tension this god dam game made question if I could continue playing.
Overall the game is incredible, but not perfect, a solid 9 out of 10.

The devs were blinded by trying to create something people would talk about that they forgot a game is not the same thing as a movie. I suppose they wanted to try and make a work of art and used a lot of controversial topics, but they missed the point and created a frustrating, bad story. Graphics and technical features are very important in a game, but what makes a great game is an amazing story and great characters. I think Neil Druckman created a very good first game, but he definitely fell short in the second part, mostly because he wanted to create something controversial, and he ended up adding a lot of irrelevant details to a very bad and horrible story. I don't even know why the critics gave this game such great ratings. Not good, I wished I had not preordered it. All the characters are bad and empty. The only cool character is Ellie but you only play as her only 50% of the time. Big thumbs down for me. The end is also a big disappointment. No no no. I gave it a 1 because of the graphics and environment design which are very good, but aside from that I wished I had not wasted so many hours playing this. Expand

This game is amazing. The story is smart and beautiful. I think a lot of folks hating on the story didn't give it a chance and/or didn't stop to think what the developer was trying to accomplish. If the game had been a straight up linear tale of revenge, it wouldn't have been interesting. The artistic approach the developers used took me on a roller-coaster of emotions. I think the developers were very conscious of how the player would feel at various stages in the game and used that to heighten the story.

It may or may not go without saying but the visuals, combat, controls, and interface are all outstanding. On these merits alone the game deserves a play through. I give huge props to their art/design/animation teams. They put some serious love and care into the designs, and it shows. The voice acting, as expected, was also exceptional.

I do think there is some time towards the middle of the game where the story stalls out a bit, but with some patience things picked right back up shortly after.

I don't want to throw out words like "masterpiece" or "perfect", but I will say this game was EXCELLENT. The ending will sit with me for a while and this series has a spot in my hall of fame.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. WARNING: THIS IS A VERY VERY VERY SPOILER FILLED REVIEW

People who hate on this game and refuse to play it because of what happens at the beginning have never actually watched and/or read Game of Thrones and it shows.

This story is in no way shape or form, a happy story. Everyone has become so accustomed to happy endings or things going exactly the way they want it to. This is story is tragic, depressing, violent and brutal, sickening and it. Is. Brilliant. From watching Ellie slowly slip into madness as she runs through Seattle on her Quest to find and kill everyone involved with Joel being murdered. The scene where Ellie is at the hospital beating the **** out of Nora for information on Abby. Ellie killing Owen and Mel and then realizing that Mel is (or was, at that point) pregnant. Her fight with Abby in the theater begging Abby not to kill Dina because she is pregnant as well. ALL of that is a story of what revenge REALLY does to you.

With Abby's story, I was **** pissed at the beginning. I was screaming at the top of my lungs and then later on I am forced to **** play as the character that I hate? No no no no no. **** that. But I kept playing and you start to slowly understand everything about why she did what she did. The story humanized her and I hated that when the ending came, I was pissed that I loved it.

Neil Druckman and everyone at Naughty Dog are sick in the head. They make you care about a character that you are supposed to hate down to her core. Or at least care for her to SOME degree. (I'd be lying if I said I didn't die on purpose MULTIPLE times during the Abby and Ellie fight in the theater just because I wanted to see Abby die.) But at the very end... I didn't want that. I did not want to see Ellie slip into a place of no return. If she actually went through with it, darkness would have consumed her and then Last of Us Part 3 would have just been about Lev getting revenge on Ellie or some **** So I believe the ending was perfect.

This game does not deserve the flack it is getting. It's is a tragic and depressing story and everyone needs to stop wining about it. 10 out of 10. Hands down.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I very much enjoyed this game. I liked the combat and I felt that the characters were realistic. I have gripes with Abby and how they presented her, but I appreciate her role in the overall themes of the game. It's heart-achingly real in how it portrays trauma and Ellie experiencing intense guilt. I found her and her relationship with Dina an accurate portrayal of an LGBT+ relationship. I understood their motivations. Their love despite the pain around them inspire me and I feel that it's realistic.
However, a lot of people are upset about the lack of Joel. While I enjoyed Ellie and Joel's banter, it makes so much sense for Ellie's personal growth to have him die. I don't think the way it was done was great, it certainly could have been rewritten or redone, but I think that it needed to happen.
The experience was overall pleasant and I hope that others can have as much fun with it as I have had. Please look past the hate and see what a visual masterpiece it is. Appreciate the overall themes and character building, if nothing else.
    To Summarize:
    10/10 Graphics
    9/10 Characters
    7/10 Story
    10/10 Combat + Replay Value

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. My two biggest issues with the game are actually not what most people are posting.

Firstly, the story is too stretched out and insanely boring at sometimes. Turning into a walking simulator for hours upon end.
And secondly, you are forced to play as one of the most hated characters I think I've ever seen in any game ever released.

The ending, in my personal opinion, wasn't really that bad. By the time you reach the fight with Abby, the game has drained you as a player so much, and the characters have gone through so much, that NOT killing Abby feels more conclusive than actually killing her.
And at the very end, when you can't play the guitar and you walk away, it feels like a sad ending done pretty well.

But throughout the entirety of the middle of the game, the general gameplay and story is just so boring, stretched out, filled with loopholes and absolutely stupid character decisions that I had a hard time finishing the game. I often stopped for breaks just to chat to family or friends because the game was so morally and emotionally and mentally draining.

Overall, there really isn't much to love or talk about in this game. It's just a sad story that pushed the sadness to the forefront and left no room for good writing.

Insanely good graphics though. Gameplay was somewhat flat but pretty decent. Accessibility options were a huge plus. There are so many options to help out any type of gamer.

    4/10 for me.

The story and the character development that were the richest part of the franchise just disappeared. The fact that there were so many plot wholes and so much incoherence on the development of the story is infuriating. I cloud not mind the fact that Joels dies, I honestly could, but to TURN HIM INTO A VILLAIN that's where you lose me. To degrade him and his essence the way they do is just disgusting. I am not saying that I am mad about him dying, but THE WAY that is what makes me mad. Then they put these flashbacks that just made me sad and angry because I KNOW I won't see him again. Then, the fact that Ellie literally looses her essence and that they try to make us see her as the enemy? like Abby is a good person?!?! like what the hell!!!??? And the next thing I am saying is WHY I HATED THE WHOLE GAME. They made us play like 12 hours of Ellie, we see her do things that are wrong, she tortures, she kills, she gets herself in this revenge mode that blinds her of her principles and moral. THEN WE HAAVE TO PLAY 10 HOURS AS ABBY, an awful human being that just killed Joel, that doesn't regret anything she does. And we are supposed to feel empathy for her? like she is a good person? she thinks that because life hit her hard, she has an immunity card that gives her the right to act the way she does. She doesn't regret killing or torturing or simply putting people at risk. And this is the part where Ellie is different. We see REGRET and SADNESS and ANGER towards everything she does, she KNOWS its wrong. And that is because of Joel, all the things that he taught her, because she becomes the human being he wanted her to be, a good human in the messed up world the live in. Thats why we see remorse in her actions. We see that she feels sick because of what she does. And all those moments when she acts like a "crazy person" are because of the emotional state she is in, she is in greave, she is blinded because of all those emotions, and most of the things that she does are in self defense!. Also, She defends her friends and would never turn her back on them. Abby doesn't care, she is a selfish, badly developed character. Joel and Ellie deserved more and that is just a FACT. I feel so bad for giving this score and this review, but this game is so bad that I just have to. Expand

The forced, cringe relationships are garbage. The main issue is how lackluster the story is, and how bad its structured.

This is game of thrones season 8 level trash writing. The first half of the game is largely a walking simulator with nonstop relationship drama. After some questionable story decisions It devolves into flashback inception, forcing you to play a new, boring character. With no spoilers, this character did something controversial, and then the game makes you play 8-10 hours of flashbacks within flashbacks AS them to try to make you like the character. There is no liking this person. It was ultimately just a side quest with more characters you dont care about. The game could have finished 3 hours in and the conclusion, the state of all the characters you care about, would be the same.

A sad state for this franchise and even sadder for the critics. Honestly who **** knows how reviewers managed to give this above a 5, let alone Game of The Year scores...

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Marvelous gameplay, design audio, etc. The storyline was real and grounded. Anyone who thought Joel was going to get a happy ending was naive. Violence begets violence, you cant kill as many people as you did and stop the invention of a cure that would save millions and not expect backlash. Joel sealed his fate long before and made peace with his decision. I think that made his death more honorable especially in a post-apocalyptic world. I love that Naughty Dog showed two sides to one story it really just showed every character in a different light so we could see them for all that they are (not so we could judge them, rather just understand them) Seeing the lengths Ellie would go to for revenge was disheartening because you see that it eats up at a person from the inside. There were parts in the story where I didn't want to follow Ellie anymore on her quest for vengeance for her own sake. I'm glad that when she finally forgave Abby and got the closure that she needed. Its just so sad to see what the path of vengeance cost. Especially when Ellie couldn't play that tune that Joel taught her in the end. I think a lot of people were hoping for this second game to be fan service and im glad naughty dog didn't go that route. The Last of Us Part 2 isn't its predecessor and doesn't need to be; it is a great game. Expand

This game is a must play for all who love story driven games. It’s absolutely incredible. As a side note, I never really care about graphics; however, this game frequently makes me stop to take in the sights. I’ve truly loved every second of this game... even though it’s been an emotional roller coaster. xD

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. First, let me explain the advantages of this game.
The graphics were more advanced than the previous one, and the setting of a suitable place was outstanding.
The actors' performances and the background music of the game were good, so the game characters' emotional descriptions were accurately conveyed.
Compared to the previous work, the game seemed to have increased convenience and adjusted difficulty, and the elements that were seen in the Uncharted were added.
It was okay to be able to play a variety of games accordingly.
I really liked the scene that shows Joel's paternal love towards Ellie and the scene where she realized his preciousness after losing Joel.
Obviously, I liked the production of the game on some of the situations.

Now that I've told you all the strengths I have in mind, I'll tell you the disadvantages.
    setting destruction
I kept showing Ellie to the player as a marksman, but I didn't get a hit in front of Abby.
Dina needs a gun to be normal, but she'll be bowled down with a knife.
In the first movie, Joel continues to show that he is a very cautious character, and especially in the ending, but in the second movie, he shows his carelessness and dies.
And she doesn't even know why she killed Joel, but she's saving him.
And Ellie had a gun, but she didn't shoot Abby.
The player cannot concentrate on the game due to this setting destruction.

Also, the game made fans feel unhappy as it had a composition that seemed to deny the first episode.
    1. Kill Joel, the main character of The Last of Us 1.
    2. That doesn't mean Joel has been doing well with Ellie.
    3. No one can avenge Joel, but rather the person around Ellie dies or gets hurt or leaves Ellie.
    4. Is Ellie so happy? Ellie has a trauma about Joel's death.

Abby certainly had a reason, but it was a big mistake for the person who played The Last Of Us.
The game tries to force a consensus by playing Evie who doesn't want to play to the player himself, but the player can't fully immerse himself.
Abby first shows that there is a reason, but the story behind it seems to be only an excuse from the point of view of the person who played the first episode.
Also, what made the player hit Ellie through Abby made the player feel the end of his squalor.
If this game was a new ip for Naughty Dog, it would have focused on praise, but since it was a series of previous works, the score would naturally be lowered.
Obviously the game quality was good, and it could have been better, but the order and composition of the game play and the destruction of probability lowered the value of the game.
So I will give five points to this game.

Props for the lgbtq representation. Graphics and game play are great. But this story is throw-away garbage. Super pretentious thinking we needed to be taught that revenge is a fool's errand. And Ellie ended up a terrible, toxic, selfish person after being so loveable in the first game. It's heartbreaking to see what happened to a character. It didn't have to be this way.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Visuals: 10/10 have never seen a game this good looking period.

Gameplay: 7.5/10 the gameplay doesn’t take many risks and made slight improvements on the original gameplay, which doesn’t wow me, but it didn’t make the the game feel bad to play.

First half of the story: 8/10 Joel’s death wasn’t done well, but it did feel like it had to happen for the purpose of the story, so I was somewhat okay with it. I enjoyed Ellie’s arc, even though I thought she would have a stronger stomach, for what she’d have to do to Nora. Overall, first half was pretty good besides Joel’s death.

Second half of the story: 2.5/10: I really wanted to like what they did with Abby, but just couldn’t. It was really hard to become attached to her character. I can appreciate what Naughty Dog was attempting to do, but it fell really flat. The ending: 0/10 the ending was so bad. It made sense for neither of the characters and just left me angry at the writing rather than reflective.

Overall: 7/10 I am a sucker for great visuals, so that’s the main reason I’m higher on this game than most other people. The story, however, is so bad during the latter half that I can’t give it a score any higher than this.

The visual presentation is stunning. So much attention to detail has gone into every room someone has lived and died in, or how leaks and flooding have transformed the world. The gameplay, while similar to the original, has been giving remarkable improvements, especially in the AI, that make it much more engaging to play. Enemies will scream out the names of their fallen friends, call out where they last saw you, and search dynamically around you. The story of revenge couples with the increased gore to provide a very visceral and unnerving gameplay experience. Getting to the story, the actors completely sell it. Every performance is filled with a nuance that you'd expect from film, which were able to come through with the amazing animations that accentuate the emotions in the voices.

Now to the plot that is so controversial. It's dark, depressing, and sometimes very unsatisfying. There were times I actively did not want to participate in what Naughty Dog were forcing me to do, but because of that it was intensely powerful. The narrative is extremely different from the first, and while some may say it is disrespectful, it feels like a natural resolution of the first, instead of just a retread. While at first rolling the credits I felt a deep hollowness which was not how I finished the first, upon reflecting I realized that the game had taken its time and resolved what happened at the end of the first. Overall, this game is one of the most powerful experiences I've ever had in a video game, which is also how the original made me feel. Even though it was in a much darker way, this game was a tremendous success at showing the potential of the medium.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. OK, I finished the game two days ago and I going to give my opinion not gonna be defending or whatever. At least for me I am happy with this game so much, I not saying I'm happy for Joel's dead but hey what can you expect for someone that doomed humanity and killed the father of the person who killed him? I'm also not saying he deserved to die, I mean I loved that character and I still think he became one of the biggest icons in video games but decisions have consequences. Going back to the decision, It's a super hard choice most of the humans would have done what Joel did cause think of it... sacrifice a daughter, son, or any family member to save people yo don't know? Yeah, it's super hard but still in our inside we'll know that saving humanity is the right call. For me what makes this game unique is the fact that is something different by not giving you the stuff you will really wanted to see, not everything can be a happy ending. Finally, thank you Neil Druckmann and the Naughty Dog team for making these past seven years of waiting worth it. Expand

The writing in this game was a massive letdown, even if you didn't play through the first game. If you were a fan of the original The Last of Us, this game was a massive slap in the face. If you were a fan of the original The Last of Us, this game was a massive slap in the face. The way the characters are written in the second game completely goes against the way they were developed in the first game in order to fulfill an extremely contrived narrative. The drop in writing quality here is actually somehow worse than the drop in quality that we saw in Game of Thrones' final seasons.

The storytelling is poor and that is just irredeemable in a game where they sacrifice fun gameplay for story development. Throughout the story you take control of a number of characters at different points in time, and so your inventory and equipment are constantly reset and you're never able to feel powerful or in-control. This would be fine as a narrative tool, except the writers utterly fail at convincing the player that the actions and motivations of certain main characters are reasonable or admirable.

To put it simply, if you're looking for fun, engaging gameplay, this game does everything worse than the first game. If you're looking for an interesting, satisfying story that has a meaningful and coherent message and features convincing character development, this game is absolutely not it. The original The Last of Us was a masterpiece of introducing us to flawed characters and making us fall in love with them. This game is more concerned with finger-wagging and guilt-tripping than doing anything resembling good story-telling.

Don't waste your time on this one.

Instead, it was a depressing narrative with a plot that made little sense whatsoever. I seriously made this account to review this game because it was that bad. So bad, in fact, that I’m going to pretend it wasn’t canon and this game never existed. A revenge arc WITHOUT the revenge aspect. Does that make any sense? I absolutely love Joel and Ellie, and while I admit I Joel’s death didn’t come as a shock to me it was the poor writing and terrible plot that ruined the game for me. Why would I feel any sympathy for characters that butchered Joel? I understand why Abby wants Joel dead. In fact, I actually really liked her connection to Joel- being the daughter of the Fireflies surgeon. However, Joel was never a perfect character. We loved him because he was flawed. The game just feels so artificial in coercing scenes to make you sympathize with her when that can never be the case. To make matters worse, they force you to play as her for 6+ hours in an irrelevant story line about Scars just to put more hours into a game. Playing as the person who killed our beloved main character Joel. To make matters even more terrible, we play as Abby and beat the ever loving crap out of Ellie. Fun. In an entire plot about going from A to B to C and killing people from Abby’s crew, it was just so boring and unoriginal. Last of Us was unique with its powerful story telling. In this game, the narrative was so weak. It focused on shocking the audience with random jump scares and random sequences that don’t make sense (the pregnant woman Ellie killed. Of course she wouldn’t say she’s pregnant while Ellie aims a gun at them, attacks her, and would conceal her stomach with heavy clothing.. because then we couldn’t have that gasp moment right??) While Ellie kills everyone and their grandmother for revenge- with stealth and stabbing people in the back and through their throats- she apparently has a change of heart at the end when fighting Abby. Does that make any sense to you? The woman who killed Joel, murdered Jesse, bit off her two fingers, and almost slit pregnant Dina’s throat she just lets her go? She definitely would’ve killed her at that point. Why would she act like a samurai and want to fight Abby honorably? The whole “lets fight! Make the first move. Or I will kill Lev.” The whole I can’t let you leave bit. That’s not Ellie. She’s an avenger. With her resolve, she would’ve stabbed her once she cut her down from the pillar. Ellie didn’t need to think twice when killing Nora. She left Dina to travel across the country, again, to end it once and for all. What a joke that she just magically changed her mind.

The worst part about this game is how Naughty Dogs butchered the characters you cared most about in TLOU1. I guess Tommy is fine but lost his eye and his brother. But Joel was killed even though he wouldn’t have placed himself in that situation but sure. Whatever. Then, Ellie doesn’t avenge him. Ellie loses everyone she ever cared about. She can’t even play the guitar. Why not give her a break? All for some stupid unrealistic and artificial plot about revenge not being the answer.. This would only make sense if Ellie actually killed her. I hope this game gets the flaming it deserves. It just destroyed this franchise. I don’t even care about Joel dying, but his death was absolutely wasted and used to fuel a garbage plot line. And, for the hundredth and final time, NEVER gets resolved.

The story is bad, the characters are stupid, even the well established characters act so illogical. The game does not make sense and the AI is not doing anyone a favor.

Great graphics, one of the best looking games ever made. Game play and control mechanics are a little dated but serviceable. But the story is a convoluted mess and the treatment of beloved characters is terrible. If you loved the first game AVOID this.

    Malísima historia y dirección.
Decepción para todo aquel que esperaba algo remotamente parecido al primero.
Solo se puede destacar sus gráficos y banda sonora, pero lamentablemente no formas un gran juego con eso.

The game is awesome, probably is not as perfect as the first one but the story is good, the characters got me engaged till some degree, Ellie has grown up for sure, and the gameplay and graphics are just absolute 10 on my book, they might have certain glances of SJW and politics in the game, but it doesn't make the experience less enjoyable, also in many areas of the game I found myself being very tense and that something that many games nowdays don't achieve, once again, congratulations Naughty Dog, you have done it again. I am sure all people who give negative review, not because we hate Last of Us, but because we all love Last of Us.

Naughty Dog remind me the Diablo 3, after the 2 weeks of launch, none of my friends are playing it anymore, regardless of the patch later, and none of them buying any Blizzard game since then.

This game is great. From the graphics to the story, The critic reviews really do not do it justice.

This game had great graphics, sound and i actually enjoyed the gameplay/stealth mechanics. The reason i am giving it such a low score is because I am a huge story person and the story in this game is so bad with so many plot holes with its linear progression that it made me not even want to finish it.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I was one of many who loved the first game! Aware of the leaks for the sequel, I wanted to experience the game for myself. Graphically the game looks amazing. The gameplay was smooth however... the main thing that I grew to love in the first one was the story, more specifically the bond between Joel and Ellie. I feel like this game literally works to try to break that bond. Forcing you to play with a character you care nothing about!!! For almost half the game!!! 1st she kills Joel, then I have to fight against Ellie with her. Are you **** kidding me. I hated my experience playing this game. Expand

This game is a phenomenon in storytelling. I've never seen such deep and unforgettable characters, every turn in story makes sense. The games and movies shouldn't go on the way we want them to. In part 2 we can feel the pain of every character and faction in this cruel world. The graphics are gorgeous and level design is fantastic. Thanks naughty dog for creating this masterpiece.

The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

If you loved the original for its great characters and well-paced story – stay away from this game. However, if you’re aching to sink into the depths of depression, or just want to cut some throats and burn some zombies – Part II will deliver. [Issue#247, p.72]
