    Naughty Dog made the first game look like a demo to the second . They really outperfomed themselves . Incredible game loved everything about it no need to explain further , just play it !

There is nothing special in this game. In this game, dumb artificial intelligence, the opponents do not have lateral vision, you stand a meter away from the person, but he does not see you.

    Finished the game. Played for the whole week end. Now I can say: graphics and gameplay are top notch. Amazing. But the plot of this game it's incredibly stupid and boring. The worst plot ever created for a videogame. The last chapter and the end of this game is even worse. Characters and plot are upon the stupid.     Just finished the game. This is an awe inspiring achievement from Naughty Dog. Congratulations to everyone involved. Everything about this work, from the level of technical detail and design to the writing, performances and importantly the sound and music is simply incredible. The ambition is inspiring. Had I known I would be playing as Abbie I would have not gotten it. I don't care about her side of the story. The more I played this the more I hated it. I will say the gameplay is fine but the story just pulls me out of it. Forcing me to play as Joel's murderer? Really? Who thought that would be fun or good or worth buying? And even at the end I still felt nothing for Abbie. Her side sucks. Only reason this game kinda playable is the graphics and gameplay. It was all for nothing.… Expand

    But reality is too harsh to understand Naughty Dog's philosophy. Naughty Dog destroyed and ruined all characteristics of the first game characters(Joel, Ellie, Tommy). And they were used to explain that Abby is a good woman. I don't want to know about Abby's past. I just watched Abby's behavior and wanted to kill her in all the game playing.
    Ending? Revenge is bad so, Abby can kill Joel but, Ellie, you should not take your revenge on her.

I did not expect to see a masterpiece based on the leaks (which I avoided in order to get a better feeling of the game), but I was still left disappointed. As a long fan of the series, I felt betrayed by the Naughty Dog team as they served a fan base a nothing sandwich. Joel being killed almost immediately into the game was not a good way to start. Joel’s actions before getting killed were even worse. Joel and Ellie were a dynamic duo who held a special place in almost every player’s heart. Joel killed for Ellie and Ellie would of done the same, but poor writing left Ellie emotionally defeated by not killing Lev and Abby at the end of the game. Ellie was left permanently injured, the same goes for Tommy. Jesse was killed in an anti-climatic way. Ellie to leave on her journey, risking her relationship with Dina and J.J, and not kill Abby and Lev was horrible writing. This game could of done better by sparing Joel, Jesse, Tommy, and Ellie. The pro-diversity cast, if executed properly, could not affect a game’a ratings. The forced diversity was obviously present throughout the game. It’s safe to say that most of the players did not like it one bit. As a progressive, it’s nice to see some representation in video games. Some. The writers should have done some more research and come to the conclusion that most of the game’s target audience do not share the same sentiments as the writers. The players came for a continuation of the story that left them amazed back in 2013 and the remastered version. Ellie’s sexuality was not her personality, Ellie was an adored character in the series because her character was executed properly. The same goes for Bill in TLOU. He was a gay man but his sexuality was not his personality and was not a major trait. (I did not even know Bill was a gay man until my 2nd play-through of the game because his sexuality did not matter because he was Bill). The game could have been better… Expand

    Es un juego largo y se agredece ya que los juegos de hoy dia no dan tanto tiempo de juego, por otra parte el juego es muy lento y esta lleno de cinematicas menos algunos momentos puntuales de accion la cual son muy escasos. Tambien he observado que depende en que zona estes la calidad del juego va cambiando.

    biggest dissapointment of 2020, this is textbook tutorial on how to destroy your frainchaise with plotholes and character assassinations. story wise was a bit confusing with the constant flashback and flashback between flashback overall the gameplay is solid but not innovative.
    basically this game was a 7 year wait for a dissapoinment

I truly support a female only lead, but you have to understand that this was just retarded. I refused to continue playing after Joel was murdered, I understand the hatred some characters had towards him, but seriously... Most of the people playing this game are adults and then you also find yourself asking, why??? through 60 percent of the game. I feel like critics have been paid to promote, honestly they say the same nonsense. This game is not artistic, it is traumatizing. You put us in a position where Joel made the sacrifice to keep his adopted child, then you hype us with lies, then you kill him early in the game. I mean do you need someone to write a better story?? Why not continue the game where Ellie is a child, then allow her to age with time and then at the end kill off Joel. You would have prepared us for something greater, instead you turned it into some silly trope of how twisted your mind can be. What happened to the cure? How does Abby know it was Joel who killed her father? It could have been any random dude or girl. Instead you point out cliche obvious mishaps to make us question tooooo many whyyyy'ssssss. First of all, what you are trying to prove is ridiculous. You take one notion, have your mind probably brainwashed in bed by another woman and then went full on women lead. Once again I support it, but this is a story, this is not your twisted mind we enjoy living in. Anyone can use a bluemovie script and turn it into an action tale. Do you get me? It is redundant. Let's talk about Abby and Ellie's relationship. The ending really gave me vibes of God Of War 2018, "The cycle ends here?" and yet you changed the ending... You should have played that game tooo many times or wished to be as successful in storytelling. This is where you made Abby and her sidekick to be like Kratos and his son. Slow clap. Muscular chick = Kratos. I truly saw what you did there. The personality and everything is a clear sign of Kratos ripoff. Now let's talk about Ellie. SHE WAS my favorite person. now she is just a sad tart who fails at accomplishing anything. You ruined a girl, turned her into a man, humiliated her by losing two fingers. I swear, I have never seen this chemistry before. Being one of the most anticipated games, to the most disappointing. it was at a 6/10, but the more I think about how you secretly sneak in politics and sexist tropes, AS well as steal from different stories. It goes to a Zero out of ten very easy. I swear 2020 is the year of disappointments. You truly made no justice to characters who did not deserve this fate. So let me point out how you could have made this better.
    1. Ellie should be a child and grow until where Joel dies.
    2. Abby SHOULD be introduced where it is revealed that her father was killed by Joel or where she loses her mother to the mushroom nonsense, all while Joel is explaining to his brother what he did.
    3. Ellie and joel should lose their bond as time passed, due to trust issues, turning her into a rebel and whatnot.
    4. Joel should be forgiven and allow that relationship we saw at the first game to rekindle.
    5. Abby should be brought back for players to see all the pain she is going through and in the end of that chapter find out that is was Joel all along.
    6. Ellie explores her relationship with her love interest, moving away from Joel.
    7. That dance scene where Ellie kisses her girlfriend and then get the start of this crappy TLOU 2 to happen.
    8. Abby finds people to hunt Joel with her. (THIS IMMEDIATELY WILL PUT PLAYERS ON THAT HOPE TO PROTECT JOEL)
    9. Play as Ellie, not ABBY during the scene where they realized they were ambushed, you know the one where Joel dies.
    10. End the game where Ellie is left heartbroken and Abby escapes.
    You see... it's to f-ing easy. But no, you guys are special right? I need to encase my TLOU and the sequel to teach younger generations how not to ruin people.
    Once again, hands down the best graphics, sometimes mediocre gameplay and pathetic story already telling us that Ellies time is done. Now is the time for a female god of war rip-off to enter. What happened to you guys? Seriously is that what we will have to expect in the future? This is not artistic, it is a disappointment. People who play this game without understanding the previous game has the right to like it. People who loved the first game and who would have done the same as Joel, DEFINITELY, hates this. No one has the same answer, although I wish for you to know my answer has been spoken. I have never complained over a video game, NEVER. I would always find a silver lining, but this needs to f-ing stop. I am getting tired of these nonsense. Why not just make a simple rpg where we can create our own character?     The visuals are technically sound one of the best looking games this gen, BUT I'm not scoring how this game looks, the story is terrible. I'm very disappointed considering the first was one of my favourite all time games.

If you are looking for something that will support some hate ideology (anti-gay, anti-women, etc) you can forget about this game, Naughty Dog didn't make this for you. About the gameplay: Naughty Dog introduced us to some new abilities and we can play more characters than its predecessor. But what makes this game perfect is also the atmosphere. You can feel and become Ellie. Also, this game makes you think about the story, about all the decisions and you realize no one is perfect in real life, why would everyone be perfect in video games?

    Kind of hard to get through at first, but I eventually got back to finishing it. I think some new parts of the game are unnecessary and can taken out. This game isn't amazing or groundbreaking, but it is an okay game that I will never play again.

    Managed to avoid spoilers. Been waiting for this game for a long time, and it did not disappoint. Major improvements in combat, and the story was very engaging. I was shocked how much effort was put into these intersecting tales.

    If I have one criticism, I actually enjoyed the soundtrack more in the first game

    Story - 1/4 - The story is not only very much not enjoyable, but also poorly put together. Story weights 4 points for me because it should be the selling point of the game, but it was actually so shallow and dislikeable that i seriously can't find almost anything good in it. Only a couple of characters are actually well written and developed. The rest kinda makes you not even want to finish the game.
    Longevity - 0/2 - The single player story is something i'd never want to go through again, and compared to the first game there is no multiplayer. 25 hours at best, at least for me.
    Graphics and Audio - 2/2 - Not much to say here. The game is visually stunning.
    Gameplay - 1/2 - Basically the same gameplay from the first game, nothing wrong with it, but they could have made it a bit more interesting.

    Total: 4/10
    What's funny is that they critics are blaming the low user-score on the players, refusing to acknowledge anything wrong with the actual game. Anyone giving this game a 10/10 is clueless.    … Expand

    I promised myself this is the last time I ignore Metacritic user reviews (already made this mistake with DA Inquisition and Andromeda - could not believe they were that bad). I just replayed first game and wish they never released this second game and story was wrapped up back then. But if one game could get 10 / 10, it most certainly wouldn't be The Last of Us Part 2.Everything has been said already, and the leaks checked out not only to be totally true and descriptive of events and «story», but it doesn't really show how truly horrible and bleak The Last of Us Part 2 really is. After having watched through the whole game, I wouldn't dream of ever playing it. 

    Who did they make it for?

    I REALLY loved the first game, but there's nothing left here but the name of the game and the names of the characters. 
    «WHY?» is the only question I'm left with, or «I don''t understand?» as PewDiePie said. 
    «Kill, loot, kill, loot, boring cut scene, kill, loot, kill, loot, ultra violent cut scene, kill, loot, kill, loot, graphic sex cut scene, kill, loot, kill, loot...» for 25 hours, if you rush it. 
    Naughty Dog spent «at least 100 million $» to make a repetitive, gory, sadistic murder simulator. Without a plot, story, or characters to care about.

    A los wnes q les arde el hoyo solo porque les mataron a su personaje favorito o por tener q jugar con alguien q odias. Dejen de esperar q sea igual q el primero si fuera así no tendría ningúna gracia, toca diferentes temas y te muestra la parte de las 2 protagonistas y te hace dudar si estás del bando correcto o no.     Favourite gameplay moments

    These all came from Abby's half: Skybridge, Rat King in the hospital, fighting Ellie at the theatre. They took a lot of inspiration from Uncharted 4 and I love the new car chase and chaotic horse riding sequences.

    Story

    I understand how some would resent it when they were forced to play as Abby, someone who you're meant to hate as Ellie. But as I played through Abby's Day 1 (damn that was a long day), I started to develop empathy towards her and the people around her. I understood her actions and why she did what she did. It was no different to Ellie's revenge mission when she literally killed everyone in her path to get to Abby. It's a game about hate and the cycle of hate seems never ending. It's ironic that if Ellie chose to stay at the Farm after Tommy left, both Ellie and Tommy would've got what they wanted - Abby dead in Santa Barbara. The final fight with Abby on the beach was emotionally very raw and real. It was amazing and yet draining and painful to watch. But if Ellie killed Abby then it would defeat the purpose of what the game was trying to tell us. You need to break the cycle of hate. When Ellie remembered the night when she chose to start forgiving Joel, she also chose to let Abby go, therefore breaking that cycle.

    This game is a piece of art. Art that makes you feel all sorts of emotions, and think about it over and over afterwards probably means it’s a very good piece of art.

    Absolute masterpiece. I don't understand why so many people have an issue with the story. It takes balls to write such a story knowing fully well that more than half of your fans will be against it. I feel like the story was amazing even though it made me extremely emotional and angry at times. It was well worth the wait and definitely the greatest gaming experience of my life.     The game is a masterpiece from technical perspective; graphics, audio, animations, mocap... all superbly implemented as expected. However, they forgot one thing, which is what makes TLoU great in the first place. Meaningful characters, bond between them and a good freaking story.

    You won't be able to find a good story here, so only thing that makes this a 3 points review is the technical aspects. Whoever worked on the graphics, sound, animations etc. should be proud of themselves. Story otherwise, eh, hope they (Neil Druckmann and Halley Gross) won't get any project in the industry.     An absolute astonishing achievement in story telling for any medium. It challenges any notion of what a video game can convey. The narrative is challenging to deal with but it evolves how a story can be told. It's not for everyone. But if you can appreciate having your heart broken in all the right ways, play this game. They make you play as the **** who killed the main character of the first game within the first 2hrs of the game then a couple more hours in Abby aka **** comes to Ellie and she kills yet another male character also one of Ellie’s friends and this character is actually one of the new characters from this game that is a good and likable character so tell me why after she kills him they go on to never mention his death and it’s like his existence didn’t even matter. After that you get left on a cliffhanger then you they make you play 10+ hours with her to make you feel for her but why would we feel anything for her if she killed the person we played this game for so quickly and disrespectful not to mention while your playing all I could think about was what’s going happen to Ellie and Tommy because we don’t care about Abby and we certainly don’t like her but it just gets even worse at the end because suddenly Ellie randomly thinks that revenge is bad and let’s the **** that killed Joel live only for Ellie to come back to Joel’s home but Tommy and Dina left then she walks of into the distance alone, broken, a completely dIfferent person, unlikable, and she did all that just to resolve nothing. and the last word of dialogue is **** yep!!! There's also a lot of bugs in this game that are absolutely disgusting and the last of us 2 hates males. The majority of deaths in this game are male characters and all their deaths mean absolutely nothing to the other characters except for Joel’s death and a lot of the characters are extremely undeveloped and mistreated.     The writing, dialog and performances combined are possibly the best I've ever seen in a game, it's even better than most movies in the genre. I wish that this is what Walking Dead was more like, and kinda was in early seasons, but I digress. The writing has excellent pacing, weaving between sequences of intense action followed by much-needed respites, pretty perfectly balanced. Whether I was doing straight gameplay or essentially watching a movie section I was thoroughly engrossed throughout. And I really liked the character arcs, this game has interesting things to say that even sorta addresses criticism of certain thematic aspects of the Uncharted games. It turns things on its ear for its audience the way few games have, ever. And that is very good. And even on a moment to moment basis, this game was filled with so many "gotcha" moments and I hardly ever saw any of them coming. I love that in any movie or game.

    This is probably the best-looking game I've ever seen, there is so much detail and artistry packed into every corner of this game and it is simply massive! It would have been enough if the game was half as long but at 30 hours or so it's a highly satisfying length. To put that much detail into such a long game is unfathomable. And it seems like they maybe took a page out of God Of War by making a point to blend seamlessly between gameplay and cutscenes and weird hybrid gameplay-cutscenes. It's very effective.

    The gameplay is tight and fun, I was rarely frustrated with the controls. There are tons of ways to approach encounters and great depth and strategy. In these types of games I typically approach encounters in a boring way by sticking with one weapon or tactic the whole time, but with the chronically low ammo count per weapon you are forced to always mix things up which makes every encounter interesting, and when you pull it off, you feel like a right badass. And even when I'm in a section where I'm dying over and over again, each attempt hardly ever happens the same way twice, which is fun.

    Now that I finished I went back to look to see what everyone's fuss about regarding the story leaks and I can confidently say that it's all very unfounded and anyone who hated the ideas inferred in the spoilers, then played this masterful game, and still hates it, well... they are not using reason, but are blinded by emotion. And to everyone who is review-bombing the game who hasn't even played it (looking at everyone who posted reviews before it came out or only on the first day it came out) shame on you.

Part 2 overall is a rollercoaster of emotions. I find myself thinking about the game days after finishing it. This game is a must play if you've played the first one

While TLOU's story and gameplay were great, it was Joel and Ellie themselves that made The Last of Us a true masterpiece. You see, the core of The Last of Us isn't the zombies or the violence or even the gameplay itself. The core of the Last of Us is and always will be Joel and Ellie despite what Naughty Dog and all these pseudo game critics want you to believe.

    Joel, one of the best fictional characters that I've ever seen, is completely disrespected and cast aside in favor of a new character named Abby. At this point, everyone and their mother's **** has heard of Abby and what she does to Joel. Not only does she kill Joel but she bashes his brains in with a golf club in front of Ellie, and Abby's associate (who is just a stand in for Neil Druckmann) spits on Joel's corpse, and this all happens towards the start of the game.

    Right off the bat, its clear that Naughty Dog has lost their way and forgot what drew the fans to TLOU in the first place. or maybe they just didn't give a **** TLOU 2 wants to make it very clear that Joel is a piece of **** who deserved death because he killed a lot of people but I think that actively goes against what the first game was going for. TLOU 1 showed us a world in which people cast aside notions of right and wrong and put survival above all else, Joel being one of those people. It told a complex narrative and presented complex characters who were neither good or bad but HUMAN.
    TLOU 2 yeets all that **** out the window and just says that Joel is a piece of **** who doomed humanity and we should actively root for Abby (It doesn't help that Abby is so ****ing unlikable).

    TLOU 2 wants the player to realize the cycle of violence is bad but none of this applies to Abby, who gets away with EVERYTHING. So Ellie murders countless people just to get to Abby but once she finally has the chance to kill her, she just has an abrupt realization that violence and revenge is a big no no so Abby gets to walk away.

    Las mecanicas son realmente buenas, me gusta recordar los enojos que me causaban los enemigos con las nuevas mecanicas que los hacian odiables cuando trazaban distintas tacticas para matarte mas rapido, pueden ser muy impredecibles en varias ocasiones hasta ser un dolor de cabeza, la dificultad esta buena pero los enemigos son bastante faciles de matar, los chasqueadores se volvieron mas molestos que nunca, el sistema de mejora de habilidades me gusto aunque me costo acostumbrarme, a nivel de estabilidad el juego esta muy programado ya que he notado una fluides muy buena y estable, con bajones muy pocos por lo general en pequeños puntos debido a explosiones por lo general, la forma en la cual el juego de te da la libertad de explorar el juego a tu manera desde hacerlo por el camino rapido o ir lento y explorando cada rincon con sus recompensas, los escenarios me gustaron, se le dio mucho uso a Seatle a diferencia del primero, la reutilizacion de ciertos escenarios son obvios debido a la historia, me gustan mucho los pequeños detalles que pueden obsevar, es divertido romper lo vidrios, es interesante la libertad que se tomaron respecto a la duracion del juego.

    The shiny new graphics and game mechanics are meaningless next to the titanic screw ups that are the games story, and characters.

    The Writers of this game have taken a giant Sh*t in their hands and then rubbed it into the faces of every single person who was a fan of the pervious game (which was stellar because of its story and characters mainly Joel and Ellie).

    Both Ellie and Joel have been gutted and disrespected as characters beyond what i thought was possible. I have no words for what they did to Joel, it beggars belief that they thought this was a good idea. Testament to the utterly talentless writing team.

    Ellie used to be a solid, fun, hopeful and optimistic character who was a brilliant foil to Joel's grim acceptance of fate, and the dynamic between the two characters in the Original game was wonderful to watch, and was what gave the ORIGINAL game its spark. In this... She is a hollowed out, fundamentally different character from what she was (And supposedly only 5 years has gone by meaning she is now only 19...).

    The fact that they made her a lesbian is not a flaw in of itself, (despite there being clear evidence of her being straight in the original). But it is a clear indication that the writing team not only did not understand her character, and so forced her into a role that was not made for Ellie, but shows that creating a compelling story that was loyal to what came before was in the back of their mind compared to pushing their own politics and agenda.

    Abby is one of the worst things about this game, as is almost everything to do with her story. The flaws are too extensive to tell here, but the fact that they wanted us to empathise with this androgynous character vacuum, is laughable. and that they made Joel go out the way he did just makes me angry.

    Even the message of the story is horrible. The whole idea that "Killing Begats Killing" was already done in the First Game, and was executed so much better. Gone is the clever and engaging contrast of violence and horror of the World against the moments of Joy and Human interaction that made the first game so great.
    The opening cutscene from the Original when Sarah dies carries more weight and emotion than the entire of the second Game.

    All in all, this is a game i have been looking forward to for years. The original was my favourite game of all time, and i now look back on it with a bitter taste in my mouth. This game had SO much potential, it could have done almost anything, and what they decided to do, out of the millions of possibilities was probably one of the worst.

    I hope Naughty Dog suffers from this, and i hope they fire the imbeciles behind its creation, especially Druckmann.

    This game is an atrocity. It took everything that made the first game good and destroyed it (maybe except gameplay). Holy **** what a disappointing story! I expected much more, sad.

    TLOU2 ist ein sehr gutes Spiel, technisch und grafisch, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, aber es stockt in der Erzählung. Totally new felt hollow and forced. Like someone told that sorry we need to have these lesbians. Also somehow it felt that all were like Child. Single guy sleeping with all and no one grown to have morality. Same way moving action. Not many different enemies. Started like there was threath but then just Sam record all the time. Background just change. Beautifull game but hollow feeling that had a twist but did not lead to anything. Also there was nothing to react. Just pipe walking. So big potial but average. First game I thought nice this long but then too obvious. Just felt that characters Love was all over the place meaning anything. Telling we want tell its ok generally to play with every woman and they dont care but non heterosexual Love is sacrid and its respected with mortal limits. I hope there was not idea of picking buyer groups with it. Would be so sad if just money.… Expand

    I am a fan of part 1 but this time the story does not fit to me, the trailers of the past showed situations which do not exist and that destroys the core of the story for me. The game-play did not change there is no real development in my opinion. The graphics are good thats why i gave 3 points but even the sound and the music is not really the best choice.     Just finished the game and wow. What a mind **** The game gets you hopeful about certain events and then something bad happens. Such a thriller. The graphics are amazing! Any time I entered a new area I was just in awe. The ending wasn’t what I was hoping for but it’s understandable why it went in that direction. You see and feel what two sides are going through and you start to sympathizeJust finished the game and wow.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. The low score is mostly from disappointment along with the poor story. I don't mind the bleakness or the revenge aspects. Infact, I like the fact that Ellie sees red after the infamous death scene. But this could have been something so much greater, and Druckmann decided to bait and switch and make statements that fall flat. Other than that, the graphics are phenomenal. Sound design is great, music is fantastic and most technical aspects are on par with anything else out there. Not only is this is the end of the console's life cycle but Naughty Dog had all the time in the world and Sony's blank check to get this done now they originally imagined, so I'd expect it be at this level. As far as the gameplay is concerned, it is almost exactly the same as the first, which isn't necessarily a fault, but it's not great either. But for a narrative driven game, they should have done better.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Another masterpiece. People are angry at naughty dog for killing Joel even though he deserved it, that’s it. He was a **** person, Tess said so herself in the first game.

    All the supposed “plot holes” people are pointing out make me question if they even played the game, but it hardly matters because whenever someone logically tries to explain to them why something isn’t a plot hole you get shouted down by a bunch of people who are too caught up in their emotions to think rationally.

    Ironically, these same group of people would probably follow Ellie’s path of revenge in real life, too blinded by emotion to see what’s going on in front of them. 10/10 GOTY    … Expand

While, I think the last section in Santa Barbara doesn't add any emotional weight that Ellie didn't already have from Seattle, there's no denying it, as a whole, tells a, funny enough, more hopeful story by the end. I really wish they had introduced Abby's play through either before she has Ellie at gun point, or at some other time when there was down time for Ellie, because it robbed her of her moment to shine. Abby ends up being a worthy addition to to the roster. I just wished the game hadn't asked me to empathize with, who up to that very moment, was my mortal enemy within seconds of her looking like she was gonna kill me. That being said, this get is being review bombed and it does NOT deserve that. If you have real complaints besides I don't like that they killed Joel, then go ahead, but truthfully, uf you can swallow that mid story pill, Abby ends up growing on you real quick. And Ellie does too… Expand

Le doy un seis como media por los gráficos que tiene el juego, el sonido y el gameplay (que se siente más fácil que el anterior, por lo cómodo que es tanto el combate cuerpo a cuerpo como los disparos), pero para mi la historia es de tres y casi que da gracias. No me llamó nada el manejar a Abby, hubiera preferido cualquier otro personaje como Dina, Tommy o incluso Lev, que para mí es la única cosa más decente que salió de este juego. Que maten a Joel al principio es una cagada y el perdón a Abby al final del juego es una mayor aún. Lo que no se puede perdonar a Naughty Dog es que ocultasen a propósito el personaje de Abby, deja al jugador con una sensación de engaño digna de denuncia. Menos mal que no llegué a comprar la edición más cara, porque con la mía ya se me ha quedado cara de gilipollas.… Expand

    I play single player games for the story, unfortunately, the story in part 2 is a tenth of the first game. This is a depressing vat of sadness. it is a frustrating experience for 95% of the game and just not enjoyable past the 2nd hour. It looks cool, however looking cool doesn't cut it in 2020.

I expected more exploration opportunities, a wider world and some "open world elements".
    The graphics are top notch. Detailed, atmospheric and at some parts they look like next-gen. Visually the game is excellent. Nothing more to add here.
    The story is very bad in my opinion. It is almost as if the creator of this game made wrote this plot (and dialogues) to piss of the fans and only cared about promoting himself (more than one self inserts) and advertise his views, in order to attract attention. He is rumored to be pursuing a TV career and maybe that would explain a lot.    … Expand

But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then...
