Ellie es el antítesis de esta historia, no necesariamente debía ser la protagonista, sino más bien se transformo en el villano principal de la historia. Una formula aplicada en breaking bad con walter white, a diferencia es que naughty dog promocionó el juego como una venganza y lucha de ellie por conseguir sus objetivos, cosa que no era así, tiene un moraleja sobre la venganza, aveces tu actos te pueden dejar con 8 dedos y sin familia. ¿realmente quería venganza o es un mero capricho? su daño fue colateral, abby se apiadó dos veces, ella mostró humanidad. es buen juego pero difícil de digerir, no tuvo un final feliz, pero tampoco debía porque terminar todo bien en un mundo post apocalíptico.… Expand

    I’ve been a huge fan of tlou 1 and I can’t tell you how excited I was for the part 2.

    Honestly speaking I did saw couple of leaks before the release but I didn’t let those comments and leaks bothered me from purchasing a game! And even though whole internet is really mad about the storyline and the ending of the game but From my personal experience I really enjoyed this game!

    Is it as good as its predecessor? No! But you have to understand that the last of us part 1 was a masterpiece and it would be really hard to top that. Does the game feels lagged and slow at some point? Yes! But only if you don’t care about the story..

    Just my personal opinion it’s a really well made game! It does have a great story which explains the real message which is “vengeance always consumes the best of you”. Speaking of which if you look at from Ellie’s prospective, to get revenge of Joel’s death which is Ofcourse a big deal she got lost in vengeance so bad that she lost everything in the end! Joel, Jesse & her relationship with Dina!

    And same goes for Abby.. she was so upset and wanted to take the revenge for her fathers death by killing Joel. But in the end she also end up losing everything and everyone she ever loved! At first I was also pissed off about killing Joel and then play the character who killed our beloved Joel! But after realizing what’s a real message behind this game, I understand why everything happened the way it happened! Sadly Even though I agreed with Joel’s decision at the end of part one about saving Ellie’s life but deep down I know it was a wrong decision considering a bigger picture! And eventually it also turn Ellie against Joel and don’t ever wanna do anything with him because he lied to her! And I really think it’s was Joel’s karma because he did kill those people to save Ellie’s life. Even though it was a right decision according to him but still was wrong! And I know a lot of people won’t agree with my reasoning but that’s actually true! But overall in the end The Last of us 2 is a lot darker and have a lot more deeper meaning. It’s Definitely not better than the first one but still pretty good in its own unique way and I really enjoyed it!    … Expand

Ignore all others discounting this because of" Shock value" or "being woke" if you played the first game it starts with your daughter dying and Ellie accepting being Gay in a **** up apocalyptic world. Nothing in that aspect has changed so it acknowledges the first game in that aspect. If your afraid of gay characters this is not the game for you and you should have bigger problems with people being people. Love the game for the relatable story in those circumstances and have a great time. 10/10… Expand

    Finished the game yesterday, a little over 30 hours. I absolutely loved it. Stayed away from spoilers and reviews and dug in. I was captivated and couldn’t wait to find out more, towards the end I didn’t want to finish it. All I can add is play the game for yourself make up your own opinion.Everything from the music to the gameplay to the story and I was all in. Thanks naughty dog

Mas infelizmente a jogabilidade está ultrapassada, não evoluiu nada em relação ao primeiro jogo que já tem mais de 7 anos e o ponto fraco do jogo é a história, péssima! Além do jogo ter um objetivo ridículo, apenas de vingança, ele tem personagens sem carisma nenhum e ainda se preocupa mais em fazer apologia a bandeiras esquerdistas, como homossexualismo, drogas, transexualidade, idolatria, do que em apresentar uma história consistente. O jogo é muito demorado e 80% dele é só exploração e conversa, pouca ação e quando tem é extremamente repetitiva. Fora que a Naughty dog matou a franquia, quando retirou o Joel dela.     Preface that Part one was my favorite game of all time. Gameplay not much improved since the previous one. The story got cheap kicks in early then lost me. It belongs with the 2nd Matrix movie on the list of things that should never have existed.

I feel like one of those time traveling assassins from FAQ about time travel should go back in time and get rid of the writers as soon as Last of Us 1 came out, anything to prevent this travesty. SeriouslyJust finished the game and I'm rating it 2/10, 1 point for the graphics, 1 point for the gameplay, as for the rest it's a dumpster fire. This game's the best example of a **** sequel.     Good game but it has its flaws . It reminds me of the situation Evil within 1 and 2.
    Evil within 2 was not bad but I liked Evil Within 1 more ,which was more linear. I still consider evil within 1 to be one of the best horror games .The same goes for Last of us 1, which is one of the best exclusive on the playstation.Last of us 2 definitely did not live up to expectations . Ya durante el primer juego vemos un cambio significativo en él. Es un juego muy maduro que te intenta enseñar las dos caras de una moneda. Nadie es 100% malo o bueno, la gente la caga, crece, cambia, evoluciona. Tenemos a personajes redondos y una historia muy buena entre manos. Personalmente la historia de Abby me encanto, empecé el juego odiando-la pero acabe simpatizando con ella. Al fin y al cabo Ellie y Joel, le hicieron lo mismo o peor. La gente tendría que aceptar una muerte y muertes realistas como nos da este juego. También a respetar la orientación sexual de los personajes o haber prestado mas atención al material adicional del primer TLOU, donde ya se veía que Ellie era claramente lesbiana o bisexual. Esto no es un Uncharted o un Jack and Daxter. Este juego es mucho mas adulto y profundo. Al pasártelo no te deja igual y durante la historia te crea toda clase de sentimientos. Con un final muy acertado y maduro. Demostrando que Ellie a madurado y Abby también. Creo que es algo que le haría falta a mas de un critico de este juego y aceptar que en la vida las cosas muchas veces no salen como uno quiere.     Un gioco che sa prenderti a schiaffi in faccia. Un gioco che ti emoziona. Un gioco che fa male. Un gioco che o lo ami o lo odi, ma se lo odi non sei oggettivo con il lavoro incredibile che ci è stato fatto sopra. Narrazione incredibile, musica incredibile, animazioni perfette. Non è da 10 per alcuni piccoli dettagli ma in assoluto uno dei migliori giochi degli ultimi 10 anni.

    4. Animationen von umwelt und charakteren sind sehr gut gemacht Negativ:
    1. Story ist absolut schlecht und vorhersehbar.
    Im allgemeinen sehr schlecht 2. Charakter haben keinerlei tiefe, sind unglaubwürdig und kommen gerne mal in vergessenheit

    This game is a masterpiece. Gameplay, graphics, leveldesign is a 10. The story is a matter of taste but in my opinion also a 10. A revenge story has never been so well illuminated from multiple perspectives. The game takes all video games to a new level. It is grown up and brave. Please make your own opinion.

    I’ve seen and read a lot of reactions for this game and boy howdy, are they radically split. You are either going to hate this game or love this game. Probably because the story is charged with so many different and sometimes conflicting emotions. I loved it, I’ve never experienced the level of emotional attachment to a video game character before. For a lot of people it may even be a little bit uncomfortable at times but that’s by design and you come out at the end having learned some pretty big life lessons. Then there’s the setting which is the same setting we fell in love with in the first game mixed with a much more polished gameplay system and some impressive, next-gen style character animations and rendered environments makes you to keep wanting to go back in and experience the amazing game again and again.     Nothing short of a masterpiece! Don't even need to mention the excellent graphics and gameplay. Story on the other hand is very unique and thoughtful. I have never been this invested in a game since TLOU1. Of course I have some critiques but they are so minor that I don't even hesitate giving a 10/10.
    I am sure this game will slowly get it's accomplishment recognized as more people    Nothing short of a masterpiece! Don't even need to mention the excellent graphics and gameplay. Of course I have some critiques but they are so minor that I don't even hesitate giving a 10/10.
    I am sure this game will slowly get it's accomplishment recognized as more people experience it.

    To mention some of the minor critiques I have:
    - I think Abby is written perfectly, however the game takes too much time to set the foundations for her which makes the pacing fall at times. This also means we get to play less as Ellie and I LOVED playing as Ellie.
    - I'd love to see more of the normal life in Jackson, which we did see some but didn't feel enough.    … Expand

    Its not getting a 0 ONLY because of gameplay and graphics refinement. TLOU was always about the characters and events they go through, how they live through those events and what will become. TLOU 2 is just garbage. Game's story is so cringeworthy that sometimes I wanted to just throw my controller out of the window and burn my ps4. SuBvErt ExpEcTAtiOns my ass.

I didn't like Abby, I wanted her dead the whole game, and I don't agree with the final decision of the writers. But that doesn't make the game any worse.     As someone who actually played the game from start to finish and letting it settle before rating it, I am satisfied giving it 10/10 now. It's a damn masterpiece just like the first. Even better gameplay and even more of an emotional roller coaster. Avoiding this game is just doing yourself a disservice, imo.

К сожалению многие недалекие люди в игре , кроме ЛГБТ повестки (которой, как таковой нет) ничего не видят. Они не видят прекрасную музыку, которая заставляет тебя погружаться в сюжет и переживать. Они не видят ширных кат-сцен, начиная с начала и до конца игры, я удивлялся происходящему все больше и больше, я переживал, бывало пускал слезу и сопереживал. люди не видят прекрасно проработанного мира и NPS, которые реально стали живые (если бы вы не просто пробегали игру на отвали, а слушали диалоги и читали записки, то вы бы тоже это поняли). Боевка стала еще круче и более мясной, эти звуки ударов, стоны врагов, заставляют чувствовать вес оружия. Разбивать ломом головы врагов одно удовольствие. Лично для меня сюжет просто на 10/10, я как и многие другие с самого начала не взлюбил Эбби, но когда я начал играть за. этого персонажа, я проникся ее историей и стал сопереживать и думать "а как бы поступил я?". Чем дальше проходишь по сюжету, тем больше понимаешь, что Эбби в игре не просто так и свои поступки они совершает не просто так (не ради удовольствия) , с помощью нее игра показывает, что в этом мире, нет только плохих или только хороших людей. Они совершают плохие поступки в силу сложившихся обстоятельств, игра показывает тебе сложившуюся ситуацию от лица Элли и от лица Эбии, ты видишь, как они переживают это и, что чувствуют, когда элли пытала врага и после вернулась на базу, она начала плакать и удивляться тому, что смогла пойти на пытки человека ради информации, она осознала, что сделала и ей стало плохо. Я бы на месте разработчиков уделил бы больше внимания Дине, потому что персонаж по своей роли интересный и хотел бы знать о ней побольше.
    Уважаемые игроки старайтесь играть в игры с целью игры, а не с целью поиска пропаганды ЛГБТ.
    Я считаю, что каждый увидел в игре, то что хотел увидеть.
    Я хотел увидеть жестокую и грустную историю, и я ее увидел.
    Изначально я хотел снять -1 балл за волосатый подмышки Дины, но когда прошел игру до конца, понял, что какие-то подмышки не самый лучший аргумент для снижения оценки, я прочувствовал историю, погрузился в нее с головой, я переживал за героев и орал + неумные игроки наставили игре, В ДЕНЬ ЕЕ РЕЛИЗА, 0 БАЛЛОВ (не играл, но осуждаю).
    Мне жалко, что такие прекрасные игры требуют долгих и упорных лет разработки, и так быстро заканчиваются. Игра очень с сильной историей на тему мести и глубокой моральной повесткой, которая заставляет задуматься.
    Я хочу сказать, что такая же волна негативной критики будет ждать и cyberpunk 2077, игроки ждут слишком многого и сами не знают, чего хотят.

    What a game. We played it in about 35hrs within 3 days; we even sat an alarm to get up early to continue playing - and overslept it cause we were playing from 8:30am until 2:30am the first day. We waited for this story to continue for 7 years and we just consumed it like there is no tomorrow - which I wouldn‘t recommend as I suffered from migraine and severe devastation for the following 4 days. I‘m too old for this sh*t.
    Back to the game: the DETAILS!!! The facial expressions of the characters as you play them is unbelievable. They talk to each other as you play, they comment on items you find, Ellie is even biting her nails sometimes; there even was a plastic bag flying through the air in post apocalyptical Seattle! When Abby bit her lip in that one video sequence!!! I could go on forever and the most important thing is the STORY (I just particularly love these DETAILS): I remember how I completely didn’t expect the ending of the first part. I was shocked. Is this the ending!? But!? The cure!? How is she going to believe anything...!? What is!!?? I ended up convincing my husband to immediately restart the game (it was 1am in 2013) as I was sure it had to be a decision-ending and that he simply made that decision and that we can change the ending. Yeah, pathetic. It was THAT kind of a shock. 7 years of discussions about what would happen next between Joel and Ellie and legitimation of Joel’s decision and a never ending nerve-racking WAIT until the story finally continued this June. We consumed the story (we had broken up years ago but yes, we still play games together cause they‘re magic and we cool). We played through the whole story, taking whatever Naughty Dog was throwing at us; at times I was crawled like an embryo and breathing heavily holding together my grief and anger about all the damn perspectives they force me to undergo, stubbornly continuing the damn game in silly hopes of a happy ending (I can hear Naughty Dog laughing [and my ex]). That sh*t hurt. I was SO angry with Naughty Dog. I had gone through too many different yet most devastating emotions in too little time. I‘m sensitive, I‘m empathic; YOU GUYS!!!!! That stuff hurt so bad. In part one you had that one spectacular decision in the end - Naughty Dog must have just said DANG IT, WE‘RE JUST DOING IT! and that‘s what they must have thought on part two every other WEEK. The plot changed faster and heavier than we could ever expect; every possible heart break just HAPPENED; that moment when you switch to Abby... I simply LOVE ABBY and she turned to be my new true hero of The Last Of Us - THERE, I said it!!! I was with Joel and Ellie in the beginning and then ND forced me to realize how brutal and relentless they are (and Tommy). I had spent YEARS trying to JUSTIFY Joel‘s decision (which I never accomplished - in contrast to my ex) which was FORCED on me by Naughty Dog and now the same people show me that IT INDEED WAS THE WRONGEST DECISION EVER MADE and it caused nothing but GRIEF and SORRY - but they don‘t stop there: you have to play Abby and (when you played the game open hearted) find her to be sensitive, strong, smart, afraid of heights, desirable - simply find to love her - find her dad to be the DANG SURGEON (knowing he will be murdered) - find Owen to be her true love (knowing he will be murdered) - ALSO the surgeon takes care of the former zoo animals LIKE THEY ARE TAKING AWAY EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL WE THOUGHT WE HAD, WE THOUGHT JUSTIFIED JOEL‘S DECISION sorry. Long story short: It was like in that episode of Malcolm in the Middle where Dewey finds his "evil twin" but soon he has to realize that this boy is the good twin and HE is the evil one himself. With the difference that Abby also falls for revenge and therefore finally ruins her life so far as well. I hate people. Thank you Naughty Dog, I truly hate you guys. This is the most incredible journey of emotions, human abysses and stunning graphics ever created. My ex died two times ingame when the first dog attacked us - I wanted him to figure out a way without killing the dogs, but yeah, you also force us to kill dogs. I wondered if there ever is enough time to cope with The Last Of Us Part II - sadly Naughty Dog will give us plenty of years to deal with the aftermaths. I want ABBY and ELLIE saving the world TOGETHER; nothing less¡!! My only wish for all further christmases and shooting stars is that civilization will make it until The Last Of Us Part III - The Remnants

It plays great on the PS4 Pro, I did notice some slight drops in FPS when a lot of water was present but aside from that the game is flawless and the HDR implementation is very impressive if you can take advantage of it.

    I feel this sets the benchmark extremely high for all other single-player narratives. I don't want to give anything away but the complexity of the story is excellent and keeps you wanting to play on and on to reach the next piece of the puzzle, with numerous flashbacks, and intertwining plotlines adding something very special not found in many other games, it kept me guessing and I found it very hard to put down, a few enjoyable late nights were had getting fully immersed in this post-apocalyptic world.

    I was a huge fan of the first game and feel that this sequel did it justice. I'm not so shocked that people review bombed the game, because I know that with controversial decisions there will always be a mixed bag of emotions and opinions but all that aside, I would highly recommend this game. Please don't pass up on a very rewarding experience, keep an open mind, and just enjoy the ride - thank me later.    … Expand

    Great game but part 1 is superior in all aspects apart from graphics. Still, a must play for PS4 owners but may disappoint diehard Part 1 fans. Myself included.

Joel now is a monster who killed an innocent man (how many brains did your daddy cut off before Ellie's, huh Abby? But of course it was in a name of the mankind so doesn't count). And Ellie is a psycho who cuts out crowds of people (according to the ending - with no reason aka just because).
    Do u really think i would be happy to spend 10 hrs of playing character that have killed Joel in such a disgusting and cruel way. Really? Who in the world could think it's a good idea? Ellie killed like 1k of ppl and in the end realised that revenge it's BAD and leads to nowhere. Wooow. Very long and boring game. Esp. second part. It was a torture for me. They totally changed Ellie's face (hi Anita, do u really think that all women in games should look "more realistic" like u))). One point for graphic and closing credits song.    … Expand

    This is emotional rollercoaster. The plot is engaging and you can just feel emotions of the characters. This is a story of tragedy, story of people who just can't live normally because of their past. Everyone hero has his backstory and trying to do their best. And its great. With really good gameplay, it is one of the best games i played.

This game is freaking amazing and the story is really damn good. Its deep and got a lot of unexpected twists. Just loved the feeling of the game and how they made it even darker than in the 1st game, though the 1st was heavy as hell.     I've seen many people online and videos on YouTube talk and show how the game is a BROKEN piece of trash. So many glitches and bugs.
    -Story....the worst part of the whole game. We waited 7 years for this. Boring characters, boring old rEvEnGE story which we've TOTALLY NEVER seen before in a movie or videogame. Not just that but it executes it badly. The whole point is that revenge is bad, Abby gets her revenge and is awarded for it but Ellie goes through living hell and is punished for seeking her revenge. You literally cannot emotionally connect with the characters, and the way they try to make you to feel bad about your actions is so bad but not only that but they repeat it many times through the game. The way they try to make you sympathize with Abby is by making Ellie look like the villain, really shows their writing skills. The dialogue is so bad and the only way they could have done that to Joel was by making him stupid.
    Don't believe those fake 10/10 who literally give no explanation for their score. Only thing you'll see them say is "masterpiece","game of the year","amazing story","don't listen to the haters". In other words they say "dude trust me". They don't back up their opinion at all unlike all the people who give it a negative score who explain why they did so.
    Final words:
    Complete garbage, a waste of time and money. Keep your money for Ghost of Tsushima or Cyberpunk.    … Expand

    As for the Story - Some people will not like it others will Love it .... And When i say Love it , it doesnt mean i m happy about it .. its just not a typical ending we see in all games .. This is not Uncharted ... Its the Last of us .. and its name itself tells you the sorrow story !!

    This is obviously the Last Jedi of video games. Some people hated it because it didn't tell the story they wanted. Some people hated it for having characters that are "other". Some people very obviously trashed it without even playing it. I'd bet money that in ten years this is as highly regarded as the first game.

    It shows us the dark side of humanity. The world does not revolve around Ellie and Joel this time. There are points in the story where I just thought is ridiculous, like Ellie coming back for Abby late in the game. When Tommy said before he's had enough, now, Tommy is keen on getting revenge even going as far as to guilt-tripping Ellie. I also thought that Scar/Seraphites was forced into the game.

    Gameplay:

    This game is a slap in the face to everyone that loved the first game. Do not buy this and save your money. The truth and context of this game is much worse than the leaks. The gameplay is very average in today's modern gaming generation. There are minor improvements from the first game and enemy AI is dumb as ever. There are more cut scenes and walking than actual gameplay.

    I am not gonna sit here and talk about graphics and gameplay because that's not what TLOU has ever really been about. It's about really taking you to the limit emotionally, it makes you feel the characters Hate, anger, pain, depression as well as reasoning for each and all actions...
    I found myself in tears often in the game and in absolute aw at how this all was unfolding. Yes you play as the person who kills Joel and why?.... because Naughty Dogg builds this hate inside you at a level that you despise Abby and you want nothing more than to see her suffer... And then you play through her story and form a bond with her and the characters in her life...you form sympathy towards her and see the pain Joel caused when he murdered her father...and you realise the love you have for these characters, Joel and Ellie Stems purely from the fact that you share the same perspective as those characters( from the first game) and you forget that it's that exact perspective that blinds you from the ripple effects and consequences of their choices and actions...so when you play as Abby and realise Abbys perspective...it changes everything in the way you think and feel about all these characters and their stories... To Ellie Abby is the monster who took Joel away from her, To Joel the monsters are the people who tried to take Ellie away from him and to Abby Joel is the monster who took her father from her... That's excluding all the other character development in the game(each side losing more loved ones to this dark path) basically in my opinion what Naughty Dogg achieved here is to create a story and narrative so immersed and visceral that it completely goes over alot of people's heads...years from now, Mark my words this game will be hailed as one of the greatest ever made    … Expand

    But i don't like the quick time events, but there always the same button, so its okay. the graphics are amazing, the character are great, the gameplay is very nice, love it. It has no open world, but the gameplay reminds me a bit about metal gear solid 1. I like this game,    NO SPOILER...

    The game is absolutely brilliant. It was obvious the game had no future with the same heroes after the first part. It was great to dive into new characters and I can't wait to see where the story goes in part 3.

    Game is good, people who send death threats to Laura Bailey are also same people review bombing and giving Tlou2 0/10. If you take them out the user review would actually be an 8

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Gameplaywise and all the other stuff (cinematics, animations, acting etc.) this game did everything better than part I. Practically perfect. Though I got to say that I had wished for weapon melee animations. Going from adsing to meleeing is far from fluid but that's a bit nitpicky.

    What breaks this game for me are the characters and the story told. The story in and of itself is fine. As a standalone game I would've given it a 7 probably. The message of "revenge is bad" has been done a million times before and wasn't standing out too much from others imho, so definitely not a 10.

    What makes this a 5 in my eyes then? Apart from weird and uncharacteristic character behaviour at parts and subpar pacing - it's the whole premiss and tone. It's the expectation I and many others had going into this story (I played through the game spoilerfree, currently on seattle day 1 of my 2nd playthrough - just wanted to throw that out before I forget). While TLOU1 had many heartwarming moments in a depressing world, showing the light of Joel's and Ellie's relationship in an endless sea of darkness, TLOU2 didn't offer such moments. At the end the game was 24h of pure depression and 1 hours of the beautiful museum flashback. People that were hoping to explore the relationship of Joel and Ellie were left hanging. Waiting 7 years for your favourite character to disappear right at the start of the story is a real mood killer. Telling the story through flashbacks and the eyes of the villain was a great idea but in my eyes poorly executed. For me personally it never clicked. The second I got to play as Abby, there was always this one though lingering in my mind: "You killed Joel, I don't care anymore." And making us play as and get to know Abby AFTERWARDS always felt forced. You knew right away what the intention of that bit was. Yes, people have different perspectices and in her mind she was justified. But making me like an unlikeable character when it was clear that I was just playing this whole 10 hour bit for this idea alone - to make me like her, to make me understand her. It just did not work out. I would've been much more sympathetic if I had got to know Abby beforehand. If I did not think of her action at the start of the game as IRREDEEMABLE!    … Expand

    I really enjoyed the game and understood what the history wanted to tell us, if we never learn to forgiven the wars will never end. I liked the story as well.

    If the story in a story game sucks, but everything else could be perfect the game would still suck. Use this for TLOU2 but without everything else is perfect.

    This game is a mess in almost every sense of the word. The story is ridiculous, as if a child had written it after reading a children's book on the morals of "treat others as you would like to be treated".

    Numerous plot holes, lack of chemistry between characters, unlikable personalities from everyone besides the old characters, it's insane how such a low effort story made its way onto this series.

    And who cares about the gameplay when the developers were clearly only trying to sell its story? If all you talk about in trailers and interviews is the story, then that's what I'm going to focus on. Good graphics are easy to do nowadays, gameplay is just copy-paste of a 7 year old game with mindless new additions that don't take away the repetitive aspect of it. It's a mess, a waste of money, and honestly, a disgrace to the series, which seems to have died already at the second game.

    Maybe the company shouldn't have fired the people that actually made good games like Amy Hennig or Bruce Straley. I think little druck is probably angry knowing he'll never reach the talent or creativity of those two.    … Expand

    Joel died to early and Ellie should have killed abby! Wtf was that ending. All they trailer were fake with joel they tricked us.... In my opinion the story would be better if it would be like this: Dinna dies in the beginning and in the end joel dies to protect ellie. After that Ellie kills abby!!!! Wtf was that story Ellie kills everyone but then she don't kill abby cause... she saw a Flashback with joel??? I hate Neil druckmann.    … Expand

    The Last of Us Part II is the high point of the PlayStation 4. The plot is controversial, but the game is the incredibly addictive adventure of Ellie, from which it is impossible to pull away from the opening and to the very end.

    Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.
