    By far one of the worst games I’ve ever played. Combat is pretty terrible. The campaign is single payer only, no multiplayer. Matchmaking is a joke. I sit in lobby for 2 hours to find someone to play with in multiplayer and by the off chance I find someone to play with, they are stationary at the starting point of the game. Think of playing Anthem or Destiny with no one to play with. The combat feels like everything is based on “Power Rolls”. You have 5 power? Enemy destroys you at power 6. This game is unbalanced, nothing like the trailers, you do not feel like a super hero. You feel like a noob for even thinking of purchasing this cash grab of a game. What a waste of an avengers game. Yea you can fly around as iron man, that’s it. Can’t complete the campaign with friends, can’t even find people in matchmaking to play the co-op with, which is 20 missions of the same thing. Ridiculous. What a waste of money. Worst game I’ve ever bought. Not even close to what the trailers show you. The trailer is literally the first level of campaign mode. Where you play all the characters by yourself. No crazy set pieces in multiplayer, just mundane fetch quests with enemies that are way to hard to beat for a superhero. This game had promise. It was meant to be fun. I honestly have no fun in sitting in a lobby waiting for other players to join then doing fetch quests leveling up my gear for the next fetch quest. Whoever made this game are complete idiots. This is the worst game I’ve ever played on a technical level, and I’ve probably played all AAA games ever made. Trust me this is not the Avengers game that you want. Graphics are outdated too. What a wasted of a brand. Go F**k yourself Marvels The Avengers. I hope you don’t steal. I hope you don’t steal money from anyone else. If you like this game you are a pleeb with no motivation or a brain. You can go f**k yourself too. You don’t belong in gaming. Just because it has an avengers “Skin” means nothing when the game is a wreck of bs fetch quests and no matchmaking capabilities . Garbage. 0/10

    This isn't even a game, it's a glorified casino. If you want to get the entire game, DLC, mictrotransactions, pre-order bonuses, etc. You'll be looking at well over 1000 dollars. Save your money for a real game that's not so greedy.

    After 2 months this game is a massive failure. Nowhere near all the hype and EVERYTHING CD and SE promised will not be available any time soon. Copy and paste content. Repetitive mission type. Broken matchmaking, corrupted save games with real money credits not being addressed by the devs. Generic and overpriced skins. No roadmap nor new content coming soon.

    l was actually pretty hyped for this game as l am a marvel fan, but this game turned out to be what l was afraid. I don't understand why devs chose to go Anthem way when they could have made something amazing. Why would l want to grind while l am playing as Hulk? Just let me cause havoc. A huge wasted game.

    This isn’t a review inasmuch as a thanks to the numerous people who own the game have rated it and made me make my decision in whether or not purchase. I won’t be buying it. I love the MCU, I love the movies, but simply put this isn’t good enough. Too many negatives and I won’t be investing so it’s a no from me. The fact the a lot of the main critic reviews aren’t out either.

    One of the worst games I’ve ever played. Areas drop to like 3 fps, motion blur is sickening, enemies and enemy varsity’s or boring, almost no bosses and has the worst kind of mobile like monetization.. it’s a full priced game too. Has $20 skins. No thanks

    This is Anthem 1.5 and thats not good! Sure you can have a little fun leveling your hero but after you get to the "end game" you are F. Developers probaly never played their game. Do like anthem, go back and release when its done.

Why not influence the Arkham games or Spiderman on PS4 and make a fun experience but no, they had to completely do it there own way and they gave us this garbage

    Jogo chato (história e persongens ruins), repetitivo (sem variação de nada, vc faz a mesma coisa o jogo inteiro), mal feito (parece que eles não sabem que precisa manter pelo menos uns 25 quadros por segundo). Simples assim, essa é a definição de MArvel's Avengers.

    Imagine filling a sock with mayonnaise and then trying to wear that sock for an entire day. That's the only way I can describe the experience of playing this game. I didn't even pay for it as it was part of Gamepass and I want a refund. Absolutely not worth 70$, not even worth 20$, wait till it's a 10$ bargain bin game to play it.

There is not matchmaking, there are a LOTS of BUGS the entire experience of game is ruined by multple factors that are not acceptable in the 2020. I've give away my copy for desperation.

    Avengers does the bare minimum and feels like a bad destiny clone it has mind numbing gameplay and combat is just using 1 button 98% of time.

    This game has an feature called Microtransactions. The thing that ruined the entire gaming industry. They just used the title Avengers to make another cash grab repetitive grindy microtransactions filled game that selld for a price that only complete games should be soldfor 60-80$.. Too little focus on story, hence the extremely short campaign. Disappointed, so much potential, just lost.

    Cheap gameplay with lots of options to dish out more real life money for crap skins. This is insulting. Don't give this company any money. Sick of unfinished games, that are full price, with outrageous amounts of content devoted to micro-transactions.

    Este juego está tan mal hecho que me siento robado, tiene muchas caídas de FPS y texturas malas incluso en cinemática, se traba el juego constantemente y me pide muchas micro transacciones por algo que ya pague y ni completo esta. De que me sirve ponerme más
    Mamadicimo si no me los ponen al mismo nivel de nuevo, no tiene gracia.

    Everything’s broken, glitched or (in the best scenario) just bugged, DON’T buy this game, it’s been almost a year after launch and we’ve only got more and more lazy MTX €15 each, the “different suits” are just recolors (from €10 to €15), you have to pay for the “free” content if you want to play it fully (€10 for each character except the original 6 avengers).     A buggy boring mess. Bland, empty environments. Lame art style; character models and color pallette are dull. Insanely repetitive. Lacking in depth. Characters are classless making the multiplayer pointless. total pass. annoying modern dialogue. we waited almost a decade for this, and this is the best they could do. down with games as a service.

    It could’ve been a great single player title. The publisher chose to go down the game as a service path though, and those who prefer to play solo need to tackle run-of-the-mill co-op missions. The multiplayer on the other hand is messy, chaotic and in the long run boring. When the developers manage to fix the most pressing bugs and find a way to bring more variety to co-op, this might become a solid game. Right now, I can only recommend it to the biggest fans of the Avengers. [11/2020, p.26]

    This is the perfect example of "Games as a Service" done right. Marvel's Avengers offers up a superb campaign story to play through that is promised to be expanded on in the future. The gameplay may be repetitive, but it includes just enough to keep players interested and invested in the endgame content that is available now to keep this game going until the next step in its roadmap. The possibilities and potential in the future here are hugely exciting.

    There have been plenty of moments during my time with Marvel's Avengers where I’ve genuinely had a great time. But this game keeps finding ways to drag itself down- at times it almost feels like it goes out of its way to do so. There’s just so much here that I can’t overlook, no matter how hard I may try. An unnecessary and broken loot system, a litany of horrible technical issues, uninspired and one-note mission design, and a story that fails just as much as it succeeds- it doesn’t matter how mindlessly fun the combat is, it isn't enough to overcome such a heavy list of problems.
