    Earth's Crappiest Heroes in a barebones game & to be honest you might as well call it The Avengers Division of Anthem’s Destiny & if you get triggered by my opinion i suggest you behave yourself because i would rather play 2018 Spider-Man then this disappointing rubbish so guys don't buy this one believe me it's not worth it for $60 & one more thing as well it's a buggy & broken mess

Glitch after glitch, from missing sound effects, to eyes disappearing, to spinning characters, it's insane...     Absolutely empty, pointless and trash. Games have become so bad these days in releasing this sort of thing for $60. This is like physical proof of how anyone can throw anything together despite it being poor and put it out there for sale. The gaming community or audience needs to become even more apprehensive about purchases than it already is

    This game has one of the worst level designs I ever seen in a AAA game. The combat is so boring and repetitive. The boss fights in this game are a joke. There is barely any boss battles, despite being a superhero game. The physics are laughable. The pacing is awful.

    The camera in this game is beyond horrible, making the game tedious.     Love the fact that Square Enix released a Marvel game with such beautiful graphics. The story is immersive and the aesthetics of the AIM enemies are true to the ones in the comics. I was astonished by the fact that this game was dubbed and subbed in other languages. A must buy for any Marvel fan! Can't wait to see more characters added!

    Believe it when people who played this game's beta thought the game was disappointing. The problems this game has are baked in and a full release wouldn't fix those problems. It has pretty dry combat with pretty uninspired level design wrapped in looter systems. Just imagine Anthem but with melee.     IP-wrangling exclusive content forced by Sony and allowed by Disney. Another GAAS game to waste your time. Free to pay cosmetic prices in your premium game. Bugs, crashes, performance issues galore. Local saves can be exploited or hacked so your progession is pointless.

    Was so excited, then the demo came out and I said ehh. Now I've had the game for 3 days now... What's the point of this game? It seems like a cluster of button mashing. All you do is guard areas and survive waves of enemy's gets oils within hours. A polished hollow game. I'd take my money back and wipe my ass before buying again

And if their priority at deterring the community through micro transactions was a goal then I’d say they did pretty well. The graphics aren’t **** but nothing impressive for end of console generation game, and whilst graphics is a pretty weak scrutiny to make you would expect a Triple AAA developer with a PlayStation exclusive backing and the Avenger reputation to make something that could at least compare to Uncharted 3. Overall a ****e experience, the adrenaline induced hype I had when going into this game quickly died down when I realised this game could be finished in less than 10 hours flat, realistically this is just a **** quick grab cash scheme that has went poorly for PlayStation (who have dominated this generation and delivered some of the best exclusives that have ever been released). I do feel sympathy for PlayStation, but I think it just highlights the initiative to digress from multiplayer experiences, which are low in quality calibre and oversaturated, and instead focus on single player experiences only. The moment you bring multiplayer into the mix it begs the question of how good the overall game quality is going to be as it only causes studio resources to be diverted towards lucrative monetary aesthetic items whilst they could otherwise be supplemented to making the game a better more jubilant experience.… Expand

    But exclusive costumes and characters, lots of bugs, f2p payment model inside a full priced game and uninspired game-as-a-service missions bring it down to 4.

The idea of a cooperative avengers game, with the ability to upgrade your heroes sounds great but after 9 hours of play (which I'll admit is probably not a huge amount for GAAS game) I'm thoroughly worn out. Unfortunately then come the bland open sand boxes littered with inane objectives from, beat up these guys for a chest, or stand in this circle while things attack you. Remember that amazing comic scene where Iron Man and Thor defended a circle for 40 seconds, yeah me neither. The game is very much at odds with it's source material and the game struggles to really set an engaging pace. The flight controls are a mess, the melee combat lacks impact, and the objectives are boring. The story is kind of interesting but you have to wade through a poor game to experience it.     Generic and boring world design. Nothing particularly innovative about combat. It’s ok for a single play through but lacks replayability. I’d definitely wait for a big price drop.

    Otimização terrível mesmo com requisitos acima dos recomendados.
    Stutters, quedas bruscas de FPS e Crashando em momentos completamente aleatórios

    2- PROBLEMAS NO JOGO EM SI.
    O jogo começa muito bem em uma forma linear, mas sua qualidade despenca a partir das primeiras missões na Mesa de Guerra, o jogo se torna completamente maçante e com uma narrativa fraca, com mapas cheios de informações na tela, chegando a deixar o jogador tonto...
    O combate é excelente... nas primeira horas...
    Inimigos se resumem apenas a robôs, robôs e robôs genéricos, e são sempre o mesmos que aparecem ao longo da campanha inteira, fora os mesmos 2 tipos de Boss que são reciclados o tempo todo.

    Os objetivos das missões? Geralmente ir do ponto A ao ponto B, matando e matando mais robôs, com alguns “puzzles” simples e porcos pelo caminho apenas para dar uma falsa sensação de diversidade, alem de ter muito grind, tudo é EXTREMAMENTE REPETITIVO.

    O mapas são simples e sem graça, repleto de plataformas flutuando sem sentido, causando uma confusão visual enorme, trazendo uma ambientação tecnológica genérica e o sistema de Gear é desnecessário e raso, tendo que trocar a todo tempo a cada 4 minutos...

    3- EXCLUSIVIDADE SPIDER-MAN

    Gostaria de pontuar um problema que alguns podem julgar como “pequeno”, mas convido-lhes a analisar comigo.

    Práticas de exclusividade em jogos multi-plataforma não devem ser vistas por jogadores como algo “normal” nos dias atuais, pois se trata de práticas ultrapassadas, gananciosas e abusivas, visando apenas lucro das empresas e desrespeitando os fãs. Além de desmotivar completamente a compra do jogo em outras plataformas...

    A Sony ao contrário do que muitos acham, detém apenas os direitos dos filmes do personagem, todo o resto envolvendo Games, HQs, Brinquedos e etc, cabem unicamente a Marvel, real detentora do Cabeça de Teia.
    A exclusividade sem sentido foi anunciada sem aviso ou explicações por parte da desenvolvedora (CD) ou da distribuidora (SE), um dos maiores descasos com os jogadores que presenciei em toda minha vida acompanhando a indústria dos Games, uma completa falta de ética profissional excluir cerca de 60% da Playerbase do jogo, beneficiando apenas a Sony ($$$$).

    Aos que acham besteira toda essa reclamação sobre a exclusividade de um único personagem (é apenas uma DLC eles dizem), eu lhes digo; um jogo ao estilo “Live Service” onde absolutamente TODO conteúdo lançado posteriormente é tão importante quanto o jogo base, trancar um personagem em uma plataforma é LITERALMENTE CORTAR grande conteúdo das outras, tendo em vista que não apenas o mesmo será exclusivo, como também sua missão especial contando com um vilão único.
    além de tudo isso, Spider-Man é o super-herói MAIS popular da Marvel, tentam nos empurrar de que não pretendiam coloca-lo no jogo e então “veio a Sony chegando sem ninguém esperar e propondo o financiamento do personagem”... patético... Apenas vejam como exemplo o LEGO Marvel, Super Heroes 1/2 e Avengers, Marvel vs Capcom Infinity (todos multi plataforma) e também o Ultimate Alliance 3 exclusivo do Switch, o aranha está EM TUDO.
    NÃO ACEITEM ISSO, NÃO ACEITEM MIGALHAS, NÃO APOIEM ESSE TIPO DE PRÁTICA NA INDUSTRIA, POIS SÓ TENDE A PIORAR....

    Fora a exclusividade e otimização porca, nota-se um desrespeito gigantesco com os jogadores de PC.
    Eu nunca me senti tão destratado, apenas por ter escolhido uma plataforma diferente para jogar...

    4- CONCLUSÃO
    Marvel Avengers é um jogo medíocre, sem alma e sem amor, feito nas pressas com o objetivo de lucrar o MAXIMO de dinheiro possível, apoiando-se no nome “Vingadores” que é extremamente popular no mundo todo e sugando os fãs o máximo que podem.
    (Acordos de exclusividades e microtransações já anunciadas comprovam isso.)

    Uma pena, pois o sonho da Kamala de conhecer seus heróis era parecido com o meu..
    Quem dera poder conhecê-los através de sua gameplay e de uma experiencia agradável com cada personagem.
    Um sonho de infância que é destruído com tanto egoísmo e práticas sem sentido.

    É como se a Kamala quisesse conhecer seus heróis.. mas um deles está preso em um lugar distante sem acesso, e os outros estão completamente deturpados e usados como máquinas de fazer dinheiro....

    This is the worst game I've played since Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5, gameplay is so bad it's frustrating and just not fun. I really wanted this to be good but maybe I'm not enough of a marvel fanboy to enjoy a bad game because I like the characters.

The characters seem slow, the dodge function is garbage, and lock-on feature doesn’t work properly, and the aiming system doesn’t make sense for the crowd combat system. I wouldn’t even care that much, because it isn’t that fun, but after paying $60 for a game (I almost never buy games at release because I’m cheap) I feel entitled to a refund (which of course I can’t get). Also, Kamala Khan is a completely lame character, just a knock off Mr. Fantastic with social justice thrown in. Had I received it for any less than 60, I would've just given up.

    I loved the story, aside from a few plot points specifically designed to make characters do blatantly stupid things. I would've rather watched the campaign as a movie like Avengers Confidential. Mostly because the game play itself is either buggy or inherently flawed. I'm talking about dodging and evading. It seems to not do a damn thing.

    And then there's getting saddled with an underpowered hero for missions. Those were insanely frustrating. Getting hit 3 or 4 times and put down just became annoying. There WERE side quests to try to boost people but let's talk about those next. They're terrible.

    Waves of enemies, capture the point, whatever. The load times don't justify how short and ultimately pointless they are. Then let's toss in some Destiny style bounties that have no good point to them...and a gear system that doesn't add cosmetics (along with being so totally generic, they are meaningless) and you've got a lot of problems.

    I bought for the campaign. It was at least 13 hours long (would've been 10 I think if some of the systems in the game worked properly). I wish that the game play hadn't tainted the story for me because I was really loving it until I had to struggle bus through their bad systems (jumping and wall running was probably the worst).

    I would return this if I could. I'll likely never load it up again. Regardless of whatever 'plan' they have for keeping it going for years, it won't justify grinding with a game play system that's only a shuffle step above Anthem's horrible setup.

    All around, I say this is a straight do NOT buy. Save yourself from the frustration OR let them work out the bugs they should've been working on since the first closed beta but ignored.    … Expand

    I thought this game was going to be my new Destiny. It is nothing like Destiny, the graphics are ok, but I really wish they'd pony up for the real characters. I also wish the combat was more satisfying. It's a little dull and gets stale remarkably fast.

    I Knew this would happen. This game is so bad like why are there loot boxes in the game, and also the story is terrible, and the characters are terrible. Why not influence the Arkham games or Spiderman on PS4 and make a fun experience but no, they had to completely do it there own way and they gave us this garbage

There is no creativity, no interesting story or characters, but there is about 10 minutes of fun buried deep in there somewhere beneath the microtransactions.     This game will not make you feel like an Avenger. It's combat system is cluttered while the story and characters just feel cheap. It gets even worse with its repetitive missions/AI's and its cynical in-game microtransactions. I tried liking the game, but it was too passionless.

    Who asked for a Destiny kind of game with the Avengers? I wanted something similar to Spider-man or the Batman Arkham saga, not this Frankenstein of a game conceived in a meeting room full of greedy.executives. Also, technically the frame rate is choppy.

    A loot box game of the avengers lol. Even though it's a game based on popular characters, I don't see it going far. This is going to die fast. I went to twitch to see the popularity of this game and I was not surprised to see it just being the tenth most viewed game, it is boring and repetitive as hell.

    This is Anthem all over again but with the Marvel IP. The screen-shake is unbearable, the camera at times is awful and the combat is akin to a mobile phone button masher. GaaS will be the death of this game because content will be dry within a month with the endgame challenge being "add more enemy health" which is an artificial difficulty

    So, played a little more, and it's still so terribly clunky. and if you put a foot (or hand) wrong you have a longer than reasonable loading screen before you can get back into it. This kills any flow you might have and really it just feels like a poorly polished knockoff of so many other games. The camera and movement is still skittish and laggy. It just doesn't feel great. The environment design is nice, but that's about it. Deleted it in the end. Rare that i don't at least get through a campaign, but i think i was spoiled by Tsushima and The Last of us 2 , which are infinitely more polished.    … Expand

    The gameplay is so boring that the story of the game becoming uninteresting. Much of time is spent on weak enemies without absolutely any challenge and staying in that looping is frustrating.

    It's kinda fun, the VAs are nice, and the suits look cool... but that's about it.

    The story is meager, the graphics aren't impressive, the enemies didn't have any characters (just robots), I can't take MODO seriously,

    The game is horribly buggy (wtf facial animations), the multiplayer is a mess, and I doubt new heroes will make the game any better

The only strength of this game is having popular characters, which will not exist thanks to you, Spider-Man, who is a popular character for Xbox. Of course, gamers The Xbox did not lose much because the game is not worth that much.

    This is an awful cash grab. Full price base game with $10 battle passes for each character , exclusive outfits to random brands and Spider-Man being cut off from 2/3 of players. This wouldn’t be so bad if the game was good unfortunately it’s a bland games as a service game. Don’t buy this game it’s just a cash grab save your money and just rewatch the MCU films you will have a better time.

    It's also pretty clear that they don't want you to play this game single player. Once the missions start, it turns in to a co-op game. When playing single player, the computer takes control of the other player and does so poorly. The game might be a little more fun if you play with friends, but the fairly broken combat system will still ruin your experience overall.

    Let's talk about the combat system for a minute. The game tells you to do specific things to use abilities and such. Half the time, you can't get the abilities to work. When they do, they may not trigger when you want them to. To top it off, there's a ridiculous amount of additional animation for most move, which just leaves you completely vulnerable with no way to cancel out. This makes fights much more difficult than they should be.

    On the positive side, the game does look pretty nice on the PS4 Pro. I'd image the PC version would look even better. I only got the PS4 version since I got it for stupid cheap with due to a pricing error on Amazon. Even for the price I paid, I don't think the game was worth it or the time I spent playing it.    … Expand

    This is not a good game. Very poor level design that makes repeating missions very boring. Loot system shallow, you dont even see changes on your character when equipping different loot? Discusting microtransactions praying on young kids who are addicted to marvel. Story was ok that's why I gave a 3. Although characters are very bland wile talking. Just not a good game.

    It could’ve been a great single player title. The publisher chose to go down the game as a service path though, and those who prefer to play solo need to tackle run-of-the-mill co-op missions. The multiplayer on the other hand is messy, chaotic and in the long run boring. When the developers manage to fix the most pressing bugs and find a way to bring more variety to co-op, this might become a solid game. Right now, I can only recommend it to the biggest fans of the Avengers. [11/2020, p.26]

    This is the perfect example of "Games as a Service" done right. Marvel's Avengers offers up a superb campaign story to play through that is promised to be expanded on in the future. The gameplay may be repetitive, but it includes just enough to keep players interested and invested in the endgame content that is available now to keep this game going until the next step in its roadmap. The possibilities and potential in the future here are hugely exciting.

    There have been plenty of moments during my time with Marvel's Avengers where I’ve genuinely had a great time. But this game keeps finding ways to drag itself down- at times it almost feels like it goes out of its way to do so. There’s just so much here that I can’t overlook, no matter how hard I may try. An unnecessary and broken loot system, a litany of horrible technical issues, uninspired and one-note mission design, and a story that fails just as much as it succeeds- it doesn’t matter how mindlessly fun the combat is, it isn't enough to overcome such a heavy list of problems.
