    I fell in love with the Mafia series with Mafia 2. I eagerly awaited the release of 3 when it was announced, and ordered it for release day. I was somewhat disappointed with what I received. Graphics were improved from Mafia II (I would hope so, its been 6 years) - but the story really wasn't notable for me, and gameplay wasn't great either. Missions seemed repetitive and to follow aI fell in love with the Mafia series with Mafia 2. I eagerly awaited the release of 3 when it was announced, and ordered it for release day. I was somewhat disappointed with what I received. Graphics were improved from Mafia II (I would hope so, its been 6 years) - but the story really wasn't notable for me, and gameplay wasn't great either. Missions seemed repetitive and to follow a structure to advance the story. World was nice though and looked pretty nice.

    Excited to hear about the definitive edition being released in August with a remaster of 2 and a remake of the original, but I won't be looking to shell out for the trilogy because III missed the mark for me!    … Expand

    The game overall is a 6/10 I liked the story the story is a clear 8/10 mainly because of the choices that you make Gameplay is 7/10 because you can upgrade your character
    But the missions are repetitive as hell go and kill this racket and collect money so the missions get a 6/10 because there are some good missions not all of them are repetitive

    Один из самых спорных проектов последнего десятилетия в игровой индустрии, продолжение великой серии игр мафия ждали все, обычные геймеры и фанаты, но когда вышла мафия 3 никто не понял что хотели сказать своим проектом разработчики, Хочется начать с графики, за 6 лет которые прошли с выхода мафии 2 графика стала только хуже, неудачная световая гамма, плохое комбинирование цветов и чтоОдин из самых спорных проектов последнего десятилетия в игровой индустрии, продолжение великой серии игр мафия ждали все, обычные геймеры и фанаты, но когда вышла мафия 3 никто не понял что хотели сказать своим проектом разработчики, Хочется начать с графики, за 6 лет которые прошли с выхода мафии 2 графика стала только хуже, неудачная световая гамма, плохое комбинирование цветов и что самое главное отвратительная детализация и мыло, которое отображается даже на ультрах. Сюжет очень странный в начале нам рассказывают интересную историю, а уже к середине игры всё превращается в глупую мясорубку где ты должен в стиле рембо всех убивать. Физика оружия улучшилась по сравнению с предыдущими частями, теперь приятно стрелять с разного оружия и даже хочется попробовать все виды ганов, но это всё также не дотягивает до проектов современной игровой индустрии. Физика машин отвратительна, машины чувствуются пластмассовыми. Игра оставляет смешанные чувства и как правило негативные, но несмотря на всё мне было приятно провести время за игрой, особенно когда я не думал что это продолжение великой серии мафия.… Expand

Das hat Hangar 13 leider positiven Kritiken gekostet, Kritiken, die das Spiel aber eigentlich verdient hätte, denn vieles macht der Entwickler mit dem dritten Teil der Serie wirklich gut. Im Gegensatz zu den Vorgängern gibt es in der großenLeider ist der dritte Teil der Mafia Serie als völlig verbuggte, unfertige Version erschienen. Das hat Hangar 13 leider positiven Kritiken gekostet, Kritiken, die das Spiel aber eigentlich verdient hätte, denn vieles macht der Entwickler mit dem dritten Teil der Serie wirklich gut. Im Gegensatz zu den Vorgängern gibt es in der großen Open World des Spiels nun nämlich auch diverse Aufgaben und Nebenquests aufzuspüren. Wenn das Konzept auch lediglich der Ubisoft Formel folgt, so viel gab es in einem Mafia Spiel noch nie zu tun. Star des Spiels ist aber die wieder einmal hervorragend erzählte Geschichte, die neben Cut Scenes auch durch Filmschnipsel im Dokumentarstil realisiert wird. Das ist toll gemacht und gibt dem Spiel eine ganz eigene Note. Dass es dennoch nicht mit Open World Spielen von Sony oder Rockstar mithalten kann, liegt vor allem an schnell repetitiv werdenden Nebenaufgaben. Wer vor allem aber an einem guten Story Spiel in einer Open World interessiert ist, der kommt bei Mafia 3 sicherlich auf seine Kosten.… Expand

    I enjoyed the mechanics of the gameplay and the story but the game is way to repetitive. I mean people complain about checklist open world games like ubisoft games to be repetitive but to me those are not repetitive and I enjoy those but mafia 3 even I found it way to much of doing same thing over and over

    Pretty cool game but it reminds me alot of driver 2 for ps1 but you get to use weapons. I liked the setting of the story. Could have been a little better if they allowed you to actually use the businesses that you set up afterwards and have gang wars.

    Worst entry in the series.
    Game doesn't feel as open world as it should.
    Lots of bugs.
    Story was Average, gameplay felt outdated, wouldn't recommend Poor man's GTA is the best way to describe this game... play GTA5 instead.

    The game sucks! Going into the game I quit enjoyed the prologue but right after the prologue the game just becomes repetitive and boring. After for the prologue, all taht you will be doing is visiting A, A will tell you to what B is doing. You will destroy’s B’s business by doing the same **** thing. Going to one location killing a few guys, and destroying something by holding X. Then youThe game sucks!     The absolute definition of 'mixed bag'.

    I thoroughly enjoyed doing the side stuff and filler, I did every activity for every racket and I was engaged to play even after the game ended. The driving is delightful and the cars feel like they have weight. Story was fine. Gunplay was fine but I ended up playing stealthily most of the time. The DLCs are decent.     Not many activities in the open world, you can't go to a bar and drink or eat, little elements like that are missing.

    Police and its AI are very bad, so it makes me not want to have GTA-like chases with the cops for fun.    … Expand

    Un buen juego con una excelente historia que se ambientada en los en los Estados Unidos de la post guerra de Vietnam en los 70's, con un personaje entrañable como Lincoln Clay al cual acompañamos en su búsqueda de venganza en contra de aquellos que lo traicionaron.

    El juego no es perfecto y es injusto compararlo con un monstruo como GTA. La historia es definitivamente lo mejor y lo que    Un buen juego con una excelente historia que se ambientada en los en los Estados Unidos de la post guerra de Vietnam en los 70's, con un personaje entrañable como Lincoln Clay al cual acompañamos en su búsqueda de venganza en contra de aquellos que lo traicionaron.

    El juego no es perfecto y es injusto compararlo con un monstruo como GTA. La historia es definitivamente lo mejor y lo que hace que valga la pena jugarlo, por desgracia es casi lo único por lo que vale la pena jugarlo, los controles son buenos buenos, la inteligencia artificial de los enemigos no esta mal en general, aunque por momentos deja que desear; aun así, de verdad vale la pena jugarlo y acompañar a Lincoln en su travesía.

    + La historia de Lincoln Clay es la columna que sostiene el juego.
    + El DLC "Sign of the Times" te lleva a un estado del sur de Estados Unidos donde el racismo, la superstición y la magia es el pan de cada día.
    + Jugar las misiones con un estilo de "sigilo" es de lo más divertido que se puede hacer.

    - Un mundo abierto pequeño y vacío, con poca variedad de misiones.
    - Algunos Bugs absurdos y poca re-jugabilidad.
    -Nula inmersión el los negocios que vas obteniendo. (Sé que no es de estrategia ni gestión, pero solo cumples la misión, controlas el negocio y no hay más.)

This game have good but not lot details and good drive system and very good gun fight system and well storyline but this game is weak as mafia 1&2, this game not have useful gas station and have lot of bug but this game is well. Play this game and choice best Decisions and control the world

    El juego en cuestión no es malo, es un juego con buena música y conducción; la razón por la que le pongo este porque a aproximadamente 5 años de su lanzamiento el juego es casi imposible de platinar debido a los numerosos glichtes que tienen sus trofeos, lo que a gente como yo la cual colecciona platinos se le hace una pesadilla

    I played the first two Mafia games and I think the are genre classics. Mafia III is a bit of a let down. I like the graphics and the interview-style story, but it is repetitive and the AI is just bad. I hope the studio learns from the mistakes. Not bad but just not great. Overall rating: 7.4.

    Friggin amazing story. Best story since FF15. I didn't understand how it was a mafia game until the revenge plot unfolded (doesn't take long). Amazing action sequences, amazing cars and amazing music.

    There are some bugs still. I noticed the sunlight and shadows going crazy sometimes. But they are rare and honestly the story is SO good it doesn't matter.     Apparently I enjoyed this game much more than most people. I thought it was top notch throughout. The story was good. Graphics were good. The time period environment was great. Nice variety of cars and weapons. There were some very generic open world missions but to be expected from an open world game.     На днях полностью ее прошел уже с длс. Скажу так, длс в мафии 3 это лучшее, что есть в серии мафия 2 (хоть я и фанат мафии 2). Сама игра ведь тоже достойная, просто есть несколько минусов из-за которых игру в народе прозвали худшей игрой в истории. Я думаю, что каждому игроку серии мафия стоит ее пройти, кто проходит на пк качайте мод от гринда. Знаю, что оригинал весь был в багах и былНа днях полностью ее прошел уже с длс. Скажу так, длс в мафии 3 это лучшее, что есть в серии мафия 2 (хоть я и фанат мафии 2). Сама игра ведь тоже достойная, просто есть несколько минусов из-за которых игру в народе прозвали худшей игрой в истории. Mafia 3 takes place in the 1960s you are Lincoln Clay a guy who just came back from Vietnam he was living a normal life until a mob boss kills his entire family his son shoots him in the head but misses a critical shot. First for a 2016 game this is breathtakingly gorgeous the motion capture work is fantastic. TheMafia 3: I haven’t heard the N word so much since I heard a Lil Wayne song. First for a 2016 game this is breathtakingly gorgeous the motion capture work is fantastic. The cast is great but it’s just a little jarring to hear white people say the noey noey word, especially when one of them is Nathan Drake himself Nolan North. The game goes really big on racism from again Nolan North forming a **** KKK rally to the N word being said every sentence. Enough with all that the cars are very fun to use because they feel real and the car shooting is also very fun my favorite cars are the Sports cars because of how fast you can go. But it’s a shooter after all and it’s not a amazing shooter if it’s not bloody and lord have mercy this game is bloody. Even one pistol shot can splat brain matter everywhere and it’s amazing, the gun play is like a mix of Uncharted with the slow down mechanics from the Max Payne franchise. I haven’t played the other games but this is the one to play. It’s a very fun game of revenge and it has a great style of storytelling but the racism is a bit shocking but if you can look past that you will find a good game that is just a bit too long. Support this game even though unfortunately the studio shut down due to low sales of this game.… Expand

    Jogo mal otimizado! Preso, duro… péssimo. Parei na merda de uma missão de corrida que você precisa vencer mas os controles são um lixo. Não percam seu dinheiro nem se for na promoção.

    Из плюсов красивые сюжетные ролики и неплохие геймплейные решения в дополнении. В остальном игра ужа на, не тратьте время.

    Its stealth is too repetitive, its gunfights too familiar, and its driving too boring to support anything else that’s going on. Despite how clever it manages to be in portraying the conquest and control of a criminal enterprise, the nuts-and-bolts missions feel like busywork, and it never fully explores the most interesting aspects of its setting. It’s better than Mafia II, but that’s damning it with faint praise.

    It could have been a really great sandbox for one evening. It’s a shame the developers decided to extend it by over a dozen completely redundant hours, because they had fresh ideas for around one fifth of the campaign and made the rest of the game repetitive as hell. [12/2016, p.48]
