The entire game is filled with glitches, sometimes cant kick because the frames drop while kicking, this isnt just an issue on consoles either, I run nearly every game with over 60 fps, often 100+, but madden 21 is where myhad to create an account to just add on to this great uprising against EA, game is absolutely horrid, atrocious, practically a crime against humanity to release it.     Once again EA fails to meet its core players needs of creating a quality and feature packed football simulation game. Regrettably I was forced to purchase by a friend as I planned to hold out for the first time EVER. Again, sloppy animations, sloppy presentations and no quality presence of a sole provider of a NFL simulation game.

    NFL needs to drop the sole partnership with EA and get their money back. We the fans need competition as we haven’t had a good franchise mode or player mode since madden 06/07 IMO. Especially during a global crisis that has kept sports away and a possibility of a lost NFL season, EA failed big time on delivering a alternate NFL reality.

    Fire Sean Graddy, and anyone from EA who has ruined the game throughout the years.

    If there is no drastic redesign, animation or story mode changes this will be by far the last time I ever buy a EA NFL game.

    For Christ sakes, just copy 2k’s franchise and mygm modes to please the fans!!    … Expand

    The game is absolutely terrible. I would say I have no how idea how a game this terrible could be approved, but then I remember it’s an ea game. They need to fix franchise mode and stop ignoring their fan base. Their game is just a pay to win and can barely be called an improvement over last year.

    The rest of the game doesnt even stay the same. It gets worse every year. Its actually unreal. Franchise is the most abysmal, shallow, poorly implemented mode of ANY sports game franchise, and its not even close. The graphics are still terrible. The animations are still stiff. The atmosphere, even the basics like the sidelines, are out of ****ing 2006. The announcers and presentation, terrible. The highlight of the entire sport the superbowl? Literally the exact same animations and presentation for 4 years straight now. They may as well highlight this fact, because even stagnation would be a massive upgrade from what we have now.

    Every year i wait for this sports game to be even average within the context of peers, and it falls drastically short of that every time. Finally people are realizing en masse how pathetic EA is. I dont normally get worked up over games, but EA pays for exclusivity rights, and has a complete monopoly on the football gaming space. This piece of **** franchise is the only option. This review could be pages long, but whats even the point. I just needed to atleast add my decade long dissapointment to the list as people are finally done with this garbage.

    BTW if you still buy this game year after year, frankly, youre a clown ands crewing us all. Never has there been a more egregious example of phoning it in than Madden. Good job EA.    … Expand

    As a huge NFL fan and someone that has purchased Madden titles consecutively since 2004, this game is just an udder disappointment. I didnt think EA could go lower than what was the atrocity called Madden 20 but the somehow did it. For once EA, listen to use and please fix your mistakes. I want nothing more than to have an NFL sim game that I can actually enjoy.     After 2 days of playing...I just can't bring myself to playing it again... I deleted it from my system. Its time for someone else to make a NFL game. EA Sports is lagging so far behind in games these days. Enough 2nd chances. Enough is enough.

    I am with the #nfldropea movement now. It has been the same game since madden 17. It has showed no improvements to franchise or superstar mode since madden 13. Ultimate would be great if it wasn’t a micro transaction based game mode. However I realize that’s an unrealistic request. It’s just that the Whole game is focused around a game mode focused around micro transactions. We missI am with the #nfldropea movement now. It has been the same game since madden 17. It’s due to a company’s laziness. I think and hope that this is the last straw. It’s an awful game. It sucks because it has such a great tradition with so many people. I spent more time playing madden with my father than doing anything else. That tradition has passed & not because we got older, but because the games are awful. It’s sad. As long as people buy it, we as gamers lose. So please play something else for now. EA preaches change when there’s riots but hasn’t changed madden in 7 years.     Face of the Franchise is so bad, it's laughable. And thats the only thing that's changed from last year. I've bought every Madden since '99. It's a shame that I hadnt learned to stop giving them my money until now.

Além de atualização de elenco e times, o que daria pra fazer de graça no Madden 20.

    De resto, o MUT continua sendo o MUT, e continuam com os inúteis e maçantes Face of the Franchise e o Superstar KO, além de agora adicionarem o The Yard, um modo de jogo que absolutamente ninguém queria ou pediu, ou seja, a EA completou a tríade da inutilidade e de modos de jogo que todo mundo vai enjoar em menos de três meses. Ah, e como eu disse: o modo franchise que toda a comunidade cobrou mudanças, continua igual. Parabéns, EA!!

    É evidente que não vale a pena comprar esse jogo e eu espero do fundo do meu coração, mesmo já sabendo que não será, que esse tenha sido o último Madden que a EA fez o consumidor de bobo. Acorde para a vida, Eletronic Arts, ou pelo menos reconheça que vocês são preguiçosos e incompetentes, então revogue essa licença e deixe uma outra desenvolvedora fazer um jogo de futebol americano.     The fact that this game is trending in social media about how bad it really says a lot about EA and what they have done to Madden football. Nothing has changed since 17 and The Yard might be great, but cannot save a game like madden 21. If you buy this game, please understand you are buying updated rosters and The Yard, that’s it.

    All they did was change the title, home page, and add some new abilities. That's it, everything else is the same. Same glitches and errors that happen every year and are never fixed. This is the first year I feel like I have just thrown 80 dollars down the drain.

    The only difference is in name from last year's game. Madden has stopped listening to the fans and hopefully will lose the NFL licensing sponsorship due to poor quality and no improvements over previous years.

    Just go buy a used PS2 / Xbox / Gamecube, and buy Madden 04-08 and edit the rosters. Those games are way better. It's hilarious how bad this game is.

    Unplayable from the amount of bugs. Constant server crashes, frame rate drops, and a menu that is so glitchy I have to restart the game CONSTANTLY.

    Madden NFL 21 is another blatant recycling of last year’s edition of the „simulation“ of the American football. Sadly, most of the modes remained the same. Gameplay received a few minor tweaks, and in the end it still persists as a cash grab not worth anybody’s time.
