    This game was a huge disappointment. I´ve been a fan of the series, i played 1, 2 and New Vegas. But F4 just thrown away the best things of the franchise, and turned a nice WRPG into a action based game. Don´t get me wrong, there´s nothing wrong with action games. But... Fallout is a RPG, and even the roleplay dialogue options were removed. The skill tree does not make any sense, and thusThis game was a huge disappointment. I´ve been a fan of the series, i played 1, 2 and New Vegas. But F4 just thrown away the best things of the franchise, and turned a nice WRPG into a action based game.     Большая отличная игра. ДЛС цепляющие, в некотором смысле лучше оригинала. Строительство странно прикручено, так им и не проникся. В остальном добротный шутер. Поэтому 8/10.

    A strictly worse version of fallout 3 and NV, not many choices or depth and poor storytelling in comparison to previous games, Graphics are so so, Fallout but it feels lice they didnt really care.

    I love this game, that seems to be a fairly uncommon opinion tho. I think too many people are hung up on the fact that the dev team wanted to make a looter shooter with rpg elements rather that an rpg with looter shooter elements. I think the story is pretty good but drags at parts and is boring in others but that is dependent on which faction you go with. I believe that the story is a bitI love this game, that seems to be a fairly uncommon opinion tho.     I love that the shooting isn't entirely tart and that they really built the game around the idea of: "lets not make skyrim with guns again" I think that nailing down the shooting and mechanics before the rpg and story helps the game a ton. The settlement mechanics allow you to modify and kit out yourself from basically anywhere in the wasteland.
    I believe that the game was unfairly reviewed in 2019 due to review bombing because of 76 this game is great and I hope to the godly Garvey that a mainline single-player fallout comes out in the next five years after the Elder Scrolls 6.    … Expand

    I would give this game a lower score but since Im a big fan of Fallout 3 I think this game deserves an 8. its just a better improved version of 3(mechanics wise) other than that the story is ok and the glitches are all over the place.

    I would say don't judge this game by how it is without the add-ons; It'd be about 8/10, maybe even 7.
    However, the picture becomes incredibly clear that the story is not what it appears as you uncover more information throughout the game, doing added missions in expansive areas with Far Harbor and Nuka-World; This is    I actually wrote an essay on this game that I had to cut pages off of.

It's a shame the publicists couldn't give the writers their due credit because it would ruin the plot device.

    I'm not going to do a full review of the game because I've already put a ton of effort into analyzing the story, which is easily the game's biggest selling point.
    If you're looking for a post-apocalyptic world mixed with something like Blade Runner, this is a great place to go.
    If you're looking for an exploration-heavy open-world RPG FPS with base-building elements, this is a great place to go. (Though I wish they could've just made bases in this game online instead of trying to do it with F76)
    I very strongly recommend playing this in Survival mode if you're looking for a challenge; Though loss of fast travel may seem like a turn-off, there's definitely an added layer of immersion with the limitations (needing to eat and drink to survive, needing to sleep like a normal human to function, ammo having weight, being prone to more illnesses, etc...).

    Gun and gear customization is great / better with add-ons.

    Game-play accommodates many play-styles very well: I've done a play-through all melee, as well as with minimal VATS-usage using mostly automatic weapons.

    Lost some details that made Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas outstanding games, but makes up for it with new concepts in the franchise.
    Could've been perfect if Bethesda didn't take away those diverse dialogue options and the karma meter.

    7 - (GREAT) A game that has some flaws but all in all is a great game worth every penny of its purchase price.
    8 - (AMAZING) Game of the year contender only allowing for some minor flaws.
    9 - (SUPERB) One of if not the best game released that year, truly special.

    I played this game at launch, but never got around to doing a review. It was actually my first fall out game. The story was ok, but it was the exploring, collecting, and looting that I really enjoyed. It took me a bit to get used to the combat system, but once I did I found it unique and enjoyed it.     The Gameplay is great, The characters are great. The ONLY reason I didn't give it a 10 was because of that wonky area is town where you slow down tremendously. I don't know what that is, but it's horrible.

    Long and interesting storyline. Nice characters nice humour. Expansive character development. World feels a bit too artificial and compact. Graphics and animations are not that good. Bugs are still here though not so bad as previous Bethesda games.

НО есть минусы о которых молчать нельзя 1. диалоги - серьезно, тут мало вариантов разговоров и многие из них никак не меняют дальнейшие последсвия игры. 2. баги - их тут просто дофига, я за 30 минут нашел пару штук и это так себе. графика - она конечно не совсем плохая но до гта5 и других игр вышедших в тоИгра хорошая, большой открытый мир, много квестов, разные варианты прохождения...     But I want to say that the players have done a great job. There are many modifications on the Internet that fix the errors of the original game. It is even possible to find modifications for interesting missions, since the missions in the original are very boring and monotonous in the "go and fetch" style.     The beginning of the game can be very tedious and it takes too long to level up but finally hitting high levels and getting a decent build working for you can be quite satisfying.

    The strongest points of this game are its gameplay and world. I very much enjoyed exploring Fallout 4 depressing world and finding new companions and differents stuff to kill.     I finally got around to playing fallout 4 for the 1st time. Its a great game. Some say the graphics aren't great but they have an unique style to them. And playing the game with some good visual mods installed, it looks even better. There are so many good side quests & of course with a compelling main story. I think Fallout 4 is one of the best in the franchise & if you haven't played itI finally got around to playing fallout 4 for the 1st time. Its a great game.     Very few RPG elements, the map is too big and too empty (that is the biggest problem of this game), graphics are bellow average no matter this is a big open world game the engine it is just outdated, the majority of side quest are incredibly blend,mediocre, unoriginal!
    No matter which fraction you side with the game is basically the same (big **** no no since this should be an rpg game).     Lo compre con la idea de que estaba doblado al español, PUES NO (solo la versión española esta doblada) los primeros bugs que me encontré tuvieron que ver justo con los subtitulos que se quedaron congelados mientras me hablaban de un plan del que ni me entere.

    The Worst Game in the Series.

    The Game to this Day is still full of bugs and constantly Crashing. The DLC weapons are just cut content from the Base Game.

    Before I note the many issues I have with this game, I should mention that the combat, gunplay, and controls of Fallout 4 have never been better in the entire series. The shooting feels completely different from Fallout 3 and New Vegas, and for the first time, I feel like shooting my way out of a situation is more fun than talking through dialogue. Now that the positives are out of the way, I have to say that Bethesda really ruined what they had began to build up within the series. They've oversimplified nearly every RPG element that made the last two games fun and exciting. The dialogue system lacks any real depth and the fact that they added voice acting to the protagonist makes it feel less like I made my own unique character, and more like Bethesda made one for me and I just happen to be able to control him. The leveling up system is no longer enjoyable either, and the writing and plot are so bad and downright insulting to the intelligence of the player that it feels like Bethesda just gave up caring. Fallout 3 was a love letter to the original Fallout games, while this felt like it was just an excuse for Bethesda to keep their hands onto the Fallout IP.… Expand

    Basically it's the bugs problem which affect the experience, so far everything else in this game is well done.

    Fallout 4 leans to the Shooting side of things. It strips down the gameplay from the actual RPG elements and offers a meta-nuclaer shooting gallery which of course keep its charm and gameplay wealth but also feels a little too friendly for the new comers. The Base builder mode is unnecessary, boring and irritating. Unfortunately, overall, there are no steps forward for this Nuclear Holocaust Behemoth of the video games industry. Only steps sideways.
