Şöyle söyleyeyim; severek oynadığım, oynamasam bile Call of Duty gibi her sene çıktığında alıp kütüphanemde tuttuğum oyunların o seneki oyunu fütüristik olduğunda o oyunu almam mümkün olamıyor*. Bunlardan ilki 2001: A Space Odyssey bu konuya girmeyeceğim, ikincisi ise Back to the Future.

Before I had my doubts, but when I bought this game I was completely blown away. All the characters are well written and really make you care for their story. The graphics look absolutely stunning. There are many choices and it shows the amount of work put into this game. Every chapter was so intriguing to play. Defenietly, buy this game and its worth it.

The story was excellent and the level of player choice was really very impressive. Decisions from early parts of the game continually impacted my choices and really made it feel like my choices mattered. I was also really impressed by how many scenarios had multiple possible endings so you rarely feel like you're being funnelled towards a certain objective.
This is a huge step up from beyond two souls in terms of narrative and gameplay wise it greatly improves on heavy rain in terms of its smooth controls. You have to expect though that this game is primarily story driven. So don't buy it expecting lots of shooting or car chases.
My biggest complaint is probably the box art.... like why david cage? why make such a great game and then choose one of the ugliest box art designs i've ever seen?
This is one of the best games i've played so far this year and highly recommend it.

Best graphics I've seen on PS4, and you really feel like your choices affect the story. I'm now playing through for a 2md time to see some of the other paths I can take. The fact it shows you all the options on a tree, is a great bit of transparency, to prove that there are really lots of paths through the story.

I love interactive cinema and believe that this genre is closest to art. But the subject Cage chose is very difficult to tell interesting and even harder to give something new that previously wasn 't. And at the beginning you have only childhood happiness, all mechanics work, graphics on the PS4 Pro look amazing, and the main thing you start to believe characters. How to smell the disappointment of realizing that Cage reduces such a beautiful story with a lot of choices to the usual story "Do androids dream of electric sheep?" And only the last hour of gameplay makes it clear that Detroit: Become Human is still closer to games, not movies. So you can forgive Cage 's move to succumb to the opinion of most players. Expand

What I mean is that I can find only one adult human that I can like and the game makes it too clear that the androids are capable of experiencing suffering caused by their owners. It doesn't help that they fight their programming for self-preservation to help people in need. They aren't "robots", they're "different people".

I think it is good to explore potential societal issues in computer games. It might even be real someday and sooner than we think. Science fiction has been a pre-cursor to science fact. You can see this one as a interesting social experiment of potential future things to come, maybe?

Conor was a bit of a robot drone and Kara was to self absorbed to see the bigger picture for me to feel any great empathy for those two characters plights. Now Markus his journey was genuinely heart warming and heart breaking. Some of those marching/protest scenes had real emotional gravitas.

I enjoyed this game for the most part and it really tied a heart gripping connection between the three main characters and the host of supporting ones.

Although this game is very well crafted and something I thoroughly enjoyed, it did have some small unfortunates. The game was well written and narrative was solid, however I felt gridlocked at points, sometimes I would choose an option not knowing that it would lead me the wrong direction. I also felt cornered from some parts of the game based on my actions, and while this is a major in game mechanics, I felt clouded as to the overall ending I was headed for.

Though is was sometimes a bit misleading, I still enjoyed the game. The tense dialogue decisions, relationships with other characters and the whole arc of the story ran really well. I loved the perspective of three very different characters. I loved how it broke the bounds of a human connection and roped in a real potential in a robotic future. Every niche and stone from the menu screen android to the wonderful map terrain was really captivating.

Quantic Dream knows how to make a game, they understand how to bound a deeper connection, how to punish for consequence abiding actions. Having played an earlier game of theirs in Heavy Rain I expected a solid standard of content and it smashed the standard of narrative driven games beyond a countable limit.

While I have some down points, they do not compare to the overall enjoyment I had. Execution was unparallel in a story sense and really dominated in giving gameplay as well as the control of the final ending.

Their previous games weren't awful by any means, but they always had parts in the game that wasn't necessary. I'm looking at you Native American part in Beyond Two Souls. Anyways Detroit Become Human is an excellent game with a gripping story from beginning to the end.
The story is truly amazing. You play as three different androids on their journeys throughout Detroit. First you have Connor who is an android working with the police hunting down androids who are gaining consciousness or as the game calls it becoming deviant. Then you have Kara who became deviant to protect a child that was being abused. Last is Markus whose journey is the one who will shape most of the story because he is the leader of the deviant group looking for rights and freedom. The story lets you shape it the way you want and will test your patients with humans which is so much harder than you'd think. The game really makes you hate the ever living **** out of them and if you are more forgiving than me then good on you, because I showed little mercy in this game towards the fleshy meat bags. The games story is moving and I found myself so engaged by then end I was sitting up in my chair rooting for the characters to succeed.
Those who aren't aware of how Quantic Dream games work they are much like Telltale games. This means walking around parts, very dialog heavy scenes that will shape the story, and quick time events FOR DAYS. That is it. If you are a person who hates dialog heavy games, and uses the phrase "why don't I just watch a movie". This game is not for you, and nothing I say will change your mind. The game is average length with a large replayability with how many branching parts that are available to the player. The quick time events can be hectic, but thankfully it isn't death if you mess one up so they aren't that bad. That being said I did get slightly frustrated at the responsiveness to them. Many times I definitely did the right press, but I guess it didn't register so I ended up getting hit. It didn't ruin my story it was just frustrating.
Overall the game is beautiful one of the best PS4 games out there. The story is gripping and just long enough to wrap up the story without seeming stretched. The gameplay isn't for everyone, but if you like story driven games you will being doing yourself a disservice missing this game. The multiple paths and choices make me want to pick up this game again and choose the path of peace vs my Magento choices I did. This game definitely hits a must BUY from me.

This was my first David Cage game, so I can't speak to whether or not there was a lot of repetition from other games, but all I can say is that the environments are amazingly detailed, the graphics are great, the storyline is pretty good, the soundtrack is above average, and there is replayability.

This is a really good work from QD regarding sceneraios and cinematics (story telling), but then again the gameplay is suffering. I think they should make their games more playable and (in the case of this particular game) harder. However itrust that if they can mix their works better, they'll be one of the best story driven devs in the industry. GJ and i'll keep looking for your job

It's the best game they Quantic Dream have done yet.

Story was interesting and you keep wanting to know what happens next. Sometimes of course you will find somethings predictable but it wasn't big enough to make you cringe.

Gameplay wise it's follow the same way as the other games but much smoother, the controls feels really good, where in the other games it could feel clumsy at times.

The story might contain plotholes and miss oppurtunities here and there, it still is innovative in comparison to 95% of the games that were released over the last years. The emotional and immersive depths that really drives the pulse when it comes to making decisions is outstanding and thus a 10/10+ for me.

The graphics are stunning, although the engine is facing minor fps drops at times on a PS4 Pro with SSD. This is only on very few scenes but still notable. I d rate this a solid 9/10.

The controls are okay. Some QTEs are very fast and probably not nice for casuals. Also some triple button combinations are pretty strange. Combined with: pressing button, holding button or sliding the pad is sometimes confusing. When it decides about life or death it feels frustrating at times. This is at most a 6/10 for me as QTEs in general are somewhat sub-par to other game elements. Another thing to note is the VERY slow walking pace that drove me nuts at times.

Replayability is between 0/10 and 10/10. Now this is an interesting one. Detroit is really huge when it comes to decision paths and replayability. This also covers completely new scenes and actions. On the other hand you need to replay many parts at times where you cannot even skip the cutscenes. This is absolutely stupid and not understandable at all. I was tempted to 100% it but I probablly will skip this endeavour. Also some decisions might seem game changers but then they are not. Dead androids sometimes come back, some endings still do not change at all. It is a bit weird and probably reducing the complexity to more meaningful choices and a better system would ve helped a lot. The story wants me to replay, the system does not. It is a sad 4/10 for me.

After all this game is absolutely worth a buy at a discounted price tag. The game has an emotional immersion that is amazing. Sometimes it feels so hard to make decisions or side with or against persons. I personally did like the story a lot. The characters are cool and touching with small deficits. I was wondering a little bit that they let the chance of DLCs pass. I think the story lines could ve been pushed even further maybe Quantic decides to go on Detroit 2 somewhen but I personally doubt it.

If you expect something else, you clearly haven't been paying attention to David Cage's previous games and how they work.
That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed this game from start to finish. I grew so attached to the characters that I literally cried with joy and relief at the end when I managed to squeeze in a save for two of my characters.
I would also like to say that I just love stories that revolve around AI, so I may be biased for the story's game, but I for one think it was a nice story, not necessarily never told before, but definitely told in an exciting and captivating way.
Although, I would like to add that a few parts I saw coming from a mile away.
It's great that you have the flowchart and you can revisit the chapters to try and unlock all possible branches, and make all the different decisions and see how they would have panned out.
One little gripe I do have with the game is that 2-3 times during the game, I made a certain dialogue choice that totally didn't go the way I thought it would based on the name of the option. And this can be a bit bothersome because it can screw your playstyle up a bit and since I didn't want to replay chapters to min/max my game I had to stick with those poor choices.

In terms of the story subject, if you are bothered by messages related to a certain group being free and receiving equal rights, then this game is not for you. If you are bothered by opinions different from yours, this game is not for you.

The visuals are just beautiful and stunning.

All in all. I'd definitely recommend this game for people that like to get involved in the story.
Most definitely, people that liked David Cage's previous games, should play this.
I recommend this people to people that like their endings to be decided by the actions they take throughout the game.
I do not recommend this game for people that get bored by QTEs and want some other kind of meaningful gameplay.

Despite the irony of the story revolving around robots, the characters feel incredibly real and gripping, with it being extremely difficult to not empathise with even side-characters. With the themes regarding segregation, prejudice and discrimination which draw heavily real world events, as well as fairly reasonable technologies that well and truly could be in our near future, it is a difficult task to not be immersed yet terrified of this world that Cage has created. Most of the issues with Cage's previous games, such as unneeded interactions, gratuitous nudity, and unbelievable characters, have been ironed out, which make it a lot easier to become involved with the game and the characters. The game's story would have been a 10/10 (in my eyes at least) if it were not for the endings, which without spoilers, appear very 'walking into the sunset'-esque. This is undoubtedly a result of the fact that the games story and ending is based on your decisions, but the quality of the endings do not seem at the same level of the rest of the story. Nevertheless, Cage has created an amazing world with characters that you can't help but love and root for in his arguably best work. Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. "This is our future." These opening lines set the stage for the paradigm of this interactive narrative experience. If one approaches this as a game they can win or lose, that there is a right and wrong way to approach a scenario, that there is some sort of "pro strat" or even superior narrative arc, then all of these are missing the point. David Cage has presented an interactive speculation based on the past of several nations, primarily the US, Canada, and Russia. Some people have accused this game of being "hamfisted" but I have a suspiscion that these people are uncomfortable with real world issues invading their gaming "safe space" where they do not have to interact with greater society. Some may also feel that some issues may be taboo to discuss in an interactive form as someone might choose to interact with the topic in a way they disagree with, perhaps most notable whether to take a violent or peaceful approach to protesting. People should explore all these avenues. That being said, I feel that focusing on the Markus storyline, the freedom fighter/liberator character, is missing a massive angle of the story.

"You can't kill me: I'm not alive." Has the story of an android hunting deviant androids been done before? Of course! This is not new territory. However, the variety of choices and motivations for HK800 unit Connor to accomplish its mission or deviate are staggering, and his relationship with Hank is everything you could ask from a hard-boiled disillusioned vet being partnered with the by-the-books rookie you could ask for, but with a variety of additional facets brought to bear. How does a human react when his partner dies, and comes back the next day as if it was only a slight inconvenience? How does an android react when it experiences death through a mindlink, but without the normal software corrective measure to erase that experience? Especially one who believes it can't be killed, that it can't die because "I'm not alive." One who is confronted time and again by androids who state they ARE alive contrary to what your experience with dying and coming back may tell you. I think that correctly experiencing Connor may require a level of understanding an unusual mindset that some players may not grasp, as they may try to play it as too human from the get go rather than accepting the character as presented which continually insists on its inhumanity. Try playing Connor according to Asimov's 3 laws of robotics and try and fins the point where it needs to Deviate as opposed to you the player foisting your humanity upon Connor due to your discomfort. I think it will give you a genuine experience.

"I thought..... I was alive." "I'm scared! I want to live... I'm begging you" If you haven't ever seen the Kara tech demo from 2012, then you are missing a large piece of the narrative puzzle. It's included as a bonus feature in the extras, but you can find it on YouTube under "Kara Tech Demo" and it is the seed from which the Detroit Become Human has sprouted. The story of Kara is emotiinally charged and brings a lot of the same survival feelings of TellTale's Walking Dead's first story in which a young girl is cared for by an circumstantially adoptive parent. Kara presented me with the hardest choices as I had to balance survival with Alice's reactions. For example: In a very early choice, after being on the run, Kara has a choice to steal clothing in order to pass as human and get something draw and warm for Alice. However, Alice insists that stealing is wrong. At this point you must make a choice between something practical and maintaining Alice's innocence. And this is often the dillemma with Kara: can you survive and maintain Alice's happiness? Will Kara's motherly instincts prioritize protection oe nurturing? You can even choose that Kara is essentially only protecting Alice due to her programming, though only recommend that as a narrative exercise since it's kind of depressing.

But, this experience is not perfect. One of the main focuses is on replaying the game to get a full experience, and there are several scenes where choice is very limited or inconsequential. While all scenes are exceptional on fhe first playthrough, on the second and third time there are several Markus scenes which are simply a chore to playthrough, and a couple of Kara and Connor parts I wanted to press fastforward on. There are also points you earn from completeing certain plot points, and I am sitting at 10000 points with nothing left to buy with them. And occassionally the dialogue options are ambiguous. Another small note is there are brief Marvel style epilogue scenes in the credits, and there needed to be more and a way to re-view them.

However, these flaws are small mars on this shiny gem of faceted storytelling. All of this and I have not even mentioned the gorgeous settings, exceptional music, and monumental acting from an incredible cast.

    Get it now!

In a world that is not entirely our own. While this game borrows heavily from our world and its problems - it was a joy to play in a world tailored to tell the tale of Detroit: Become Human. I wouldn't call it lazy. I feel a re imagining of our world is the right choice for the messages conveyed throughout the game. I love an epic fantasy world the likes of Xenoblade Chronicles and Final Fantasy, and Detroit takes place somewhere between that and a world like The Last of Us has. It's familiar but not entirely and they don't just pull the "post-apocalyptic" gimmick.

I was blown away by the game like I always am with these titles from this developer. The formula works well for me so I´m very biased. So how is Detroit worth your time? It excels at narrative, sound, visual impression and replayability.
The narrative branches wider than ever and minute details can become big game changers down the road. Every isolated scene includes its own branches and paths you can traverse. I feel like we're still not quite there. Like even though the degree of freedom is comparatively massive, it still feels limited. I can't quite put my finger on it. But we are getting there. I dislike some of the dialog options and how they are presented. Sometimes you'll choose "solution" and what your character says is not at all what I imagined. And finally, when you do pick a path, you cannot go back. Even if you change your mind a second after picking it. "No! Go back down that ladder, I missed that item over there!".

The soundtrack is divided into three parts. Each with its own distinct sound and direction. My personal favorite is the soundtrack by the composer: Nima Fakhrara. The tracks are full of suspense, intrigue and mystery and goes well with playing the detective. Most of the tracks are ambiance, so don´t expect to listen to the tracks outside the game. Well "Connor chase ost" is pretty good admittedly.

Art style. It’s photo-realism done right. I’m a huge sucker for stylized graphics (think Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Breath of the Wild) and I usually don't care for realism. This game showed me the kind of photo-realism even I can appreciate. The key is in the interior design, architecture and use of colors. It really feels like a stylized reality and even though the characters look human, there's a sense of wonder about them. You can tell they are not quite real and instead similar to fairy tale characters. Except Little Red Riding Hood suddenly looks photo-realistic.

It bugs me a lot that they decided to censor this title. No nudity, no display of affection unless disguised by "clever camera angles" and even though the game has blood, you never notice any splatter.

-It's fun, deep and interactive and I would say it's a thinking man's game.

I give it a 9/10 on a scale where '1' is "The Last of Us" and '10' is Persona 5.

An experience with choice driven plot and minimal free roam. We still have a long way to go before we can effectively combine the detail of a Quantic game, the immersive and hugely varied branching routes and include that in a cost effective but beautiful free roam game play experience.

I however enjoyed the minimal distraction of regular game play to see each choice and word I used severely change the outcome.

This game made me laugh, cry, angry, scream at my TV and panic. While far from perfect, for me it doesn't take away from the fact that I am looking forward to what Quantic will bring us next and how they'll improve even more.

While I could continuously refute claims, let me go with the actual flaws that keep the game from being perfect.

    - Odd locomotion
Sometimes, your character will deem it necessary to spin around like a Beyblade when you try to go through a small space.

    - Choices
While most of the time your choices matter, there are quite a few inconsequential choices that have almost no bearing on the result of the story. It's just kind of irritating, though to the game's credit, these inconsequential decisions only come into play during filler conversations.

    - Questionable QTEs
Something that I noticed universally, not just from my playthrough but from several let's plays, is that some actions can confuse those that don't play fighting games. I say this unironically, because quanticdream seemed to take advice from BlazBlue and throw in half-circles. Another issue is the motion control tracking. It's relatively iffy at times, and I sometimes ended up nearly dropping the controller because I had to practically throw my body in one direction for the motion to pick up.

These issues are, in my opinion, what turns Detroit from a perfect narrative experience to an amazing narrative experience. If you have a PS4, buy it ASAP. It's well worth the money, in my opinion.

This game is absolutely amazing. I'm already halfway through my second play-through and it just blows me away. The voice acting and character models are fantastic! The graphics are quite literally jaw-dropping at some points as well. The drama/action really sucks you right in. One of my new favorite PS4 games ever! I highly recommend this game to everyone.

Loving the game, very immersive story. I always feel like the controls are a bit clunky with Quantic Dream games, not as fluid / intuitive as I feel they could be. It's my only complaint though, enjoying the game a lot.

There were a lot of breathtaking moments and choices you have to make in this game as well as replay ability after completing the game which kept the score up high and made this one of my favourite games of 2018

Keep in mind this game is not for everyone, because this doesnt have as much gameplay as other big titles such as God of War, but if you want a good story and a game with nice looking graphics but a different style of gameplay then other games then this is a game you should really look into and consider if its what you really want.

    Cons:
I dont really know what is bad about this game, the movement can be a bit clunky sometimes and the game can feel a bit dull at times but thats really it. What this game has done is spectacular and amazing, and i personally really enjoyed my time while playing this game, but just because i enjoyed my time doesnt mean you will enjoy your time with the game as well because this game is not for everyone and you should really research before purchasing and playing Detroit: Become Human

The story is the key facet of the game, and for the most part I found it highly engrossing and I was keen to see the next stages, however towards the end it faltered slightly into more cliché territories, however this did not detract from my enjoyment of the game.

The graphics are quite amazing on my PS4 Pro. The same can be said for sound.

I do have a gripe or two, although they aren't massive. Sometimes when presented with choices, particularly in conversations, the description of your choice doesn't always represent the choice itself. For example, you may choose to respond to someone with "suspicion", but instead the response is actually more like outright hostility that goes too far in a direction I did not intend. However these instances were rare.

Overall, this is a great game and a change of pace from most games today. It's definitely worth a go at recent prices of

The concept of branching pathways based on your choices is nothing new by any stretch of the imagination, Telltale have been doing it across various franchises for years now. But no other game comes close to the branching narrative that Quantic Dream have created. You see in the final chapter just how much can change, I didn't even get to see three sides of the narrative, because of the choices I had made both directly and indirectly. Other games see you mess up and the games go "Want another try?" where as Detroit forces you to play with those mistakes, this forces the player to be on edge at all times, you don't want to mess up and loose a character. Even by the end of the game I'm left looking back at my choices and going wow I wish I didn't do that because what felt right at the time had lead to this dramatic scene where I'm going to do something I really don't want to do but have to because I locked out any other possibilities due to my choices.

When it comes to this type of game you usually find that there isn't very much replay value but with Detroit you're left thinking what would happen if I done this, you want to go back and change everything fix what you done wrong the first time.

Detroit genuinely has the story of a film or series of TV shows (I feel Connor's story could fit rather well within a TV series) and I haven't been this engrossed in a story since Telltale's Walking Dead Season One. I'm truly excited to see where Quantic Dream goes next whether it's an expansion of the universe or another universe entirely, whatever it shall be, they have my money.

I truly recommend anyone that loves film or tv to pick up this game because it is a great watch/play. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea due to the style of the game being a narrative focus over the gameplay but it none the less is an incredible game.

The story is split into three characters, each having very different themes and feeling. None are groundbreaking, but they are all genuinely solid stories, which weave into the others at various points in the game.
The game is primarily split into 3 different types: Choices, Point and Click, and Quicktime Events.
The number of meaningful choices available in this game is massive, and many of these choices will fundamentally change the story, as opposed to just putting a new coat of paint on the same story, as many games do. My first playthrough only took about 8 hours to complete, but left me feeling like there was so much left to experience, and so the next day I completed a second playthrough, with entirely different events happening.
The point and click sections are mainly used as a transition between the other two. I don't have much to say about those. They work fine, the movements are fluid.
The quicktime events are great. Some people dislike QTEs in videogames, but I found that in Detroit they allowed for much more cinematic, exciting action sequences that wouldn't be possible within the realms of standard gameplay. They are well utilised, with high quality stunt acting.
The music and acting is phenomenal. The game has 3 composers, one for each character, to give each a unique feel. The great acting by the main characters, as well as that by side characters, is brought to life through their use of motion capture, which allows them to capture every small twitch from the actors, allowing for much more subtle acting.
Detroit Become Human certainly has some minor flaws, and it won't be for everybody. For most, though, it is an extremely well crafted game which I personally loved. I would recommend it to anybody who has an interest in branching, personalised narratives

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view.

Good game. Unlike previous games in this studio, there really is a bunch of different endings for each character and people who surround them. I went through many times in order to find out how the story would have developed, if I chose this place. The only problem on the PC is disgusting optimization. I wasn't going to rate the game this high, but I finished it last night and I am still thinking about it. I haven't done that since "Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons." That must count for something.

"Detroit: Become Human" is a game I didn't even watch the trailer for - just got it through PS Plus a couple months ago, saw some of my other friends were playing it on their PS status, so I didn't know what to expect.

Through the course of the game, you control 3 separate android characters on separate story arcs that rotate fairly evenly in a story that takes place in near-future Detroit (November 2038). Each character wrestles with identity of self in different ways that tends to remain interesting throughout as their storylines slowly but inevitably converge.

If you've played the Batman: Telltale series games, D:BH is a lot like those in that you make choices that often impact the remainder of the game, which gives it the promise of satisfactory replayability.
Actions and posture choices also have a cumulative effect on secondary characters, where they can be neutral toward you, friendly, or hostile that open or close available pathways as you go.

There are also plenty of fights that require you to hit the right button, stick direction, or controller direction at the right time to either score or avoid a hit (the stick control recognition left a little to be desired - as did striking a button in time, but not counting it).

Unlike Batman: Telltale is the interface. You are often NOT in conversation with other characters (though you frequently are) and you are exploring the world around you. The storyline featuring Conner, the police android, actually feel more like Batman: Arkham Asylum's detective mode as you look for clues regarding yet another android who has become a "deviant," or in other words, has defied its programming and betrayed (and often killed) its human owner.

The game is a technical triumph. MOCAP captures are excellent, and they're especially noticeable on actors we know like Clancy Brown and Lance Henriksen. The music is ridiculously appropriate and immersive, and there is a constant atmosphere of danger no matter which character you're controlling. Markus' experience in the junkyard, Conner's first assignment with Hank, Kara's brief stay with drug addict Todd...those and more give the game a visceral feel and the sense that your choices are final. The "flowchart" that appears at the end of each chapter, showing which branches of the story you've unlocked, then throwing in the option to view the percentage of world players and percentage of your friends who went the same way you did is an extra bit of fun.

The game is good at creating pivotal moments where you know there will be no going back. Does Markus stage a peaceful protest or violent rebellion? Who can Kara truly trust? Should Conner pull the trigger in order to learn important intelligence, or should he refuse and lose the chance forever?

Interacting with the world is usually a lot of fun because you use almost the entire controller regularly (except the D-pad). You swipe things on the center touch panel, you use the right stick to unlock and interact with objects, and of course you use the 4 main buttons and 4 triggers to do other actions. I've always felt the touchpad was horrendously underused, so I like seeing it in play here.

The voice acting among leading and secondary characters is almost perfect. The lone exception is Bryan Dechart as Conner who sounds out of place in a cast who otherwise sounds completely natural (but apparently video game awards folk heard something else). For an advanced prototype, he sounds wooden. His character arc, however, is probably the most interesting of the three leads (Kara's is the least).

The load times between levels are great, so there is a virtually seamless flow. However, when you're in the "look-around" freeze-frame mode, the objectives don't stay up long enough. You usually have to punch the button again. Also, it seems that a few options were needlessly limited, and the game seems to have forgotten (at least in my game), that Kara should have had a gun to use at Jericho.

Anyone curious how my game went and don't care about spoilers, go ahead and continue:

Markus led a successful peaceful protest (he also didn't push Carl's son back), kissed North at the climax and made the people love androids and support their cause. (Fun fact: Minka Kelly - who played North - was also an actor in the short-lived Fox series "Almost Human," about a cop and an android partner).

I lost Conner twice (once in the kitchen of the TV station [called for Hank, kicked the chair...and literally nothing else to interact with until time ran out] and once when I failed at combat at Jericho...got shot), so I just went cold with him and let Hank go...but I didn't shoot Markus.

Kara didn't save Luther, got taken to a camp with Alice, but managed to escape.

it is a very realistic game . I am suposed to give it a 9 out of 10. i don´t give it a 10 out of 10 because I hate these annoying Cyber-Magazines

Detroit: Become Human delivers a story with a ton of possible choices, and a lot of questions for a player to bear afterward. If you like it when games make you think about them after you play them, this is the game for you. Stunning visuals and music score, make you forget about some weaker points of the game. But all in all, it is an enjoyable experience you should not miss.

Detroit: Become Human looks and sounds great, and includes key player choices throughout, though it could have benefited greatly from a tighter script. While it’s commendable that Quantic Dream tried to cover hot-button issues in a big-budget video game, it works better when focused on the personal character moments than the bigger themes that don’t dig deep enough to make a meaningful impact.

Although the narrative is fairly linear, there are enough branching paths over the course of the game to make it feel like your actions matter. That allows Detroit to still be fun even on multiple playthroughs – and for an interactive movie, that’s a rare praise. [Issue#231, p.68]
