    es una experiencia fresca, no es el típico juego de disparar a lo rambo a todo lo que se mueva, es un juego de ritmo pausado, que te pone a pensar bien que movimientos hacer, muy entretenido, a diferencia de lo que los haters dicen, si tienes una ps4 deberías darle la oportunidad, es un juego muy lleno de sorpresas, excelente narrativa, excelente doblaje, excelenete música, excelentes gráficos, y un gameplay único, como nada visto en los últimos años    … Expand

Though in concept in is just deliver from A to B, it manages to bring aboard many features such as management of constructions, planing your journey, making oreparations, avoiding enemies and even action sequences. It is a Unique game that splits the audience. Unfortunately it may not catch you at all and ruin your play time. Thanks to me, Im the one that wasUnique atmosphere and setting. I've been a big fan of Kojima's work since MGS2, and since then, the man has been surprising me constantly with every game, Metal Gear after Metal Gear after Metal Gear. If you think you know Kojima, oh boy, you have not seen anyghing yet. This Game is not for everyone, it's not your average shooter game, this game is about the "rope" conceptOne of the most unique games i've ever played! If you think you know Kojima, oh boy, you have not seen anyghing yet. This Game is not for everyone, it's not your average shooter game, this game is about the "rope" concept ratter than "the stick" concept, so it's a different game in it's roots. It is a very contemplative game, in which you're just a delivery guy, not a soldier or trained person like most of the games today, you're just a delivery guy. And in my opinion... That's fantastic. Ghe game is a constant loop, some would say it's repetitive, but it's not since that is the actual goal of the charachter, doing this delivery missions to reconnect a fractured society, and in that sense, the wonderful story and the gameplay combines to create a perfect symbiosis.     Este juego como videojuego es una puta mierda y un coñazo y como película otra puta mierda sin sentido.
    En el apartado técnico regular tirando a mediocre o una mierda.
    Aunque mucha gente diga que este juego es un GOTY, es lo más aburrido que he visto en mi vida.

    El juego tiene detalles buenos, buena historia, graficamente muy bueno y buena banda sonora, pero el gameplay es sumamente aburrido, despues de 20 horas de juego se me hizo demasiado agotador seguir jugandolo, básicamente es dejar paquetes de un punto A a un punto B listo, dificultad nula y eso que lo jugue en Difícil, habia veces que preferia las cinematicas por la historia

    People who rate this a 0 are ignorant that the whole point of this game is about connecting people and forming bonds. It’s a thematic game with its roots buried deep in that concept and it’s a shame that Kojimas intended message of togetherness is being dismissed by people who just want the same mainstream gameplay of pointing and shooting at things. It’s insulting.

    The game itself, for me, was really dull and tedious. Yes it had been warned about in countless reviews however experiencing it first hand is something else. It just wasn't for me and the complete lack of variety made it just too much for the length of game it is. I am roughly 15-20hrs in and it's becoming more of a case of feeling I HAVE to keep going for the story than WANTING to and for a video game that doesn't sit right. There are some fantastic ideas here and there are some fantastic elements such as the graphics and environment but it is encased in a solid shell of boredom and repetition.    … Expand

I urge EVERYONE CONSIDERING BUYING THE GAME WATCH THE GAMEPLAY ORIGINALLY POSTED BY KOJIMA, it shows you what the game is. Apparently Walking Sims have combat, vehicles, weapons and some of the best cinematics to date.

    Yes, there are a lot of times where you will just walk from point a to point b but the gameplay is constantly changing and giving you new things to try out. As I said before THE GAME HAS VEHICLES, don't wanna walk constantly? Okay well actually play more than 2 hours of the game and you'll get a bike and then soon after that you can make your own bikes with seemingly more vehicles later on, or heck just steal a truck.

    Yes there are also a lot of cutscenes, probably the first 2 hours there is at least 1 hour of cutscenes but once the game has finished setting the tone of the story you get free reign and the cutscenes do begin to be rarer, but the story is fantastic anyway.

    Yes the movement to some can seem tedious, I love it, the one thing missing from most open world games are a true feeling of actually exploring, Sam will react to various types of terrain differently and you have to adapt and climb your way through the landscape. What I originally expected was that Sam would control like in Horizon considering it's the same engine but no it's a completely unique system, to some a chore but to me an amazing improvement, it adds a new found challenge to exploration that just isn't there with other games.

    I give the game a 10, it's my GOTY without a doubt. I've been playing it for almost 11 hours straight and I have loved every second of it. (My only Con is that Kojima decided that the Music Player should only be usable in the Private Room??? Listening to music and exploring is much more fun so put some of your own music if the game has none currently playing)    … Expand

    But here we are, release day and ive played 4 hours and I'm already so bored that I would rather peel potatoes at this point, I tried sooooo hard to make the best of it and have fun, but there is so much empty and boring parts that are not fun whatsoever. the rocky plains you travel on all look the same and there is nothing to do between point A and point B except to try and not lose your balance and fall of a cliff. The game feels like the walking sections were just tacked on and dont feel like an essential part of the game. Where the game shines the most is in its custscenes. And boy there are a TON of long ass cutscenes, I was finding myself to be 10x more entertained by the movie cutscenes rather than the gameplay. And thats not how a game is supposed to be designed. I love spectacle and a good story driven narrative but when you have only narrative and story via cutsenes and boring gameplay it seems less like a game and more like a movie. You can literally cut all the gameplay parts out and only upload the cutscenes to youtube and youd be experiencing the best parts the "game" has to offer. No need to hold up on the analog stick and walk for 20+ minutes doing nothing. No one wants to do that.

    Like I said it feels like Kojima put 90% of the work into the cutscenes and 10% into the gameplay. The gameplay feels like its just added on to give us something to do while we watch what is essentially a movie with a mini game added in so we have an excuse to use the controller for something. The game doesnt have enough dynamic gameplay elements to make the gameplay worth it, it feels incredibly dull and repetitive every time you are asked to bring this item to point B over and over again. The world has nothing interesting in it most of the time to hold my attention.

    I'm sorry but this game does not even deserve to be called a game, Its literally a movie with a mini game. Don't buy it, Go load up youtube and search up a video someone edited with only the cutscenes and just grab some pop corn and watch it.    … Expand

    The story and world design are captivating. However, it is absolutely unthinkable to give a director of such standing a pass on what's basically a mechanically-complex cargo carrying tech demo sold as an AAA video game.

    The mysterious nature of the plot is it’s biggest redeeming factor, but there’s a lot that kills the experience, and    I would place it at mediocre. It’s only original if your knowledge of games is The Last Of Us...and that’s it.
    Gameplay-wise, it boils down to a trekking simulator where weight, health, weather conditions, and enemies need to be monitored to successfully complete deliveries.
    The mysterious nature of the plot is it’s biggest redeeming factor, but there’s a lot that kills the experience, and most of it comes in the form of advertising, heavy mission repetition, or confusing menus.
    When your character showers, you’ll be reminded of AMC’s Ride with Norman Reedus. When your character is thirsty and in need of energy, you’ll be reminded that Monster Energy Drink gives you what plants crave.
    The asynchronous multiplayer (again, not new to video gaming) only helps muddy the waters. Turn a corner and the world can be littered with peoples junk, making you feel like the janitor at the end of a block party.

    So why the 5? There’s good times to be had playing this. Gradually getting more and more perks provides a nice slow progression curve, feels nice when you get a motorcycle or a little robo-mule. Besides that, trekking is enjoyable to me IRL and some of that comes across while playing.

    We’re all out here to experience some escapism, it’s okay to not like something. It is also okay to like it. Be safe everyone, keep connecting.    … Expand

    I love the world that Kojima has created here. As I have in his previous games. The acting and story so far is great. I know this game is not for everyone. And I feel that so many of the negative reviews come from those who have not played a Kojima game before. As long cut scenes and weird story is a standard for him. This is by far the best game this year compared to all the money grabs going around padding content to attack you're wallets like Konami, EA, Blizzard,Play the game, it is amazing if you think of the facts that Kojima made it with a small staff, new engine, full 3D face modeling of real actor's, full cast of great talent, it pushes the PS4 Pro to the limits, and with 0 micro transactions.     But when the music rises and the sprawling landscapes are laid bare in front of you, the game is pleasant, enjoyable but fun? That's the judgment that the individual must make and not simply read or watch online. I didn't talk much about gameplay here but that's mainly because the "game" very often forgets it too.

    Death Stranding is exactly what you expect from a Kojima game. It's confusing, beautiful and massive. But whether it is fun, is subjective, completely depending on taste and preference. For me, it was not an enjoyable experience, the limited fun I had didn't make it up for its large patches of boredom. Some will love it and some will hate it. Its a game to be experienced and talked about, not played.

    No e un juego para dirvertirse sino para aburrirse como nunca al inicio y luego de una 25 0 30 horas ponerse un poco interesante in dejar de ser aburrido, siento lástima por quien lo compre esperando algo innovador que emocione y divierta, no lo encontrarán en este juego pero para las peronas que disfruten de las películas se le es recomendable con el modo fácil porque el gameplay no vale nada

    Big fan of his early work, Policenauts, Snatcher etc. but Hideo's new entry can't really interrest me. It's too slow, too repetitive and there's too many damn cutscenes. Visually the game looks stunning, and it's an interesting concept, but it doesn't work well.

    After 20h walking around, i can say It's boring. When I started to play I spent 1h without using my PS4 control because I had to see a movie in which you don,t even get what everything is about. I'm playing it in "hard" difficult but I haven't died yet.
    Conclusion: Boring and easy.
    Recommendation: Watch a movie.

    All the mystery surrounding this game was literally just to protect it from people finding out it's a trash game and not buying it on release.

    Daha önce çoğu kojima oyununu oynadım hepsinide severek oynadım özellikle Metal Gear Solid 4ü bu oyunda yeni şeyler deneyeme çalışmış ama bence pek başaramış mekanikler çalışmıyor bazı buglarla karşılaştım grafikler başarılı hikaye anlatılımı fena değil ama oynanış hiç zevkli gelmedi bana benim için başarısız bir kojima oyunu hayal kırıklığı

    muy artistico y excelentemente ambientado
    la musica de lowroar, radiohead y otras bandas
    muy nostalgica e indie, el sistema de juego de primero me parecio muy frustrante ya que debes mantener el equilibrio dependiendo el peso del cargamento, los jefes son geniales, resumiendo el juego se siente muy bien y me agradan los escenarios.

    I played for a few hours last night and fell asleep dreaming about the game. I'm currently thinking of an excuse to leave work early to continue my death stranding journey because this game is flat out perfection. Forget all the non-sense zero scores. You can obviously tell by now if this games for you or if you should pass.     Definitely going against the "establishment" of shoot stuff all day. I'm definitely enjoying it. The game is extremely well designed and is immersive. Immersion rarely happens these days but this game... it's something else. Future cult hit, calling it.

    If this game is saved by the press it is certainly because it was accompanied by a check, that the tester is a hardcore fan of Kojima and / or that the game is exclusive to the PS4.

    Honestly, this game will be remembered especially for being a real playful failure.

    The acting game or the soundtrack can not save this game. By putting this on the front of the stage, we forget the essence of the video game: have fun!

    Es un simulador de Glovo en el que tienes que ir de el punto A a el punto B caminando por un mundo vació en el que tú mayor enemigo es la ridícula cantidad de cajas que el protagonista puede llevar a su espalda sin que esta se parta por la mitad, 6 horas jugadas y creo que sería mas divertido sí esas 6 horas hubiera estado jugando a Tetris.

    Lo más aburrido que he jugado los últimos años, sobrevalorado totalmente, hubiese esperado para comprarlo a 30$ en el blackfriday, decepcionante, lento, cinemáticas largas, tiene varios Bugs, el mundo está muy vacío, nivel de diversión 0. No daré spoilers pero la historia no es nada original. Horizon tiene mejores gráficos.

    To anyone actually reading this, I think this game is a 8.7/10 so far. I'm about 5 hours in and its exactly what I expected. A strange, melancholy, interesting and different game about the end of the world, hiking, delivering packages, and making connections. I think its great and I can't wait to dive into it more. The 10/10 is to counteract the insane 0/10 reviews people are farting out

    As an avid follower of Hideo Kojimas work, I was very intrigued by this game, and was thoroughly excited to play it, that was until a lot of the reviews that came out from a lot of what I thought to be reputable companies/names. All I can say is ignore any bad reviews you see or hear, they are total rubbish! This game is a complete masterpiece, and after 15 hours, I am in love with it! 10/10

It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
