    What a wonderful game!!? Great graphics, nice soundtrack, authentic gameplay and a fantastic history. Death Stranding deserves the GOTY for this year. If you can't believe me, please, play It!!!

    Ok I've been playing the game for like 6 hours and I must say that this game is mindblowing Each area except for the bridge building looks different and unique

    Yes it is kinda walking simulator but the mechanics made it interesting to travel across the UCA. The game will change when BT comes into screen. The thrill will make you understand the game. The hardships required to bring people together is tough and it is shown brilliantly by Hideo. The story is mysterious to keep you on hook. I know this game was not received well by gaming community. But as gamer if you don't want to buy the game it's fine at least rent it .
    And you will know why this is one of the best game ever made.

    I watched the first 2 hours of play on YouTube, because I will buy it on PC when it comes out. So why am I writing this review? After all, everyone is writing reviews without having played it, right?
    The direction seemed immediately top-notch, as well as the characterization of the characters. Even the music looks beautiful.     Regarding gameplay, it's not for everyone, but I think it makes fun of what is boring in all other games: walking (or rather, running).

    Uma das melhores experiencias que eu já tive com games gostei muito de tudo, ambientação, história,trilha sonora, gráficos que pra mim está entre um dos melhores ao lado de GOW e HZD,já estou com 35 horas de jogo bem longe do final ainda :b,e não consigo parar de jogar,meus parabéns a Sony e a Kojima productions pelo excelente trabalho em Death Stranding!

    It has a very addictive and well thought out gameplay system with upgrades and new equipment added as you progress. It is the story of a delivery guy that instead 8f killing enemies has to get goodies to other people and help connect other players by helping them in their paths. It can be a very long game too.     Death stranding se trata de un juego que rompe los moldes en la actualidad y eso puede provocar una recepción complicada, como así está siendo aunque eso no quita para que haya gente que se haya dedicado a "machacar" el juego a base de puntuarlo con ceros por ser una obra de Kojima y un exclusivo de ps4 (hasta su salida en PC). Llevamos tiempo quejándonos de que salen juegos clónicos alDeath stranding se trata de un juego que rompe los moldes en la actualidad y eso puede provocar una recepción complicada, como así está siendo aunque eso no quita para que haya gente que se haya dedicado a "machacar" el juego a base de puntuarlo con ceros por ser una obra de Kojima y un exclusivo de ps4 (hasta su salida en PC). Llevamos tiempo quejándonos de que salen juegos clónicos al mercado, que siempre ofrecen lo mismo salvo algunas joyas tanto en el panorama indie como en el del AA y AAA y cuando llega un señor que quiere hacer algo diferente, guste más o menos, se le quiere echar mierda a su obra cuando puede ser un punto de inflexión en cuanto a la creación de juegos diferentes para siguientes generaciones.

    Particularmente me está gustando mucho y aunque se que es un juego de nicho, el juego me está ofreciendo algo muy innovador, fresco pero no solo eso, sino que tiene un apartado audio visual propio de la mejor película de hollywood , con actores que hacen un papel increíble, una historia que te hace pensar mucho, con mucha carga conceptual, onírica pero que poco a poco se va contando realmente genial. Destacar la puesta en escena en esa maravillosa Intro y el prólogo, y eso, un cuidado general muy sobresaliente. Mi nota la justifico por lo siguiente y es que si en las 5 horas que llevo, que se supone dicen es la parte menos buena del juego (según se dice a partir del capítulo 3 o 4 se vuelve aún mejor) ya me está pareciendo sobresaliente alto, entiendo que mi valoración final será la misma, al finalizar el juego.

    Desde aquí animo a los no fans o que tengan dudas, a probar el juego por sí mismos antes de meterse aquí y bombardear el juego con 0, 1.. o incluso una nota suspensa. Entiendo que no pueda gustar a todos como recalco más arriba pero al igual que a mi hay juegos que no me gustan, admiro el trabajo que se hace con ellos y entiendo el por que de su fama y repercusión.    … Expand

There actually is a lot more to it than just the act of "delivering", which in itself is a rewarding and challenging gameplay loop. You'll find yourself struggling to find a balance between accepting as much orders as possible, without overencumbering Sam too much and making him more challenging to control. The progression is also very nice, being able to carry more without issues, getting new helpful gear, and the Social Strand system is very interesting. Working towards something like building a road as a community feels really cool, and receiving an update on people liking equipment you left behind gives you a good feeling.

    It's sad that this game is getting review-bombed, but do understand that this game is not for everyone. Just don't expect to play this game and be able to sit back, and be entertained. This game tries to convey something, make you feel something instead of showing cool explosion number 34962.

    Недостатки. Приходится крафтить оружие и таскать ящики с оружиями, почему то не сделали возможность крафтить боеприпасы к винтовкам.
    Анимация, их много, надоедает. Нокаутирование, убийства, сбор, обнаружение тварей с анимацией в слоу. Я бы отключил это. Слишком много кат сцен. Пользование услугами фреджайл, подъем/спуск в убежище, утилизация, то как кладёт груз в грузовик.

    Я бы поставил 9/10, но поставлю 10, просто из-за того что несправедливо занизили рейтинг игры.    … Expand

    A game that, as had been anticipated, is spectacular from an artistic point of view. complex and remembers the distant Metal Gear (but it is anything but). Kojima remains the best.

    Death Stranding is an unique game that mix the gameplay elements with the narrative in a way only Kojima does.
    Is a game of walk, but when you play you realize that make delivers is a big challenge and is quite fun sometimes. Story is beautiful and Full of plot twist that reminds me of mgs2. I'm Glad this game exists in a vast ocean of generic games that put sale in front of quality.

    10v10 for the first 8 hours. This is not a game. It creates more feelings than a film. This is nothing for the average COD or AC Gamer. I think this is something for book readers, for people that think that games can be considered as a form of art.

    It’s a fantastic game. Gameplay mechanics are second to none and has an amazing story. If you’re looking for a an all out action game this isn’t it, it’s slow but rewarding to play and is for the more mature gamer. A must have for anyone who likes open world exploration with more emphasis on traversal than combat.

    damn amazing game and GOTY candidate for sure. This is so different and better compare to generic western ctrl+c and ctrl+v production filled with bugs and greedy microtransactions. This is well crafted masterpiece with amazing slow paced clever story, perfect graphic, great gameplay (its more game than your generic shooter like doom tho because death stranding actually has deep anddamn amazing game and GOTY candidate for sure. This is so different and better compare to generic western ctrl+c and ctrl+v production filled with bugs and greedy microtransactions. This is well crafted masterpiece with amazing slow paced clever story, perfect graphic, great gameplay (its more game than your generic shooter like doom tho because death stranding actually has deep and amazing gameplay mechanics), super cast etc.
    I LOVE IT so far after 20 hours in game (yes unlike local review bomber mob trolls iam actually playing the game). Obviously its not for people who want simple pew pew fun and its not for PC-policy tool who hating kojima because of so called "sexism" in his games. But if you want more from game than just dull pew pew and generic western theme then go for it. Its amazing. And for the normies who hating it you can go back to your generic battleroyals and ubisoft games, no need to have tantrum because of death stranding and other deep complex games...    … Expand

    I didn’t like first half of the game but second half of this game was great. Great story and graphs. Who votes 0 (they probably didn’t even play the game) if you have this game just continue for the story you’ll love that game in my opinion.

    Great game. Story in Kojima stlye. Love it !!
    The gameplay is great. Honestly I love everything about the game. First game in many years that's not about killing enemies. Thumbs up for Kojima team !

    Ciò vuol dire che chi l'ha valutato 0 è in malafede? Questo gioco non può essere rappresentato da uno 0? Tutt'altro. Questo gioco merita tutti gli 0 che ha ricevuto come tutti i 10 con cui è stato valutato.

    Questo perché fallisce quando si tratta di intrattenere una fascia di pubblico che fa della sfida, dell'azione e dell'immediatezza la priorità assoluta; mentre risulta perfettamente confezionato per chi può prendersi il tempo di godersi un viaggio, apprezzare il lato artistico, tuffarsi in un gameplay più intimo e meticoloso.

    Questo potrebbe essere il perfetto gioco di Schrödinger: vale sia 0 che 10, finché non lo provi e decidi effettivamente se è un gioco che fa per te oppure no.

    Era inevitabile che si creassero due fazioni, sarebbe bello che entrambi gli schieramenti riuscissero ad accettarsi ed a comprendere le rispettive motivazioni.    … Expand

    Death Stranding is a very strange game. I’m fascinated by it but I’m not at all sure that I actually like playing it. It’s not just that it isn’t fun. It often feels like a chore, like the game is doing its level best to keep you from having a good time.

В процессе игры не раз ловишь себя на мысле, будто смотришь анимационный фильм, а не играешь в игру, настолько они хороши. Игра постоянно развивается, подкидывая новые геймплейные решения для казалось бы уже приевшихся доставок грузов. Многие ругают игру за однотипный и скучный геймплей, но правда в том, что геймплей в игре неторопливый и подается порционально, а многим хочется экшена и драйва на старте. Тут этого нет. Это не Куколдная Дутя, где ты стреляешь вся игру и больше ничего. Игра не акцентируется на привычных, устоявшихся в игровой индустрии механиках, а предлагает новые возможности.

    Буквально всё работает на твоё погружение. Окружение, музыка, происходящие события. Всё завязывается в узер и образуют странный и гипнотически затягивающий мир. Очень сложно описывать испытываемые чувства, что дарит игра, но они чертовски приятные.

    Если вы не фанат подобных неторопливых игр, то возможно, вам стоит лучше ознакомиться с игровым процессом, посредством игровых роликов, прежде чем торопиться с покупкой. Я же в свою очередь ни чуть не жалею о покупке и в полной мере наслаждаюсь историей Death Stranding.    … Expand

    Death Stranding é um jogo complexo, com um enredo único. E direi o que todos dizem: Ele não é um jogo pra todos. Um fã de FIFA ou Call of Duty não vai gostar desse jogo. Death Stranding te desafia, tem uma duração exacerbadamente longa. Mas ainda sim, é um dos melhores jogos da geração e merece todo reconhecimento possível. Hideo Kojima acertou mais uma vez.

    I would think this is a 9/10 piece. But I love this game so much that when I see some reviews giving 0/10 because of not fully understand the mechanism of the game, I decide to change the score to 10/10. It would just be too pity if this unique game is underrated because of such prejudice review.     This game is a masterpiece in every aspect, story, gameplay, graphics and e.t, playing the first hours maybe is a little hard but after chapter 2 the real map and game begins and game starts to show itself. please don't listen to negative comments about it, this game is a masterpiece and deserves higher score.

    It is a unique game and it may not be your cup of tea but you should try it and find out. Me personally, I loved it and keep thinking about when I’m away from my PS4. It is my favorite game this year so far.

    Amazing fun. Best game I’ve played this year. Gives you an indescribable feeling of satisfaction when someone completes a structure you started building when you are off on a mission somewhere else. The same goes for when you build a bridge and come back later to find over 4000 likes

    O jogo cumpriu o que é prometido nos trailers, apesar de ter as missões longe uma das outras, a história é muito boa e te intriga em saber oque vai acontecer mas a frente. Quem é acostumado com jogos mais freneticos talvez não goste tanto do game. No entanto os momentos de ação que o jogo oferece são muito bons.

    Not for everybody, clearly. If your favorite game is Call of Duty or Madden, it's best to stay away from this one. But it is truly a masterpiece to me though.

    Like nothing I've ever played. Surprisingly addictive gameplay making you think outside of the box to complete missions. If you came here for guns, guts and gunships, well you need to evaluate why you played Death Stranding.

    10 з 10 я вважаю що гра від генія Кодзіми вийшла шедевром з глибоким сюжетом і своїм незвичним геймплеєм.Так безумовно гра не для кожного і в ній є свої мінуси але ці мінуси порівняно зі всім,що в грі незамітні,тому 10 з 10 який розробник така і гра10 з 10 я вважаю що гра від генія Кодзіми вийшла шедевром з глибоким сюжетом і своїм незвичним геймплеєм.Так безумовно гра не для кожного і в ній є свої мінуси але ці мінуси порівняно зі всім,що в грі незамітні,тому 10 з 10 який розробник така і гра

    Death Stranding is creating a new game genre and therefore paves its own path towards more interactive experiences. It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
