Jogo fraco... Não tem muito o que fazer, só ficar segurando o analógico pra frente e correr de um monstro que te persegue que você consegue “vencer” .

I love having all of these killers I grew up with in horror movies, like Michael Myers and Freddy. I really enjoyed playing this when it first came out. But with them constantly added new killers to switch it up is what keeps bringing me back to the game.

Now that said, there are some flaws, like the major one, no dedicated server? And playing multiplayer is a pain. When you survive with friends, after each game we constantly need to rejoin one anothers group for a new game. This could be fixed.
But otherwise, gameplay wise, I enjoy it!

For this type of game I have to give it a 9, because I thoroughly enjoy and come back to it. There's not that many horror online multiplayer games that make me do that. And yes, the fame does have its glitches and so on but even with those I can't help myself but enjoy it, it's very addictive.

This game was good once upon a time. Now it's full of bugs that the developer won't fix. It still runs on a P2P connection system? Despite promises to provide dedicated servers. Balance is completely **** up. The game used to favor survivors, then it became balanced for a short while, now it's completely stacked in the killer's favor. This game is now trash. Avoid it at all costs.

A very fun game whether playing as the survivor or the killer; truly terrifying as a survivor until you understand how to more skillfully navigate the game. Unfortunately, the game tends to be balanced towards survivors, and over time has become very polarized in difficulty between the two. Killer has become unreasonably challenging due to the many ways they allow survivors to escape.

Like any game it has it's technical issues here and there. For instance, screens with menus tend to make your system sound like it's going to fly away, but settles down once a match starts.

The developer definitely commit's player's money toward improving the game, but it doesn't help the perception the game's developer generates with certain costs it imposes for things like cosmetics. Some cosmetics can only be purchased with a purchasable currency in the game, which isn't so bad. What's bad is that the currency is advertised as being in discounted packs, like one pack provides 1100 currency, for 9.99, suggesting you are getting 10% free. However, the outfits you purchase with the currency are marked up accordingly; a full outfit, on the page you buy it is also marked as being discounted by roughly 10%, but in all it costs you all of the currency you buy. So, there's not really any discount on the currency or the outfit.

It's easy to overlook these things when you realize that you don't have to buy anything to play the game; some characters require you to purchase them with real money, but most can be bought with a currency earned by just playing the game. But, there are shady aspects of the purchased characters, too. Characters that have strong perks that can be taught to other characters in the game will often be changed a month or two after release leaving you regretting buying the character for the perk alone.

If you can overlook the costs of buying new content, or don't care about playing the game without the paid content, you can manage to have a lot of fun - provided you can tolerate the community, too.

However on the down side, the game suffers from a distinct lack of care when addressing bugs and fixes for all platforms ( ps4 is always problematic ) And the developers desire to create new twists and ideas, can sometimes overarch into a creating concept that simply does blend in well with the rest of the game. But the biggest issue of all is the lack of moderation when it comes players behaviour and play styles in game ( hard camping is allowed ! ) which has created a slightly toxic atmosphere within the ps4 dbd community. Trust me playing with friends is very much advised.

Overall I would still recommend this, and once you see past the flaws there is a very unique experience to be had.

    - FPS.

It gets the basics right with some very balanced 1 v. 4 action, a solid amount of characters to choose from, and deep skill trees. However, with only one game mode and a somewhat limited amount of maps the game's longevity can rightfully be called into question. Especially if you don't have any friends to help you try and survive the night with.

Personally, I found playing as the killer to be the most fun of the two options. It's all hunting down survivors and sacrificing them to the "Entity." You're slower than they are, but much stronger. Things like audio cues will help you track them down on the map whenever they happen to make a noisy mistake. Each killer plays uniquely and managing to come out on top feels great because it means you managed to outplay four other people at once who were all working together. Which even as an invincible psychopath isn't as easy as you might think. I think the main reason I preferred to play this way though was because I wasn't forced to rely on other people.

Playing as a survivor can be equally rewarding. Provided you have a good team. If you don't have any friends with the game then you're at the mercy of randos. I think we all know how poorly that can turn out. Communication are coordination are key to success. Your goal is to get a certain amount of generators going to open the exit. One little slip-up during the repair sequence can cost you everything as it instantly alerts the killer to your location. With no way to defend yourself it's all running, hiding, and trying to not be seen. You still have a chance to succeed by yourself, but it's so much harder. With some buddies and mics this can be a blast, but after jumping into so many random matches that ended in disaster because wanted to work together, I quickly decided to play strictly as a killer when no one I knew with the game was online.

Dead by Daylight might not be the most content rich experience and half of it practically requires you to play with friends, but the novelty of getting to play tense games of cat-and-mouse against real people makes it worth a look for those curious. Horror fans in particular will get kick out of just how accurate a representation it is of slasher flicks. One game mode wasn't quite enough to keep me coming back for months on end even with two distinctly different methods of play, but it was fun while it lasted. And some that's going to be a long time.

The idea behind the game certainly has potential but unfortunately it has not been fully realised here. Each level is randomly generated meaning that, although there are a selection of different locations, they all look virtually the same. On top of this the team of four are always tasked with doing exactly the same thing to escape, namely activate five generators by sitting there holding L1 for about 2 minutes each time, and then find the exit. There is an skill tree of sorts that allows players to improve certain skills and stats but it makes little to no real difference to the way the game plays.

If you can get four or five friends together its possible there is some short term fun to be had but in the end the core gameplay is too simplistic and repetitive to hold players interest for very long.

addicting fun... when it works. How this made it to PS4 in its current state is questionable as it has a lot of problems. Could use more content too. If they upped the graphics, fixed bugs, added more content, and refined the matchmaking system, then I could see this game really catching on. The whole system is unique and works extremely well, especially when playing with friends.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I love the game but don't bother getting it on console. Not until they decide to fix the flawed system that the rage quitting killers love to exploit. Good game but very toxic and almost unplayable on the PS4.

    Pros: Great co-op experience,
modes where you can only pay with friends,
    tense atmosphere,
    interesting killers and survivors.

Cons: Killers always leave when the survivors are about to win,
killers camp so survivors can't be saved,
    microtransactions,
you lose all your equipped items and don't get bloodpoints if the killer disconnects.
After every single game you have to invite your friends again because even if you're in a group because the whole thing disbands after the game.

Had 5 games in a row where when my friends and I got the gates open to escape and the killer disconnected so we got nothing. I believe they should make it to where the killer or even survivor who disconnects is the only one to lose everything and gain nothing so the rest of us are not being punished for the antics of childish players.

This is indeed a very bad port from PC and it is as well poorly optimized. It has been said that developers never make Dead by Daylight reach 60 FPS on console. So its stuck from 0 to 30 fps. Leaving for some really choppy and broken games, as doing most actions such as escaping from the killer, dropping pallets, vaulting, etc will leave you with massive frame rate issues. Making it hard on both sides ( survivor and killer ) to do their job effectively. There are no dedicated servers and killers with consistently bad connection to the server will ruin the game for others in the lobby making it a terrible experience for survivors, since the killer creates the lobbies. Looking past all of those issues this game is fun to play. Im glad they made this game free for ps plus users last month, as buying this game full price might not be in your best interest. You can gather up to 3 other friends and have a exciting time playing against all sorts of killers. However the developers should have really thought about porting this to console.... Expand

TL;DR - Dead by Daylight is an unbalanced mess of a game that heavily favors one side over another for the sake of "atmosphere" (AKA player hindrance)

When I began playing this game, I expected something in the vein of Evolve - a 4v1 multiplayer that puts greater emphasis on the 1 while giving the 4 a healthy amount of options to deal with the threat. In this aspect, Dead by Daylight fails in EVERY regard. The 4-person team of "Survivors" are left with little to no way of dealing with the "Killer" player, outside of awkwardly running at a pace that can only be described as "brisk walking". Some may argue this is thematically appropriate, given that this game likes to pretend it's a slasher flick from the 80's. While this may be true, that is no defense for a game that actively hinders the player at every turn for the sake of atmosphere. Wanna heal yourself? Without a special (randomized) perk, too bad, you have to wait for a buddy. Want to strategically bait the monster and try to duck around him? Sucks to be you, monsters have a hit box that would put Call of Duty to shame, and you could get hit even if you're BEHIND the damn thing. Got stuck on the hook and want to try your luck at escaping? How adorable, you get a 4% (ACTUAL NUMBER) chance of succeeding, with 2-3 failures resulting in an instant loss for you. As an added bonus, if you DO manage to escape and then get hooked again, you have roughly 3 seconds before you're booted from the game. Should you play as a Survivor, you will have to deal with the fact that the game is actively trying to MAKE you lose. Playing as a Killer feels clunky and poorly designed, as you must deal with an awkward first-person view that's slightly obscured with a constant mist on your screen. Most killers are very large people that tower over survivors, thus making chasing them feel unnatural as a result, as they will duck into holes and corridors that you simply can't fit through. And yet, picking off Survivors is EXTREMELY easy, as they cannot do a single thing to you, outside of shining lights at you or putting obstacles in your way, which are minor inconveniences at best. Finally, and perhaps the most egregious nail in the proverbial coffin for this wannabe slasher hybrid, a multiplayer game that completely disbands the lobby after EVERY SINGLE MATCH is nothing short of disgraceful.

I've played several matches with my friends and several more by myself, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is one of the worst multiplayer experiences I've ever slogged through.

This game offers two perspectives: The hunter and the hunted. Your experience will depend entirely on how you choose to play the game. The fact you are able to choose is a great feature; you are not limited to minimal choices, even as you begin the game. The survivors, unlike the killer, do not seem to possess any special abilities. Your entire goal is to get out alive, and there is not much sugarcoating it. If you are the hunter, you will have a specific ability, depending on your character choice. Servers have been working well, and I have never waited any longer than 30 seconds to join a lobby. Plenty of active players here. There is a decent mix up of hunters to choose from. The boards are spacious, leaving room for hunter or hunted to explore without being targeted too quickly.

    The bad:

Some of the positives have negatives. For instance, the size of the boards are generous. They have more generators than needed, so the advice of being near a generator to find survivors should be taken as lightly as possible. You will have to get creative in your approach (literal approach), because there are plenty of hiding places. The game favors the survivors; they simply have more methods of escape than you have of hunting, if you're a hunter. Survivors are offered third-person view, increasing their knowledge of their surroundings. Hunters have to rely on first-person, and the challenges pile up with the design of the boards. Navigating can be challenging. There was a point when I had to pause the game because I felt I was having a sensory overload. You can only see a survivor if they're in your line of sight. Red scratches are used to indicate their footprints, but this can be confusing (which I assume was the point). Survivors are awarded the ability to hear their own heartbeat speed up, in addition to third-person. It can feel somewhat lopsided. The chance of escape for survivors is high, and teammates can aid their escape. Be watchful of this, because the second you think you have a kill, it can be stripped from you. It will take some practice, but the game is quite fun once you begin to nail down some of the mechanics.

I recommend it, and give it a couple of days before deciding on how you feel.

The killers can abuse the hook mechanics to farm bloodpoints from the survivor who can't do very much about it. The killer also has 'bloodlust' which increases their speed when they are unable to catch the survivor, this mechanic is good in theory and is necessary in the current state of the game, but is a cheap way to get a hit on a survivor. These are just a few of the flaws in the game that can be abused. Most of the killers in Dead by Daylight can be outplayed by survivors and vice versa, the wide range of items, offerings and perks at your disposal create a variety of different ways to play the game.
In my opinion, playing killer is not fun, it is often frustrating and honestly quite boring, whereas playing survivor is entertaining, you are filled with fear and the heartbeat noise when the killer approaches is a terrifying sensation that people generally look for when purchasing a horror game. When a game goes well, this game is absolutely fantastic, when the four survivors and the killer have good attitudes towards the game and try not to abuse the mechanics that make the match significantly less fun for each other, Dead by Daylight is a fantastic experience. These games are uncommon and Dead by Daylight's ranking system has reduced the chances of this happening, but when you get one of these games, you feel satisfied. Because of the potential this game has to be a unique experience that is both fun and instils a sense of fear when playing survivor, the sense of accomplishment you get when killing a survivor as the killer, the fantastic menu music that warps into a menacing, metal theme when you select the killer, or a sombre, acoustic theme when you select survivor and the fact that the game is constantly being updated with improvements, i decided to give this game a 7/10.

With all of the updates and DLC that come out for this, it makes the game even better. The dev team also puts out some regular QoL patches too, which is a very nice touch. Shows that they care very much about this game.

The new additions of Killers and Survivors are also really fun. All of the new abilities to learn and prestige to get has me hooked. I've prestiged every character and ever killer so far at least once.

This game is a steal at the price. I have well over 300 hours playing it and I definitely plan on putting in more.

This comes from my perspective as a survivor main, a killer main might have a different experience. From my perspective, I feel as if this game is too killer friendly. Everything is built around making the killer experience enjoyable. You can hear it when you play survivor, and when you play killer. The survivor music is full of panic and despair, while the killer music is more enjoyable, and somewhat relaxing, to listen to. And the developers are always going to make the killer mains more happy than survivor mains.

Another problem is the controller. The joystick controller on the right that controls the camera is very slow, even at 100% sensitivity. And using your thumb will never be as accurate as using your whole arm when you are using a mouse. It's very hard to look back quickly when your being chased, then looking forwards to see where you are going. And there is a problem that if you move your left joystick button in between the stopped and full speed motion, you'll actually look like your moving in slow motion, this is not helpful in a chase.

I feel as if developers could do a better job with the chases and make them more fun. If they slowed down the killers on PS4, because of those main issues stated above, and reduce the things killers needed to do in order to pip, I think everyone would agree that they would make chases more fun again, and it would just be a better game. But how it is for now, I wouldn't recommended it unless you like being a killer.

so after that myself would say friday is better mainly because it stays true to its original bases (the movies) jason is violent supernatural and can kill the counselors like a virus jumping from one to the other and leaving nothing but blood and guts in his path but in Dead By Daylight you have killers like Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger and LeatherFace for some reason picking people up and leaving them on a silly demonic hook which doesn't kill them straight away there able to be saved by a teammate. Yeah i know impaled through the chest by a hook yet can still run about makes sense doesn't it but in Friday if Jason impales someone they don't get up at all they're dead simple whether it's part 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 or savini hell Jason they don't get back up.

Dead by Daylight is an online game of cat and mice, except with a slasher theme, and the addition of a couple of well known slashers from horror films. I did not expect to have this much fun with an online slasher game, but wow!!! This game is quite the surprise of fresh fun. Definitely a must own on whichever console you have.

20 fps on "Blackwater swamp" map and very low sensitivity. There are a lot of fps drops in this game, doesnt matter who you playing with.

The next thing is....BUGS and GLITCHES, lots of them. You rank can literally reset everyday, you can lost your item and ALL BLOODPOINTS, because of "No network connection" error getting out of nowhere.

The last thing is servers. You can find game in 40 minutes, you can play versus a guy with 4 mb/s internet, and its normal. People dont stop downloading hundreds of gigabytes from Torrents while playing this game, and this awful.

Also....never touch sensor panel when you are in-game.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Great game that deserves better scores than it's been getting for console.
This is 4 survivors vs 1 killer.
To survive you must activate 5 generators which will power the controls to an escape door. The killer must hunt down and sacrifice as many of the survivors as they can and prevent their escape.
This is an Independent Game. It's not from an established studio. But it's still excellent.
    - You choose if you play as a Survivor or Killer.
    - Matchmaking is very good right now. If you pick Survivor or Killer you will get a game quickly.
    - If the Killer quits because he's doing poorly, the Survivors all get an XP reward.
    - If you get killed as a Survivor you can quit the match, get your XP and nobody is penalised. The match carries on for everyone else and you are free to start a new one.
    - The game rewards cooperation and this encourages survivors to help each other so most of the time they do.
    - You're going to suck as a level 1 Survivor and probably struggle as a level 1 Killer. Manage your expectations. Learn to play. It doesn't take too long to get the hang of it and once you realise this then the game is more fun and you can be encouraged by progression.
    - There are many Audio Cues to things that are happening in game. A decent Gaming Headset will really compliment this game.
Graphically the game is fine. Some games look better and that's because they've got the same budget as a Hollywood Blockbuster. The graphics do the job fine for this game.
Audio for this game is exceptional. Audio cues make a Gaming Headset a huge advantage.
Gameplay seems very simple at first but as you continue you realise it's much more complex. The first few times you get a "Skill Check" while you're completing an action like fixing a Generator or Healing a colleague you'll fail and think it's ridiculous. But eventaully you'll recognise the Audio Cue for the Skill Check and because you're prepared you'll usually hit it easily.
Expect to get murdered early on and have fun with abandon. As you become more experienced with the game you'll find success with both Survivors and Killers alike.
Great game. There are very few other games out there like it.

Where it lacks is variety in map and gameplay. Despite there actually being more maps that are procedurally generated to boot its never really feels like you have much to do as the core game mode is straight forward restart generators - find doors, The same for the killer, find people - put on hook - wait.

Should they introduce updates (I stress these should be free) expanding game play modes and map types they immediately better this games final score.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that not only did my local Best Buy have the game in stock, but it was only $29.99 (picked it up for $23.99). At either price the game is a steal.

Let's talk about the game. Now bear in mind that I only picked this game up yesterday afternoon and spent a total of 3-4 hours playing, most time spent as the Killer. This game is a little off putting at first I will admit. You'll no doubt feel a sense of "wasted money" dread come over you as you play your first match. Fight through this feeling, you'll be glad you did because you will find a surprisingly fun and relatively deep game beneath. There is no interactive tutorial to speak of, most info on how to play is in the FAQ, so expect to do some light reading to learn if you're not coming with prior knowledge. You can also check the Reddit sub for DBD, it has a lot of great info to get a "newbie" up to speed.

The premise is pretty simple, 1 Killer & 4 Survivors. Simple. There's more depth to it once you get into the bloodweb and other RPG-lite elements like add-ons, perks, buffs, etc. Rounds will last as long as the players allow. If the Killer is efficient then you're looking at 10-15 min or if the survivors know what their doing. If either are new to the game, then it could last 30-45 min. Lot's of hide-n-seek, cat and mouse.

Most people already know what the game is about, so I'll skip most, but it translate really well to consoles and to controllers. The game also runs really well on consoles, for the most part. If you're looking for something to compliment Friday the 13th, this is your game.

Thanks for reading and I hope to see you in The Fog.

Is Dead by Daylight perfect? By all means, no. Is it fun? F*** YES!

This game isn't going to be for everyone. Odds are you will be a helpless survivor. Yes, you will be helpless. The killer cannot die. Once again, the killer cannot die. When you first start playing, you will die more than you will survivor. Survivors are suppose to be helpless against a Killer. As a survivor you don't play to win games, you play to survive them. As the Killer you have one objective. That objective is to kill. That's the game. if you don't like the concept, than Dead by Daylight is not for you. Once you become good enough and an high enough level with good perks, as a survivor you eventually will learn how to out smart the killer. Then your odds of surviving will continue to increase. I like to compare this game to a slasher flick. One killer vs Four survivors. Can you out smart the killer and escape?

Now the game is not perfect. There are some bugs. Ex: Messy movement when the killer attempts to pick up a survivor. (nothing game breaking). All Killers are not the same. Some are stronger than others. (Balancing). Games have no timers. Meaning, games can last forever. I have lasted in a match for 42 minutes. Games typically last 12-15 minutes :). Lastly, if you choose to play as the killer, you will be hosting the game. To fill up your game it can take upwards of 10-15 minutes. The reason for this is because everyone wants to be the killer. Plus side, if you decide to be the survivor you will never have an issue finding a game.

The game is truly a good time. For $25 I recommend picking it up.

Both of these characters are customizable....and are leveled up by completeing tasks and actions in a match…
At the end of a match you can use your earned points and dump them into a skill tree to buff your character…
And all matches are ranked so don’t worry about unbalanced games
But these features are the only good this game has going for it, because the rest is a bunch of sluggish and boring garbage…
There is no story mode here, no prepper tutorial... Just 1 single game mode of survive or hunt…
As a survivor your goal is to escape with all the members in your group…
    This is a 4 v 1 game
Run around an uninteresting map looking for repair parts and using these parts the sabotage hooks and fix the generators around the map…
then activate the gates and escape…
All the meanwhile trying not get caught and healing teammates that do get injured as you’re able to wiggle your way from the killer, and you’re able to help your teammates off of the hooks…
Being a survivor is in no way fun at all though...
You can hide in closets... push things in front of the killer as you try to run away...
But for the most part youre just feeling your way around a dark map hoping you find something so you can leave…
chases aren’t thrilling, theyre sluggish and cheap…
And things are just as annoying for the killer…
As the killer you run around the map trying to either zap or slash the players trying to survive..
You can grab the hurt player, carry them to a hook and sacrifice them...
Your goal is to sacrifice all 4 before they can escape…
This really feels like a game of freeze tag…
And players will constantly do the annoying playground tactics of run around a giant rock…
or copping over a ledge over and over until you just get annoyed and crush it with your foot giving them time to run away...
This definitely keeps the game feeling balanced…
But it also keeps the game feeling annoying…
especially the whole running around in circles but trying to get in a lucky swing…
it is more satisfying to play as the killer though…
Of catching someone who thinks they’re clever…
And you’re given enhanced hearing so you can sense when a survivor is repairing a generator or just recently hid in a closet...
These moments are enjoyable and almost make up for the overall dull experience that is dead by daylight…
    Almost...
    This game is still bad…
    I give Dead by Daylight
