    DBD is one of my favorite horror multiplayer game, This is a game about 4 survivor VS 1 killer.
    Survivor's Objective is to repair 5 generator and killer's objective is to prevent the survivor from completing the generators and kill them.
    Every person can have 4 different perks ( goes for the survivor and the killer ) and using these perks to gain an advantage over the other person. And    DBD is one of my favorite horror multiplayer game, This is a game about 4 survivor VS 1 killer.

    Every person can have 4 different perks ( goes for the survivor and the killer ) and using these perks to gain an advantage over the other person. And every killer has an unique ability.
    But there might be one thing new player might not like which is grinding, this game an unnecessary amount of grind and every perk have 3 tiers which gets better every tier it goes up and there are two type of chapters (DLC), one is original chapter which the idea of the killer and survivor is an original made by the Behavior, and the other is Licensed chapter which means they got the licensed for a character from a movie or a video game like Nemesis from Resident evil or Michael Myers from the Halloween Movie. And there is 3 type of currency in this game, 2 are obtainable free from playing ( Bloodpoints and Iridescent Shards ) and other one is only purchasable ( Auric Cells ).

    First of all let's talk about bloodpoints, It's in game money to upgrade your character to unlock perks, You'll get around 10k - 30k per game according to what you've done in the match!

    And secondly let's talk about Iridescent Shards, These currency are mostly used to purchase characters ( survivor and killers ) but you can only purchase characters from original chapters for 9k Iridescent Shards.

    The lastly let's talk about Auric Cells, Basically you can purchase licensed character and original character for 500 auric cell which is are 5$

    You can also purchase any Chapter for 4.99$ or 8.99$ according to the chapter if it's one character chapters then it'll be 4.99$ but if it's 2 character chapter it's 8.99$ but sometime they release a chapter with 2 survivors and 1 killer like Resident Evil Chapter and The Stranger Things Chapter but The Stranger Things chapter is not purchasable anymore since Behavior have lost the right to Stranger things license. I highly recommend waiting for a discount and then you'll be able to purchase the chapter for half the price on PS Store.

Play as survivor or killer looking to escape a trial. The perks, add-ons and offerings mean that each match can be unique and catered to your play style.     it was a much better game back in 2019, there has been way too many updates for things that no one even asked for. the game is only getting worse

    fun to be chased and even more fun with friends. Being the killer can be fun but not when you're versing try hards

    The game is fun but definitely benefits from playing with other people. Playing as a survivor is a lot easier than playing as the killer. Once you get the hang of the maps you'll be okay but some maps can get confusing.

    Rated at a 9 for now because I am still just a beginner and don't have enough hours in, but I can easily see myself bumping this to a 10. It's just so much fun and so thrilling.

    I've played for a few months don't remember the exact number but I've been having more fun with friends and laughing over what happens during matches. An example being that I vaulted over a ledge so many times while being chased by the killer that they disconnected themselves from the game.

    Fun game, if you are looking for a different/challenging game and don’t care so much about graphics, more focus on enjoying the game. Then this is for you.

    How does this have so many negative reviews?? In my opinion I think this game is pretty good! Especially if your teaming up with friends. The only negatives that I can think of are camping, tunneling and cheating. But I don't get killers like that often. And lately I haven't been running into a lot of "toxic" people either.     That game is good game on multiplayer games, this game have scary killers and place and effects and have fun when you play with your friend and developer always support that game and fix the bugs but this game a little have bug but is game is good enough. Play this game and try to escape because dark hunting you soon.

    Without any doubt, DBD is a great gaming experience. Every match is as crazy as different, considering you are always playing with or against real gamers. Simple gameplay, great formula, ever growing IP. Love the work they do in community management via Discord.

    I first need to point out I'm reviewing this game over 3 years from its original release, that cannot be understated.

    This game is a lot of fun especially when playing with friends. My group of friends and I will typically end up on this game at some point in the night after getting annoyed with GTA V, Rainbow Six Siege, Destiny 2, etc. The game is far from perfect, its pretty buggy,    I first need to point out I'm reviewing this game over 3 years from its original release, that cannot be understated.

    The game is far from perfect, its pretty buggy, the graphics are not anything special, many of the killers are extremely over powered (looking at you Pyramid Head), and the matchmaking sometimes takes several minutes.

    Best coop game, big fun but.. lot of strange mechanics that newbies cant understand and cant read before game (for example perks). sometimes hella long matchmaking - idk this game has so many players, i think there is problem with developers who made so much money from this so they have to work on it + they should add more mods like another way to escape

    I've been really enjoying this game and love that they keep adding new content. As I'm writing this Stranger things characters will be added into the game in a week or two!
    I love having all of these killers I grew up with in horror movies, like Michael Myers and Freddy. I really enjoyed playing this when it first came out.     Now that said, there are some flaws, like the major one, no dedicated server? And playing multiplayer is a pain. When you survive with friends, after each game we constantly need to rejoin one anothers group for a new game. This could be fixed.

    For this type of game I have to give it a 9, because I thoroughly enjoy and come back to it. There's not that many horror online multiplayer games that make me do that. And yes, the fame does have its glitches and so on but even with those I can't help myself but enjoy it, it's very addictive.

    A very fun game whether playing as the survivor or the killer; truly terrifying as a survivor until you understand how to more skillfully navigate the game. Unfortunately, the game tends to be balanced towards survivors, and over time has become very polarized in difficulty between the two.     Like any game it has it's technical issues here and there. For instance, screens with menus tend to make your system sound like it's going to fly away, but settles down once a match starts.

    The developer definitely commit's player's money toward improving the game, but it doesn't help the perception the game's developer generates with certain costs it imposes for things like cosmetics. Some cosmetics can only be purchased with a purchasable currency in the game, which isn't so bad. What's bad is that the currency is advertised as being in discounted packs, like one pack provides 1100 currency, for 9.99, suggesting you are getting 10% free. However, the outfits you purchase with the currency are marked up accordingly; a full outfit, on the page you buy it is also marked as being discounted by roughly 10%, but in all it costs you all of the currency you buy. So, there's not really any discount on the currency or the outfit.

    It's easy to overlook these things when you realize that you don't have to buy anything to play the game; some characters require you to purchase them with real money, but most can be bought with a currency earned by just playing the game. But, there are shady aspects of the purchased characters, too. Characters that have strong perks that can be taught to other characters in the game will often be changed a month or two after release leaving you regretting buying the character for the perk alone.

    If you can overlook the costs of buying new content, or don't care about playing the game without the paid content, you can manage to have a lot of fun - provided you can tolerate the community, too.    … Expand

I’ve been playing some for a few days now and rarely wait longer than a couple minutes for a lobby to fill. This was a great ps+ freebie. It’s just cheap fun. Both modes are enjoyable. Progression feels nice. GoodIt’s a fun unique online multiplayer first person horror game to play from time to time.     This is by far the best multiplayer horror game. The matchmaking is great, and the ranking system provides a challenge, while not being impossible to rank up. The fact that you lose your hard earned Items after death gives you a reason to survive, as Items are hard to come by in the bloodweb. Also reading the backstory of the killers is a really fun experience. I would suggest buying someThis is by far the best multiplayer horror game.     Dead by Daylight pays tribute to horror movies from the 80s. The asymmetric gameplay is just as fun no matter if we're playing the killer or trying to escape him.
