    Story and gameplay are the best I've ever experienced, but it has some bugs. I can only speak for the PS4 Pro Version, but here it runs pretty much okay. Sure we got some objects poppin in, also around 10 crashes in now more than 60 hours - but nothing that kept me from proceeding in any quest or that wasn't fixed after reloading the game. So I'm sure that CD Project Red will fix allStory and gameplay are the best I've ever experienced, but it has some bugs. I can only speak for the PS4 Pro Version, but here it runs pretty much okay.     The game is a steaming turd, the only good points would be the story( when it works) and the soundtrack. Bad points? If your inventory is too full your game crashes, physics for everything is broken and pop in is s***. I will not be pre-ordering any more games from now on.

    Graphics - 9/10 (some graphic glitches, but the city is very beautiful and accurately captures the gritty dystopian atmosphere of cyberpunk and meets my expectations of a modern game.     Gameplay - 7/10 (AI can be a bit dumb and I really don't like how police just teleport behind you when you commit a crime, otherwise solid stealth/hacking/gear collecting/upgrading mechanics). Recommend playing on Hard or Very Hard to make up for the AI shortcomings.

    Story - 10/10 (story is a strong point both in the main quest and the side quests. You really empathise with the characters who are realistically flawed and motivated by realistic goals/loyalties etc.)

    Replayability - 7/10 (Good for 3 replays IMO. There are 3 main playstyles - gun and hack combat, stealth and hacking with the expected hybrid possibilities in between). There are 7 endings but IMO it's more like 3 endings with 2 slight variations each and the secret ending which is mainly there for a challenge). Only thing that would increase replayability is if they let you 100% custom make a character rather than play as "V" who is a character with a set goal and motivation (i.e. to become a Night City mercenary legend). However this was probably necessary to tell the story of V rather than the story of a generic player so I understand these things are always a balance.

    Music/Soundtrack - 8/10 - Low key the second best aspect of the game. Perfect for setting the atmosphere of Cyberpunk. Some songs really pump you up for a mission and others make you kind of want to stop just to listen to them.    … Expand

    But I can't say, that the game is bad. I can't say that all these screenshots with non-loaded textures and models of the NPC is common gameplay. No. I play over 80 hours, and I faced it about 15% of playing time. I understand why a lot of people is too negative, but the game isn't    I play on the PS4 (not Pro-version).

    One thing I can say about problems of the CP2077 – this game makes me remember how is it, to play games on old-PC (I still remember how is it to play STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl with minimal graphic settings, low FPS, with lots of bugs, but despite this enjoy the game – that kind of memories).

    You can fix the technical problems, but if the game essence is kind of trash, it wouldn't help.

    I truly enjoy the Cyberpunk 2077. And I hope, that CD Project Red will make it better in nearest future.    … Expand

    After 8 hours in the game, focusing on the main story, I encountered all shorts of flaws that rendered the game almost unplayable. It started with short framedrops & bugs that escalated to serious glitches (invisible hostile npc's spawning out of thin air, dead bodies causing you damage, map indicator going crazy, hp bar counter stuck to 0 while on full health) ultimately ending with theAfter 8 hours in the game, focusing on the main story, I encountered all shorts of flaws that rendered the game almost unplayable. It started with short framedrops & bugs that escalated to serious glitches (invisible hostile npc's spawning out of thin air, dead bodies causing you damage, map indicator going crazy, hp bar counter stuck to 0 while on full health) ultimately ending with the game crashing completely. Even with the latest hotfix (1.05) nothing seems fixed. I'll keep playing but I wouldn't recommend it in its present state, the game is broken. Too bad as my expectations were high for this one.

    In my opinion, the game turned out very good. Yes, the game has a number of problems, but in General, you can see the efforts of the developers, especially if you consider that this genre is new to them. As for the versions for the old generation consoles, in my opinion, there is a big fault of managers, PR Department and very dissatisfied users when they transferred the game.

    There's been 3 pathces for this game and the game is not a mess anymore. Crashes are basically fixed, FPS is now more stable, loading times are better and game braking bugs are fixed and small problems where also fixed, but there's still some left which they promised to fix in big update which are coming in January/February. Game has very good story/gameplay/sidequests stories. BasicallyThere's been 3 pathces for this game and the game is not a mess anymore. Crashes are basically fixed, FPS is now more stable, loading times are better and game braking bugs are fixed and small problems where also fixed, but there's still some left which they promised to fix in big update which are coming in January/February. Game has very good story/gameplay/sidequests stories. Basically there's a lot of content in the game. If you still have doubts about buying the game, then wait till February last big update which are meant to fix all problems in the game for all platforms. If you can't wait that long than I think you can buy it and you will still have good experience, cause optimization are better now for consoles. Unfortunately there's lot of things that are missing from the game which would make way better experience. And that's the main reason why this game can't be higher than 7or8/10, at least for now.… Expand

    Male joytoy has disappeared among other glitches. Great concept, and obviously a lot of time went into development, but for an RPG fan there are limited relationship options, and not enough free play control like exploring the many buildings, buying real estate, traveling with your companion, etc. Could have been a 5, but falls way short.

    That game is trash. have lot of bug and always crash on ps4 and I'm waiting very long time for play this game ! I'm not filling fun when play this game just make me angry I hope developers solve the problems

    Wspaniała przygoda i niezapomniani bohaterowie. Genialnie wykreowane postacie, oraz miasto które które swoim "ciężarem" przygniata wszystko co do tej pory widzieliśmy w grach video. Niestety pełna błędów i ewidentnie nie zoptymalizowana w ogóle względem starszych maszyn. Mam nadzieję że kolejne łatki naprawia głównie płynność gry, oraz jej stabilność, bo graficznie(ps4 pro) jest naprawdęWspaniała przygoda i niezapomniani bohaterowie. Genialnie wykreowane postacie, oraz miasto które które swoim "ciężarem" przygniata wszystko co do tej pory widzieliśmy w grach video. Niestety pełna błędów i ewidentnie nie zoptymalizowana w ogóle względem starszych maszyn.     I really thought that there would be a major build up to the ending ( like the witcher 3 ) but to my dissapointment there simply wasn't.Everything gets distorted and makes little sense ( it really feels like a black ops 3 situation but not that bad )

    One more thing i want to add regarding the story is that we didn't pay for cyberpunk we paid for Keanu Reeves.Which is bloody misleading.The game delevopers spent more time idolizing Keanu more than focusing on V

    And the ending was just dissapointing regardless of which ending you get.

    In terms of driving, its gta 4 ( wayy more slippery though )
    Combat feels stiff like og modern warfare stiff

    Too many bugs and glitches

    And there are almost no side activities

    Wait for a 50% discount before you buy
    Trust me, your not missing anything P.S Just because its ps4 doesn't excuse it for looking bad, look at games like rdr 2 and tlou 2

    Overall im giving it a 6 because regardless of its issues and dead world there are still humorous times in the story and and the first half of the story i found rather impressive as well as the side missions.    … Expand

At first, I really liked the game, I really liked the world and despite some minor technical mistakes like fps drops and textures loading late, it was enjoyable at least. But after the introduction of Johnny Silverhand and Alt Cunningham, the game took an really uninteresting turn, the more i played, the more i lost my interest and after a total of nearly 25 hours of gameplay, I returned it. At one point, because of the bugs and all of the quality drops the game was in an state that was unplayable. I think that Cyberpunk had so much potential that was wasted in bad writing, plot holes and rushing the game’s release date all the time. If you’re an fan of futuristic stuff and the work of Phillip K. Dick, you will probably like this game due to it’s world and it’s story, but if you’re a person that played really good games like RDR2, Witcher 3, God Of War and Souls-like games, you will probably hate this game, it will feel like an really huge drop in quality after those games. In my opinion, this game is a waste of time, but if one of your friends has this and you want to check it out, do it that way and don’t buy the game if you want to try it.… Expand

    On PlayStation 4, this game sucks a lot when it comes to bugs, frame rate, overall visual quality and lots of technical difficulties. But, underneath all this crap, there is a great story-driven RPG gem that made me ignore all the bad things about it, which will hopefully be patched overtime. I'm looking forward to play this game again on next-gen. I'm finishing it on PS4 for the story.

    4) Getting to see the interior of the many different cars available in the game is fun and the driving isn't too bad compared to other games I've played, such as Watch Dogs.

    5) When live streaming it on the standard PS4, a friend who had been playing it on the PS5 had noticed I wasn't getting many enemies to deal with as she was, and when watching her live stream it on her PS5, I noticed there were more cars on the road. When I'm driving around I'll see a lot of cars in the distance, but when I get closer to them, they vanish. If I do see other cars on the road that are closer to me, they either drive really slow to the point that they're barely moving, or they will just randomly stop and not move at all.

    It's not a perfect game, but I'm enjoying it at the moment, which is why I'm not giving it a 10. There's still a lot that needs to be fixed and if they can save it like Hello Games did with No Man's Sky, maybe then I'll give it a higher score.    … Expand

    Very good game, but sadly buggy. I was a little disappointed running this on my Xbox One X. Hopefully those big patches they said would drop will fix everything.

Em 100 horas de jogo o meu jogo fechou e deu erro 46 vezes, Não, não estou brincando. Muito decepcionado com a CD projekt red. A história é boa mas poderia ser melhor e melhor explorado. Выпускали на три платформы и не смогли на двух стульях разом усидеть. Самого начала делали игру на ПК, человека который играет на ПК и PS4 Pro в эксклюзивы не сможете очки лжи одеть.     Although there are still bugs, the game is absolutely fantastic and has really immersive features. The frame rate can be an issue when driving, so instead I usually run around the city and use fast travel points instead. The storyline is fantastic, however there could be more choices during the story, rather than mainly at the end of the game. I easily played 70 hours of this game before completing it for the first time.

    Something that will help; turn off HDR and some of the extra graphical options (like motion blur) from the game options. This will improve the performance greatly.
    Also, get your PS4 cleaned. That will make a difference to overheating and therefore performance.

    Would definitely recommend once the creases are ironed out. A much better game than most that have come out in the last 5 - 10 years.    … Expand

    Было интересно, но не могу сказать, что я в восторге. Из того, во что я раньше играл, это напоминает GTA Vice City. Зависли два квеста на зачистке последнего района, остальные все ачивки получены. Загрузился перепройти целый район - снова баги квестов. 1 из 10 только за сюжет, он хорош. Остальное впечатление полностью убито сыростью игрыпостоянные вылеты, постоянные баги с квестами, что приходится возвращаться к сохранению и проходить заново. Шел на платину. Зависли два квеста на зачистке последнего района, остальные все ачивки получены. Загрузился перепройти целый район - снова баги квестов. 1 из 10 только за сюжет, он хорош. Unfortunately, Cyberpunk 2077 has many deeper flaws that can't be addressed simply by optimizing the current game.

    In many ways, the term "futuristic GTA" is an apt description. Yet even a game from two decades ago such as Grand Theft Auto III has more of a persistent game world than the shockingly hollow Cyberpunk 2077 we received. There are no true long or short-term consequences to any action a player takes. Police, for example, forget about crimes just as quickly as they witness them. Meanwhile, Night City's various gangs and corporations have a neutral disposition toward V no matter how many of their numbers the player incapacitates or kills.

    Elements of this could possibly be explained away in the story (such as Victor's comment about Kiroshi optics), but the problem largely remains: In a dystopian world full of endless surveillance, it can feel deeply immersion-breaking when, outside of scripted story events, the player character is always viewed as a completely meaningless and neutral entity. And, again, these are deeper issues that can't be addressed with simple performance updates. It's ultimately ironic that so much focus was placed on a first-person perspective as a means of player immersion, yet the gameplay systems that should have supported this experience are underdeveloped if not completely forgotten.    … Expand

    Its a good game, one made with passion from its developers you can feel it while you play it, especially in the writing. But that's it, it could be much more polished and finished, its really sad that this happened.

    O game em si é bom, tem um gameplay divertida e uma história muito boa e longa.
    Pena que ele ainda possui bugs que , em minha jogatina, foram apenas visual. Mas recomendo pega-ló em promoção, já que paguei 40 reais a mídia física. Tomara que melhorem ele logo!!

    You can tell this game is made by people who really wanted it to be good. This is something some games from makers like Ubisoft and EA miss, where you feel those games are made just for money. You can tell CD wanted this    TLDR: My girlfriend walked in and asked, "You playing a game?" I said, "Yeah." She said, "It don't look very fun." And I just cringed and said, "Sometimes it's fun."

    You can tell this game is made by people who really wanted it to be good. This is something some games from makers like Ubisoft and EA miss, where you feel those games are made just for money. You can tell CD wanted this game to be fun but just failed spectacularly. Every (and I mean EVERY) aspect and facet of this game is either glitched, unfinished, or poorly made in some way. Some parts are mostly good and are fun but there's no part of this game that is in 100% tip top shape. I'll go through the parts of the game one-by-one:

    GAMEPLAY/PERFORMANCE:
    Probably the most corrupted and damaging part of the game. Frequent crashes, very slow load times, low frame rates, extreme lag, glitches that affect everything from gun fights and conversations all the way to moving and looking. Thank god this game allowed you to save liberally (although, not in some instances, frustratingly) because the amount of times I needed to reload a save due to some performance failure are too many to count. Things would seem to function in reverse (non-spoiler example: something meant to slow time down instead lags the game so you die before you can react, the opposite effect than the developers intended). There seemed to be a lot of issues with driving, which is big because that's how you get around in the game. Almost every mechanic/function/feature broke in some way during my playthrough, and most things seemed completely unrefined. When they worked, fights and conversations were fun and engaging, but that's WHEN they worked. Odds of that felt like gambling.

    STORY (no-spoilers):
    CD really shines when it comes to story and Cyberpunk has a lot of really great story-telling moments. This is the most redeeming part of the game in my eyes. The writers were clearly skilled and put in a lot of work. This is why I didn't give it a 0/10. There's points where I really felt for the characters and some where the emotional turns of the story hit home for me. Tense bits were tense, thrilling bits thrilling, etc. But glitches hold it back. A game-breaking glitch ruined my main quest enjoyment and side quests also have glitches that sabotage their potential. The most damaging thing for the storytelling were times when something gameplay/performance related took away from the plot, especially when it wasn't a glitch. You could tell an interesting plot had been mangled by time/development/oversight failures. Mostly it's sad and disappointing to see potential go to waste.

    WORLD BUILDING:
    This is the other thing that CD shines at traditionally, but they failed here. The Witcher was a master of world building, this game had a few good moments but quickly becomes vapid. Mostly, it seems like they just didn't have time to fill in a lot of things: some places seem like they were meant for something that never happens; some groups were there but you only have the tiniest interaction with them, some mechanics seem half-cooked as though they were going to be used but then half-scrapped. I got fallout 4 vibes. The world is like a desert: the first time you see one: first you're amazed that it's so big, but quickly you find there's not a whole lot to do in it.

    GRAPHICS:
    This is the most obviously bugged and glitchy thing. Normally I don't mind graphical glitches because they usually don't pull me out of the game much and this is the same for this game. That said, the graphical glitches were BAD... like... the worst I've ever seen... some were haunting, jump-scare level. Most just made it difficult to play the game... or even to see the game.

    OTHER:
    Random things like Settings, controller feedback and other miscellaneous aspects of the game would also break, I don't even know how. I'd repeatedly get a message that my settings were corrupted and reset and sometimes the game would stop recognizing I was pressing buttons (other games would still work so not a hardware issue). I don't understand how many of these even occurred, it's like something an early-access game would do, and even then it'd be bad.

    SUMMARY:
    I've wanted to give CD the benefit of the doubt, especially after hotfixes came out so quick. But the vastness of the issues with this game are inexcusable. There's no way they didn't know the game would be like this. I heard the game works better on PC/Next-gen, and I would have purchased it on one of those, but CD specifically advertised and released the game as a previous-gen game that'd be updated for next-gen. I've waited for updates and patches, but I think the hole they've dug may be too big to fill that easily. Maybe in a year or two, but for now the game is a mess.    … Expand

    Really enjoyed the game, great graphics, storyline had me constantly wanting more. Yes one bug or two bugs on ps5 but this hasn't stopped progress for me on my second play through and still finding new place's.

    I know the game have some issues , some missing stuff but i really enjoyed the game , one's of my favorite, i love the game.

    After completing it for the first time, I am delighted. GREAT storyline, great soundtrack, very well built game world and interesting mechanics. The only disadvantage is a slight FPS drops when driving a vehicle, but it does not affect my perception of the game.     No compres el juego si tienes pensado correrlo en una PS4, aun si es la versión Pro.

    Después de varios parches que pesan 140 GB en total el juego aun se encuentra en un estado lamentable. Lo mejor que podemos esperar, si CDProjeck logra la hazaña, es un juego que al final se vea como The Witcher en la Switch sin la excusa de la portabilidad.

    Great storyline but a fundamentally broken game.

    Tried this after all the new patches and on PS5 in June 2021 after waiting 6 months with quite a few crashes and bugs. The airline and concepts are awesome and what my rating is for. Graphics and physics look like something for ps3 which makes it hard to play in this day and age.

    Hacking, what was thought to be a key part of the game was boiled down to quickhacking. A feature which is severely lacking in depth.

    Despite that, the story still is pretty decent. With intriguing characters but poorly paced missions.

If marketing was more honest, and just promised what basically is scifi witcher 3 and not the next big thing that would fix all your problems and make your crush fall in love with you, then gamers wouldn't be as angry about this game. I'm not taking count on the broken, almost UNPLAYABLE launch that thankfully is significantly better as of 1.3. The main story is great, with amazing characters and great WRITING, which is CDPR's BIGGEST strength. Many people may complain about the shorter main story compared to witcher 3, but that is preferable to a bloated ubisoft mess. However, the thing cyberpunk's content will be remembered best is the Amazing yet completely missable side content. The AMAZING writing involved with Panam, Judy, Kerry, Rogue, Jefferson Peralez, Lizzy Wizzy, Us cracks, River, Johnny, even a sentient soda machine and a mad homeless guy is what shows CDPR's biggest strengths and imo SAVES cyberpunk from being a forgivable experience. Cyberpunk, along with The last of us part 2, will be among the most DIVISIVE games in the coming decade, with many as myself loving it besides the flaws, and others hating it as it killed their mothers, I think time will be nice to Cyberpunk 2077, But CDPR should get all flak for launching in a unacceptable state while at the same time praising the strengths in this game.     La historia pues meh, la jugabilidad es mala por los bugs y por otras incomodidades que experimente como que no cambia de arma el personaje cuando se lo pides o cuando quieres manejar un coche y de la nada se frena solo por pasar por una zona pequeña, mejor esperen una rebaja del juego y listo

    I played on ps4 pro. I crashed maybe 2x and experienced 1 annoying bug a few times. Jumping over a rail at the wrong angle would propel me down the street and into traffic. The story was satisfying and the gameplay was awesome. I played through a few times to try out different playstyles. All in all money well spent.

    The story and characters were above average, although at times it feels like written by a teenager. Music and acting are very good. Graphics are just ok for a base PS4, there are many games who do a better job at that, but nothing is ugly. Controls and gameplay are borderline bad, especially melee combat which is a joke.

    The decision to change third person perspective to first person is a very bad one, i hope CDPR patches in a third person experience as the game was clearly built with that in mind and it suffers from the transition.
    The game crashed twice but thankfully auto-save is frequent.
    I had some fun playing the game but i never felt like "i have to drop whatever i am doing to go play me some cyberpunk", i kinda had to remind myself that i play this game. The ending i got was infuriating to the point that i don't feel like returning to this world for a long... long time.    … Expand

    Recently bought the game after 1.51 update. Just in tutorial Had 4 crashes on PS5 and 4 on PS4 plus 3 instances on AI messing up.

    Visuals on PS 5 are great. PS4 looks as good as Red Dead 1 on PS3. Stay far away from. This on console possible.

    FPS drops are a common occurrence while driving through the city. This can make driving feel very sluggish and difficult to control.
    There aren't very many bugs any more, however in my two full playthroughs I found two annoying bugs: one bug in an ending mission which caused to mission to fail automatically and repeatedly (forcing me to load a previous save) and one bug where my sandevistan does not work sometimes during combat for some reason.

    These technical problems I experienced being my only real issues with the game, I feel that 8/10 is fully deserved, and I absolutely love this game!    … Expand

The story is interesting,    I played this game on PlayStation 4 Pro. Game version is 1.61.

    The graphics are very beautiful at times and then again in the next moment the graphics are like I was playing on the PlayStation 3. The story is interesting, but it is nothing special. This game tries to be a mix between GTA, Watch Dogs and the Netflix series called Altered Carbon. The city seems empty, soulless and there are generally few vehicles and people on the streets. The game fails to load the world while running around town. You stand still and then you see how different things appear around you.

    Unfortunately, this game still has a lot of bugs and issues. Some examples of what I have encountered:
    1. This is the first game that has managed to turn off my PS4 Pro in the middle of playing without any warnings.
    2. There was no indication on the screen to collect things in the world, I had to press a button repeatedly and aim the object in the middle of the screen to pick it up. Guess what, it showed up after I had played the game for about 8 hours.
    3. In order to run in the game, I had to jump in the air first, and only then I was able to activate the running function.
    4. When driving around with a car, it sometimes jumps into the air by itself for no reason.
    5. Sometimes there were absolutely no gun sounds of the shooting in the gameplay. Music just played in the background.
    6. The AI sometimes behaves very strangely. Enemies appear randomly, they spin in the air, jump around here and there, all this is before they start shooting me.
    7. The list could be endless, if I don’t stop here.

    After playing for 11 hours, I encountered such a bug that there was no way around it. I tried many different solutions and finally gave up. This same issue has been around since the game came out and the developer still hasn't fixed it. The internet is full of posts about this problem. My version of the game is 1.61, which came out November 2022. However, it is now the middle of March and there has been no update to the game in the last 3 months. Have they given up on fixing this game? “I walk the line” quest got me completely stuck. More precisely, it is a task called “Find the agent in the cinema.” Industrial shutters remain shut and there’s no way to fix it. I tried various possible solutions (loading old save game, restarting mission, doing things in different order, restarted PS4 Pro etc.) on the internet, and nothing worked. Other players have had the same problem and have also not been able to resolve it.

    This game is still full of glitches and bugs. I can't recommend this game at all.

    If someone think that this game is z 0 then he is full of s***. Game have great graphic and story. After 1.5 patch there are only few bugs now and then, but nothing game breaking and no more then in other open world games.

    It looks a little bit better, but still has some very problematic bugs, crashes and frame drops. CD putted a very good marketing to this game, and it was a HUGE lie and disappointment.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. (PS4 PRO 2022 review ) Great game one of my favorites caught it on sale on ps4 for 24$. It’s not a perfect game but most bugs are fixed. The key problems I had were : crashing occasionally like after 2 or so hours of playing or during combat with a lot of explosions,The fact that the cops literally spawn 10 feet adjacent to you is pretty annoying but they’re pretty easy to lose, and the fact that the driving is atrocious asf probably the worst driving I’ve ever encountered in a video game. But solid gameplay you get to make choices that decide the story , great character customization (like really good) , build like system with multiple ways to play when it comes to combat (stealth etc). You can Loot, craft, sell, buy, just about everything you find . The npcs don’t really get you immersed in the world I feel like the city is really great in some aspects like how some parts of it look but it you don’t always feel like you’re really there in V’s shoes . Still an excellent game despite its flaws for the most part they seem to somewhat listen to the community and are still updating. I recommend buying on sale if you really want to give it a try , it definitely had a rough launch but most of the (game breaking)launch issues are gone . There aren’t too many serious bugs.… Expand

    A fantastic game, that was marred by technical issues. Writing is excellent, for both the story and characters. While it runs well on PS5, the game is barely playable on PS4.

    Probably THE most memorable characters and story you will ever play.A city that feels so good to even traverse in.So much attention to detail.

    Shame that on release the game was broken and pushed away a lot of people. Definitely worth your time since then.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
