    one year and still nothing changed , good thing that i sold my ps4 for a ps5
    i played 100 hours with 20-13 FPS for real and one mission was under 10 FPS painnnn!!!!!!!

    Dont buy it guys! This Game is Joke and biggest scam of the history of games on PS4. But it was also my mistake that i bought this game on day one. It is unplayable and the graphics looks awfull and i have doubts that patches can make it working. And i dont take argument that PS4 is 7 years old hardware. This was how long in development 9 years?

    There is evidence of an excellent game here and the frame rate feels solid on the PS5, but the game was clearly not ready for release on console. In its current state, the game is borderline non-functional. Frequent crashes force you to restart, losing both time and progress.     Jest mi po prostu przykro. Czuję się oszukany. Fatalna optymalizacja, a w zasadzie jej brak. Żadna szanująca sie firma nie powinna wydać produktu w takim stanie. Tak sie składa, że mam dobrego kompa, a kupiłem gre na PS4 żeby grać wygodnie na kanapie i cieszyć się wielkością obrazu na tv. Gdybym wiedział... The resolution is un unacceptably low, the frame rate spends most of it's time sub 30, and it is riddled with bugs. PLEASE AVOID THIS GAME RIGHT NOW. 2077 was clearly not ready for launch. On the rare occasion that it is running properly, the game is excellent. TheI don't normally do this while review thing but, I feel it needsto happen. Cyberpunk 2077 is a total mess on PS4 Pro....... I get they wanted to release for the holidays before the year was out but this is nearly unplayable. 6 crashes so far on ps4 pro! The frame rate is HORRENDOUS while driving the AI is absolutely non existent. The texture and asset pop in.It's really unfortunate.     The shooting isn't very fun. The maps are big and impressive, but there's not much to interact with or do outside of experiencing various features for the first time. The RPG elements feel tacked on and inconsequential.

    My favorite part of this game is just exploring each area once and gawking at the last-gen graphics. It's disappointing that CDPR didn't send out console codes for reviewers because I would've liked to know what I was getting into when I bought the game.    … Expand

    I assume the game itself is great from what I hear. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible for me to play it due to the numerous bugs and glitches on the older gen consoles. CD Red should be ashamed of themselves for releasing an unfinished game. I do not recommend this game until they release significant patches to fix the 30 fps cap and the extremely long list of glitches which includeI assume the game itself is great from what I hear.     Unplayable on PS4. Missing textures, low frame rates and resolutions. No life or immersion in Night City - that’s when it’s not crashing. So incredibly disappointed

    Playing the Ps4 version on the Ps5. There's major framerate problems making entire parts of the city nearly unplayable, lots of crashes and bugs everywhere you look.

    I can't believe CDPR released another game in this state, and expect us to just wait and hope they can fix it eventually

    Feel very let down by CDPR and that they lied to us. Next generation of open world gaming.........yeah think again CDPR. This feels like a serious step down. Red Dead Redemption 2 makes your game look like an absolute joke.

Buying on base ps4 , cant believe this came from the studio that made witcher 3 , really tried to ignore the early ps3/ps2 era graphics and txtures , driving around the world just pops in loads right in front of you ruins any kind of immersion and this is after all the patches ,shame as story and characters are good and combat indoors isCyber punk 2077 more like cyber punk 2002, Avoid!     First off I’d like to say I’m on PS5 but since there isn’t a next-gen version of this game (yet) we have to deal with the PS4 version, the game runs well in terms of frames, but once you get down to it the game looks absolutely terrible, cars look straight out of Minecraft, the game is also very buggy with cars floating, there’s also o tiny feature I hope comes with the next-gen version, aFirst off I’d like to say I’m on PS5 but since there isn’t a next-gen version of this game (yet) we have to deal with the PS4 version, the game runs well in terms of frames, but once you get down to it the game looks absolutely terrible, cars look straight out of Minecraft, the game is also very buggy with cars floating, there’s also o tiny feature I hope comes with the next-gen version, a FOV slider, especially after playing Cold War on 110 and Apex on 110 for almost 2 years, I get extremely sick after about 20 minutes in CyberPunk obviously the games huge and the old-gen version can’t have one on old hardware, I haven’t played the game on my PS4 but I’ve heard it isn’t very good, I’m definitely waiting for the PS5 version sometime next year, and if I were you I’d wait for it as well.… Expand

    - The duck/unduck button share with dialogue cancel button, which can cause accidentally skip dialogue.
    - There is not enough time for me to read dialogue choices, it keep forcing me to pick one super fast.
    - No consistent confirm/yes button. some of them i press X, some of them I press square. Please be consistent.
    - The driving experience is really bad. The car is too hard to control and very floaty.
    - Personally I still much prefer 3rd person view, I feel more connected to my character in 3rd person.
    3. False marketing
    - CDPR claimed the game work well in PS4, obviously not.
    - They promised no compromises on 18+ materials, but I see a lot censorship even my censor option is off. Also not enough gore when shoot on opponent.
    - I know this from other review, romance choices and progression is disappointing, especially for a RPG game.
    - CDPR claim they stand on LGBT+ community, but from the characters creation option, the game still draw a line between binary of male and female (based on voice), non-binary group representative is diluted way too much.
    4. **** business practices
    - No review on console version prior to launch, and stopping reviewer post game footage and review console is not fair to console players.
    - CDPR employees are forced to crunch the game by hook and by crook, and this is the result that we get. Again falsely claim by CDPR top management employees are treated fairly and no crunch.

    Summary: The game is obviously made with PC in mind, no optimisation and though was implemented in the console version. Do aware the game was firstly announce to release on PS4, Xbox One and PC, by this standard, the game should work, at least playable state, in these 3 platforms at launch. Using pandemic as excuse is irresponsible and cheap giving the game was suppose to launch before the pandemic happen. This just show the poor management of CDPR, and the game is poorly coordinated and put together. Unless i see a massive change in the management, I lose my trust on CDPR in game development, and will not buy another game from them.    … Expand

Bought 2 copies of this as my Amazon delivery was botched and i just had to pre load this on my machine and play it at launch digitally and also as a show of support for CDPR ( i have 3 copies of The Witcher 3 on PS,PC and Nintendo switch ). Sadly what i got was a buggy mess and crashAs much as i have been waiting for this game, i am Sorely disappointed with the buggy mess that we got. I want this company to do well and I pray that they keep updating this game to make it a 10 out of 10 but this game is simply unpolished and unfinished. I truly believe the team worked really hard on the story and the city itself, However the character customization in the immersion of the game is lacking big time. The fact that I can go into the city and there’s 10 pedestrians and five cars in the street is just unacceptable for the world. There’s only a handful of characters you can actually have a relationship with and none of them mean anything to you. Enemies take bullets like sponges no matter what difficulty you’re on. And the list goes on. I’m not gonna give up on this game I still want to play it a little bit every day but I really hope they acknowledge this **** up and continue to work on this game. This should be evident that crunch time does not work. This game is not polished and it should’ve been left in the oven to cook for longer. Again I’m not gonna give up on this game and I truly hope that they’re more transparent with the people that I’ve purchased this game. And please for anyone saying that Consol players shouldn’t have expected anything less you have no idea what you’re talking about. This game has been advertised on the console since it was announced, no console player expects their game to look like the pc version but the way the game looks at this point is completely unacceptable. I’m totally fine with them releasing patches constantly but they have to do it right they can’t half ass this. Not only do they have to address the buggy mess of the game is but they have to address the way cops are in the game and why you can’t look at your character while you buy/try on clothes and why we can’t customize vehicles or weapons these are things that should’ve been on the checklist and why it wasn’t is beyond me. I am optimistic of the future of this game but in the past couple days all I’ve felt is dread about how disappointing this game is. This really feels like a no man’s sky situation and I almost hope that it is so that the game can become better within time I’m fine with that.     To many Bugs,glitches, frame rate drops. Looks dated on ps4 Pro. Best wait for patches and don't waste £50 yet. I've played roughly 9hrs and game has crashed/blue screened 4x + all the other little glitches and bugs just makes the game atm unenjoyable. I'm still scratching my head

    1. Bug. 2. Game Crush. 3. Below average Story.
    4. Boring Characters.
    5. Terrible Voice Acting, especially japanese character talking English (It's makes me Cringe, It's clearly English speaker talking English with japanese accent.
    6. Average Gameplay.
    7. Poor RPG system.
    8. Ridiculous Game file Size.

    The game is literally unplayable on base PS4. I don't think I've ever played a game this broken at launch. While the world is incredible, I can't enjoy the game with the low FPS, crashes, blurry visuals. Considering review codes for consoles copies were not sent out, CDPROJECT RED were obviously trying to hide how buggered this version of the game was

    Was so excited for this game, even stood up for it before release but within 30 minutes of play I realized that the graphics are worse than a ps2 top rated game. GTA at best. But even worse, atleast gta functioned. I really wanted this to be a good game but, RDR2 was waaaaay better, even AC Valhalla is better in gameplay and graphics.

    This game made me so sad, I can't refund it and now I have an unplayable game that I payed full price. And CD Projekt Red is silent about it, they know it and say nothing. Such a shame that one of the best companies in the videogame industry turned out to be the same one that gave me the worst experience I had as a gamer and customer in my whole life.

    I cant beliebe this game is broken. The ps4 version is totally awful. I hope things like this from EA or Ubisoft but NEVER from CDPR. Finally, the resolution is similar to a PS3 game.

    Playing on ps5 besides a few crashes i love this game a few things I would change but amazing game. I actually cared about the characters. Once this game is fix enough for everyone to enjoy.

    La historia es muy interesante y los personajes muy carismáticos. La música y el doblaje también es muy bueno.
    Lo demás es basura (gráficos de Play 2, posibilidades de interacción y mundo abierto nulas, I.A. terrible, bugs por doquier...). Para mí, el mayor escándalo y estafa de la historia de los videojuegos. Les pongo un 0 por mentir descaradamente.

    After many years of waiting I expected to be able to play a masterpiece. Instead, the experience is incomplete, not optimized for PS4, and with bugs that ruin the gaming experience.

    What a horrible experience. I'm on Ps5 and I'm experiencing crashes, bugs, glitches but at least the framerate is stable. What's sad is that I can tell there is a fantastic game there but it's been ruined. CD Projekt have lost their consumer friendly image with this one.

If you drive a car fast, where are all the npc’s? Where are all the cars? The car is too fast for the game, it does not load textures when driving fast. Cars who falls from the sky, bikes also.     This game is a total disaster. I felt cheated by cd project red. I pre ordered it, hype was so damn high and what I got is a broken game, huge frame drops everywhere even in cutscenes, graphic and design look terrible, pop in everywhere, and constant crashes.

    To start off, get ready for 65 GB of patch downloads if you buy the physical release. Unfortunately it only gets worse from here. From literally the menu screens, the first things you notice are the awfully upscaled resolution (most of the time 720p to 1080p) and dropped frames. This is the baseline - at no point does the game run sharp or smooth. But it's only the crappy springboard from which the PS4 version dives into the deep pool of excrement. Crashes happen every two-three hours. Key characters clip in and out of cinematic moments. UI updates like messages or tutorial info freeze the game as they load. Detailed character models and textures often fail to load, making you interact with low poly untextured sub-N64 objects and people, with detail only popping in after a while. Dialogue options fail to select or skip lines. NPCs pop in and out of existence yards away from you.

    All this makes completing even the prologue a truly awful experience. But even seeing beyond the technical issues, the game is clearly unfinished. Whole features are missing from the game, from things like in game character customisation (tattoos, haircuts) through broken loot economy, to the minimap zoom out when going fast. Core shooting and driving mechanics feel off and lack polish.

    I'm especially disappointed because I decided to play on PS4 instead of a mid range PC to get reliable, it graphically down-tuned, performance. Now I'm stuck between spending £50 on the game again to play on PC or Stadia, waiting until PS5 units are available to mortal men, or ruining my first play through of a game that I'm sure has much more to offer than can be appreciated on PS4. Still, the game should have never been released on PS4 when barely any work seems to have gone into optimising the performance on old hardware. This is a black mark against both CDPR and Sony for rushing the game out, with no reviews or gameplay footage of the PS4/Xbox One version to warn consumers of the issue. It's borderline false advertising selling this game for PS4, and destroys my trust in console games being a reliable and hardware anxiety-free experience. Avoid!    … Expand

    Needless to say I played it for 3 plus hours, turned it off, uninstalled it, and put it on my shelf for when / if PS5 becomes more available for the masses. Wouldn't waste time trying to trudge through the fallout-esq trials you will certainly face on a base PS4. It will ultimately ruin the experience for you.    … Expand

Sadly with Cyberpunk 2077 it is not the case, I bought uncensored version from US shipped it , but sadly you can't play the game uncensored if your account is from that region . and trust me the censored version isn't fun to play it breaks the immersion as Blood doesn't splash when you shoot, Poster are covered , no dismemberment when you kill , no bodies shown in the ground after you killed them ! they censored the game via account but not via game version ! Not acceptable .

    Going for a refund . this game shouldn't be released for PS4 If it is not able to run it , and not released in countries where the game needed to be censored cause you will not get the same experience as any other player or they shouldn't go to the length to censor depending on which account region you have , but they make censorship on game versions like any other game    … Expand

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
