    CD project red is very popular in Russia and their games warm the soul. The players forgive the games of this studio almost all the sins, as was the case with the Witcher, including cyberpunk, which came out frankly raw.     Friends, this little game has a side quest where you have to crucify a criminal, who believes in God. I am pretty sure CDPR created that quest to make the game so hyped and edgy so it would sell better. Nothing personal, just marketing. Simply disgusting.

    this game is extremely good in my opinion there are some bugs I normally wouldn't give this a 10 but I noticed that there are people making accounts just to give it a zero and this is the only game they've ever reviewed and it's a shame because this is a really good game

    I'm sure technical difficulties can be worked out, which can already be seen with huge improvement by patch 1.04. the game is phenomenal and minor bugs should not drag down this experience.

    Невероятный проект. Ничего подобного я никогда не играл. Заслуживает максимальный бал, даже не смотря на технические огрехи. Играть очень интересно, это новое поколение, такими должны быть игры! Всем советую попробовать это шедевр. Играю на PS4 Pro и Xbox Series S. За 20 часов никаких проблем не было.Невероятный проект. Ничего подобного я никогда не играл.     The game looks great, for a console a specially. I don't now what people excepted for past gen console, a specially such bad as PS4, that was realy slow at the start in 2013. People say TLOU 2 is better, man, tlou is the **** coridor game, and you know why, becouse consoles can't give you anything else, they are slow! I'm playing on my PS4 Pro, frame rate is playable and acceptable,The game looks great, for a console a specially.     Yes there are bugs. Yes I have had a few hard crashes but they will be fixed. The auto save works really well at least!     20 hours in. No glitches, no bugs, no crashes, it’s PERFECT. Amazing game, graphics, story, dialogue.

    Playing on PS4 Pro. After the Saturday patch the experience became much better, no single crash.
    Overall the game is quite enjoyable and immersing, just want to spend hours there.

    I am running it on a ps5. So although my experience does not represent the mass, I am lucky enough to enjoy the game with no issues. It met my expectations.

    UPD: Спустя год, я вернулся и могу скзаать что игра заметно приобразаилась и разработчики проделали хорошую работу. Теперь 8/10.    Ужасная оптимизация, жуткое мыло, и просадки до 15 ФПС.     Game has a good story, lots of side missions, interesting world and Keanu Reves. In 14 hours of playing on classic PS4 I experienced 2 crashes and 3 bugs, but nothing bad, other than that game runs smoothly and graphics were 65% of time good, 5% of time almost photorealistic, 15% of time decent and 15% of time bad. So far it is a great experience.

Yes, I think the bugs and everything is boring, but it amuses me so much I can't explain it, the game IS EXTRAORDINARY, honestly the only problem is that the game gets so many errors, but other than that it is such a good game, you know?     I know that on my 2012 trash console all games are running at 15 fps, so I was surprised that such a great game even started on my console, so I am sincerely grateful CDPR that I have the opportunity to play on my backward and outdated console!

    Unplayable on PS4. Preordered this game as soon as it became available on PSN. Low resolution, dropping frames, bugs, low-quality textures, etc... I hope they'll fix it fast so I can enjoy the game and change my rating.

    Не оправданный бомбинг, только иза технической части ставить 0 , метакритик превратилась в помойку для нытья и выплёскиваемы эмоций, поставлю 10 в знак протеста!     Do not waste your money on this game.. for the highest budget in gaming history this is the poorest technically I've played in 3 generations of consoles. CDPR needs to apologize and do something pretty big to stay relevant. Even if it was technically polished the game has nothing going for it except its story... It's a worse blunder than anthem. Another studio going down the toilet...

Don’t listen to the bandwagon haters bitter because technology advances and games grow with that advancement. Ps5s are hard to get right now and it’s adding to the extra bitter in the community.While a little rough on PS4 pro it’s completely playable.     Buggy but improving with each patch, when a game is this ambitious there are always going to be issues look at Skyrim etc now arguably one of the most lauded games ever.
    It will all get sorted and then the issues will be a distant memory!

    Ok, i agree with other reviews that this game has bugs, but people are really exaggerating that it is unplayable. The plot is great, the world is beautiful, atmospheric music. I think the hype was just too big and now people are complaining that they just got a nice game instead of an ideal one.

I've been looking for a sensation for a long time so thanks to Cyberpunk I've achieved it. Very good treatment by CDProject by giving us a map, an anthology etc.. (the stickers that come with the game are the best quality stickers I've ever seen) The game feels great, the setting is incredible, the game world is very immersive, it has a very fluid battle system and is very customizable to the type of player you are, has the best dubbing I've seen in a video game where they take care of even the nationality of the characters, something I haven't seen even in the movies, the customization is a very strong point of the game, you can tell that they have thought about the players and that they wanted us to have the best experience possible, they have also thought about the streamers and youtubers putting a mode without copyright.     On the beginning, I would like to admit that I am playing on PS5 with the PS4 version of the game.

    I played only 10 hours, and I know already that it is one of the best games I ever played. The story is thrilling, city huge and magnetizing. I also love RPG mechanics.

    To give 10/10, I am waiting for PS5 upgrade.

    Единственный минус игры это баги. Со временем от них избавятся. Уже начали. Поэтому если закрыть глаза на техническую сторону вопроса, то игра прекрасна. Однако нытиков уже не остановить

    don't like to extensively read
    don't like to listen
    don't like to explore open world games
    don't like solving puzzles
    play on base ps4/xbox (I play on ps4 pro and that's bare minimum)
    don't understand definition of “story driven RPG”
    your concentration span is less then 10 min
    where bad at science at school in gr.12, don't have driver license and therefor you're trying to make 90 degree turns speeding 60mph in 2 ton pickup
    ignore details and stats of armor, mods, guns and builds
    fail to understand that your stats change how story/conversations and side missions can be executed
    think this is GTA
    think this is FPS

    Feel free to add more please , you can even make it entertaining.

    I suggest you watch experienced streamers like ChristopherODD, Fightingcowboy, UpperEchelonGamers, CohhCarnage and analyze how this games should be played. These gentlemen play games for living and have experience to pass judgment on this product and its futures. This is not a game for wide range of players, I don't believe it ever will be.     It is a grate game, which mostly has problems with trolls attacking it on metacritics. :)

    Это хорошая игра, я отыграл в нее уже больше 20 часов и единственный минус это баги, куча багов но это не критично так как большая часть из них исправится с будущими патчами, в остальном же есть только вопрос к стрельбе но возможно мне она кажется странной из-за того что я последнее время часто играл warzone, а так мне все нравится)Это хорошая игра, я отыграл в нее уже больше 20 часов и единственный минус это баги, куча багов но это не критично так как большая часть из них исправится с будущими патчами, в остальном же есть только вопрос к стрельбе но возможно мне она кажется странной из-за того что я последнее время часто играл warzone, а так мне все нравится)

    I played the game for just over 16 hours. Just huge spaces with lots of content, I just finished playing the prologue! Just the coolest game! Yes, I meet bugs (thank God quite rarely, or I'm already used to it:)), the game is poorly optimized and it's sad. Because of the large credit of trust, because these are the developers of the greatest "The Witcher 3", the coolest production,I played the game for just over 16 hours.     Masterpiece. Phenomenal game. Game of the Year 2020. Gorgeous graphics, history, music, style, atmosphere.
    Night City is amazing, gigantic, insanely detailed.

    CD Project RED, thank you for this masterpiece. You saved the 2020 game year!

Cyberpunk 2077 is indeed really fun and kickass, but the poor gameplay performance made it very frustrating as bugs and constant frame rate drops makes the game unplayable on base PS4/XONE consoles, but for those that don’t mind can still try to have fun. Even though, this is the last major game for the eighth console generation, it’s honestly rather disappointing that all that hype just plummeted down like it was nothing. The PS4 and XONE still have good GPUs to run this at native 25-30fps like how Rockstar has perfected with Red Dead Redemption 2 and Naughty Dog perfected with The Last of Us Part II and Uncharted 4, but why can’t CDPR deeply optimize it like they did? And is this a proper sendoff to the eighth console generation then? Anyhow, we’re grateful that CD Projekt Red finally released the “Blade Runner” game we’ve always wanted and we already got it. It sure as hell it ain’t a masterpiece due to an unexpected disappointment regarding to poor performance on last gen consoles at launch, but the whole entire game design is by far the most prestigious piece of work I have ever played until the game’s properly patched up.… Expand

    It’s become popular to give this game horrible ratings on anything but PC but I’ve been running backwards compatibility on my PS5 and I can point out the game has insane potential when they iron out the bugs so maybe be a little less extreme with your bad reviews... the world is crazy Emersive and the story is jaw dropping.     So far so good on PS4, amazing looking game so far, very ambitious .. Few glitches but hopefully the major ones will be fixed with the update coming out today ... I'm going to take my time with this one and let the updates roll out ...

    I'm about 30 hours into the game and so far I'm loving it. Yes, there are performance issues on base consoles (luckily I play on p4 pro), yes, there are occasional bugs, crashes, framerate drops and the city sometimes feels empty, none of this has been game breaking for me yet.

    The best thing about the game is writing. All characters are really different, dialogs are great, you do feel    I'm about 30 hours into the game and so far I'm loving it. Yes, there are performance issues on base consoles (luckily I play on p4 pro), yes, there are occasional bugs, crashes, framerate drops and the city sometimes feels empty, none of this has been game breaking for me yet.

    The best thing about the game is writing. All characters are really different, dialogs are great, you do feel your decisions are making an impact (although still need to see how much - btw, in Witcher 3 there were only 5 or 6 decisions that actually affected storyline ending). Now I'm in position where I have 3 different main quests and by the look of things they all move the story to completely different directions, I'm super excited to explore them all.

    Another great thing is the city and the way how activities are laid out. You go to a side street and there is usually a new adventure and some reward waiting to be found - the game does reward exploration nicely. It's not about running around from one generic activity to another - all missions are pretty different and have good justification.

    Skills system also looks promising so far. With every attribute point I have to really think what to invest in, since all of them have their rewards. The system clearly supports a number of different builds allowing for completely different play styles. I went for a stealthy/hacking approach and I can see how perks selection is allowing me to do exactly what I want. Hacking is fun - like if you see a pair of enemies, you can deafen one via hacking and shot another without the first one noticing. I play on hard difficulty and all these skills actually matter - you can't just run around with a gun shooting enemies (at least, not with my Body attribute). I've read some complains about poor AI and haven't noticed much of that - they take cover, throw grenades, heal themselves and try to flank you just fine.

    What I don't enjoy as much is user interface. I feel they tried to make something that would work both with a mouse and with a gamepad and succeeded in neither. They could have used gamepad triggers/sticks for better access to filtering / sorting (or even grouping!). You get flooded in similarly-looking items, disassembling process is painful, modification UI is cumbersome. Hack options are just presented as a flat list and sometimes it's just not possible to pick up a particular item in the world. Also UI doesn't tell you everything - like, when abilities trigger (there are randomly triggered abilities which I hate) or how much of something you've picked up or gained. Or even what different hacking icons mean, or what level an item has. This is an RPG after all - a high level T-shirt can give a better armour than a low-level military vest.. Same with enemies - you wander into a wrong district and quickly realise that same enemies now kill you with a bullet or two, while your headshots are just a scratch for them, and there is no visual clue for that (maybe there'll be an implant for that later though).

    Craft feels a bit underwhelming so far - there is very little difference between common/uncommon weapons and their rare/epic equivalents, so far power bonus doesn't seem to be worth the hassle, hopefully the game will prove me wrong. The good thing though is that you can actually profit from craft, though the process feels like an in-game job (as it probably should)

    Driving is hilarious (in a bad way), collisions physics is super off and handling feels terrible. The first car is just impossible to drive, but actually there are better cars out there. I like how different cars feel differently on the road and after investing into a good ride I can finally reach my destination without crashing into every single obstacle on my way to it.

    Police's behaviour is somewhat concerning so far. They don't care about you as long as you're not killing other people - apparently there is no penalty for hijacking a car and you can crash into others all day long. Even when they do, they lose interest as soon as you turn around a corner. Also there is no concept of theft - you just come into people's houses and take everything you want, which kind of breaks the immersion a bit for me.

    It also feels like some parts of the game had been cut last moment - like there are crime scenes that are surely meant to be investigated with the Braindance interface (which is awesome), but I wasn't able to unlock these and haven't found any evidence they work yet.

    The game certainly looks raw, but despite issues it's a legitimately deep, engaging and enjoyable single player experience (without in-game store, microtransactions, daily events and activities designed to slow you down). I know community is furious about performance on base PS4, I haven't seen it myself but on Pro it runs ok. I just hope they'll be able to fix issues and get them out of this mess - the game itself is actually pretty good and does definitely deserve attention.    … Expand

    People complain about bugs alot, but i haven’t had any. Only thing is the bad graphics, but thats expecter when you play on an old console. The story and gameplay is amazing. And I can’t wait till i get my hands on a ps5 so i can play it again, only better!

    Ставлю 10 балов, за старания разработчиков.
    Все проблемы пофиксят в дальнейших патчах. Очень понравился мир и персонажи, история как всегда на высоте. Побочные задания это вообще отдельный вид искусства.     Awesome game, with it's flaws as well, but nothing that can not be corrected with future patches. I will 100% recommend it to every fellow gamer, who likes such games

    Took several hours of gameplay until I started enjoying it. The first patch fixed a few bugs still getting some crashes now and then but gameplay and story make up for it.

It has an extremely satisfying open world gameplay loop, like GTA mixed with the Witcher III in the future (as advertised). If you need photorealistic quality then wait and play on a PS5. But don’t let backlash-culture, memePlaying on a base PS4, and I’m having a blast. I let the day 1 patch install.     After patch 1.04, game is perfect to me - I am playing on my PS4 base. There is still room for improvement, but common guys - how can you rate it "0". CDPR is a great developer so hope that more fixed will be deployed before Christmas!

    Love the game and hope all the issues will be addressed soon. Give extra points for the effort as I understand the game technically is too ambitious and I better wait a bit more until all major problems are fixed

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
