    Not playable on PS4 Pro. Terrible graphics, many bugs, crashes, low FPS. A spit in the face from the CDPR. Looks like Nintendo Switch port. Stupid story line.

    Amazing game. Its slow to start - it took me 8 hours to get invested in its story and gameplay. Ps4 pro version is bit laggy, but what did u expect) Best game 2021

    I remember waiting for this game for almost 7 years after seeing the trailer in 2013 regarding this game. I was so hyped for this game and excited even after playing the masterpiece Witcher 3. Then I played this game for the base PS4 and I was left in a world of shock of how the "next generation of open-world gaming" was the way it was. This same's bug is mind-blowingly everywhere causingI remember waiting for this game for almost 7 years after seeing the trailer in 2013 regarding this game. I was so hyped for this game and excited even after playing the masterpiece Witcher 3. Then I played this game for the base PS4 and I was left in a world of shock of how the "next generation of open-world gaming" was the way it was. This same's bug is mind-blowingly everywhere causing so many problems, my PS4 has crashed 5 times and I only finished the prologue so far. These bugs are so apparent and usually, I don't care about graphics but the graphics are incredibly bad. Textures pop out after 15 seconds. The resolution is 720 P with 15 FPS, which is not acceptable for any game. If everyone is saying the PS4 is slow ancient hardware then why can it run Red Dead Redemption 2, Ghost of Tsushima, GTA V, MGSV without any problems of crashing with great resolution. Besides the awful performance on the base PS4, I want to give credit where credit is due. The story is amazing so far, the characters are great, gunplay really picks up into addicting, the perks, the choices, the dialogue, it truly feels like a next-gen RPG but I feel so restricted because of the awful performance to the point I don't even want to play despite being so hyped. I will be waiting to get a PS5 after they become available to play this game because first impressions are everything. I recommend to everyone to either buy a PS5 or PC to experience this amazing RPG which is getting unshined by the awful performance on the PS4. As of rn, it's a 5/10 on PS4 so please purchase it on next-gen hardware.… Expand

    If you are not blind, then you will see that this is a next-gene game. Ps4 physically cannot pull this game, not even Ps5. CD Red has made a great game with great graphics.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is awesome. Graphics are wonderful. Playability at the highest level. Everything works very well. Don't listen to haters and wankers who haven't even played. My rating for the game 11/10

    I played it on my ps5 expecting all the issues to be just last gen. I was wrong. The graphics are so bad man. I didn't need to be blown away, just something good but it couldn't even accomplish that. Character models are awful, long distance textures don't load making scaling immersion breaking. I am waiting for my per-ordered PS5 and I'll probably put a pin in this game until later next year and play it on PS5 after the next gen patch is out. If I compare this game to Ghost of Tsushima or The last of us 2 Cyberpunk is technically a HUGE failure. Storywise and openworldwise it does not deliver even close to the hype. I loved witcher 3 (inc all DLCs) and I expected a LOT more from CDPR. I hope for some game changeing updates soon, but I am not holding my breath since you have postponed the game so many times w/o actually achieved more than this quality. I can't recommend anyone with a PS4 to buy this game in this state.

    After update 1.04 and about 10 more hours sunk into Cyberpunk I am reducing my grade to a 5 (from 6). The game still crashes a lot, but is playable. The graphics honestly still suck compared to RDR2, Ghost of Tsushima or TLoU2 or Assasins Creed Valhalla. Both resolution and framerate is subpar big time. I am curious how this version looks on PS5. However technics aside my biggest problem is actually the main story, I was honestly expecting a lot more, also the open world presentation is quite mediocre. There is no revolution here, not even much of an evolution. In example you walk into a bar - there is a situation going on in there with people shouting - then you walk in a day later and they are still there with the same thing still going on. Immersion ? Hello? Sure there is a lot of side quest, some of them totally OK, but most of them are quite boring and most areas look empty. The start of the game, first few missions was the best. I am nearing the end of the story and I am getting bored honestly. I've claimed my refund and perhaps i'll play the game later on next gen or maybe I'll skip this one.    … Expand

    Absolutely appalling that this trash was released in this state. CDPR hiding and taking down all footage was cynical in the extreme and we all know why they were doing it now.

    It looks worse than a PS3 game, crashes constantly and runs like 15fps if you're lucky. DO NOT BUY THIS JANK!!!

    Honestly, even if I have a few glitches that make the game hard to play, nothing like a quick close and reopen can't fix. But the game is extremely fun, I adore the story and characters, and it's really a fun game.

    This is my first review for any PS4 game. I had no expectations regarding Cyberpunk 2077. Of course there are bugs, some are really frustrating but I like the game in general. Since I bought it I play each day at least for one hour. I didn't expect wonderful graphic as I play on 7 year old PS4! Come on people, do you really think that CDPR can do a magic on PS4 ? If you compare to PC whereThis is my first review for any PS4 game. I had no expectations regarding Cyberpunk 2077. Of course CDPR could do more, could once again postpone the release of the Cyberpunk 2077 or first to release it for PCs and for next gen consoles but they didn't...     This game is amazing. Excellent graphics, complex build, very good npc, great mechanics! And I'm not exaggerating. CD Projekt Red did a great job with Cyberpunk 2077. Are there any bugs? yes, but none got in the way. And it was warned that xbox one and ps4 would be in trouble, but an update would soon follow. And that was done. I have nothing to complain about.

    I Have been playing Cyberpunk 2077 for the past couple days and there of been small glitches like things not wanting to access menus and things not appearing in like cut scenes, but I haven’t really run into any game breaking glitches that will make the game and playable most of those things can be fixed by reloading my save so I’ve had a pretty enjoyable time playing the game.

    If you look past the launch day bugs, this game looks and feels better than any of the trash released by R* and Ubisoft lately. Runs flawlessly on my PS4. Buy it now!

A lot of bugs and crashes, still I kept on going as story, rpg side of the game and atmosphere of Night City was quite addictive. Then when declaration of patches arrived I decided to put it away and wait for it. Damn, that decision was good.     The story was incredible until now And most of the bugs are gone after the 17gb update Its the best and it will be much better with the updates I suggest you to wait for the next update then play it on your standard ps4

I played for about 45 hours completing the main storyline by first unlocking the most painful ending and then dedicating myself to the most beautiful ending and I have yet to get to watch and experience other endings of the game ... there is still a lot to do in Night City .. Graphically at first he had many difficulties on standard ps4 but after patch 1.04 many things have changed and many more will come out as promised by cd project red pr which there is really no complaining or even asking for a refund ... not understood the ignorance of the people who put out fake photos of how the game runs ... you just create a useless and boorish **** This will all be sorted out in February.
    Wonderful plot, infinite gameplay, unique soundtrack ... on the screen I will have 1000 dots of things to do ... but how can we complain ??? Well I don't understand ... a the last of us part 2 ... you know xke? you don't understand anything about video games    … Expand

    No doubt the world and stories within Cyber 2077 are incredible. Unfortunately alot of people with base consoles will feel cheated. I am playing on PS5 and it brute forces the PS4 version and it runs well and is more than playable, minus some glitches... Make no mistake. No game should be launched in such a mixed state over various platforms.

    a fantastic game if you will not make a drama over graphics. The amount of content, activities, gameplay variations makes this game extremely immersive. The story is similar in it's variations to Detroit Become Human. Perfectly written quests and sidequests are also included.

Game works stable on PS4 but of course everyone should be aware of fact how old there consoles are. Graphics is far awar from RDD2 but complexity of the game makes such comparisitions useless. Great story for RED as always but some more works to do with graphics - 10/10 because I dont care about it.… Expand

    Cyberpunk 2077 is certainly in an almost unplayable state. That being said, while bugs are fixable, and performance has tons of room for improvement, the experience is one in a kind.

    Is a must have.

    I'm enjoying it there's no ps5 option to review it yet so I'll just do it on the ps4 one I'm enjoying the characters in the game and liking the open world I have yet to experience any game breaking bugs like crashes and texture drops if I could I would buy the ps5 version on it when its out to help support cdpr also hoping there's only one disc for it

    I have been playing on the PS5, so my experience is likely vastly different than the PS4 players here. The game itself is excellent and is everything I'd hoped it was. The only bugs I have encountered were some frequent and troublesome crashes (which seem to have been ironed out) and some small bugs.     Cyberpunk except some bugs (patches coming in the next days) is the best game in the gaming industry , amazing story great graphics excellent cast and the best rpg CDPR do it again!! You can do whatever you want on night city a lot of hours and it's beautiful!!

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
