    This games multiplayer is pretty good. The gun play was improved from BO4 and time to kill is a win or a loose. The maps are ok but the new map that released is better and there are no loot boxes. The campaign is kind of historically incorrect and makes the Russian Army seem like Nazis. Also, I'm an American.

    I hate when people say that this game is trash, its really good, the campaing is really good and i enjoy it, maybe it could be longer but this is and introduction to a new story so i could say that its really enjoyable, in the MP i hate that there are just campers anywhere but discarting that its really good too.

    Do not purchase this game. It’s trash Pros : graphic, sound

    Cons 1. Balance(still M4 is king) 2. Match making(They don’t separate Micr & Pad, so usually players turn off Cross matching)
    3. Map design : Most map is good for camping and we can’t select map when game starts. The system managers are lier. I will never buy Activion game again

    Great campaign. Awful multiplayer. A game designed for campers. It's actually sad with all the hype. Hopefully upcoming updated can fox the problem. Otherwise I don't see support for this game on forward.

    Probably the best COD since MW2 in my opinion. More realism makes this game much more fun than a few of it's predecessors. It is definitely frustrating to turn corners and be blown to pieces by a random claymore is super frustrating to the point of wanting to turn the game off the best way I know how... RAGE QUIT!!! Shotguns also take away from the fun aspect of the game when you areProbably the best COD since MW2 in my opinion. More realism makes this game much more fun than a few of it's predecessors.     Infinity Ward once again proved that they are the true developers of the game.
    The game is incredibly beautiful even on PS4 Slim ( if the console was more powerful in 2 times, then the graphics would be even better )

Way to go, Infinity Ward, this game can actually pass as anti-Russian propaganda and you got the game banned in Russia.

    The multiplayer is a mess. I don't know if the maps are good or bad because I die at spawn constantly. I'm not sure how the playtesters at Infinity Ward played these maps, but it sure isn't the way they're playing now. The ground war maps are a sniper's paradise.

    The spec ops is a shell of its former self. It's boring and in no way could keep your attention long enough to get through the four boring operations. Not only that! The spec ops doesn't even tie in with the campaign. It's just filler. At least the spec ops missions in mw3 happened alongside the story. I would not know how the survival mode it because I am on pc and cannot afford a $300 Playstation 4.    … Expand

Moreover, most maps have layers which just adds to the rng factor. Also, the game seems to have SBMM; this holds no place in a casual game because people are not going to be having fun constantly having to try their absolute hardest like it's a damn competition. We want a matchmaking based on connection rather than skill because otherwise everyone is going to be experiencing issues with lag and latency coupled with a very short time to kill.     Still have many glitches and they still can't fix rooms, always losing but at the top of my team. Does not make any sense. My KD is great, but win loss ratio sucks. Fix it!!!

    This is a re-imagining / prequel possibly to the MW line of the series. The story is tight and fleshed out, the visuals and sound are fantastic.     Absolutely enjoyable game, beautiful, realistic. Whole time feels like I'm in mission, I'm soldier ect. For me game is 10/10 but i give 8 because of Russians and politics. We all know Russians are innocent about this mess in Syrisa

    The campaign sadly is ok, the first hour is amazing but then it just goes dark to shock the player, which I don’t agree on, it has to feel earned not just their for shock value. The ending feels rushed, sure it has some nice callbacks but I didn’t care to this new reboot so I will probably skip mw2 reboot.     Weak plot. A lot of things are not true. The game presents that Russian troops bombed the "death highway", along which civilians retreated from the city. In reality, the coalition forces were behind this crime.

So much potential gone to waste; even you play for multiplayer than just move on as this game is made for campers.You can’t move an inch out of your spot with getting obliterated,destroyed,gunned the hell down.     Another year, another Call of Duty. This time it is a soft-reboot of one of the (modern era) titles that made the Call of Duty series grow, namely the first Modern Warfare. Needless to say, I missed Captain Prince and his iconic beard and mustache.

    About the campaign, the American CIA officers and British SAS forces are said to have teamed up with some Uzbekistan rebels, with the    Another year, another Call of Duty. Despite being short, overall I liked the campaign. Don't forget that Special Ops mode connects with campaign history. Unfortunately for Xbox One and PC users, they will have to wait a year for the Survival mode.

    But going straight to one of the most central aspects of this Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: the gameplay. The first impression I got was that the gameplay was to fetch some things from the Battlefield series from Eletronic Arts. This means that this game is slower and less racing than previous titles in the series, but the gameplay pleased me. And the rushers will have a bad time in Multiplayer, but later I'll explain why.

    Multiplayer and Spec Ops rankings (cooperative mode) are linked. If you are ranked 13th in Multiplayer and for the first time in Spec Ops, you are ranked 13th with the same weapons and perks. And we also have a different progression system than the other Call of Duty. When we reach level 55 (maximum level), we have a new progression option. Instead of moving to the next prestige, the players rank is cleared and we can reach the highest levels (from 1 to 100).

    About Multiplayer itself. Old modes like Team Deathmatch, Domination, Headquarters, and Search and Destroy are present in this Modern Warfare. We also have a mode called Ground War, which is a giant 64 player map, with vehicles and helicopters in the mix, where we have to dominate most points (Domination style) to lead our team to victory. Remember Battlefield? I think so.

    Another mode worth talking about is Gunfight. This mode takes place on very small maps, two-on-two matches and with players receiving the same Loadout to be balanced. I confess that Gunfight mode pleased me more than Ground War. Many more (free) Multiplayer modes and maps will be coming over the next few months. And don't forget that this is the first Call of Duty to support Cross-Play, meaning we can face players from other platforms. If you aren't interested in this, you can disable this option.

    Speaking of maps, Infinity Ward could have done better in this chapter. There are few maps and they are too big, especially in 6 vs 6 modes (we also have 10 vs 10 modes). But worse than that, it's the sound of footsteps that looks more like a horse race. Putting these two factors together, the game forces people to go camping (there were always campers at CoD, but not at this point) and you can see that a lot at Team Deathmatch. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare can turn out to be a very Multiplayer game if you fix some of these issues. In modes other than TDM, the game can be enjoyable. In terms of connections, although previous games in the series weren't famous on this page, I had no major complaints in this Modern Warfare. There are lots of weapons with lots of attachments, each with its pros and cons. But one or two weapons that needed to be nerfed.

    We have cooperative modes (1-4 players online or offline) like Classic Survival and Special Ops (where we can use specific weapons, killstreaks and other things) where we have to face hordes of enemies of all shapes and sizes. These are challenging modes where we can't let our guard down for a second. The songs are acceptable and the same goes for Graphics (60 FPS stable on Pro). Despite its problems in Multiplayer mode that need to be fixed, overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good game.    … Expand

    Story is too short and easy. Online multiplayer is a great return to the foundations that built Call of Duty, but frustrating due to a few broken mechanics: shotguns are dominant and people would rather play for stats, than the objective.

The only thing they need to do it adjust some of the maps so you don't get spawn killed (e.g bridge across the map looking into the spawn) and tanks need to have limited shells instead of unlimited .     Мы играем в игры, чтоб развлечься и получить удовольствие. А не для того, чтоб на нас выливали ушаты пропагандистского дерьма. Мне тут показывают национальные батальоны, называя его русскими (не ошиблись ли страной?). Мне тут показывают откровенный фашизм и геноцид, говоря, что это творят русские (а не наоборот ли это было?). Мне говорят про "серую мораль", демонстрируя чернуху. Русские вешают мирное население, убивают детей, травят газом, а американский спецназ открывает огонь только по тем, кто держит в руках оружие.
    Кампанию перестал проходить после того как 5-летняя девочка отверткой завалила русского солдата, который очень хотел ее застрелить. Наркотический бред какой-то.

    I don’t understand what was all the fuzz about, the game wasn’t more violent than a typical action movie. The story wasn’t engaging and it had its cringe moments but still it was good enough.

    Something I think would’ve added more realism would’ve been if the main female character would’ve gotten raped; I mean a female war prisoner in the Middle East that only gets tortured but doesn’t    I don’t understand what was all the fuzz about, the game wasn’t more violent than a typical action movie.     The graphics were astonishing, during the game there’s a part where you have to sneak in with your team into a building at night and the picture, sound, scenes and development made it look so realistic, that was pure art.

    The multiplayer is incredible, it gets you hook up since day one... well after all is a COD game.

    I hate the cues tho, they are so distracting, you never know if it’s your teammate that is shouting or an enemy.

    The mechanics are great, when you carry a gun it feels like you’re really carrying that gun, the feeling and control is amazing, they have put too much effort into that that I wish more video games would do the same.

    I really enjoyed this game, and the way you portrayed russia and their war crimes are right on. After serving in the military and experiencing it first hand i am glad that people are experience it in a safer manor.

Black ops movement is way better and you can swim in the water . They have places in the map if you fall you die which is horrible when dealing with grenade spamming. The game takes no skill at all but if you want to show skill run and get kills mat a fast rate prepare to deal with the camper aiming at his teammates ready to kill when you finish killing his teammates and I understand in cod that happens but if your getting shot at in a random location and can’t find out where you can’t challenge and have a highlight gun fight. The game is now suggesting to players how to camo it’s that bad . The guns are not balanced at the point you are ether a snapper or shotgun player cause sub machine gun play is very limited because the purpose is defeated by guess what a shotgun sweat. This was 2000 steps back I would think this is call of duty 2 before modern warfare call of duty 4 it’s like a old game on a 8 Gen system playing with 8k graphics that look great but the game play isworse than playing 0007 James Bond on N64 or resident evil on PlayStation 2 its 8 Gen graphics with half of the Nintendo 64 game play and movement ability . Don’t get me started on how they spawn people in front or behind while your on a streak or near one this game is bad and I recommend you playing BO4 ww2 or Mw remastered until BO5 comes out .     i know they said there will be no micro transactions what so ever but its activision and of course they will add them so ill place this con just because i know there will be micro transactions in this game at some point

    there arent as much fun maps in this game or any maps at all i mean there are some but not as much as every cod needs

    game play is super fun and really brings back that old cod feeling

    the graphics are just beautiful and the animation is smooth as hell

    i didn't encounter even 1 bug or glitch in this game which is a rare thing in 2019

    multiplayer works perfectly and there is no server issues

    the spec ops mode is so much fun especially the survival mode they brought back from mw3 its a real shame only ps4 players can play this mode

    and the ending in the story brought a huge smile to my face because again this game is a prequel so you'll hear some nostalgic names here and there

    in conclusions this game is a solid one despite the racist story it has good multiplayer and (although only on ps4 for now) the awesome spec ops mode and to this games credit it did bring me back to cod and for that this game deserves huge props and that bring me to the final score which is a 7 out of 10 i really do recommend this game play it before they add all the greedy stuff to it lol    … Expand

But where it falls short is the multiplayer maps, they just seem bad and in some modes it really easy gets to a point where one team controls 2/3 points and holds it without a chance turn the tide. I think it is because the maps are linear and you spawn on either one side or the other.
    Having spawns that are not binary is crucial to provide flexibility.

    Also grinding your guns are not all that fun, I'm sad to say that BF4 (2013) did it better. And the footsteps seems bugged, I felt like I could hear people from much further away then I should.    … Expand

    After a multiplayer-centric episode, the COD fans will be delight with the return of a nervous and strong solo campaign. Modern Warfare is back with old-fashioned gameplay that is more grounded and efficient. The generous amount of content adds some depth to one of the best chapters of the saga to date. Magic!

    Overall Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a good title that is marred by the expectations that the Modern Warfare name brings with it. The campaign has some really stellar gameplay moments that are brought down by the mediocre plot. Multiplayer was fun but felt a bit like the competition’s output (despite there being no Battlefield release this year) which may be a turn off for some. I don’t think Modern Warfare 2019 has done anything to make me rethink waiting for substantial price drops to play Call of Duty campaigns, because clearly multiplayer is still Activision’s main focus and that’s just not where I get my kicks.
