    This game together with Helldivers and Infamous: Second Son are the only games I've been impressed by so far on the PS4.
    Bloodborne adds another masterpiece to the lineage that is Souls-games. Not been able to find any faults with it and the loading times drama is way overblown.

    This game is absolutely perfect! the thrill of killing beasts and fast pace dodging is amazing ! i really really can't stop playing bloodborne one of the best exclusives on the PlayStation 4!

    Game of the year 2015 by far! Finally a good ps4 exclusive. Bloodborne looks amazing, has a smooth feel to it, a brutal and mysterious story and challenging but rewarding gameplay. 10/10

    Everything I expected and more. The music is outstanding, the atmosphere is immersive, and the gameplay is spot on. A worthy title for game of the year.

    Absolutely stunning !! This game is an absolute MUST have PS4 exclusive. Graphics are nice and the atmosphere is kinda vague, eerie and sometimes just horrifying. The better game of the better console.

    This game is fantastic, despite loadings very vey long, the what not strip the dynamics of the game, graphically the game looks beautiful and the gameplay is more flexible if doubt the best series of souls.

    Terrifying and beatiful. A true successor to the stellar Demon's Souls series. I only wish the load times can be improved in a patch. Still, favourite game of this generation.

    Holy Molly this games is Awesome! combat system is way better than DS, level design, monster design all beautiful, amazing boss battles! this is the best PS4 games so far.

    Soundtrack is great also.The dark,heavy melodies fits perfect this world.From the very first notes of music to the intense fast melodies at bosses,music is amazing.

    This game convinced me to buy PS4, and boy it was worth every penny.
    I haven't completed it yet, but so far I liking it more than other souls game.

    Great combat, great world design, great enemies, great soundtrack. While the load times are quite long (around 15 seconds), it doesn't lessen my enjoyment at all. Easily one of the best game in years.

    Finally an exclusive game that makes me wanna say "Ps4 rulez". Yeah it is this awesome! Graphics are nice and the atmosphere is kinda vague, eerie and sometimes just horrifying. The game runs smooth and the improved fast paced combat is just great.
    I`m just 15 hours in but so far I love this game!

    i am 8 hours in and....i pity anyone who deosn't have a PS4. best f*cking game i played in the last 6 years. the graphics,the atmosphere, the gameplay itself.....miyazaki is a god.

    Maybe my opinion is blinded by the fact I'm a Demon's Souls absolute fan, but Bloodborne is the -almost-perfect game I was waiting for. Despite the PS4 haters' false-opinion, every single video-game enthusiast should try Bloodborne because it's really deep, awesome and unique nowadays.

    Got my hands on the game earlier today, just played 2-3 hours of it, and i have to say, I haven't felt difficulty like this since demons souls, but the best part is, it feels harder yet even more fair than demons souls.
    The bosses that I've fought seem to have some unique thing to them that differentiates how you approach them.     The game is not linear at all either, there's a lot of exploration to be done, it feels more like dark souls 1 in the exploration aspect. Combat is tight as always. And best of all. This game has such an overarching feeling of dread and loneliness that we've come to love in a souls game.
    If you're concerned like I was about how much you'd enjoy it, don't be, this is genuinely an entertaining ( albeit rage-inducing ) experience that I haven't felt in a while.
    Tl;dr : This is hard and feels oppressive as **** while being extraordinarily fair, if you die you know it's your fault/lack of understanding. . So basically what we wanted.    … Expand

    Hands down the best Souls game I've played since DaS1. I felt almost cheated after completing DaS2 as it didn't dull my souls appetite. I love the fast paced combat and the overall aesthetic of the game. It freaks me the **** out and it really makes the game more enjoyable, I love being scared of whats going to happen around the next corner and the enemy design is 2spooky4me. Definitely aHands down the best Souls game I've played since DaS1. I felt almost cheated after completing DaS2 as it didn't dull my souls appetite.     The games graphics are rather stunning giving you this beautiful, dark atmosphere that can frighten you but make you want to see more. The combat feels quicker compared to the Souls games. The music is rather haunting combined with the crazy environment your surrounded by. If you are a fan of the Souls series I would recommend getting this game for the PS4.     BB is definitely the brilliant successor of Dark Souls. To me, it's the first real PS4 seller. Didn't have finish it yet, but with 20 hours of playtime, i can easily says that it is my favorite new gen game. BB just need a little patch to reduce the loading screens, and then i could give it a deserved 10 on 10.

    Bloodborne is simply one of the most incredible and mind blowing games I have ever seen and had ever played. The moment you start the game you are blown away by the stunning and mind blowing visuals. The atmosphere is dark and intense whilst the story is immersive and extremely engaging.

    Another great game by Miyazaki and FROM Software. Bloodborne, a spiritual successor to the Souls' series, takes everything to the next level. Beautiful graphics and Art Direction as always, brilliant new twist to the combat mechanics, and wow is the game as challenging as ever. Perfect in every way, minus loading times, which I'm sure they will patch.

The frame drops and load times are ridiculous. I would increase it by a whole point if all they did was halve the loading times-they are soooooo long. In a 4 hour session I was stuck staring at a blank screen with the logo on it for about an hour, not good. There were also a few points where it would drop to sub 20 fps and get really choppy. Thirdly, the environments. I just don't think there is enough variety. I am already getting sick of gothic castle. Fourth, and lastly, I'm not as big of a fan of the combat as previous games. It feels a little dumbed down (could also feel that way just because of the lack of diversity) but in making it much more aggressive I feel it dropped some of the depth it had. Other players will definitely find that improvement, but I don't much care for it. I would have preferred the more slow paced combat of previous games. Overall it is a fantastic game and a definite buy if you are a souls fan. It's a shame they will be keeping it ps4 exclusive because of the performance issues but if you can get past those you might find the best iteration of the franchise thus far. If you aren't already a souls fan you should still definitely give it a try. And for those of you who don't like souls games you probably won't like it but it may have changed enough for you to give it a shot (though I doubt it). It's almost the same game as previous iterations, just a lot more focused. That means trimming down some areas to focus on others. Whether or not you think that is worth it will depends on what you look for in a game. The atmosphere and enemy design are by far the best out of the series so far, but the RPG elements did seem to take a hit at their expense. Overall it feels a bit more like an action-horror than an action-rpg.… Expand

    Dark Souls game play - but lose the dying fantasy ascetic and gain the horror inspiration I have been dying for. Now that this game is finally out I feel as if it was made for me..... I honestly cant complain about too much in the game as I feel that every change is a natural evolution of the series - but if I HAD to complain about one thing it would be removal of "true loot" from NPC'sDark Souls game play - but lose the dying fantasy ascetic and gain the horror inspiration I have been dying for. Now that this game is finally out I feel as if it was made for me..... I honestly cant complain about too much in the game as I feel that every change is a natural evolution of the series - but if I HAD to complain about one thing it would be removal of "true loot" from NPC's (as in the NPC dropping a piece of loot it is USING/WEARING). This is a big change, but with the addition of a horror ascetic it seems a natural progression (No WAY to peel armor/ weapons of of half the weird-azz enemies n this game). One thing I really like about this game that I found VERY lacking in Dark Souls 2 is the connected over-world (but with a hub-world). Lovers of DS1 rejoice...all roads lead back to fire-link...kinda. IMO this game combines the best of demons/dark souls 1 without including the DS2 stuff that turned me away.… Expand

    Despite what people say (without even trying the game and just to lower the score because "not on their platform"), this game is a masterpiece. Beautiful. The atmosphere is incredible and it's not for those people that like a walk in the park: it's difficult, VERY difficult.     If you love victorian era settings and if you love cool and interesting weapons and a really good challenge for your gaming skills you should definitely pick this one up, it's great to see Miyazaki back in the helm of the series, and the game is actually fun! I mean yes you'll have your frustrating parts of difficulty but you'll have definite fun! Doing it, enjoy the hunt!

    This is the best game of From Software so far. Great music and scenery! From top to bottom, combat in Bloodborne feels designed to break the habits of old Souls players.The pace of combat has dramatically, and depending on how you've played these games in the past, you might be in for a rude awakening

    This game is great one of the best on the ps4 and definitely much better I mean way better than that order of 1886, I shouldn't compare those two but my example and reasoning is is that one puts more focus on gameplay than just showing off graphics and quick time events.

    This game is so awesome I'm having such a great time with it, it's more approachable than dark souls but I think that has to do with the setting and the idea if the "hunt" I love victorian times so I think that definitely helps.. It's a great game for the ps4

    Been playing this almost non-stop since getting an early copy at the weekend. Totally my favourite game this gen so far. As a fan of Demon's Souls and Dark Souls 1/2, this is easily as good and may turn out to be better by the time I get to the end. Bring it on!

    I'm playing this game right now and it's atmospheric exciting and damn fun, it retains that mystery of a new world you want to discover like in previous souls games, the weapons and the combat is amazing as well... It's really tight and the graphics they look damn good as well the framerate is better than I thought it would be. Definitely a buy worth your time.

It's that addicting.Even before the test I was plagued by self-doubt. If my faster gameplay of "Blood Borne"? I really like to hide me in "Dark Souls 2" behind a heavy shield. But soon I realized that I know the basic approach of "Blood Borne" a trace like better. Here I go aggressively works, try nimbly dodge and then stab. The recovery of energy motivates me to always forscherem approach and simultaneously leads to death. Similarly, as in "Dark Souls" builds me "Blood Borne" in the meantime on, then picks me but with more screen deaths in a row at the bottom of the facts. Blame is often the monstrous bosses who ensure that I umklammere the gamepad with sweaty hands. "Blood Borne" generates a constant sense of threat. When I stroll alone and in silence through cathedrals, I expect to speak, that starts me a monster. The only downside of this outstanding action game are the technical problems that hopefully creates From Software in the next patch of the world. But so be it: "Blood Borne" has become adrenaline game - and this is known to be a stress hormone!… Expand

    Some minor framerate issues and long load times aside, Bloodborne is hands down the best Playstation 4 exclusive available. Those who were bummed out by The Order: 1886 will not be disappointed. Bloodborne captures the painstakingly difficult task of simply making it to the next area beautifully, all while looking beautiful. Bloodborne surely is a Game of the Year contender.

    This is a From Software game. If you hate yourself and you like games that hate you too this friends is the game for you. Beautiful art great sound design and is dripping with atmosphere if you liked the souls series you will love this game.

    Beautiful game, coming by From Software, I expected something like. Great Soundtrack and Scenery, Immersion and everything good can define this game, for sure a must buy.

While very much a Souls game through and through, the switch from methodical and slow progression to a faster, ultimately more savage environment provides just enough of a twist to give it a wholly unique feel, a more empoweringBloodborne is as glorious as it is grotesque, a harsh and unyielding exercise in getting battered mercilessly while feeling encouraged the whole painful way.     This game is an absolute MUST have PS4 exclusive, and it's actually the only really good one aside from the remasters at the moment. The game is a lot more skill based this time around I find, because sheilds are now rare and not that great. You have to dodge all the time which is great fun. Highly recommend this game to any newcomers, and souls fans.

    This is my ideal succesor of the soul game. The immersion really great, the control really responsive, the multiplayer fun and exciting. Eventhough it coined as successor of soul series, the gameplay style itself feel really fresh. Being an agresive player is more rewarded.

    Bloodborne is by far the best game available for PS4 right now, exclusive or not. I have some minor issues concerning the frame rate drops, but it's not enough to detract from the fact that Bloodborne is one of the most entertaining and thrilling games I've ever played. A sure contender for GOTY.

    This is the best game you will get on any next game console and i can see it being my game of the year. If you have a PS4 there is no reason what so ever not to run and get this game ASAP. Fantastic game. A true gem!!!
