With its stunning graphics and terrific story line, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is definitely one of the more pleasant surprises of the year.
-
The game is not perfect but it’s a very good start. I recommend X-Men Origins: Wolverine – Uncaged Edition for the PC to anyone wanting to take a walk on the wild side.
-
Give Raven kudos for staying true to the character and producing a highly visceral gaming experience.
-
A bit awkward and rough, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is still a nice game. It’s an energetic sharp-clawed slasher with some original ideas. Fans of X-Men can look no further.
-
Overall, Raven Software did a very good job of sticking close to the movie plot while simultaneously delivering a rewarding experience.
-
A very dynamic game. The fights are challenging, the puzzles and skill tests are entertaining. Sure, most of the gameplay elements have been taken from other games, but that doesn't hurt. If you are looking for a good action game, you'll have fun for sure. We just missed a combo counter.
-
X-Men Origins: Wolverine has a few serious problems that Wolverine's healing factor just isn't strong enough to recover from: repetitive backdrops, cookie-cutter enemies, and inconsistent graphics and dialogue. It's quick, brutal, dumb and repetitive.

Aug 29, 2021Nothing but good memories. It offers so much more than the movie did and you can't really say this about many movie video-games.
